I drank apple cider vinegar in water, had beets carrots and molasses twice a day, I exercised about 30 mins. A day five times a week and went away from my ex ( stress), I drink chamomile tea almost every night. I cut out animal products as much as possible .And drank lots of water and used beans or peas with meals.

My fibroids had caused me a miscarriage and was hurting my back . I did those changes for a summer, not only did I lose about 30 lbs bit when I went for check up, fibroids were almost non existent. The point of natural remedy is to decrease the estrogen. Stress, animal foods etc. Feed fibroids. Don't feed the fibroids and they will shrink. Since all that success I started talking to that bloke again.. needless to say I feel a small one but I'm getting rid of him for good. For me that's my source if stress. Good luck.

2 months ago, I was diagnosed with a Fibroid tumor the size of a fist ( 6cm x 8cm) at the top of my uterus, an ovarian cyst ( 3.5 cm x 4.5cm) on my left ovary, and several other small cysts on my right ovary. I was in horrible pain. All the doctors I consulted sung the same chorus, "surgery! Thats what they trained for anyways.

But am here to testify that God has completely healed me of all the pain, cysts and the fibroids. Am here to encourage someone that it's not the end of the road if you in a similar situation, there's a way out.

1. Most importantly, I have been praying, praying, and praying to the Almighty Father.

2. Have been taking 1 tbs BSM, ACV, BS twice a day

3.1tbs turmeric, cayennepepper, cinnamon, cumin and blackpepper powder.

4. 3 litres Beet, carrot, radish and carrot juice daily

5.Milkthistle and Maca root capsules

6. Changed my diet completely and stuck to an Alkaline one

7. Castor oil packs each night

In less than 7 weeks, the cysts and tumor were all gone!

My fibroids were 13 cm and 11 cm. 11 cm shrunk and am still working on the other 13 cm that is now 9cm. Here is what I did: Drinking plenty of water early, avoiding milk, drinking of aloe vera gel, drinking of ginger mixed with burnt castor beans, alligator pepper.

Hi, I am from Malaysia. I have been diagnosed with 2 fibroids, 2.2 cm and 2.3 cm, in early 2011. After a few months when I went back for check up, 2 fibroids have become one at the size of 5.5 cm. After 2 mths, it has grown to 6 cm. Doctor advises me to remove it completely but I refuse because I afraid it might render my chances of pregnancy. Then I started taking chinese med which the lady doctor claimed that she has curred many patients with fibroids.

in May 2012, the med. Check up shown the fibroids has grown to 7.6 cm, when I went back to the lady doc, she found out that I didnt change my diet and consuming too much tea, coffee, diary products, and etc. Since then I tried to change my diet and quitted many unhealty foods. 3 weeks ago, when I went for med. Check up, the report shown it has grown to 8.6 cm. This has frighten me as it seems growing fast. Luckily I have never experienced pain and bleeding problems during period.

One day I came across a website in Malaysia, http://u-turn-grass.blogspot.com/search/label/Ã¥ and found some recipes that could shrink fibroids.

1) having this juice every morning (blend them and drink the whole thing)

1 x red carrot , 1 x banana, 1/4 slice lemon, 1 x yellow capsicum, 1 x green apple, and 1 stalk of celery

** a 3cm fibroids found in a lady has disappeared completely after continuing taking the drink for 1 month.

2) 2 herbs which can be found in Malaysia (not sure abt other countries). These herbs have cured many patients with cancer, fibroids, thyroids and etc

**sabah sneak grass - Im taking 150 pcs per day blend with apple.

I am following these 2 recipes for 2 weeks, suprisingly, I realise that I dont go to toilet so often like the past 1 yr. Especially during night time, I used to woke up 2-3 times every night to pee, but now I can hold until morning with no problem at all. Every night when I touch on the lump, it seems getting smaller.

Today, I have decided to add blackstrap molasses into the plan. Hopefully it will give a better result to combating fibroids.

I will go for scanning again by end of August, hopefully it will be a good news....

Hi Nic, You mentioned you tried Sabah snake grass. How did it go? I heard about it and started to take it, unfortunately, on the 2nd day of menses, I think it really made me bleed more. Did SSG work for you??

FIBROIDS OR CYSTS: I just want to help other women with promising formulas that work. I CANNOT MENTION PRODUCT BRANDS OR URL'S YOU CAN EMAIL ME FOR THAT INFO.

