Apple Cider Vinegar for Genital Warts

ACV works 100%

Day 1: Applied ACV to warts with cotton that I ripped to fit the lesion at night. It didn't stick with tape probably because of the location. So I covered the cotton with toilet paper and then taped that down.

I also put on some cotton underwear to hold it in place much firmer. Barely slept through out the night mainly because I wanted it gone and kept making sure everything was in place. Also got up and changed the cottons this time just holding them in place with my underwear line.

Day 2: woke up to the bumps whitish gray and slightly swollen.

Took a bath like normal.

Then placed more ACV on the bumps this time it sting so badly I sat there for 15 mins holding it in place then cleaned it up with some Hydrogen Peroxide 3% and put on some cotton undies and headed to work.

At night I bathe as usual, then wiped the area with hydrogen peroxide waited for it to dry then applied the ACV which burned like hell this time around. I closed my eyes and prayed for the pain to subside, eventually it did. (Still looking whitish gray)

Day 3: woke up to them dark brown some parts still gray. Applied some more ACV for half an hour not long because it was starting to make my skin feel raw with all the stinging and swelling.

The area is now brownish.

Took a warm bath this morning cleaned the area with 3% Peroxide the applied some castor oil like I see some other people on here doing and it gave me instant relief. Then head to work. Does anyone else have white discharge?

At night I decided to stay committed as I'm hoping to have these things gone by weekend so I can heal. I soaked thicker cotton strips because the thin ones dried out too fast and slept with them over night tonight it burnt like the bitch it is.

Day 4:Woke up this morning with even more white spots that the spot treatments didn't pick up previous days and thicker cotton strips seem to have raise others to the surface. However the ones previously treated turned black like some people described here. Thank God it works

Now I have to apply the thinker larger strips at night to ensure the new found ones get going too.

I'm so disgusted but please the ACV works.

This morning I didn't do anything jus bathe and let it dry out. Letting it rest and heal for the intense treatment I'm about to do tonight.

After work I took a warm bath and washed myself properly getting ready for my ACV soak tonight. Looked in the mirror and the spot that had turned black this morning are now gone. Eeeee I'm so happy and excited. Thank you Jesus it works! It did leave red flesh colored skin in its place but idc I'm soooo freaking happy rn.

This journey has truly taught me to respect myself more. Use a condom with new partners and get their test results. Cause ain't no way. I'm not even a super active sexual person only been with 5 ppl my entire 24 years of life.

Anyways tonight I soaked a big piece of cotton like night before and slept with that on knowing I'm almost done with my treatment.

Day 5- Bathe and watched myself in the mirror it completely cleared one side of my vag opening. The other side is dark and has dark spots peeling and flaking very sore but I'm pleased to say I'm getting somewhere. The previous white spots have faded or fallen out idk prob wasn't warts to begin with. Happy to say I'm almost completely done one more side to go. Yayy!

Tonight as I looked in the mirror I noticed the chunk on my right side had fallen off after my warm bath where I rubbed my vagina clean to ensure no dead skin was hanging on for my treatment tonight. In its place were raw skin patches I can tell my treatment is almost over. I applied a thick cotton on both sides just incase and put on my undies to go to sleep. Little to no burning tonight. However, I will be continuing my treatment till I am certain it's all clear.

Day 6- Woke up bathed and cleaned the area with peroxide rubbed some castor oil on the raw skin, put on some clean loose undies and went to work.

Came home took a warm shower and looked in the mirror. It looks very white and some areas raw. I'm taking tonight off to give it time to heal a little. So far both sides looks cleared. Also some of the Acv got on my but and caused slight burns. This method definitely works, I approve giving it a try.

It's been ten weeks since I went to the dermatologist. The ACV works. No warts, no scarring, no burnt skin. I'm a new man.

I'll try and keep this brief, but this forum gave me so much I feel like I had to post.

M/46/USA California & Nevada

In 2016 when I was 39, I cut the base my penis shaving with an electric razor. I really mangled the skin, & tore it up. Left a half a lentil sized scar on my penis, near the base, so far down that if I pull my skin up it can travel to my abdomen. But when aroused like 3/4” inch up the shaft. Thank Goodness, when aroused it really flattened out and was nearly invisible. You get the point. Worst day of my life. So much blood, I had to tie a tourniquet around it to stop the bleeding.

Months later a scar developed over the wound site. I tried to exfoliate it off, tea tree oil, poke it with a needle to see if it was a fluid filled boil. Nothing helped. In fact, I felt it was slowly growing.
Finally in 2018 I decided to have a professional look at it. I went to the top plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. I told him my story & I showed him and he immediately declared. "You have HPV! ” "I can cut it off and put a stitch and you'll-“
"Doc”, I replied, "its not HPV I just finished telling you it's a shaving scar." He disagreed. I walked out and didn't do anything about it. Seeing that no women ever noticed it, & a condom covered it, I just figured this was my “scar” for life.

