Natural Cures for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Olive Leaf
Posted by Sarah (Tel Aviv, Israel) on 07/05/2010

I've had a mild case of chronic fatigue for 24 years. I've improved my diet - everything fresh, no chemicals. I've been oil pulling as well as other things to try to either heal myself or reduce symptoms.

I wanted to see if olive leaf can help me (on the assumption that CFS is caused by the XMRV retrovirus, and olive leaf is anti-viral). I always prefer a food solution to a supplement and there are olive trees growing on the streets around me (and there is air pollution too).

Is there any way I can use the leaves from the trees? Are they safe? What should I do with them? If not fresh leaves, should I try olive leaf capsules? Extract? Thanks in advance.

In response to Sara from Tel Aviv, if there is pollution I would not try to use olive leaf from the trees. I would get properly prepared capsules. As an alternative, I have successfully used the essiac formula to kill the viruses. I have had chronic fatigue for more than 20 years on and off. My first bout with it was terrible, I didn't even have enough energy in my body to get myself up my stairs to bed. The essiac formula kicked my energy into gear within a week. I took a commercially prepared blend from the health food store, brewed it, and took 1/4 cup in 2-3 times as much water, once in the morning, on an empty stomach (I kept the glass by the bedside), and once at night, again, on an empty stomach, before going to bed. I would suggest taking it for a week and seeing how you feel. You can repeat treatments as often as needed, you just shouldn't be taking it all the time. The essiac formula is strong, and can tax your liver. I am now due for another brewing. Essiac formula is said to kill viruses and cancer. I went to the presentation of the research paper on XMRV at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. The viral connection is an exciting link. If you have a viral cause for the fatigue, or it's a contributing factor, essiac can really help.

Resistant Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia

Helpful news from my doctors office yesterday. I was given info on a retrovirus XMRV showing up in the blood work of those who suffer from CFS and Fibromyalgia. (see link below) The article did not state Fibromyalgia but many who have Fibromyaglia have CFS. My doctor told me in approx. 2 months the blood test should be ready for use. This can be helpful for many who has tried everything with limiting results.

I have a request for help from our posting gurus to help with natural remedies for muting virus. I know BHT has been mention as one. But how much and how often, and are there other remedies?

Better But With Side Effects

Hi Ted, I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 20 years now and was delighted to read your valuable information and am really desperate for your advise.

I tried your recipe of 2 x tablespoon ACV & 1/4 tspn bicarb Soda and for the first time in 20years felt well with great energy. However, I am now suffering with chronic constipation from the ACV & Bicarb Soda. I am very aware that I have candida very badly too, the other day I consumed raw garlic with lunch and suffered very bad indigestion and again became very constipated. Due to years of food intolerances, allergies and severe hayfever (all year round) I have developed severe poloyps in my nose and am desperate to avoid yet another operation. However, you mentioned lemons in one of your remedies but because of my sensitivities I am unable to take lemons (i live in Australia).I am also aware that I am unable to digest my food should I take something for this.I would love to keep taking your remedies but might need them modified, can you please help me.

Ted, can you also tell me how long I need to take the remedy you suggest and the maintenance dosage I need to take thereafter to maintain my health. Thank you for your time. Warm regards,

The reader mentioned allergies and indigestion. I have found taking multipurpose enzymes will take care of the indigestion and allergies. Take 1-5 enzymes per meal. All natural. Within a few weeks, you should notice your allergies greatly improving, and have good digestion!! Get enzymes capsules that are enzymes only. No HCl, etc.

I recently discovered that I have a Vitamin D deficiency and am now on prescription levels for it. I finally seemed to be improving after all these weeks but today I had a setback and my old symptoms returned. How long did it take for your treatment to be effective? Do you have setbacks or has your energy level been consistent since you began supplementing?

I can't figure this out: I live healthy, look 10+ years younger than I am (45) but am really tired-exhausted and have almost no ability to store up energy. I have no endurance. Sometimes I feel slightly dizzy or "off" as I stand or walk.

Everything seems to be working right. I'm currently testing my PH and it seems normal. I had blood tests from a traditional MD doctor and nothing showed up. I've had treatments--they've helped but I am pooped again. I've varied my diet big time over the last 12 years: vegetarian; vegan; big meat eater; raw foods-juicing; supplements galore $$; organic. I've done fasts, cleanses, energy work---weaker than ever. It gets worse every year. I'm colder than most people. I don't do junkfood, food additives (I do organic) or fast food.