DIM plus 6/day (gets rid of bad estrogen that causes fibroids or cysts)

Vitex 2/day (levels out your progestin to keep estrogen balanced

Iosol Iodine (water soluble kind not the ones for cuts) 4-5 drops daily in about 2 ounces of water or juice ( most women with cysts or fibroids are low on iodine (Google it).

Organic Castor Oil soaked (not dripping) on a flannel rag/cover with plastic wrap/place heating pad over plastic wrap/lie down for 1. 5-2 hrs. 5/week when you can relax and complete the 1. 5-2 hrs. Except on period days (causes increased circulation so it may increase bleeding) (castor oil will help shrink the fibroids (PLEASE use a BPA FREE container) to store flannel soaked rag after use (can resuse several times til oil starts to smell) add more oil in container over flannel when you use next time

Serrapeptase try for 10 mg. Take by directions at least 3/day (I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT) (I tried to take this product but it caused nausea for me at the time) I have since taken it and was fine, no nausea (it is an enzyme from the silkworm (all natural) and it eats away fibrin in our bodies which can be blood clots, cysts, and mainly, our concern, fibroids. (Google it for info and reviews) If you get nauseated with the Serrapeptase you can try Nattokinase (it is from a fermented soy and does the exact mission as the Serapeptase to rid the body of fibrin (you can Google it also)

I also alkalined my body with homemade organic lemonade/with stevia or trivia (natural do not use sugar) (all throughout the day) and I used PH drops to put in my water 3/day (especially 1 of the times about 2:30 - 3:00 in the morning if you get up for the bathroom) as per Ted saying this is one of the highest acidic times (so great time for the drops) if possible PLEASE AVOID red meat, chicken, eggs, milk, or creamers that are not organic b/c they contain hormones that have estrogen effects, (estrogen feeds your fibroids and makes them grow) Also if possible use BPA FREE plastics to drink in and store food

I HIGHLY recommend these products I know they work w/o a doubt. Give them at least 2. 5 months please, possibly 3 to see difference. You should absolutely feel a difference in the size of the fibroids or cysts outside of your uterus when you lie down. It may seem like a lot to take but I now have no fibroids like I did (it was worth for me and so quickly)

please contact me if you have more questions and I wish the best for you, sincerely Sheree (wishingsoon(at)yahoo. Com) I make no profit on these products I just use them with MUCH SUCCESS

at first I took acv, molasses and baking soda.

until the baking soda made my skin grey it had aluminum in it. Then I just used Apple Cider Vinegar and molasses. For nearly a month now. Then I decided to make things quicker. By combining tumeric, molasses, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and apple cidar vinegar, flax seed powder, grape seed extract and spirulina. Today's my first trial run at this remedy. I'll keep you posted. I'm feeling better inside my stomach thats a good sign I can feel it working more.

apart from the usual mollases and Apple Cider Vinegar I think this double triple dose could be effective to shrink the fibroids. I dont eat anything with sugar, no meat, a little fish, water with lemon, or acv... No sodas, white breads, maybe whole wheat. No soy. Mainly almond milk, flax, fiber cereal.. Oatmeal.. My food intake is vary vary light. I'm training my body to survive off of little food intake to help this process more.

if I go out to dinner I'm ordfering fish and salad.

by the way if anypne has any other cures for fibroids or have tried ones close to this could you post your remedies. for fibroids and hair growth..

for hair growth I put a mixture of galric, acv, coconut oil, in my hair and I color it naturally with henna. Red henna mixed with lemon acv, coco nut oil, olive oil, tumeric I combine and leave in for about 2-4 hours. I'll keep you posted on that also. Oh by the way does anyone know how to properly make purple henna. I hear indigo mixed with black henna, and blackberries, cranberries, and lemon might be a good hair coloring for it. But if your familiar with it could you send meinfo on it thanks.. stay blessed...

I had fibroids in my boobs for years and I took evening primrose oil for 1 month and they are still not back and that was 3 and 1/2 yrs ago. I decided to try to continue to take it and didnt like the thinness that it did to my skin. It worked and my doctor told me to take it even tho I already was. I had been on it for 1 month when she said I should get my yearly mommogram and assumed I would have fibroids as I had for almost 30 yrs, and none were to be found. I also have some on my uteris but they are still there. I dont need surgery for them and hope I never do.

