I have been using this method with a nebulizer for years. I inhale several times, 2-3 times per day. I used to get the flu twice a year, every year. Since I started H2O2 therapy I have not had even a cold or sniffle in the last 10 years! Could not worry less about Covid.

I have also used it more intensively to help with detoxing (longer sessions 4 times a day), and on the 2nd or 3rd day experienced an intense Herxheimer reaction immediately after, which proved beyond a doubt the effectiveness of this therapy.

Detoxing From Barium Poisoning

Sad to hear this. I had barium up me and caught inside my intestines for about 6 months where it got very serous. I had meet someone else that also had the same issue with doctors tests mistakes and carelessness. I saw it for own two eyes when I was getting a colonics. today I have issues in that very part of my body. Doctor Hilda Clark has a machine described in the book A Cure for all advanced cancers. She teaches how to build and test for a lot of chemicals in the body. She gives the device away. here is link explaining how to build and use the machine. This machine can also detect good or bad products right off the shelf.

Paxil Weaning Remedies

Dear Anon,

I was on Paxil for 18 years, 20 mgs a day. 3 years ago I decided I did not want to take it anymore after I found it was contributing to more problems than it was helping (I had brain fog, thyroid issues, headaches...)The final straw was that I found out it contained flouride. I started slowly with just breaking one pill in half on Mondays. So then after 2 weeks, I broke Friday's pill in half as well. I did that for two weeks and then after that I broke Wednesday's pill in half as well. I kept that going every 2 weeks until everyday was a half pill. Then I took all half pills for 2 weeks. Then I skipped Monday's pill. I did that for 2 weeks and then I skipped Friday's pill and so on. I kept filling my prescription. I was afraid I couldn't succeed, so I kept them for a cushion. I still have a bottle in the medicine cabinet and I have never touched it. It was the best thing I ever did. I warned all of my friends and family before I did it so they would know why I was acting strange or crying or whatever. I never suffered from withdrawls as I did before when I stopped cold turkey for a year long ago when I saw sparkles and had brain shakes... Doing it this way prevented all of those symptoms. I did not feel like myself after stopping this time for about a year or so. It takes a long time for your body to flush out those toxins. I will never go back on anything a doctor prescribes for anxiety or depression ever again. The next best thing to Paxil for my mood was B12 injections. I now take them 2 times a week and I feel great, laugh all of the time, and have loads of energy. I think looking back that was probably my problem all along, I was B12 deficient and did not know it. I am not a doctor and would never tell you to do anything, I am just sharing my experience. Everyone is different and responds differently. Good luck on your journey and God bless.

Thanks mama. I had nettle tea leaves already, so had that last night as I soaked in epsom salts. Got Milk Thistle Seed tea on my way to work and drinking it all day long. I was afraid to try the charcoal since I take so many supplements and didn't want to waste them. Everyone at work is saying it's carpal tunnel, but it came on so fast and, even tho I keyboard all day long every day, I am careful to stretch my wrists and fingers periodically. I'd hate to have that! Thanks for the advice. Silly me, I thought the spray would be safer than a powder.....I've gotta be more careful.

Dear GertJr,

Charcoal (activated charcoal powder) internally would be my favorite way to detox from something like this. 1 teaspoon in a glass of water once or twice a day. (or 4 charcoal tablets accompanied by a glass of water) Charcoal adsorbs toxins and medicines, so it should be taken 2 hours away from any other medicine. For this type of thing I would take it for a week or two. If that doesn't seem to work, a blood purifying herb like burdock root or nettle would be my next choice. These can both be taken in a tea form, or in capsules. To make a tea, I would use a tablespoon of each and pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the herbs. Allow to sit at least 30 minutes then strain and consume. Again, I would try this at least two weeks. I have taken both for months at a time with only good results. Currently my 13 year old takes nettle daily to see if it will heal him long term of reacting to poison ivy. It seemed to do that for his older brother. At the least, he has had less poison ivy break outs since beginning this regiment. But, I digress. I hope these things will help! Oh, and Epsom salt is nearly always a good thing to do!

Love that stuff.

Permethrin Spray Side Effects
Posted by GertJr (Madison) on 09/17/2019

I got permethrin spray on my hands last Wednesday, 7 days ago. I was spraying my chickens for lice (not wide spray, just a shot under each wing and around the butt) and I know it soaked thru parts of my shirt and, apparently, got into my gloves and my hands got pretty good soaking. That took me about an hour and then I had a good shower, but several days later I notice my hands are tingling and somewhat numb. Any suggestions on how to detox from this? I was worrying about diabetes and then realized it's only been since that exposure. I plan to soak in epsom salts when I get home, but what else?

Molybdenum
Posted by K (Canada) on 08/17/2016

I would recomend Colloidal silver, this is a natural immune booster as well as a detoxifier,

I have no idea why you would take molybdynum if it is depleting the copper in your system, because thats exactly what the chem trails do they deplete certain minerals our bodys need to stay healthy like copper and potasium even magnesium, I definatly recomend potasium 100% and colloidal silver .

.. colloidal silver repairs dna damage, great for skin and fungus toxins etc, but like everything else too much of a good thing can become a bad thing, so keep track of your body mineral levels and stop taking the cures when your body is balanced or back to normal.

maybe use it once or twice a month afterwards, aluminum nano particles affects the brain .. monoatomic gold repairs the brain and adds super intelligence as well.. among other health benifits,,

AND STAY OUT OF THE RAIN.

these chemicals enter the body this way..through skin and hair. I hope this helped..

I used coffee enemas after being exposed to severe chemicals from a new sofa. The outgassing was so strong I was sent into toxic shock and my entire nervous system and immune system went haywire. I was diagnosed as Multiple Sclerosis. My friend told me about coffee enemas, and I did 1 a day. After 7 days I was 80% better! And completely cured after 3 weeks. I juiced a lot as well. I have found a great glass enema bucket to use, since I have allergies. I recommend Gerson Therapy for anyone needing detoxification of the liver and blood.

Detoxing From Opiates

Make sure the rooms you are occupying are free of noise and at night, completely dark, cool rooms. Limit electronic exposure - play card games, board games for distraction. For sleeping, place a thin layer of castor oil on her eyelids to help her sleep. (I have tried this in the past - it works)! Keep her hydrated with water. Be as kind, gentle, loving and as patient as you can. All negative influences are off the table at this point. Lastly, if you have the energy, give her some good coconut oil massages to help relax.