I've tried working out at a gym 3x a week but am too tired for that. It's like I can use up my energy and be wasted tired until it builds up again. Aerobic exercise gets my breath and everything going...feeling good, but a week later of that and I will crash. I don't do: drugs, prescriptions, tobacco, drink (I'll have a beer once a month but no side effects) alcohol.

Needless to say, I have trouble just doing my job, getting around, and staying positive...really hard to do when others my age can play hockey, run marathons, etc (others that exercise and eat right).

I'm at the end of my rope with this stuff. I'm really discouraged with the medical industry as anyone I see wants to do lots of Tests $$$ and then guess what drugs I need to take.

I live in Lexington, KY and haven't found anyone out here who can put a finger on it. A chinese medicine guy could tell I had something really wrong with my Chi-Qui and gave me a supplement to strengthen my Kidney Chi but that didn't seem to do anything...Oh yeah, I tried Qui-Gong--nada. Zilch.

Any ideas would be great!

Hi Jack, Have you tried fasting? There are many ways you can do it (do your homework and research "natural hygene" before you attempt anything). I personally have been doing "The Master Cleanse" for a few years now. The longest I have been on it was for 21 days, and everytime it has been the MOST amazing experience. My energy levels go through the roof, to the point where 6 hours of sleep a day are enough, and I even manage to go jogging and exercise with no problems at all.

Just a thought... keep looking for something that works for you. I'm sure you will eventually hit the jackpot.

Good luck!

You might consider the possibility that you have depression. It affects different people in different ways. I would suggest trying Rhodiola. Even if it is not a matter of depression, athletes use it to help build stamina.

To Jack: sorry you are experiencing this and having no luck with any remedies. I had a flu virus a couple of years ago that caused me to be extremely weak for several weeks after the usual symptoms disappeared. I was really worried and had just symptoms like you describe. I bought a bottle of food grade peroxide, but after researching hydrogen peroxide far and wide on the net, came across Bill Munro's hydrogen peroxide inhalation method, which made a lot of sense to me. I never ended up using my food grade. I did Bill's method and started to feel better after 48 hours. I was completely back to normal after a week. I inhaled 3% drugstore every 2-3 hours for the first 48 hours (but not during the night of course). Then I started to cut back and inhaled every 4-5 hours for the next 5 days. It was my life saver. I now never travel anywhere without my little sinus inhaler bottle filled with h202. Before I take off I inhale. After I land I inhale. And when everyone else is catching viruses from planes, I never get sick. This is the very best remedy for viruses in my opinion. Good luck to you. Hope you will find something that works very soon.

Hey Jack. One thing that I find that isn't mentioned on this site is the importance of sexual continence. Refrain from ejaculating as much as possible and avoid sexual stimuli. Semen is vital energy and you need all you have to heal your body. Secondly I would suggest cold showers, both for general health and to combat CFS, as well as taming any sexual desires you may have as you reduce your sexual activity. Good luck and don't give up!

The fatigue and coldness may indicate a thyroid problem. Get your TSH, Free T3, and Free T4 tested (make SURE they do the *FREE* T3 and T4). Don't take a doc's word for so-called "normal" results. Get the lab figures and research them yourself online; there's great thyroid forums out there with very knowledgeable people. Thyroid problems are widely misdiagnosed and many if not most doctors are appallingly ignorant about them. You can order the tests I mentioned for yourself online if you have an uncooperative doctor. But do get them one way or another just to be sure. Untreated thyroid disease can have devastating consequences from bone loss to heart disease, not to mention plain old quality-of-life issues. Good luck, and I hope you find the answer and solutions very soon.

In response to Jack from Lexington, KY-USA on Chronic Fatigue:

It sounds like you have Chronic Fatigue syndrome. Most regular MD's can't treat you for this. See if you can find an Alternative Dr, an ND instead of a MD. Try searching under Environmental Doctors. There's a website for Environmental Dr's that might help.

1. Check thyroid. Find Dr. that knows Wilson's protocol.
2. Check Adrenal levels for Adrenal Fatigue. Inability to workout can be adrenal fatigue.
3. Test for Epstein -Barr virus.
4. Test for Candida. Those with weakened immune systems often get candida.
5. Maybe check into Heavy metal toxicity. Most regular MD's won't do the right test for this. Standard blood test will only pick up a recent LARGE exposure to metals, not small chronic exposures. Red Blood cell test can check better. I don't think I'm allowed to give the labs that does this test
6. Check Andrew Hall Cutler book, it may help on Mercury/metals. He has a Yahoo health group

To help a bit with energy while trying to find a decent Doc. Try
7. Sublingual Methyl B-12 everyday, 1000 mcg. B-12 Shots work best if you can find a Dr to give an Rx. make sure it is not preserved with aluminum

8. Sublingual B complex. Shots work best

9. Co - E1, NADH Sublingual, 10 mg, everyday.

10. Many people with CFS are low on the zinc, selenium, chromium, magnesium. Some of these are sublingual. Taste bad but work good.