My fibroids are GONE! This is what I did. I bathed in filtered water which I sometimes added frankensence essence or chamomile. Go Berkey. (I avoided plastic bottles, telflon), gave up all dairy, I drank dandylion tea for awhile. I did the forum (emotional work), I drank chlorophyll, I did Vitex capsules and blackstrap mollasses for a month. Oh yeah. And I master cleanse for 18 days. I also visualized them shrinking and knew they were shrinking. I went to acupuncture 3 times. Ten months ago I had 3 tumors 50mm to 80 mm. My last sonogram was completely normal!!!

LOVE Earth Clinic!
I HAD a 5" tumor, non-fibroid, non-cancerous, in my uterus. My Ob/Gyn suggested a D & C, but I know they can be dangerous and painful. I looked for remedies on the web, and found out that Frankincense is anti-tumoral. I melted Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in a glass jar, added 2 tsp Vitamin E oil, 2 tsp Frankincense, and 2 tsp Tea Tree Oil. I rubbed it on my abdomin 2x a day for the past week. I also found out that making a very strong tea from cinnamon sticks will do a SERIOUS cleanse of the uterus (but will cause a miscarriage if you're pregnant- so BEWARE) and I've been waiting for my monthly to start so I could do that as well. My tumor is definitely shrinking and I feel almost back to normal since starting the oil rub. The tumor was causing me to be very anemic and very weak, but after just 2 days of the oil rub, I noticed a BIG improvement. Taking Apple Cider Vinegar 2x a day changed my monthly cycle from only 24 days (which has been typical my whole life) to a normal 28 day cycle and that's WONDERFUL!

But, this month I've gone 32 days and still no period. I'm wanting to try the cinnamon tea and see if I can pass this tumor, but the instructions for the uterine cleanse was to drink the tea once your period starts. So, I'm not sure what to do...... I'm concerned that the tumor turned loose from the uterine wall and is sitting on the mouth of the cervix and is blocking the flow of blood? Is that possible? And will the tumor become toxic if I don't get it out? Should I start the cinnamon tea without having started my monthly?

Thanks for any help ya'll can give me-Kendra

Hi, I found this site after being diagnosed with a huge fibroid last month after 6 months of terrible periods. My fibroid was about the size of a softball, I'm 32 and relatively healthy (although apparently very anemic from the fibroid). Mostly vegetarian and try to not to eat a lot of processed foods but I do drink a ton of coffee. I'm terrified of having surgery so I immediately began taking 2 tablespoons of ACV morning and night (I definitely forget to take it some mornings/nights) I tried taking a teaspoon of molasses (blackstrap unsulphered) but I find it upsets my stomach, I'm assuming because I don't generally eat a lot of sugar) but I do take it a few times a week.

I also have been doing castor oil packs a couple times a week and have been taking cayenne pepper almost every day (in capsule form). I tried taking Vitex but I felt like it made me depressed and made me very tired and I broke out almost immediately, I only took it for 4 days though so I did not give my body time to adjust to it so I may try it again.

So I just had my period for the first time since beginning this and there was such an improvement! I didn't even know it was coming and even began to get nervous that I wasn't going to get it but I did and at first it started out very heavy like normal (but with no cramping) but that only lasted for a few hours and then it slowed and by the next night it was completely gone and it normally lasts 5-7 days. I had literally no cramping the entire time, I consider it a miracle. Also immediately after beginning the ACV I had so much more energy. I have no way to know if my fibroid has actually shrunk or not but I do feel so much better!

Stacey, do you know if your fibroid shrunk? I also live in boston area. Had a myomectomy the summer of 2009, had a baby last year and want to get pregnant again and now I have a orange size fibroid behind my cervix. I went for an MRI and saw a specialist and now I'm afraid that I might miscarry if I get pregnant but he said the risk of the surgery outweighs the benefits at this time. I will try anything that might help. I have been reading all the posts. Should I try 1 tsb of ACV and molasses daily or twice a day? any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated. Thx! W

I would love to take a trip with my family for March break, but last year we landed and the day after boom-I got my period for 9 days it was terrible and ruined my whole trip. I use to bleed very heavy and some times I think I went three months straight, and sometimes my periods will come thee times in one month and it will last for eight to nine days. And I will bleed a lot thru two pads and I will have to take a bed sheet and tear it and make myself a padding that will try to hold all of that blood. I did not go to no doc because I know that they cannot help me, they will give me pills that will not solve my problam and then they will tell me get a operation and take out my womb. And then they may kill me trying to take out my womb. I do not trust doctors. Because I know women that have this bleeding problem, and some of them end up dying on the operation table. I am telling you that to tell you this, I believe in God and I believe in his words and he say in his words that the herbs are the healing of the nation and I do not believe that GOD give us women a womb to be taken out. The chemicals that mankind put into the animals feed does destroy our health imaging God make male and female to produce a yong one and they having female chicken laying eggs without a cock (male) by just putting chemicals in the feed, and they just produce eggs the chicken, eggs, let's say meat is damaging our body...