Your kindness toward your sister will be remembered forever - this is not easy!

Dear Cody,

Your sister is blessed to have you helping her!

You already have great ideas and I am sure your love and emotional support will be the most important thing of all.

Milk Thistle is something people use to help detox the liver, by the way.

Epsom Salt baths are good for detoxing and for relaxing. 1 cup Epsom Salt in a warm/hot bath for 20-30 minutes.

If it is possible to take a walk, exercise and sunshine are both critical for mental and physical health.

Castor Oil packs help to detox. You can use them over the liver area. I find that using a castor oil pack with a heating pad to be relaxing.

Please let us know how it goes. God bless you and your sister during this challenging time!

Hello, I'm looking for as much information and a possible list of things to get for my situation... And any guidance too, my sister final admitted her opiate addiction to me.. I've moved in and today will be the first day of her withdrawals, I'm the only one she has through this and want to help introduce her to natural healing during this.. Show her that prescribed drugs aren't necessary to live a fulfilling life. Maybe even show her the light...

I've heard melatonin to help sleep, loperamide to help with diarrhea, milk thistle (but not sure how or why) vitamin b and c and St. John's wort tea. Any other suggestion of what could help and why would be appreciated so much. I'm scared to see my sister like this but know I have to be strong for her.

Molybdenum

Hello, I am very fortunate as to finding out that I have a molybdenum deficiency. It causes Wilson's disease. Basically what happens is you can't digest the good parts of your food like amino acids, and sulfur. And it causes massive amounts of candida in the body. Now of course in your case you had a severe crash when you supplemented with molybdenum because it stripped your body of every last bit of copper.

I am on day two of getting my molybdenum from a simple source that also includes copper in it. Diatomacious Earth. I also take it with a couple other things that dissolve it, and help it be transported to the right places in the body.

1st you need some DE powder, but you also need zinc and magnesium with it, the cheap kind from the store will do just fine. I use one 50 mg tablet of zinc and 2 magnesium tablets at 500 mg. Next I get a couple limes which are also high in many minerals, but the main reason I do this is because of the high citric acid in limes. Juice from a squeezed lime will dissolve a penny.

So I take the DE, magnesium, and zinc put them in a glass (made from glass), and squeeze at least 2 limes, (the big ones) and let it dissolve all day. Then before bed I swirl it around in the glass to to mix it up and down it like a shot, I chase it with sparkling mineral water so it is more easily assimilated into my body.

Long story short, I haven't felt this good since November 2002, when my body crashed, and let me tell you I feel fantastic! Of course, I am not a doctor, and you should consult with yours on this.. And while you're in his office ask him to get a nutritional hair analysis done. I will update this post in time. I have no doubt for me that this protocol will continue to work. Good luck, and may the Almighty bless you in Christ's name that you find a solution as he has for me.

Essiac Tea
Posted by Om (Hope, Bc, Canada) on 12/02/2014

Namaste, Mama to Many ----

This is a follow up on my Essiac herx reaction. I persevered with the dosage and came across a version much more diluted and authorized by Reene Caisse. I started with half tsp. and today I am using the regular decoction, using one ounce of the herb to two ounces of hot water without problems.

But before that while trying to find the right dosage for myself, I had twice such a reaction that I was horizontal for about ten days, doing only the most necessary chores. No desire for food and tremendous pain in my bones, especially the rib cage.

When I came out of it, I looked at my body, arms and legs like sticks and clothes hanging on that frame. But I am recovering. I have such faith in this herbal remedy. But my previous years' attempts to get somewhere with Essiac imitations did nothing for me. Hence the surprising Essiac reaction which was, however, unusual. I will use it over the year but with breaks. What a God given remedy. I remember the power of these herbs surging through my body.

I am supplementing with Milk Thistle for liver detox report. All is well now. It takes some persevering on the journey to good health.

Hi, Mama to Many --- this is the fifth day and at five in the morning waves or nausea. I am drinking ginger tea.

Next week I hope to take the much more diluted version, even fractions of it to make sure it is not too strong. But I had more clarity and energy for a while. Considering the thousands of very sick, even dying patients, that have had success, it must be that I need to cut down on it, being too sensitive.

I wish Ole Henry would take it, too. And loads of vit. C definitely.

Enjoy this marvellous summer. It's unusual here. Namaste, Om

Mama to Many from Om ---- Today I have still been purging since five o'clock in the morning. I got the Essiac literature out and found somewhere two lines for a much weaker solution where it was mentioned that some people were having the difficulties I am having. I will stop for awhile and try cautiously again. Renee Caisse had made this decision at the beginning of her practice but I only became aware of it now. So there is hope I can utilize the tea after all. Thanks for your input. Namaste, Om

Essiac Tea
Posted by Om (Hope, Bc Canada) on 08/05/2014

Mama to Many --- thanks for responding. I only took a fluid ounce of the prepared herb, not a tablesp. topped with two oz. of warm water.

Previously I have used Essiac mix of herbs that did not have the sheep sorrel roots . My shepherd passed a large black, jelly like substance which has also happened to a person posting on EC. So it can work but just how far? Today I had just a strange feeling in the intestines and I hope to get over my weakness. The herb mix is very fresh and potent and it is just now to find out the right strength and pausing for two or even three days, making a longer break after say four weeks' usage. If there is constipation, I always take triphala which has been my chief rescue for many years, being very reliable. I would take it sometime later than the evening dosage.

It makes sense considering the chemical composition of each individual which is also the basis for Ayurvedic medicine. One shirt does not fit all.

My animals used to get the cheaper version of Essiac without trouble but with the real thing I will have to be careful and observe.

As for myself, I wish to overcome fatigue of many years which I feel may be toxins. Like a car has to be overhauled. Herbs meditate and pass on the energy of the sun, making it possible to heighten ones' awareness.

Thank you again for your thoughts.

Namaste, Om

Essiac Tea
Posted by Mama To Many (Tennessee) on 08/05/2014

Dear Om,

Wow! What a reaction! And some say that herbs couldn't possibly heal. I too have experienced some strong or dramatic results from herbs.

When you say that you took 1 Tablespoon of the herb, did you mean one Tablespoon of the dry herb or did you mean you took 1 Tablespoon of the actual tea?

