3-4 weeks after having Covid I realized my memory loss was acute. I am 62 years. This has been going on for 3 months. The term "brain fog" didn't register for me. It was short term memory loss and more like neuro connections not taking place.

I did more research and memory loss from Long-Covid can mimic Alzheimer Symptoms. It was pretty alarming.

I have recently been taking Maca for a host of reasons. Balancing hormones for post-menopause. Vaginal dryness. Depression. Adrenal exhaustion. Boosting my Energy. After taking Maca for several weeks, I realized my memory issues have improved significantly.

I did more research into the Maca and found it supports good memory and cognitive function. Stress relief. It supports a healthy libido and fertility issues. Maca supports the whole endocrine system. It is referred to as the South American ginseng. My memory issues have improved 75% ... oh and so has my sex drive.

I found an Organic brand that combines red, black and yellow Maca. The dosage on supplements are generally for maintenance and not therapeutic ... so I usually double or triple the dosage if I am treating for something. If the bowels become loose, you've over done it.

Very impressed with Maca.

N-Acetyl Cysteine will clear your lungs: 500mg for every 1500mg Vitamin C that you take. Ideally 3000mg Vitamin C with 1000mg N-Acetyl Cysteine twice a day/after breakfast and after dinner.

10,000mcg Vitamin D3,500mcg Vitamin K2,50mg Zinc: Twice a day.

Editor's Choice

I was about a month and a half after my initial infection and still having trouble breathing, constantly needing to clear my throat, brain fog, low energy, and coughing fits. I would make an occasional Hot Toddy, because it really helped with the breathing, and I always added a dash of cayenne pepper. Last week, the cayenne pepper was not coming out of the shaker, so I opened it up to get a little out, and probably a tablespoon's worth, maybe a little more, fell into my drink. I thought "what the hey" and added a bit more honey to make it more palatable. It was not the best tasting, but I drank the whole cup. The next day, and ever since, I felt better. I drank one more this week, just to be sure I killed everything off, but I am back to my usual self.

Ari,

Thank you very much for saying so.

I think Pine Bark Extract (PBE) would be useful for Long Covid. My favorite would likely be melatonin as I had previously posted about and I think that the two would work well together. On a related note, Grape Seed Extract (GSE), not to be confused with Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE), has very similar qualities to PBE.

I also think that bringing your vitamin D level (25 OH d level) well up into the upper half of the reference range of 30 ~ 100 ng/ml will likely be additive to the other two.

Taking vitamin D at the time of Covid-19 infection may not be optimal because it can take two weeks or longer for the vitamin D3 supplement to be fully converted to the active form of vitamin D. For Long Covid, I think the importance is to get your 25 OH d level up into the upper half of the reference range which your doctor can test for you to make sure you go high enough, but not beyond the top of the reference range.

Regarding PBE for high blood pressure, when I took very high dose PBE as an experiment, it had no discernible effect on my blood pressure.

Hi Art: what are your thoughts on using the above for covid long haulers? I read a post on EC where someone said this was what brought him back to 100% so this caught my attention. Also, there were a few people on Amazon who said they used it for high BP as well. Thank you in advance for your response. Thank you for all you do for the EC family… greatly appreciated.

FLCCC has all you need for the virus protocol. Thankfully when Omicron hit my whole family, we had plenty of everything they advise except the Nebulizer, which I regret. However, high dose Iver tablet form does work, but for some reason, the horse paste worked faster. 3 of us were over the most severe symptoms in 3-5 days and 80% better day 7. There are some annoying lingering symptoms such as dry cough and phlegm production for a few weeks, but the severity is minimal. Some I know who were jabbed suffered with the virus 10-14 days because they followed allopathic protocols, which are mostly failures based on profit only.

Neem Tea for Long Covid Fatigue

I love neem tea for its effectiveness for a wide variety of diseases. Suffering from extreme exhaustion that is kind of disabling, I tried neem tea and taking it for only two three days resulted in improvement of my fatigue.

dosage: wash 10 neem leaves and put in a cup of boiling water. Let it simmer on low heat with pan covered for 20 minutes. Turn off stove and let it cool for further half an hour. Drink once a day.

Please do check the conditions under which neem should not be taken such as during pregnancy.

One thing that we've noticed (and that no one else has mentioned) about covid recovery is how *vitally important* proper hydration is! Drink at least a gallon a day of *Clean Water* (reverse osmosis or distilled) with electrolytes/minerals added. This breaks up and clears out mucous, toxins, viruses, and other bad things that attack our bodies. Never underestimate simple things God created--such as water!