Let me tell you what I took to stop my bleeding, cayenn pepper and, black strap molasses, or molasses and apple cider vinegar. I know because I am a living proof of what I write and tell you. I am healed. I do know that this will help.

I have had fibroids for about 5 years. The pain during my cycle was incredible. Motrin barely put a dent in the cramps. I have tried the following remedies and found them to be successful to different degrees:

Turmeric capsules - When I take one of these with a Motrin I feel much less pain.

Pommegranate Juice - This juice completely wipes out the pain for me. It does make me a little sleepy so I usually drink it at night or when I can stay at home.

Pistachio Nuts - I know this sounds crazy, but these really help with the pain also. I tried them after I read an article on-line about a study done in Iran which stated that Pistachio's helped with women's monthly cramping.

Green Tea - Really gets rid of the pain. But I am sensitive to caffeine so I can only drink it during the morning and early afternoon.

One more note, DO NOT DRINK COFFEE DURING YOUR PERIOD. I was feeling fine one morning, no pain and then I drank grande latte and within 1/2 an hour I was in terrible pain.

These are my weapons against fibroid pain. I hope they help someone else.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the absolute BEST remedy there is for fibroids and bad mentrual cycles! My sister in law is now a true believer too- she was having all the bad symptoms and I told her how to take it and this past month was a LOT better for her! It stopped my heavy bleeding and the HUGE clots I was passing too.

Try this: 1 Tb ACV, add 1/8 tsp aluminum free baking soda and let it bubble up for about 20 seconds. Then add 100% apple juice (as much as you like) and drink it. You'll feel a difference in your PMS symptoms as well- almost no crankiness. I call it my "Happy Juice. " LOL

Hope this helps!

PLEASE READ THIS POST. I felt compelled to let you ALL know because I share your fears and pain with these awful issues. I am 51 and have never had any issues with my cycle. I have always had very short light periods for years (thankfully).

Recently I noticed my period was heavier and longer than my usual 2 days. I got concerned as to changes I may be experiencing. I went to GYN, confirmed Fibroids. I took a pro-active approach in dissolving these fibroids before they would get worse. I want you all to know 2 of the best products I have been using for a few months now that are remarkable in stopping heavy bleeding, normalizing it and totally gets rid of fibroid tumors (NO JOKE) I am living proof. I have no more urgency to get to the bathroom, no pressure on my bladder, and my stomach has totally shrunk back down to normal size again and back to minimal bleeding during my cycle. All of this happened extremely quick I must add. I am so happy this very knowable guy in a health food store I have dealt with for years, led me to these awesome products. TRUST ME THEY WORK!!! If you have any questions please feel free to email me, I do not mind at all! DIM AND Vitex taken together 2X's daily. I took 2 each morning and night and was amazed by the 2nd day.

I met a woman about 4 months ago. She was having severe vaginal discomfort from itching and had 9cm fibroids. After 3 months of treatment including, bathing in lavender soaps, using olive oil for skin and hair moisturizer, eating royal jelly and using it topically, drinking apple cider vinegar, also using olive leaf extract and lemon balm extract amongst other herbs she was able to receive some relief, but it drove her to eventually get a biopsy, get a prescription for an anti-fungal (diflucan), after further investigation she found out that her tumor had shrank to 5cm and the itching had stopped. Most of the herbs mentioned were taken in the morning and evening, by the products recommended doses. Apple cider vinegar was administered, by adding it to salad dressings, baths and from time to time an oz in water. She also used two bottles of floressence during this time and drank roobis tea and started to increase her intake of fruit and veggies(especially the combo of broccoli and tomato, which has been getting better results on prostate tumors, than rounds of chemo. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/6163233/Broccoli-and-tomato-ketchup-could-prevent-prostate-cancer.html

Mostly, i've just encouraged to keep fluids up, and keep up herbs and foods that work on thyroid function(royal jelly, lemon balm, grapefruit and grapefruit seed extract) Keep up with probiotics, whether be pills or greek yogurt, buttermilk, etc. But to keep up light exercise and mostly, pray and belive. Godspeed ladies!