Turkey Rhubarb is a purgative. Here is what Mountain Rose Herbs says about it:

"If you experience cramping, you've taken too much. On the other hand, if you take only a tiny amount of rhubarb, you will become constipated. In very small doses, the tannins in rhubarb are more effective than the purgative chemicals and the herb actually causes constipation."

Sheep Sorrel is also strong, as you know. Here is the caution from Mountain Rose:

"Because sheep sorrel contains oxalic acid, it is recommended that it not be used in large amounts for extended periods of time as it can cause mineral deficiencies and liver damage. People with rheumatism, arthritis, gout or kidney stones should avoid sorrel as it can worsen their conditions."

The Burdock Root and Slippery Elm (the other two ingredients in traditional Essiac, as you know, but just to clarify for others) are both generally more gentle. I have used Burdock and Slippery Elm for years. I have not yet used the other two herbs, though have them on my "list of herbs to buy at some point." I am fascinated by Essiac and the wonderful help it can be.

At the same time, I am reminded of this quote:

"All drugs are (meaning herbals, given the time written) are poisons the benefit depends on the dosage." Philippus Theophrastrus Bombast - That of Aureolus Paracelsus (1493-1541)

So, I think you are wise to cut way, way back, given your intense reaction. And maybe even evaluate if it is indeed the best solution for you. I believe you have used it successfully on pets?

I know there are a couple of herbs that were supposed to be so great that I tried and did not find to be good for me. Poke is very poisonous, but two herbalists I respect will use it very carefully and cautiously in certain circumstances.

I agree with you that the fillings you have are a concern, but also agree that the expense and risk do not necessarily warrant their removal.

I also agree that over detoxing could be fatal. Anything that causes great stress on the body would have that potential, especially on a compromised body.

Is there something specific you are working to heal in your body?

Well, keep in touch. I wish I had the perfect solution. We all keep studying and trying different things and learning along the way. I appreciate you sharing!

Essiac Tea
Posted by Om (Hope Bc Canada) on 08/05/2014

Dear Mama to Many ---- both you and I are into herbs and perhaps you could give me your opinion for my present state of affairs which comprise detoxing with ESSIAC, obtained from Essiac West online.

This is the first time I have the original Four Herb with all the roots in powder form. Prior to it I thought I was detoxing with other non original essiac products. Of course it did not do anything.

Guess what! After three days now I feel I have gone through the mill with nausea, griping, gagging etc. to such extent I became concerned. I had only used one ounce of the herb once at night. Well, it felt like an assault on the open front. I often have a message of an herb when I use it the first time. True enough, this message was lengthy:

The herb coursed through my entire torso, staying there a while, then moving to the next organ and so on. So it was the liver, the stomach, intestines, breasts, the skull, lungs, throat. And it worked there with powerful means I had never before experienced. Intuitively I knew this was way too powerful for my body to cope with and I did not take the herb the next night. But at five the next morning the works started so that I was trembling bending over and clutching my vitals. Instead the previous day where the effects ceased at about eleven in the morning, this day it lasted all day into the evening. At least it did not affect my sleep. Today, on the third day, I feel clear in the head and well but weak.

I phoned Essiac West and they said they had not heard this before and advised to take ginger tea for the nausea and to drink a lot of water. My plan is to wait a day as today is pretty normal, and to start drop wise till a tsp. and so on with a day's interruption till reaching half an ounce. I can well believe over detoxing can kill. It has nothing to do with Essiac herbs per se but with one's personal constitution. My body perspires well.

My one problem is with mercury amalgams. I think I have three. There is no way I can pay thousands for removal and implants with their attendant problems. Which is another unpleasant reality these days. I thought to use green algae for chelation and not to give up OP. I had a metallic taste in the mouth which made me alert.

Can I have your side of thought on this? I greatly believe in the beneficial effects of Essiac. The US gov't pulled on authentic business into court for having issued testimonies of Essiac users. They are impressive as I have seen them. They were told "you cannot do this" and closed their business. Where is the law prohibiting this? The times we live in and where I agree with Ol Henry.

Hope to hear from you. Namaste, Om

"Researchers from Johns Hopkins and China's Qidong Liver Cancer Institute tested the effects of a tea made with broccoli sprouts among 291 residents of Jiangsu Province, an area of China that which has some of the worst air pollution in the country. The study showed that a daily drink of a half cup of the tea - a combination of freeze-dried broccoli sprout powder, water and pineapple and lime juice - increased elimination of by-products of the cancer-causing toxin benzene by 61 percent, and boosted excretion of acrolein, a lung irritant, by 23 percent. Increased elimination of these substances began immediately after the participants began drinking the tea and continued at the same rate through the study."

Don't know all your health problems and am not an expert. Seems to me that you should probably look at cleaning up your innards before you take on a Rife machine. Yep, it's expensive as all get out. My suggestion is to buy Dr Hulda Clark's book and clean up your body in the order she suggests.

My latest project is building Crappie Condo's from bamboo cane soes we can fill our freezers with fish. Hell to be poor, living off the land, and jus barely getting by. If you are living on store bought stuff then that is the reason you have health problems. First thing to do is bake your own bread. Bread is no longer bread, it is a chemical compound that has weight and takes up space. It was once called matter. Now it is called bread.

I have researched why I have bone problems and it is due to taking a Big Pharma drug for 15 years. Will know better in the next life.

Activated Charcoal

Herxheimer Reactions or Toxic Overload:

In the name of being helpful, there is an adage by Hippocrates, which is sworn by every medical doctor. It is, in part.. "FIRST DO NO HARM." This, by the way, is the root of the word "hypocrite, " as in one who takes such an oath, and then does not uphold it.

That said, there are sometimes toxic reactions for two reasons: One, for an overload of a toxic substance, whether it be a poison, or a medication. The other, for a "die-off" reaction, when a toxin is released into the bloodstream from out of an organ or body system. Cleansing too rapidly may cause this toxic reaction, and is therefore to be avoided by detoxifying slowly.

I experienced this firsthand with myself, when cleansing, and discovered that I could not move my arms and shoulders hardly at all, and my heart was racing wildly -- even though I was calm and unafraid. I ran in and mixed up some modified citrus pectin and drank it. I vomited a little, and was then perfectly fine. I recall wondering if I would even have had time to drive to the hospital, or call an ambulance, or if anyone would have known what to do to stop this poison.