Fast Forward to 2023,

6.5 years later. I felt this scar was becoming more visible. Especially when flaccid, bc skin was all bunched up. I looked into scar removal creams, and scar therapies. One day during my research, someone said that ACV works good on scars. Desperate to try anything. I got the good ACV w “the mother” and started applying it. Basically painting it w a Q-tip, for like a half hour. The “scar” turned white like most people in this thread report, and by day two the wart tripled in size, was pulsating, stinging, & all around reacting negatively to the acv. Plus a few junior warts sprouted up around it. What have I done? I thought. Someone in this thread described the wart getting “angry” and I can certainly agree. Now there was no hiding it, the area was red and white, was quadruple in size & in a cold sweat I thought I mutilated myself beyond repair. I immediately searched for the best dermatologist in Las Vegas and made an appointment. The guy is so good his next appointment was 3.5 weeks out. I booked it, and thought if someone else had an opening sooner I would go.

Then something remarkable happened. Three days later I looked at my scar, and there was a black scab on the top of it. But aside from that it looked much improved. I thought perhaps this is what has to happen? The ACV has to desiccate the scar, and destroy it top down? With my derm appointment now 3 weeks away, I said let me give it another go. So I applied Apple Cider Vinegar in the am after my shower once a day for like 10 mins 5 days in a row. Same result. Got worse again. White, yellow, stingy, pain, bleeding, cracking, the whole 9. At exactly 2 weeks before my appointment (March 14,2023) I sad let me stop so the derm can look at this not fresh from an ACV treatment. So I did not do it for 2 weeks. The scar never looked so good after scabs fell off. I even considered canceling the dermatologist appointment! But, because the guy was so highly rated, and I waited almost a month at this point I figured why not?

I go to the dermatologist, and tell him my story, and show him. Again, this Dr. tells me I have HPV. He checks my whole area and can't find another wart. I tell him, no doc it's a shaving scar. He says HPV. I say so you think I just happen to have HPV on the trauma site and nowhere else? He said yes and told me I could freeze it off, use a slow acting cream, or an aggressive, fast acting cream. I said give me fast acting. I'd rather get this done sooner than later. He prescribed me Condylox cream.

I went to 4 pharmacies in Las Vegas and no one carried it. No one carries HPV cream in Vegas? Finally one pharmacist said they could order it for me, it was $900. I was aghast!
Driving home it dawned on me. OMG, I bet everyone who has a cold sore, a wart, or a chancre etc probably tells the doctor they cut themselves shaving. They ignore it and go with their instinct & med school training.

By the time I get home, I decided I was going to go back to ACV. Especially since Condylox got mixed reviews online. Believe me $900 would have been a small price to pay, if reviews said it worked and was great.

I begin ACV treatment again. The tiny “wart”, almost undetectable at my appointment time once again goes white and balloons up to 3x+ it's size. To anyone reading this, this is the hard part. Seeing it look worse than before and thinking you're doing more harm than good is nerve wracking. I stayed with it. Because of its location I could not tie something to it and leave it on overnight. After 10 mins it would always slip off or move so I decided I was just going to bathe and slather the wart in Apple Cider Vinegar every 3 hours for 30 mins. Yes it stings, yes it throbs and hurts and looks awful. I feel like I know my body. I'm not into big pharma and I always look to natural cures and healing before anything else and by day 3, even as bad as it looked I could feel the Apple Cider Vinegar was doing something. Sometimes during a session the site would “fizz” like there was sparkling water in it. It also felt like a valve was released, and toxins were being sucked out of the wound area into the cotton ball. It broke open. More scabs more white and yellow skin around it, but in a weird way, I could sense progress and healing. Day 5 was 3 days ago. I said today is aggression day. I'm going to do 30 mins every 2 hours. (I never diluted btw) Qtips, holding a cotton ball on it for 30+mins and I even put like 2” of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass soda bottle, put the opening completely around the wart and flipped it over, maintaining a tight seal so that the wart was completely submerged. Intense stinging pain, but also “healing” pain if that makes sense. Like putting peroxide on a knee scab as a kid. The wart is destroyed right now just double scabs, & redness around the site.

Day 6, after aggression day I planned to just going to do it 2x. Maybe I'm burning the healthy skin around it, so let me do 2 sessions today and one tomorrow before evaluating. Now there is just scabs. Nothing looking “warty”. I begin to paint the area and scabs w ACV & nothing. No pain, no stinging, nada. Usually, after 2 mins the site would immediately “react” to the acv. Now nothing. Am I in the clear? I can't say for 100% certain. But like I wrote earlier. I do feel like I am in tune w my body, and I do feel this worked. When the scabs fall off and I see how it healed I will do Apple Cider Vinegar again and see if anything reacts. I will update y'all and try and answer any questions you have.