I want to let all the ladies out there know how I got rid of my uterus full of fibroids. A few years ago I had a uterus so full of fibroids that at a University hospital here in Utrecht the UMC, they were speaking of taking out my Uterus because it had become one big clump of fibroid and was causing me so much problems, blood loss etc, pain, infertility, you know it all. I called the first natural doctor in my area and he told me he could do something about it and had me come. He had me do 7 days ( 2 day weekend break) of 9am-5pm bioresonance therapy. ( which I had never heard of) Coincidence had it that the day I finished this therapy, I was expected back at the UMC to discuss surgery. When they were taking the sonogram, they couldn't find the fibroids and said that they must had gotten the pictures mixed up earlier with someone elses. Of course they didn't believe in the bioresonance therapy. I have never had them again since. I am posting this, hoping someone else will be helped with this. I know I sat in a room with about 5-7 people all in large leather arm chairs with metal bracelets around our wrists attached to some low electricity, and sometimes we could slightly feel the electricity - it might have been our imagination too though. We were told to drink at least 2 litres of distilled water while in therapy per day, and we did get mega headaches within the hour that we were in therapy - each day, although the second third and fourth day were the worst. I don't know if it is available everywhere, but I know what I would do if I were to have it again. Plus point, I got pregnant next month, after 5 years! Hope this helps someone. Tina

Hi all. I have a large uterine fibroid, for which the longest diameter is 9.4cm--in other words the size of a large grapefruit. They symptoms are awful--periods lasting 15 days a month and terrible cramping and blood clotting. I thought surgery was the only answer, because of the size, but did some research, including your site, and decided on the following protocol instead. I will have the fibroid re-measured in 3 months and hopefully it will have shrunk. Here is the protocol I have just started, which I will do daily:

1) Blackstrap Molasses 3TBS per day and ACV 2tsp per day to relieve symptoms and hopefully shrink fibroids. UNSULPHURED BSM!!!!

2) Indole-3-Carbinol to remove excess estrogen

3) Nattokinase to help break down fibrin and break down blood clots

4) Maca--helps to rebalance hormones, generally in favor of progesterone

5) Serrepaptase and digestive enzymes to break down fibroid

6) May add progesterone cream, but have been using the cream for 3 years and it is obviously not working, so not sure if will use that as my progesterone has nor increased on it. Have an oral progesterone (Prometrium) not sure if will take or not. Is supposed to be for people who can't absorb the cream. However, some believe that if fibroid is bigger than a grapefruit, it may not be a good idea to take progesterone, as the fibroid may convert that to estrogen--so again, not sure if will be taking progesterone or not.

7) Diet--Mostly raw, no meat, no dairy, no wheat

8) Exercise--hard to do cause of fatigue but will try

9) Avoidance of xenoestrogens (parabens, plastics, etc)

10) Avoidance of things such as caffeine, MSG, aspartame, etc.

11) Milk thistle to help liver

12) Would like to do some liver flushes but body doesn't seem to handle it well, so not sure.

Well anyway, I just started this protocol. My period is due in about a week so it will be interesting to see at that point if my menstrual symptoms are any better. I will re-update at that time.

Hi,

Just wanted to update my previous posts. Brief history: I have had a growing fibroid for at least 3 years and in the fall of '09 it got much bigger (9.4 cm) and symptoms of long menstrual cycle and huge blood clots started. Anyway, for the past 2 cycles I have taken unsulphured BSM and my cramps are much, much less. However, length of period and clotting has not improved, bloating during period is tremendous, and I don't have the sense that the fibroid has shrunk at all. I have not been very consistent with the ACV. I tried Nattokinase and Indole 3 Carbinol but they producted severe diarrhea, so I had to stop. I am happy that at leat the BSM helps with cramps and energy so that I can now function during my period. However, as for shrinkage, I don't know what to do. Many of the women who have posted here did not discuss how much their fibroids shrank but emphasized symptom relief instead. I would be most curious to know if anyone had fiboid shrinkage from the BSM and ACV. Thanks

I had fibroid shrinkage by taking maca maca capsules. I took 2 caps. 2 to 3 times daily. It also made me feel energetic and in a happy mood.