What I have discovered, is that there is a law, that all ambulances must carry activated charcoal, to be used to treat many such conditions. It is considered 100% safe.

My other experience was with Marvin, my sweetie, when he went into a condition commonly called ammonia-on-the-brain, or hepatic encephalopathy. The first time it ever happened, I gave him lots of distilled water, and it worked.

The second time, he wound up in the hospital for over two months, and was put on about fifteen medications.

Charcoal was likely the best choice, and would have worked, but was not used... as the standard is to use all possible other medications first, and only last, charcoal. Why this is? I think that answer is fairly said, because it costs about ten cents. Charcoal removes ammonia safely, quickly, and easily, particularly in case of a poisonous condition affecting the liver and brain.

So, here we are, and I can only say, drink lots of (distilled, pure, filtered) water to flush out any toxins, particularly if one has been ill, and is attempting to clear a virus or bacteria. And walk, to get the blood moving to help clear the toxic overload when the buggers die off and are thrown into the bloodstream.

Now, in all fairness, Marvin was not drinking enough water, nor moving about nearly enough, and was also not taking one of his prescriptions to help his bowels move-- because it gave him constant diarrhea. Lemon-aid was also refused for the same reason, which also helps to keep the bowels moving these toxins along.

So-- just wanted to share our experience-- because it was a little trip that led to a very big fall, and could have easily been handled with a little bit of knowledge about a simple, safe substance, called charcoal.

I truly apologize if my recent post caused any difficulty, as I in no way believe that anything suggested here had anything to do with what happened. I believe the man simply wasn't moving enough to move his bowels. "Take up your bed (get up out of bed! ) and walk."

Detoxing from Chlorine Poisoning
Posted by Mama To Many (Tennessee, Usa) on 09/26/2013

Dear Kelly,

So sorry about your friend! I have already suggested charcoal to a number of people today... But it does have so many applications!

Charcoal adsorbs chlorine, so it is indicated for chlorine poisoning. Of course, by now it may be just the damage done and not the chlorine itself causing trouble, but it is still a good choice for detox and for pain. Your friend could use charcoal poultices over the pained area. (Directions are in the activated charcoal section of this website. ) He could also take 1 t. activated charcoal in 8 oz. of water 2-3 times a day.

Slippery Elm Bark Powder is also soothing and healing to the gut. You can make a healing porrige with 1 T. of the powder and stir in warm water, a little honey and a pinch of salt and he can eat this a few times a day.

Comfrey and plantain are also healing and soothing. He can make a tea with these herbs and drink liberally. Avoid foods that are hard on the system - fried foods, coffee, soda pop.

Is this normal for your friend? Has he ruled out other causes of this pain? Does he have other symptoms or fever? I have made the mistake for myself of assuming one this is causing my problems and nearly missed an emergency situation. (I thought I had indigestion but really had a rupturing fallopian tube.)

Please keep us posted on your friend's progress.

Charcoal is wonderful for detox. You can get a container of activated charcoal powder at your health food store. Mix 1 1/2 t. In 8 oz. Water and drink it twice a day. Do not take with 2 hours of medication as it will adsorb them as well as toxins. Do this for a couple of weeks.

You can also take a charcoal bath. 1 cup of charcoal in the bath water. Soak 30 minutes. Shower afterwards. Charcoal baths are messy, though. Be careful if you have low blood pressure as charcoal baths can lower blood pressure. You could also just do epsom salt baths. I would do some sort of detox bath 3x a week for a couple of weeks.

Hi Robert Henry,

It is so good to hear from you.... Glad you are doing well. I always enjoy your posts. Now I want some apple sauce.... Darn it! ;-) I will have to look into what a rife machine is. I know I read about it a while back, but forget now what exactly one is / does. Happy Fall to you and yours!

RIFE MACHINE

YEP, it's me an I'm still kicking at age 77. My latest health kick is a GB 4000 rife machine and I had been told to go slow. They were right. I pushed the envelope and the Herxheilmer effect immediately kicked in. I felt like I had been run over by a dump truck. It appears that you can on go as fast as you can get rid of the dead toxins. I am becoming a believer, but the hard way. I'm smart, jus slow as I've told you before.

Now doing FIR Saunas to get done with the toxins. Starting to feel better but at my age how do you learn to get the benefit? Anyways, all the stuff I do helps keep me mentally alert so that's at least a plus.

Wish I could share our organic apple juice will ya'll. We have 14 apple trees and they are loaded this year. One Gala tree has given up 9 gallons of juice. Don't know what we will do with the rest.

Encourge all to think early about a small farm. This survival thing is getting real. Get guns and get some land. Make a plan. Talk to God.

Bentonite Clay

Mary, Would you mind giving the name of the town or at least the state where the clay is located?

Bentonite Clay
Posted by Candace (Small Town, Tx) on 05/05/2013

Bentonite, which contains Hydrous Aluminum (Al2O3) Silicate, is very complex in structure and the aluminum, like all of the elements in bentonite clay, is actually part of the bentonite crystal and not leachable by any means. This is due to the fact that the Aluminum is central to the montmorillonite molecule holding the negative charge around it as a cloud of oxygen molecules. In effect, part of the negative charge of montmorillonite is attributed to the aluminum. Removal of the aluminum from the montmorillonite molecule would result in a loss of the drawing properties of the molecule. Our bodies do not have sufficient digestive juices to split apart such a highly negatively charged molecule. So the bentonite clay is inert in that none of it ever leaves your digestive system. It is very complex in structure and all of the trace minerals are actually part of the bentonite crystal and not leachable by any means.