I can't be certain if this was a scar or HPV, it's certainly reacting to the Apple Cider Vinegar as if it was hpv. I was very sexually active '16-'20. None of my partners ever reported getting warts. But, after this last session, I feel like I am rid of my little devil. Now just 2 scabs remain, but I see healing pink skin all around & closing in. I'm from the generation where double skinned knees were the norm in summer. So I know what my body looks like when its healing, and this is it.

I'll post again in a few weeks with an update. But, so far so good.

Apple Cider vinegar gave me a scar too but cryotherapy ("freezing them off") gave me a scar too.

Firstly I'd like to thank everyone for leaving a review here, it really helped OMG. I notices cauliflower like thingies on my vagina, immediately got super worried. Went to the doctor he told me they are warts, I had no idea what that was . He told me it is sexually transmitted. Went for an HIV test it came back negative, thank God. I was frustrated with the warts as they kept spreading despite using the cream from the doc. I started searching all over the internet until I came across this site and OMG within 3 days of using ACV my warts were completely cleared. Try it really works.

Had a stubborn case for years. I thought I was going to live the nightmare forever, even seen the MD, used the cream, got lazered, but it came back. Long time sufferer here. Was infected twice. First time, one wart, gyno put acid on it, then finally removed it in a 2nd visit. Lab couldn't identify it because of the acid.

Then I was reinfected in early 2000's by a boyfriend who didnt tell me his history. This has never cleared my system. Back then a gyno said she would not help me, straight out was a such a d*** to me, nasty in my face, like she count be bothered, like I disgusted her with my little wart. And I had insurance too. Planned Parenthood stepped up and did acid treatments and were totally cool to me. It removed those warts, and I felt better, but I wasn't cleared if the virus, so I did ACV for years after that for subsequent flare ups.

Then I had a big relapse and PP told me they would not treat me for HPV, so I've been using ACV on and off for a long time.

People say on other forums/comments to go to a doctor and not to use ACV, they are wrong. Go to Dr to get tested if you are female (I am low risk), but then self treat with ACV, and be more diligent than me.

Now I am on a mission now to keep up with the removal of all warts, and to clear HPV from my system, so when I get my next pap my gyno will not say I have HPV.

For a while there has been a big wart on my minor labia, and I have treated it with ACV half heartedly, and mostly ignored it. But last week I said no more, and now it has been just over 1 week since I put on my big girl pants and vowed to clear this once and for all.

Now my warts are all white (meaning dead) with diligent use of ACV, external full strength (not daily), .5% salicylic acid (will get 2%), and today I did a ACV douche diluted with half water.

Soon I hope to work up to full strength ACV douching, in not sure, I need to research more on that.

Once my present white external warts are home I will do a weekly Wednesday overnight AVC check up. BTW, it is best to apply after a shower. I use cotton balls to coat my labia with ACV, then cut 2 cotton rounds in half, douse them with ACV, apply to labia, then go to sleep.

Soon I will try a pinch of baking soda mixed with a few drops of castor oil to make paste. Alternatively I will also be using Retin A since a study said it helped meat hopeless cases like me, and since I have the stuff I might as well use it.

My diet is good. No soda, red meat, food dyes, junk food.

Fingers crossed that I clear this HPV virus for good. This would not be possible without ACV with the mother (I use Bragg's). It is a life saver!

Am a big fan and family of ACV. It really helped my life from warts😞.i was ashamed of myself and I couldn't even tell anyone about the hvp. I had ACV in my house for long time.not knowing it was the cue of my wart😞. I was actually using it for Weight lost😂.so I google on how to get rid of warts 😞.they showed me many things;so I saw ACV which I had since 😂.so immediately that time I used it 😂. I must say Apple Cider Vinegar works but it can be tricky you have to figure out the process at first it seems like its working when the first layer comes off you just have to stay at it not everyone body is the same healing may take longer but it will work for me it looked so ugly I didn't know if it was getting better or not but now I understand that it will scab over and start to peel and underneath is a new layer of skin I almost start another session towards the end because of how it looked but behind the crusty black flakey scab was a new layer of healthy skin I'm so happy 😊 I thought my sex life was done thanks to this forum I'm all clear don't give up this does work. I wish I had pictures of the process but I didn't know if this would work but it did 👌👍.