Hi this is Carol from South Florida (formerly of Tampa) again with another update....Well the BSM does seem to help very much with the cramps. However I continue to bleed even more every month with even more blood clots then before. My large uterine fibroid last measured at 9.4 cm back in October. On the positive news, I found two surgeons in Florida who have removed fibroids much larger than mine while leaving the uterus intact (not a hysterectomy, you can keep your uterus and keep your reproductive abilities). I have in-office consults with both of them next week. One has taken out ones as large as 17cm and the other has taken ones out as large as 15cm with the laparascopic treatment--and WITHOUT removing the uterus. So anyway, with mixed emotions, this is the direction I am heading. I have tried so many things with the natural approach but I could not find the right thing and with my periods lasting now for 18-20 days of bleeding every month and a huge protruding stomach that looks like a bowling ball, it is just too out of control....Wish me luck and prayer!

Hello Carol:

I am a novice at treating my fibroids holistically, but I do use numerous natural remedies such as Oil of Oregano for common colds and to ward off other parasitic infections. I believe God has a cure for everything, naturally. In any event, I prefer holistic remedies over and above all others. Regarding the Black Strap Molasses (BSM), and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). I have been combining approximately 2-3 Teaspoons of each, in a 16. 9 Fl. Oz. Spring Water bottle, adding 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, and filling the remaining space with Spring Water, which I shake well and drink from 2-3 times a day (definitely during the a. M. Prior to eating, and during the p. M.). I usually obtain 3 applications from the bottle. As God is my witness, I have obtained energy, and my stomach has begun to shrink. I've also been walking for only 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week for the past week, and I've been drinking water with lemon juice (no sweeteners) before and after every meal. I simply take 3-4 sips/gulps, which I place approximately 3-4 Tablespoons in a bottle of 16. 9 Fl. Oz. of water. Additionally, someone informed me that Lemon Juice is supposed to help with shrinking fibroids, as well. (It certainly can't hurt). One other thing, I'm also taking a natural fat burner, which does have caffeine, but I think the benefits outweigh the means. Since, I haven't been back to the doctor's yet, I don't know exactly how much my fibroids have shrunk, but I can honestly say that I can actually suck my stomach in, it is much smaller, my menses have been lighter, and I am not feeling that hard mass where I believe my 7cm fibroids were. I am prayerful that there are no negative side effects, but I feel like a new woman, and I'm on my way back to my supermodel body. God is Good. I pray that God be with each of you women, who are battling with these parasitic fibroids. Peace, Love, and Happiness. China

Fibroids and Anemia GONE!

I have wrote on here a couple times and this is my 1 year update. My anemia is gone, my iron has been normal for voer a year now and my periods are light and normal. I was in really bad a shape over 2 yrs ago and although I was only 40 my Dr. wanted me to get a hysterectomy. I refused and did tons of research about fibroids and anemia. This is what I learned:These are the things I did immedietly: Got off the pill, Fibroids are cause by estrogen so I figured why feed it more? I did the BSM in Cream of Wheat with raisins(cream of wheat, raisins and black strap molasses are very high in Iron and you will be feeling better)every morning, Apple Cider Vinegar with apple cider at night and watched what I ate and drank. Caffeine and alcohol effects fibroids and can make bleeding worse. Don't take your iron with calcium or calcium fortiifed OJ.

My routine for the past year has been:
Glass of green juice every morning ( I drink Odawalla), if I drink coffee I order a single shot only, and have only one a day. My vitamins are Garden of Eatin Perefect Food (more green minerals and vitamins) Women's Living Green Liquid-Gel Multi Vitamin, Irwin Naturals, (lots of minerals and vitamins from plants) DIM(helps regulate estrogen), B-100, Evening Primrose Oil, and occasionaly Iron Picolate during my cycles. I've come to the point that if I don't need the iron it will make me nauseated.

I'm telling you this has worked for me! And I tried all kinds of things! I read tons of books, posts, tried this that! But thak God I did not listen to my Dr. and get a hysterectomy! At one point my cycle was so bad I almost passed out! My iron was 24! So don't think maybe her problems weren't that bad! They were bad and I was really scared!

So, I hope this helps someone out there, our bodies are amazing and when they try and tell us something we just gotta listen and rethink the way we do things. Good luck and feel free to write if you have any questions!

Can you tell me what you mean by 'BSM'? You said you put it in your Cream of Wheat with raisins. Also, where did you purchase your vitamins and minerals? Thanks :-D

EC: BSM is the acronym for Blackstrap Molasses.