Maybe the above poster would do some more research before putting out wrong information. Many seriously, cronically ill, even terminal people could benefit from this amazing naturally occuring dirt with healing properties from Elohim. There is a lot of misinformation out there about the kinds of bentonite ie: calcium, sodium, etc. If one is wanting to use this clay theraputically then the bestbentonite. (hint) would be one that is 100% Bentonite Clay. It is very inexpensive and should be afforable for all. Also the 100% clay will accomplish whatever you desire using less. E-bay is a good source. So sorry that you have to put up with the system of greed in your state, I know every state has issues. I was just reading in my book by Ob/gyn John Lee about osteoporosis and hormone replacement of progesterone and how much healthier the users bone density tests became as they continued to apply the hormone cream, it helped with mineral absorption. The book has charts of the increases in bone health from many years of tests collected from many women.

it's not just in the juice it's in my tap water.

my body kept falling appart finally borke down and paif for water test and hair folicle. I have not taken lithium in 7 years and I have enough in me just fromt he tap water to never need a script for it.

the found a ton of chemicals used in fracking out here. Haha safe my ass. And it's gotten into the public water supply, the test on file for trace minerals is before the they started frackign, adn to boot, in my state they only have to pay to test for trace minerals every 3-5 years. and they know indanve when that test is comming with the new budgets cuts expect trace mineral testing to go out the window.

kept wondering why I was breakigna bone every other couple months, well that wouldb e the arsenic.

only juices I drank were either naturally juiced, organic cause i'm that picky, and I did used to buy grapefruit juice. but after drinking nothing but distilled water for an age I am realy picky about stuff they put in there.

asparagus juice

totally unrelated to anything ehrer but I had potassium deffiency and we made asparagus one for dinner one night

well you know all those chunks on the asparagus you cant seem soft enough to chew without teeth (one of the reasons juicing was invented just add in pulp in my opinon, so what if it looks like baby food you are gettign your vieggies in). well we did it, I had a osteo infection in my to I was also low on agnesium, calcium, vit d and sick allth e time falling apart and so on. well this recipie go me phone call back from my kidney doctor and the wound clinic.

so I juiced the hard ends, you get a lot of them and (at the cost of eggies anymore, I thought it was wasteful to feed them to the critters in the woods) you gotta go slow and take your time they do take a while to juice up. you get a really thick green thing of juice I tosssed in garglic (natures antibiotic) and stirred in some kep, I can not remember what else. 9at least I did not add the apple cider vinegar. Oh also cayanne pepper, if I recall it's eben a few motnhs. Since my old juicer broke down. :( it only lasted two years.

*ick, good for liver mixed in water*

but when the blodwork came in (the blood work was taken three daysafter id did this) they said my levels were soooo high and stop whateveri was doing. sad thing is, that bone infection well, I was the fasest healign person in the wound clinic.

i would only recomend this about once a week. the drink is thick and its kinda yukky drink but it worked. that is all I have to say. plug your nose vbefore you drink it. oh and I am glas I chose kep and not the moss for the kidneys I can't seem to be able to keep the moss down.

WARNING!

I love your article (Detoxing Remedies) I want you to know that I have been studying herbs and natural remedies for over 30 years. I also come from a long line of herbalist on both sides of my family.

Nonetheless, I want to give you a heads up on bentonite. This is clay that I have been studying for decades. I started researching bentonite after my father, grandmother and aunt end up with a very bad case of Alzheimer's. I also noticed that even young people in their 20's (in the same town my family lived) had difficulties with basic tasks that required simple thinking. The town they lived in has an abundant amount of betonite everywhere. It is a white claylike powder that is on the surface of the ground. I do not know of anyone that does not have betonite in their front and back yard there. I am thankful that I did not spend a lot of years in this town for I am sure that I would now have Alzheimer's (my parent separated when I was a kid).

Well, my research found that bentonite contains up to 18 percent aluminum. Some studies show that there is up to 85% aluminum. Betonite also contain silica and dioxins (a by-product of pesticide manufacture, a toxic compound that is carcinogenic).

It is entirely up to you to change the article and maybe do more research. I am in hopes that you will correct this on your post for the sake of people's health. Detoxing with bentonite pollutes the body even more with toxins. It could also have very fatal health consequences.

Regards,

Mary

Hi Tim, I couldn't agree with you more as a result of personal experience. I worked in an office where there was a safety person always checking the air, and I repeatedly heard him say the gas is a little high. The doors would be opened and that was it. I didn't think much of it. I began to feel sick and hot at work, and by the time I get home I couldn't eat and thought I was getting the flu. By the next morning, I felt well again and the whole thing would start over. It suddenly occurred to me that the high gas levels were CO, which I couldn't actually believe, so I called the safety guy at home one evening and he confirmed it was CO! I went out and bought a CO detector, and when I put it in my office, it went off detecting lethal levels. There was a crack in the furnace that was venting into my office and other places in the plant. We got it fixed immediately. But, to my astonishment, my doctor (former doctor now) would not see me. She had no appointments, even two weeks out and said evening appts. We're for chronic illnesses, like headaches, when a sore throat would normally get you in that day. I could get no one to see me, just for advice in case my heart or liver had been damaged. It was too late to go to the ER because I had been breathing oxygen by this time, and they said that is all they would do for me anyway. I have been distrustful of the medical community ever since. And I never had any inclination to sue anyone, if the Worker's Comp issue was the problem. I just wanted some information and advice, but no one would help me. So you are exactly correct in your thinking.

Linda: I have suffered w/ Chemical Injury for many years, and have almost died twice. I can tell you from personal as well as others experiences, that 98% Medical Doctors (MD's) DO NOT treat Chemical Injuries except as Emergency Medicine. Environmental Illnesses are not legitimate, and the people who live to deal with them almost always get diagnosed as psychosomatic and are prescribed mood altering medications; this is the sad reality of how the system works. As for the 2% MD's that do treat environmental diseases, they constantly brace themselves against harassments and lawsuits. I think the majority of these Dr's are listed under Occupational Medicine. You might also search for "Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy" as this helps people recover from chemical exposure.

As all the info you'r reading can be confusing and you don't seem to be able to adopt any simple "safe" ( it is very common for people to view Nutritional Supplements in the same category of "safe" as prescription & otc drugs, when in fact nutritional supplements a way very much more safer and in large quantities compared to drugs) solutions for treatment, try and find a Natural Doctor (ND) in your area. ND will get your husband on a regimen of Natural Medicine that will likely save his life.

Art, Wow! This will be a lot of reading and I look forward to it. I start back at my work tomorrow so I will have a little less time than I've had these past 6 weeks. I've been on FML (Family Medical Leave) in order to help my husband since his release from the hospital but I must return to work. I won't have access to the internet at work so I will read what I can once home in the evenings.

I can't thank you enough for all the links you have sent. The medical doctors he has seen are all taking a "wait and see" attitude. My feeling is that his brain and other affected organs need help and support now, not a year from now!

I'll pass on the results from his lab work as soon as we hear - that should be tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday.

Thank you again and God Bless, Linda

In reply to Linda: I'm sorry to hear about this new complication for your husband.

