Don't forget to take magnesium tablets. They ease Asthma.
Get the good magnesium----Chelated Magnesium.
2 a day after a meal. Almost all diseases are better with a person taking Magnesium. I was an asthamatic, I was lucky. It was the kind that goes away when a person gets to be 14 years old. You might want to take a calcium Magnesium combo.
Magnesium

I agree with Joyce, Magnesium IS important for asthma. Capsules are almost worthless. Try powdered or one of the other powdered combos. You need a lot more than 250mg. For me, during a flare (airborne allergen, dust, smoke or infection induced) Extra mag, especially the spray oil on my chest plus internal, helps relax airways. I also make apple cider vinegar, sea salt and honey in hot water and sip that.
Good luck...it is horrible to suck air when flaring...especially here at almost 8000 feet!
Magnesium

I had for months this sensation of not being able to get a full breath or yawn, etc. I read somewhere that a deficiency in magnesium can cause this sensation. Sure enough this was the case with me. I started taking Magnesium and all of these symptoms went away. I went to Dr. after Dr. and test after test---all I needed was magnesium. I sure wish I could get the word out to more people with this problem that could get help/relief. Hope this helps!
Magnesium

When I first developed Asthma, I was shocked since I was an adult and at the time did not know you could get athsma as an adult. However, my doctor told me that mine was caused by my allergies. So I have been using 500 mg of Magnesium since last year and have not had an attack since then. I also use Quercetin to help fight it. I use a few others as well, but can't remember what. But will post later.