I have huge fibroids, I'm now taking MILK THISTLE, and it seems to be helping my liver detoxify my system.

I've heard that for bleeding you can use CINNAMON. It goes take 1 teaspoon when it occurs, then wait a half and hour (30 min), then if not stopped take more. I have not tried it (luckily, my fibroids do not bleed) but it might help others.

NOTE: Dosage maybe 1 tablespoon but I'm not sure. (the lady I talked with was not too clear.) So to be safe take lower dose.

I've been reading and it said that estrogen was linked with copper. So the more estrogen you have in your system the more copper and the less zinc. the more copper the less the liver can work to detoxify the copper and the estrogen out of system. Too much copper gives you fatigue and like aluminum is support to build up in the brain giving you a sluggish brain.

The girl who was on birth-control pills is probably putting more estrogen in her system than she needs. Also she should stop eating liver or any organ meat as it has a lot of copper in it. I've heard that women need magnesium and zinc to stop the fibroid from growing. BSM has trace elements of zinc and it certainly has a lot of magnesium. The potassoum and calcium cannot hurt either.

Hi. This is Carol. I posted just recently on 11/02/09 about my situation. To sum up, I have a huge uterine fibroid (9.4 cm in diameter, large grapefruit) and ever increasing terrible premenstrual and menstrual cycles with long periods, blood clotting, cramping, and very sore breasts--all of which make my life very difficult for that time of the month every month..... Well, although it is early in my protocol/changes and I have not done everything I plan to do (only things so far I have done are BSM, ACV, and Maca daily), I want to report the following improvements already: My period in the past years has alway been preceded by very sore/tender/heavy breasts lasting for anywhere from 3-8 days before my period starts. However, this month, my period started today and my breasts are not and have not been the least bit sore/heavy/or tender. They feel perfectly normal. That alone is great. Also, my period started a few hours ago. Usually I would have cramping for several hours before the period started, but this time I just got some very light cramping after the period started....So anyway, I am already starting to see some improvements, which I correlate with the Unsulphured Black Strap Molasses and the Apple Cider--and possibly the Maca (herb to balance hormones)--as those are the only changes I have made so far. Well anyway, I will post again with an update as this hopefully continues to work. My overall plan is to deal with symptom control with BSM and ACV, but to also aid in shrinking the fibroid use enzymes and Nattokinase, while to balance hormones use Indole-3Carbinol and Maca. Thanks for this great site that has given me hope!

Hi Carol - I too have fibroids and cysts, along with the horrible bleeding and cramping. The acv works miracles for heavy bleeding. When I have my period I drink it all day long.

One thing to research - look up "DIM" (it stands for a very long word that I can't type) on the internet...(go to a reseach site, not a site trying to sell you DIM!) DIM is amazing. I have been taking one capsule every night for over 6 months now - and will not go without it again. DIM converts bad estrogens (there are three types) into good estrogens. Too hard for me to explain - but well worth learning about if you have the time to search it!

Best to you - hang in there!

EC: DIM is an acronym for 3,3'-Diindolylmethane

"3,3'-Diindolylmethane or DIM is an anticarcinogen compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, found in Brassica vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower.[citation needed] The reputation of Brassica vegetables as medicinal plants rests in part on the activities of diindolylmethane."

Hi. This is Carol from Weston. I posted a few weeks ago. In a nutshell, I have a large (grapefruit size) uterine fibroid with heavy prolonged bleeding (lasts about 2 weeks each month), terrible cramps for the first week, and tremendous blood clotting with the periods.... About 3 weeks ago, I started taking BSM, ACV and a variety of enzymes to help shrink the fibroid and reduct these symptoms. I am currently having my monthly period. Last month (before the protocol) I bled for 15 days. This month I am on Day 14 and still bleeding. The level of bleeding and clotting and length of period has not improved so far, as compared to the previous menstrual cycle. The bloating was just as bad as well--even worse maybe. However, on the positive side, my cramps were much lighter, I did not have to take nearly as much pain killers for cramps, and my breasts were not tender this cycle. So anyway, I am going to continue this protocol for another month or two and if I haven't had some more notable symptom improvement, I think I am going to go for the myomectomy or at least another measurement of the fibroid to see if the size has changed.

I can try to avoid MEAT products all togehter if you think this will work?

anyone out there reading this..please email me as well if you have found a natural solution to shrink your fibroid.

I really sure can use your help.