Since you have the weekend to "research", I am attaching links to studies about melatonin that you may find helpful. I wanted to attach a chart that shows how melatonin declines as we age, but I don't know how to take it from "my documents" and place it into this message. Basically it shows a steady rise from the age of 3 months until the age of 6 years followed by a relatively flat period from 6 to 12 years of age followed by a fairly steep decline from the age of approximately 12 to 14 years when it peaks around 125 pg/ml to the age of about 57 where it starts to flatline around 5 pg/ml on into the 70's and 80's....... basically a negligible amount.

The following link discusses melatonin and how it is much more than just another potent antioxidant:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2582546/

This next link discusses at length the anti-inflammatory effects of melatonin as well as interactions and protective effects to the brain and central nervous system:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3001216/

The following link is to a human study that used 10mg of melatonin per day combined with Omeperazole to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers and h. pylori intestinal infection:

http://www.jpp.krakow.pl/journal/archive/10_11/pdf/521_10_11_article.pdf

This next link is to an abstract of another human study that shows that the increased antioxidant potential caused by melatonin supplementation continues for more than a week after discontinuation of supplementation:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20577026

This next link is to an abstract of a double blind placebo controlled study of COPD in humans where melatonin was shown to have some benefit, however the dose was quite low at only 3mg/day. Further studies at higher doses for COPD seem warranted:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22507631

A quick word about melatonin as a radioprotectant:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22185900

The next two abstracts are from a two stage study of melatonin in the treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy using 70 mg of melatonin per day for at least 9 months with significant results:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20210854

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21515247

There is quite a bit of research regarding melatonin and its beneficial effects in cancer as well as its synergism with multiple chemo agents. Melatonin also has the ability to help protect the human body against some of the negative effects of chemo and radiation therapy. One scientist (Lissoni P. ) that I have read some of the studies has been researching melatonin since the mid 1980's and has done the majority of these studies in the relationship of melatonin and cancer. The last study I could find was dated, in 2012, so almost 30 years of studying that cancer/melatonin relationship. I think it says a lot that a scientist has basically devoted their career to mainly researching one substance, melatonin!

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22933147

So that should give you some good study material to research and help you understand the true value of melatonin in many health conditions. These links that I have posted here are just the tip of the iceberg as far as the total potential of melatonin. The more you research it, the more you will realize just how much potential melatonin has. I hope melatonin will be helpful and your husband will make a full recovery!

Good reading to you.

Hi Linda, I read your post last night and I am sorry to hear about your husband. It reminded me of a situation that happened to me and my family about 40 years ago, I was about ten and I remember it pretty clearly. It was winter and the house was kept closed up pretty tight, we had a problem with our heater. The entire family (5) of us were very ill. We thought we had the flu and my mom and I went to the Dr. Of course we were "fine" in his opinion. My brother and father felt better when they were outside, but me, mom and my sister in law were really hit hard, kept passing out, stumbling around, headache... Just sick. Finally my mom told my brother to call an ambulance.... An hour later we were in the emergency room, x rays and oxygen... Come to find out we were a few hours away from death. Long story short, we all recovered so I'm hoping your husband recovers as well.... just want to give you some hope.

An update on his condition: He came home early from work (he stands at work for 11.5 hrs a day). While at work he used the men's room and discovered his urine was the color of cranberry juice. I had him call his doctor and she told him she was "worried" and wanted him to go for a urinalysis. He arranged to leave work early so he could go to a lab this afternoon. Unfortunately the lab won't have any results for us till Mon or Tue. Why do things always seem to happen on the weekends?

Art: Thank you for the link. I understand your thoughts regarding the rodents. It's often difficult to extrapolate to humans, isn't it. I will continue my studies and present all I have learned here and elsewhere to my husband for his thoughts. I appreciate that you are trying to cautious.

Timh: My thanks to you as well for the clarification as to strength, dosing, etc. My husband already takes ACV (although due to his memory issues, not as often as he had). With the help of ACV, his blood pressure improved so much his doctor cut his blood pressure medication dosage in half last summer. She was quite pleased.

He does take Vit C now - 1,000 mg twice a day. I will look into purchasing the rest but I'm afraid to start anything till we know why his urine looks so bloody. I am really concerned and wonder if this is related to the poisoning or something else entirely? He's been quite tired but we had assumed it was going back to a difficult job after nearly four weeks out due to his health.

I'll keep you both advised.

Thank you both - Linda

Linda: Follow the recommended dosage on the product labels. The NAC probably 1 or 2 500mg on empty stomach once day. Selenium 200 mcgs once day. Melatonon at least 3 or up to 9 or more mg once daily before retiring. These recommendations are safe for long-term defense.

As for your report of husband's chronic conditions, the above will help, but I would also recommend a very good health food store brand mens mult. W/ every meal. Extra antioxidant supplements you might consider is vit-a, vit-e, zinc, vit-c. The mineral Chromium (as Picolinate) in combination w/ Cinnamon will help prevent diabetes. ACV will help the hypertension.

Also, to boost the body's natural defense and restore cellular vitality, try Wheat Sprouts. The Wheat Sprout Enzymes will breath new life to the sick cells.

In addition, I would very much recommend hot baths w/ 1/4 cup Epsom Salt and 1/4 cup Baking Soda, as these salts will help neutralize toxins as well as eliminate them through sweating. One main bad side effect of chemical exposures is acidosis. Acidosis prevents the production and utility of enzymes and coenzymes. The salts reverse the acidosis and greatly improve oxygenation (which is the goal of all the antioxidant supplements). 2 or 3 baths per wk. untill substantial recovery.

My apologies on the lengthy recommendations, but events (chemical exposures) like these plus the aging factor, plus the preconditions you detailed, could spell a rapid or irreversible decline. Hopefully the protocols will restore your husband's health.

Please update us any progress or changes.

In reply to Linda:

I did not recomend NAC in my previous post to you, even though it is well known to improve glutathione production in the human body as well as detoxify because the following abstract implies that it may cause other issues when used for the purpose of carbon monoxide poisoning. This abstract is suggesting melatonin did not have the same problem as NAC:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20586144

The problem is this is a rodent study and may or may not translate into human use, but I was thinking to err on the side of safety and melatonin has a very good safety profile. This abstract does not go into much detail as to what the exact problem was with NAC.

