I would love to say turmeric has been beneficial for lowering blood pressure but since taking it l have hardly slept a wink in 2 weeks. I usually sleep very well and only took between 1/4 teaspoon or a little over of turmeric powder in a small amount of water. Perhaps it was the brand, albeit a well known one, but won't take the chance again.
Hawthorn seems to be much more agreeable in my case so will continue to take that, which is mentioned in Shane Ellison's Over the Counter Natural Cures. It really is a brilliant book and I would highly recommend it.