Apple Cider Vinegar for GW

Well, I'm coming in late to this game but I want to say thank you to everyone for the input. For two months I've been suffering and my OB/GYN has just been not helping finally I stumbled across this forum and started trying the Apple cider vinegar and literally two days later they already started to heal ♥️

I remember the first time I noticed a wart on my shaft. 5 years ago. Freaked me out. Read about ACV as a treatment and started to spot treat it. Used cotton, plastic wrap, and medical tape to keep it on all night. The first night it turned white and swelled up huge. It was like it was hiding behind the skin. After the second night the pain was real but I kept at it. Third night it tuned black. Fourth white again. On the seventh day, something weird happened. I was like the white just turned to mush and it came off with a wipe. Sort of like the ACV just dissolved it after 7 days. Hurt like a mother to apply it in that period but when I saw it just smoosh away it was like wow, gone. Worth it. Thought about one more night just to be safe but chickened out looking at the crater it left.

Just put a little polysporin on the spot and wrapped it and went to bed.. There was a small crater where it was but after the swelling went down from the ACV treatment you couldn't even tell where it was or that it existed. Never came back. I'm a healthy guy, eat healthy. Sure that helps. So, bummer. I found this tiny bump in another spot and put some ACV on it, and that tiny bump has grown into a huge white spot ....again. Like its hiding Guess round 2. But at least I know its going to work and when its gone, it's gone.

I applied apple cider vinegar to a vaginal wart that occurred in the same spot about 6 yrs ago. It was so close to the mucus membrane of my vagina I wasn't sure it would work.

Here's what I did. I kept a small container near the toilet and I put little pieces of rolled up cotton in the ACV. I'd take one out and put it directly on the wart. I know this is graphic but here is where it was. The wart was on my labia major but almost on a fold that turned into the labia minor. It was a weird spot. I'd arrange the cotton on the wart and then fold my labia to cover it and hold it there for however long it would stay there.

It kinda burned and felt uncomfy but I kept up with it. The dimensions got smaller within a few days. By day 5 I couldn't feel it anymore but I continued to put ACV on the spot because I felt there was perhaps a bit more under the skin. So far so good!! All gone. I had a wart removed from that same spot 6 yrs ago... so it seems it is a reoccurring virus.

I did try tea tree essential oil during the first round but the TTO did not make such fast gains as the apple cider vinegar.

I just want to say thank you to all you brave people who have shared your experiences on here. I am a 51-year-old recently divorced woman (married for 30 years) who caught genital warts from the first man I slept with, and I only had sex with him once. Now that's bad luck! I literally noticed my first wart, 4 months later, as a tiny pinhead sized pimple, but I'm very aware of my body and I knew it was something new. By the time I got an appointment at the STI clinic I had grown another one.

At my first visit the lady froze everything she believed to be a wart, and has told me to come back next week but I'm very proactive and I do believe in home remedies so I have been having baths with apple cider vinegar Teatree Bicarb of soda and castor oil and soaking for as long as I can I've also been putting raw Braggs apple cider vinegar directly onto my vagina with a cotton wool pad and leaving it on for about 15 minutes. (Yes I have burnt myself!)

The first tiny wart that I found has now dropped off, the second one is looking a bit sick but I came up with some new tiny weenie little pinhead ones that have now disappeared, clearly because of the a ACV! I now think I've come up with one on my anus which is lovely!!! But to be honest I am not letting this get me down and you shouldn't either. It's just warts! It's not the end of the world they will go away and your immune system will suppress the virus eventually and you will not pass it on! Chickenpox is a virus when you catch it you are extremely contagious but your body fight the virus and suppresses it and even though you will have that virus for the rest of your life you will not pass it on, genital warts is exactly the same principle!! I am literally 2 weeks into my experience and I'm determined to stay positive I will get rid of these little fuckers and then get on with the rest of my life! And even at the ripe old age of 51 I've learnt a very important lesson, to respect my body enough to only share it with someone I really really care about, Because that one shag for fun was absolutely not worth all this!!!!

Hey there, as many of you, I also got GW. When I went to the gynecologist she said they are warts. I was sure they werent because I have only one partner, my partner doesn't have them). Plus, we never had sex without condom. So, this means that you can get GW from everywhere. I bought Apple Cedar Vinegar (AVC) just to see if they will become white, there I realized I really have GW. I did the method as everyone else here. I put AVC in the place I had them, which I had a lot. Today is my last day of the second week and Im almost GW free. I have some small bumps close when you open the vagina, but I am trying not to put pressure on it as it is a delicate area. I would suggest you to use before and after the AVC treatment Hydrogen Peroxide. In meanwhile, I have change my diet as well and eating vitamins A, C, L and planning to take more.

P.s I kept it short but bear in mind that you are not alone. I was very depressed and took anti depressant pills. But, know I know that GW are almost gone, it feels like I have a brand new vagina in 2 weeks treatment. Best of luck!