In reply to Linda: Try researching melatonin and its protective effects on the brain after damage from different insults. Carbon monoxide poisoning will probably have some similarities with stroke damage as both involve lack of oxygen to the brain for a period of time resulting in increased oxidation and free radical production which will damage the cells. Melatonin has been shown to be safe in humans at pharmacological dosing and is a potent antioxidant that can readilly cross the blood/brain barrier to get to the damaged areas. Melatonin has shown some benefit in diabetes also, but you need to consult with your doctor and get his/her approval before using melatonin for any medical purpose as the suggested dose is likely to be 20mg to 70mg per night, not the usual 3 to 5 mg dose used as a sleep aid. I can tell you from my own experience at 60 mg per night, my main side effect was morning drowsiness, which slowly declined over three weeks of use, but I had this same effect at 20mg per night and it too dissipated over a couple of weeks.

More specific to CO poisoning, Russian scientists have been testing a combination supplement called "Cytoflavin", as an injection/infusion.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22997755
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22665729
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22238986

Cytoflavin appears to be composed of the following: Succinic acid, Inosine, Nicotinamide and Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate. Here is a link to the only website I found that has information on it: http://www.polysan-ru.com/products/cytoflavin/injections/

It looks like your doctor would have to contact them about local availability.

Lastly curcumin has shown some benefit, but curcumin requires high dosing and I'm not sure that curcumin can traverse the blood/brain barrier very easilly. As a potential alternative, Meriva, a liposomal form of curcumin that is available in capsules from most major online vitamin suppliers may be more useful as it is promoted as being able to enter body tissues readilly and have longer staying capabilities than regular curcumin while requiring a significantly lower dose than standard curcumin. Again, you would need to get your doctors approval before using meriva or melatonin or cytoflavin, assuming cytoflavin is even available here.

Good luck with your research!

Hi. Our family suffered a near tragedy seven weeks ago when my husband nearly died in a car from carbon monoxide poisoning. Since that time we have noticed increased memory problems (he's always had some memory issues but they are worse now), fatigue, and even a loss of his normal voice. He used to have a lovely singing voice but can't hit many of the notes any longer.

He is 59 years old, overweight, high blood pressure and borderline diabetic. He suffers from depression (since he was a child) and has recently been diagnosed as bipolar. I've been reading online about carbon monoxide poisoning and realize that is what's causing his symptoms. The doctors will only say that we should give it 6-12 months and the effects may reverse.

Is there something he can do now?

R Adams: I manage this problem on a daily basis w/ MolyB 250mcgs 3x and don't exceed that. I also take 50-100 mg Zinc 3mg Copper daily for immune support and antioxidant support. Since aldehyde is toxic especially to the liver do take some Milk Thistle Seed Extract. For both alcohol and aldehyde detox, NAD (the niacin enzyme) is the major nutrient involved. You may prosper from some type of niacin supplementation or best to simply take NAD or NADH. Coenzyme B2 or FMN is also directly involved in aldehyde detox. You must get back on the MolyB along with these other nutrients and that will resolve the Ald problem.

Maybe to early to tell and I have a host of problems, but the few times that I have used Turpentine has been of benefit. It is said by some as the #1 fungal killer. If Ted and Bills protocols aren't working you may need to also do some heavy metal detox as well as Parasite detox, Turpentine or MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement). MMS is a major oxygen donor, more than H2O2 drops.

Supplementing Zinc/Copper alone can almost double your immune power. Thymus support will greatly increase immune power.

WARNING!

I 2nd the warning that R Adams gave about molybdenum causing severe copper depletion; and in my case that caused a serious cartilage or vertebrae disk damage to the body. It does this by causing a severe copper shortage, or deficiency in the body. This is a well known effect of molybdenum on animals, esp. sheep. 2 people in my family took molybdenum in the 500 mCg. size pill, for about 2 weeks, and both people suffered spinal disk degeneration. The spinal disks began sagging down and allowing the bone vertebrae spacing to collapse, which caused spinal nerve impingements. We began to to get sciatica pains, and our spine bones began to grate together. Our spines were degenerating in just days after starting the molybdenum. I used the internet to try and find out what was happening, and luckily found a couple of good websites which revealed that copper is needed for elastin tissues in sspinal disks, etc, and the molybdenum was causing a shortage of copper. It took about 2 months to get back to normal, after quitting the molybdenum.

I bought $100 worth of hyaluron from a bulk supplier to help with the cartiladge repair, but it turned out to be a defective batch, and did not help any. All hyaluron being sold on the market today is not bio-active. Some of it does not work. When you get good bio-active hyaluron it does work very well and very fast. I could not afford to buy anymore hyaluron after getting the bad batch, so I just done without.

Hi R Adams... Here is what Ted from Bangkok says about curing candida:

"Magnesium chloride 60% and ascorbic acid with baking soda will control your constipation well. The magnesium chloride drops are 10 drops 4 times a day, should be enough to control constipation. Tannic acid 1/4 teaspoon per liter of water will kill yeast overgrowth, and so will sodium molybdate 10 to 20 mg per day for a couple of days only. The hydrogen peroxide 3% one capful per liter of water as a drinking water and ascorbic acid and baking soda 1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda will help control yeast overgrowth too. A spray used as air freshener ammonium chloride 5% to 10% in a water and breathe indirectly will prevent yeast and fungus for forming in the lungs. Borax 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon can be mixed into the hydrogen peroxide drinking water to help control fungus also. If anemia condition caused by fungus eating up iron, artemisinin[from wormwood] around 500 mg will stop the fungus from uptake of iron, thus limiting their growth."

Source:https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/candida_questions.html

You should only take the high dose molybdenum for a couple of days with continuous breaks. Molybdenum should also be taken on its own -- with no other mineral nutrients like zinc, Iron, copper etc because these minerals use the same absorption pathways and compete with each other. The lack of iron or anemia in your body is not caused so much by the molybdenum but is more likely to be caused by the voracious appetite of candida for iron -- which also helps to convert the candida into its more dangerous and more virulent disseminated or systemic form. This is why you should generally reduce the intake of rare meats(reduce heme iron) in your diet if you have candida.

Supplement molybdenum 10mgs - 20 mgs for two or three days only then take a break for a few days is the way to take it. You took high dose molybdenum for a solid month which is the wrong way to do it. There is nothing that I know of that so efficiently works with the body to help reduce candida toxins -- as well as helping to kill the candida -- like molybdenum. Taking zinc is also helpful for increasing the alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme in the body to help get rid of excess alcohols that are also produced as waste from candida.