The thing about SURAMIN is no joke. Scientist Judy Mikovits said it's the cure to Covid and the spike proteins of the vaccine. She said the elites would not leave themselves without a cure... and its Suramin. I don't think Earth Clinic allows links necessarily but use either Pine Needle Tea (I use a second black tea bag in there for flavor as well) or look up Contamishield which is the only actual product I've seen whose base is Suramin.

Karie,

A very useful supplement for Covid-19 as well as recovery, is melatonin.

The reason why is because melatonin is protective of the major organs of the body as well as having anti inflammatory as well as very potent antioxidative stress effects. Given that the SARS CoV-2 virus has shown that it can attack many organs and operates well in an environment of elevated oxidative stress and inflammation, melatonin is well suited for the purpose.

I wrote about this extensively here :

Hi Karie,

My mother is still recovering from this Covid, Sometimes when you have something so bad you have to trough everything at it But the kitchen sink. She had a real hard time eating due to a very bitter taste in her mouth. She was able to consume light purple grapes. The key to this is to chew the grapes very well the help is in the skin and needs to be chewed for a very long time.

I also had her drank Green Tea. I bought 85% Dark Chocolate, she had a hard time with this due to bitterness. Oranges, Tangerines she was able to eat lots of

Also, 1 gram of Carbohydrate Boost ( Found in the Diabetic section ) really helped her and her blood sugars. and help her regain a lot of strength. I had her was her nose with a Sinu gator ( you could use a netti pot as well ) with the salt pack and add ( one drop of Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo to the boiled water ) Be sure to boil your water for 5 minutes. Zicam gummies she took lots of and they seemed to help.

She did a nebulizer with some meds from the doc, she was diagnosed with Covid Pneumonia. Oxygen level never went past 95. So her lungs were pretty clear.

Try K2mk4 + k2mk7. I can't stress how much this is important. Basically the whole covid is actually k2 depletion. K2mk4 get 45mg from lifeextension.

Take 1 capsule every 3 hours for 24 hours. That is it.

And get K2mk7 trans type menaq7 type 3 times daily by 5 to 600 mcg for a week. Then slow to 180 to 200 mcg daily. K2 is gluing on spike, activating c and s human proteins, cleaning calcium from inflamed soft tissues. Etc... Google covid+k2 vitamin.

Up the vitamin D3 dose. Some have taken as much as 50,000IU for a few days.

Bromelain 3x higher than the suggested dose

NAC (precursor to glutathione)

Melatonin (I have read 1mg/kg)

Up the vitamin C maybe to 20grams of vitamin C to start for bowel tolerance. If pills crush them, put them in water and drink. Might need 60grams+ per day

Aspirin dissolved in water

Potassium citrate

A decongestant/anti-inflammatory to keep airways open such as an oil to rub on your chest (tea tree, coconut, eucalyptus.....)

Ivermectin every day for 5-7 days

I have read on orthomolecular.org that niacin is very good as is iodine.

These are just some things off the top of my head

I had long Covid. I was tired, depressed - just not feeling right at all. I had to cut the grass one day, although I had no desire to do this with my push mower. Afterwards, much to my surprise, I actually felt BETTER... This got me thinking...What sorts of processes are stimulated in the body by exertion?

And this led me to the idea of natural steroids.

I happened to have some Ayurvedic natural plant steroid on hand known as Guggul or Gugglesterone (see the "steroid" in the end of the name?) I took about double what was suggested on the bottle from an Indian grocery store. I felt better 20 minutes after I took the first dose the following day. I tried taking it, then not taking it on alternate days. I had to keep taking it every day for a couple of months. I don't take them any longer and I feel fine, again.

tl;dr guggulsterone every day for 8 weeks at double recommended dose on bottle.

This is Dr Mercola's recipe and it works very well.

16 ounces distilled water, 1 tsp Redmond's salt or Celtic sea salt ( NOT table salt), 3/4 tsp 12% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Regular hydrogen peroxide is not recommended.

For each nebulized treatment, add 1 drop Lugol's 5% iodine. It's best to put it into a glass jar for storage like a mason jar with a good seal and keep refrigerated after mixing to prevention decomposition.

Jeannie,

This is what I saved from georgekramermd.com

Directions:

Dilute 1 oz (5 mL) 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in 16 oz Saline Use 3cc diluted mixture in each nebulization treatment Place mask over mouth and nose and breath normally until solution is gone, normally 10-15 mins.

Repeat hourly the first day; 4-6x daily until infection is resolved.