11. Many people with CFS have digestion problems and malabsorption problems, that's why the sublingual vitamins/minerals. Maybe try Betaine and enzymes with meals to help with absorption. DR can check for pancreatic insufficiency. Test can be done without DR through directlabs, but test is expensive.

12. If Epstein-Barr virus or candida, try a "Wellness Formula" that has herbs to help weakened immune system.

13. Adrenal Cortex glandular, 3x times a day may help a bit with Adrenal fatigue. Cortisol from a DR is best, but an Rx.

The Journal of Nutritional Medicine 93% of 400 patient that had chronic fatigue syndrome (CFIDS) had some form of parasitic infestation. I Think there are several parasites that can cause the symptoms one is Blastocystis hominis. I went to my ND rest assured because it I know they will use the right labs to send my test too.

I too was in steel construction and have been tired for so long (14yrs). My iron was too high. Levels have come down since donating every 3 months. This made me feel much better, but in the last 4 years, the iron level is good, but I have gone back to tired. Resent tests show I have tendonitis accompanied with rhumatoid arthritis. I agree with the parasites and everything June from KC said. I just spent 9 months in South East Asia, mainly Vietnam. 33-35c with 98% humidity and came up with a good sweat each day. Showered at least twice a day and a massage at least twice a week, and I felt great. No problems at all. I have only been back in NZ for 2 months and have the heater going and the body has packed it in. My knee, elbowes and ankle have packed it in, on top of just feeling tired. I am taking Anti inflammitory 1000mg, Zinc plus, Vitamin D3, Magnesium and calcium. I also have a bottle of apple cider in the fridge. All this just to keep my head above the water line. Even when I feel good, I still need to be very careful of what I do. I think I will do away with all these pills and pain and go back to Vietnam to retire it out on massages, sweat and showers. I honestly "DID"feel great! there. Rent, food, power, motorbike, sat tv, internet... $450 month, , , , beer 70c bottle or buy a 2br condo for 30k

Dear Jane, wow! Thank you so much for suggesting L Carnitine. I immediately ordered some liquid, pharmaceutical grade after reading your post. (Is liquid better than powder?) You are absolutely right, it is the energizer bunny remedy, holy moly! I usually get super fatigued in the afternoon, but a tablespoon of L-C on an empty stomach 3x a day has stopped my desperate desire to take a long nap. Are there any side effects to taking this for long term? I have noticed (sorry to sound gross) that it turns my stools orange though! I don't eat red meat, so this amino might be fixing that...

Adrenal Dysfunction Connection
Posted by Prioris (Fl) on 01/15/2014

Epstein virus doesn't have anything to do with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome except that it could be one or more of the secondary conditions that it could result from it. Many CFS people also have FMS. CFS causes immune dysfunction opening you up to many possible infections.

The hallmark symptom of CFS is neuro cognitive dysfunction syndromes and not fatigue. The name CFS was intentionally created by the powers that be to as a psyops weapon to be used against people with CFS. CFS is also called Myalgic Encephalemyelitis and Chronic Farigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome.

The term Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Faigue Syndrome are two different things. The former is a waste basket diagnosis. Many who think they have CFS, really have CF. There are very few doctors who know anything about the disease so many people will get misdiagnosed.

Cortisol studies were done by the NIH a long time ago. I followed their studies long time ago. Their primary motive was political in which to get CFS classified as a psychological disease - depression.

When the NIH study tested CFS people cortisol levels, they found that the cortisol levels were at opposite levels from people with depression. So they just lied again and concluded that no matter what the cortisol levels were, CFS was just a depression.

The entire cortisol thing was a sham with political motives behind it. Deposit the cortisol thing into the waste basket. There is a lot of people with CFIDS who just don't want to know so won't touch the political aspects with a 100 foot pole. The lies comfort them more.

Many people have no history of the disease. There is a large government disinformation program on the internet to steer people away from the real cause.

Please read the Q & A thing under CFS for information relating to the ciguatoxin link.