And if you are taking pantethine then you should be taking an equal amount of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) with it. See this article:

The Candida/Aldehyde Detox Pathway

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Hi, I tried molybdenum after suffering from and battling candida for a long time, and after around 2 days of taking a high dose recommended by many websites I felt miraculously cured of many of my symptoms, most significantly aching and slow muscles and brainfog. It became very clear that many of my problems were caused by the acetaldehyde produced by the vast amount of dying yeast in my body. Unfortunately after taking molybdenum for over a month I began to develop new symptoms of extreme tiredness and sleepiness during the day. When I described my latest symptoms to friends and family they thought it sounded similar to anemia. I researched the effects of molybdenum and it tured out molybdenum massively depletes copper in the body and, copper defficiency causes a different form of much less common anemia in which the iron levels are normal but fail to be carried in the blood. I have struggled to cure this copper deficiency with copper supplememnts and dietery alterations, for a long time and due to anemia allowing candida to make a come back as the immune system is lowered my candida alas returned. This time I am too scared to use molybdenum again and after just trying pantethine and having some very terrible reaction to it, I am desperately seeking new more safe natural methods of excreting acetaldehyde from the body. I'm hoping there are some herbal remedies that may help. If anyone knows of any other ways of dealing with acetaldehyde, please get back to me.. And BE CAREFUL if you're taking molybdenum in large amounts. It could have been the best thing that ever happened to my health since becoming ill if I had only known to stop after a couple of weeks. Be careful.. It can be dangerous as I've learned the hard way.

I just wanted to recommend to research for a mineral water with the highest silica content. I listed the names of but forgot EarthCLinic has policy against product naming.

I'm not sure if links are allowed but below I have linked an article explaining how silica removes aluminum toxicity.

http://www.naturalnews.com/034607_aluminum_poisoning_detox.html

As I had previously mentioned, this totally worked for me. I thought the liver pain was as a result of other issues I was having with my liver at the time. I researched allot of herbs to reverse the condition. The test results after taking the herbs healed my liver but not the dull pain. After watching a youtube video about silica and aluminum, I thought I'd try it.

Bingo! Pain is gone.

Oil Pulling
Posted by Laura (Houston, Mo) on 11/02/2012

I have recently started oil pulling and noticed an increase in the anxiety/ depression too. I was also on steroids during this start so I blamed it on that. Hmmm... Thanks for sharing. I am doing much better now. I hope you are too. I have noticed clearer skin, better tooth and gum health and smaller pores in just a short time. I've been pulling for 20min using sesame oil every morning. I like it and look forward to seeing more results soon:)

Robyn, you've got us here on EC. And btw, you once mentioned a drug taken during pregnancy: there are very many children who survive and thrive even through all manner of medicatons and abuse of all sorts. So take heart.

Roec, what you say is lovely and in the absence of a diagnosis and 20 yrs ago there was no knowledge of fibro or cfs so I read every positive thinking book in the bookshop/library and did all those exercises and look where thats got me. There was a lot going on inside me and environmentally I needed to know about it so I could stop poisoning myself. And everyone else poisoning me. I can find anything to be grateful for in this much pain, I cant go near anyone to help them, definately cant take a trip, something new? like paint??? I cant go near any hobby type poisons, can't read a book because of the paper & ink, black walnuts, Eucalyptus and olive leaves would make me as sick as a dog. I can't enjoy the company of an animal they make me so sick, grow veges or indeed do anything that is enjoyable. And nothing is really enjoyable when you're in so much pain you're completely locked up and can't move. But thank you for the thought.

Hi there Robyn, Hope you are doing better. In your last post, you were outlining all that was wrong in life. Bringing all of those emotions together into focus is very heavy and emotionally draining even though what you mentioned is part of your day to day life. I have been taught to do just the opposite and outline all that is good in life when everything feels so wrong. Take a moment to make a list of all the things in life you are grateful for. This exercise occupies your mind and emotions to focus on positive thinking and emoting. This exercise calls for finding other similar ways to occupy your emotions with positive vibrations. And no one ever "masters" these exercises but over time you do improve.

I have also learned that you have to "make" good times in life. When life is shitty or has stopped moving and feels stagnate, make something good. Something good can be a moment to help someone else, taking a trip somewhere awesome, creating something new like painting drawing or composition, paint the house or a room, build something, create something. I'll go hunting around town for black walnuts, Eucalyptus and olive leaves to make a healing FREE tea blend. It costs nothing, very healing and rewarding way to occupy my time and creating something from nothing.

Most of all REST!!! Rest makes a difference on your whole outlook on everything. A tired body makes a tired mind.

And to Rex: I felt it was necessary to state exactly what worked for me after experiencing 3 years of dull liver pain. I did try the diatomatious earth as you recommended but it was very dehydrating and too unpleasant to keep up on a daily basis. Also there are a variety of Diatomatios earth out there. You have to do a bit of research beforehand and make sure what you are getting is not the toxic pool grade DE. Also there is a difference between fresh water and salt water DE. I felt more assured buying DE from the source rather than re-sellers out there that then jack the price up while lowering the quality of the product. If going this route, be sure you drink enough water and be willing to endure the gritty chalky texture daily. I tried to put in my coffee thinking I would notice it less. It was just gross. I still have a tin container here at my desk full of DE from 2010 when I 1st tried it here at work as here I drink the most coffee.

The [mineral] water was easy as I could take the bottled water with me anywhere. I really could not believe this actually worked after spending nearly thousands on a variety of supplements over that 3 year period! It might be more expensive but it was better for me in the long run. I drank every drop of that water, brought bottles to work with me, made gallons of iced tea with it, and kept some in the car. I then gave the empty plastic bottles to the homeless dude who always dumpster dives on Saturday afternoons behind my building.

Detoxing From Arsenic
Posted by Rouven69 (New York, Ny) on 10/19/2012

To Tiffany see the newest consumer report article in current issue 11/2012. Rice is the biggest concern and especially the one grown in the USA. You may want to check other sources because with pesticides heavily used in the US the inorganic arsenic is now found in high levels in ALL rice (and fruit juice etc). The one with lowest level came from India but that was just one brand. So your apples juice made in US wouldn't make any different and apperentaly even organic unfortunatley doens't make a difference. It's sad how this has been so undedected for years and government is only starting to look into it.