Note: if no saline is available distilled water can be used. Food grade Peroxide is recommended but drug store variety can be used. Some doctors suggest a stronger mix of 15 cc Hydrogen Peroxide to 16 oz water. If stronger mix burns, then back off to a more dilute mixture.

I need to know what else to use with the HP. I have looked everywhere and cannot find the recipe for nebulizing. I see Bill's recipe for the mist and we did this but the burning in my dad's throat has caused us to stop the misting, so can someone share what their recipe is for nebulizing? how much HP, water, etc.? or maybe share links as to why using saline or salt? Thank you so much for your replies. We are fighting round the clock to save my dad. Even right now at 1am we are trying to get him to breath. We did the nebulizer every 2 hours today but at night, it is the worst for him to breath and now we have to stop the nebulizing I just found out the equate brand of HP from walmart has stabilizers and so we will be without nebulizing for a day or 2 until the pure product gets to us.

I experience the burning in the throat occasionally. I thought it was from not mixing the solution well enough each time and getting too much salt from the saline. I don't know the formula you are using but I assume you are using food grade peroxide and not the regular as that will definitely burn. I would also get a nebulizer as it will be much more effective. I was near death and a friend provided the solution and nebulizer and said to do it every hour. I did this for two days and slowly tapered down. It saved my life! Prayers to you. Hope this helps.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

My father is 30 days post covid and he is negative now but his breathing is terrible. He was using a walker and was winded and could not have a conversation on the phone without losing his breath. I came across Bill Munroe's method via this website and we immediately started the hydrogen peroxide via the mist bottle. We have been doing 3 pumps twice in a row due to him not being able to breathe very well until we could get him stronger to do the 6 pumps. We can see a big improvement just 24 hours into it. Today is 48 hours. I purchased a glass bottle mister from Amazon.

We have been doing the 3 pumps 2 times in a row every 2 hours and the last application he said it burned his throat. We have stopped the treatment via the mist bottle and I'm wondering if I should get him a nebulizer. Is the mist bottle spraying too much verses the saline bottle you can wash out?

Anyone else experience the burning in the throat and or can you give advice what to do so we do not have to stop the hydrogen peroxide? It is working. If we want to do the nebulizer, what is the recipe please? TY so much in advance for all your help and God Bless everyone and I'm sure Bill will be getting many Blessings from the Lord for sharing this recipe and helping so many other people.

Get your facts right

https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2021/may/21/gateway-pundit/no-proof-drugs-not-approved-us-covid-19-caused-dro/

Our ruling

The Gateway Pundit claimed: "COVID cases in India plummet after government promotes ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine use."

COVID-19 cases in India, one of the worst-hit countries in the world by the coronavirus, dropped in mid-May only after a nearly vertical spike in cases over the previous several weeks. The Indian government has given limited recommendations for using the two drugs in connection with mild COVID-19 cases.

There is no evidence that the two drugs caused or contributed to a decline in cases in India. Neither is approved in the U.S. for COVID-19. And both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization recommend against using them to prevent or to treat COVID-19 infections, citing lack of scientific evidence of their effectiveness and the potential for serious side effects.

For a misleading statement that has an element of truth, our rating is Mostly False.

Sorry, you are misinformed about this.

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Task Force on Covid-19 have dropped the use of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drugs from their revised guidelines for the treatment of the infection.

The decision was taken after experts found that these drugs have little to no effect on Covid-related mortality or clinical recovery of the patient.

“HCQ may be considered for removal from guideline, with recommendation to use with caution only in clinical trial setting (since there is some genuine uncertainty regarding the possible benefit for severe cases and in low dose), ” said the document titled ‘considerations for exclusion of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine from the clinical guidance for management of adult Covid-19 patients'.

Several clinical studies have shown the low mortality benefit for HCQ, said the document. In fact, when HCQ is administered with azithromycin, it increases the risk of adverse drug effect (ADE) in patients, experts said.

Studies also found there was no clarity on mortality benefit, no effect on length of hospital stay and recovery in case of Ivermectin.

The recommendations were made at a meeting of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and the ICMR national task force for Covid-19 and the Joint Monitoring Group on August 20.

If you had done your due diligence before posting your comment, then you would have discovered the help they have provided people that could not get better on the pharma hospital protocols. I challenge you to find YouTube videos on the work they're doing. They've appeared before Congress trying to get the protocols changed and because of how the NIH and CDC is run, they were turned a deaf ear. They've continued their work and helped other countries and moved on from petitioning the US Congress. Look up Louis Gossett, Jr. and how he checked himself out of an Atlanta hospital because a kind person reached out and spoke up about the FLCCC protocol. He claims it saved his life! They also run a unit out of a Texas hospital that is open minded to their methods. We looked up everything natural that would heal his liver and he took it. His liver is 100% back. He developed a pulmonary embolism so we both went on what's called the long haul protocol for covid. It is working. I'm 100% back and he is about 80% back. I hope this helps you.

