The cayenne drink is very important to remove the protein layer that the flu virus has surrounding it. Remember the virus is also trying to survive! Drink lots of spicy drinks and then attack the virus with garlic, Colidal silver, hydrogen peroxide....etc.

Okay..... I tried cayenne and it works for the flu. I wasn't feeling well yesterday almost as if I was coming down with the flu. My ears where achy as well as other parts of my body. I bought some Cayenne Pepper and sprinkled about 1/2 tablespoon in about 6oz of hot Water. I gargled some and drank some. I also bought some soup and sprinkled about a 1/4 tsp of Cayene Pepper in the soup. I instantly felt better. Thank you guys for the tips.

I have tried the cayenne pepper...which i liked best, then i developed a horrible cough after about 3 hours relief from the sore throat. I tried the acv and honey and that did not work although it felt like it was medicinally doing something in my throat. I slept relatively well. While I think these methods give temporary relief, i think they may treat the real underlying problem as well and this is why I am coughing this stuff that is producing all of this gunk out of my system. Thanks for the help, still love this site. Just wish I had a doc that could explain to me what exactly these temporary fixes are doing to my body. I believe it is something good, just ready to get over this yuckiness. Thank you.

After feeling run down and fighting the chills all night, body aches, and oh yeah, a sore swollen throat that I suspected was Strep, I tried the cayenne remedy as laid out. Within minutes the pain subsided, the body aches and chills left, and I returned to the woods to finish out the day hunting. It helps if you like hot stuff!