  • Ivermectin for 5 days then 1 or two times a week for 4 weeks.
  • Vitamin B complex
  • Vitamin C 500 to 1000 mg a day
  • Vitamin D3 1000 to 3000 iu a day
  • Quercetin 250 mg a day
  • Zinc 30 to 40 mg a day
  • Aspirin 325 mg a day
  • DHA or Omega 3
  • N-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg 1 of 2 times a day
  • Probiotics
  • Melatonin 10 to 20 mg before bed

You do this until you are better.

You can get info from the FLCCC Alliance.

Take the above for three weeks beyond when you feel better. You will probably feel better in about a week plus take the above for three more weeks= four weeks total. Limit your coffee intake severely at this time. This is the same recipe to take for anyone with a frozen shoulder that has occurred spontaneously/without injury. Based on my experience, I believe a frozen shoulder this way is caused by a virus.

White pine needle tea is available in Maine at this link: https://freshpineneedletea.com/

The White Pine grows in this area as well as in Nova Scotia, Canada, etc.

Why thank you Orin. I will certainly check Etsy, as well as locally. Blessings to you.

Madelyn, you don't need "Korean" pine. You can use eastern white pine or red pine. Research both. You can find a lot of people selling both on etsy.

Just look at reviews and how long the sellers have been in business when deciding. Many are harvesting pine needles fresh by day. That's what you want. Freshly picked.

You may luck out and find that they grow in your area and you can go out and harvest yourself.

Wait after taking ivermectin. Covid to me is very much like Lyme disease. When you treat it, you can get die off symptoms when the virus is being killed in your body.

Rest and see how you are in a week or too. Take aspirin for aches and pains.

I had both COVID and Lyme. Not at once, the exit of both of these things was painful but they were eradicated.

3mg is not enough. You need to take at least 4x that amount. But it's really based on your weight. If you're fighting COVID and symptoms have progressed to the pulmonary stage, you may take 36mg of Ivermectin if you weigh approx 130 lbs, for example. This dose would be taken once a day, for at least 5 days.

Please see these very helpful instructions for how to figure out your dosage, as well as other very important supplements you should be taking in conjunction.

Oscillococcinum Boiron oscillococcinum homeopathic Medicine for flu-Like Symptoms, 36 Count

Visit the Boiron Store4.9 out of 5 stars 1,466 ratings| 6 answered questions read the reviews, I use this for pain from hiking sand dunes with bags of rocks. Also alkaseltzer with aspirin in it or baking soda alkalizes. I take baking soda and it negates my vitamins and I know because fleas start to bite me, (low b vitamins). 2-3 Activated charcoal internal + 16 ounces water, with colace to keep it moving and topical castor oil (palm of christ) packs will knock most pain down.

Ivermectin

I am considered a long hauler. I took 3 mg of Ivermectin for 3 days. My tongue is still numb and my joints are horrible. Can someone share some insight on what to do?

Glad you are better now, Mark.

Could you please share where you purchased the Korean Pine Needle tea? I looked several weeks ago at my usual source for herbs (Mountain Rose Herbs), but they do not carry it. I did see some pine needle tea listed on Amazon, but you never know for sure who the seller / source is. Thanks!

I had long covid for 14 months. Spent $25k on supplements (a lot of them listed here) to try to manage/cure it.

Korean Pine Needle tea was the thing that I believe brought me to 100%. I've been 100% for 3 months now. It has a compound suramin which may help protect TCells from being infected by the virus. When I first took it I had flu-like symptoms for 2 days as if I was fighting the virus again. To help manage my longcovid and support immune system I was also taking Lactococcus Lactis (probiotic), buffered vitamin c and Beta Glucans back then.

For early acute phase of the virus, steam-inhaling nascent iodine (add dropper of iodine to boiling cup of water then inhale steam) helped my lungs. 2 weeks in I had burning lungs and covid pneumonia. I needed to steam inhale iodine daily for weeks or I'd wake up with pneumonia the next day. Little did I know I'd still be sick for 13 months after that. (heart, neurological, gastro problems - I had it all) It's a crazy virus but I think natural cures could prevent almost anyone from dying from it. No gene therapy shot needed.