I've had CFS for about 6 years and in the past few months I've made a remarkable recovery. In my case underlying causes were food sensitivities (dairy and corn) and PBB poisoning as well as metal toxicity. In Michigan in the 70s a chemical company accidentally dumped PBB into cattle feed and it got into the food chain. Working with my kinesiologist I've done a lot of detoxing and now am up to about 75% of the energy I used to have. I got rid of my aluminum cookware. This year I'll have my metal (mercury) fillings replaced. The headaches and other conditions like IBS are gone. CFS and fibromyalgia seem to be related to the body being filled with toxins more than its able to handle. That explains why conventional medicine can't figure out what the cause it -- it's a different set of causes for every individual. Still, anything you can to do detox should help, and look for food intolerances as well.

Two solutions: If the CFS began following a serious or persistent infection like Strep, Mono or ear infection or sinus infection and then a month later there persisted fatigue, the problem might be that the infection (virus or bacteria) still is latent in the system.

Use colloidal silver to knock it out. I took it for four months, a tablespoon twice daily and in a week felt much better. But it took a ful four months to completly finish off the infection. I also sprayed into the sinus cavity a few times and irrigated the ear canals.

Second, CFS can be caused by depletion of the adrenals. First time I felt that fatigue was following a lot of high pressure in the business world. I took two adrenal caps after lunch and supper and within a week my energy exploded back. Dropped the dose down to two a day with meals, usually at lunch. If I took them at supper (following my recovery) I found that sometimes I had so much energy I couldn't sleep. That's why I take them at lunch.

Emilia, you are right on! I am still trying to figure out exactly what has invaded my body or whacked it out. I know I have heavy metal poisening from dental work. My earliest symptoms even started after I first had mercury fillings placed. And then later more severe symptoms correlated with more dental work. Pregnancy, sadly, caused the toxins/infection to really spread. So many other factors mixed in.

Our conventional medical system is generally of no help (and my experience is even alternative doctors, although more open minded and knowledgeable, often just do not get what we are going through either... but learning).

I am amazed at how the average person thinks you can put chemicals and other known toxins into your body or on it and it is acceptable and then completely disregard that it could be the reason for any illness that conventional medicine will never find the cause of. The correlation between the rise in illnesses we had never even heard of 30 years ago and just how messed up our food supply has become... just unbelievable the denial.

Unfortunately our generation is caught in the middle of the "awakening" (seems to be the case in all areas of our life/generation..Ugh! )... But hope we can figure it out enough that our children do not have to suffer or have less of a life like I feel happened to us. Slow decline where I knew something was just not right. Basically feel like a zombie... Brain knows what I WANT to do, but body will not cooperate. That is no life. Not giving up though!!

Hydrogen Peroxide
Posted by Judy (Auckland, New Zealand) on 02/01/2008

This is really a response to [FIRST YEA, THEN NAY FOR CHRONIC FATIGUE] The problems you describe are common in CFS/ME and are caused by low blood volume, a common problem with this illness. They are in no way related to the hydrogen peroxide. What happens is that after a meal, blood concentrates around the stomach as part of the digestive process. There is less blood flow to the brain and the symptoms you describe occur. It is possible that you were not aware of this when you were really ill because you ate your meals lying down. The remedy is to do that. Lie down immediately after eating and the symptoms won't occur. As you continue to improve, your blood volume gradually increases and these symptoms disappear. You won't ever get rid of CFS/ME completely but you can get back to living an almost normal life if you create an envelope for yourself and don't go outside it. I've had it for 12 years, spending six years almost totally in bed, and now lead a quite vigorous life as long as I don't push myself beyond my limits.

Hydrogen Peroxide
Posted by FranSix (Toronto, Canada) on 02/06/2008

Thanks to the writer from Australia who described peroxide "hang over effect." If after eating you notice a higher heart rate, strong fatigue, sweating and sleepiness, this is probably due to peroxide hang over. Like coffee or alcohol, peroxide will build up in daily use.

I had noticed these effects with daily footbaths/baths/shower use after 5 weeks, and into my sixth week, I was into peroxide hang over. I stopped using peroxide for the time being and its been about 5 days of after effect.

So anyone with chronic fatigue or post viral fatigue will see a return of symptoms after several weeks of peroxide use. Don't worry about losing ground, the hang over effect goes away after a few days, and the peroxide being worked through the system will continue to work. If you wish to continue, make certain to give it a bit of a rest and not try a miracle cure in the shortest time possible. It will be disappointing for chronic fatigue sufferers to hear this, but having serious peroxide hang over effect will almost certainly not help.

Its best to determine a maintenance dose once a buildup of peroxide occurs, and remember to drink lots of herbal tea or water afterwards. It would be interesting for the medical community to study peroxide hang over as it is exactly similar to chronic fatigue.

I was diagnosed with CFS several years ago. Last year I went to a natural medicine clinic at the suggestion of a friend and had a biofeedback session. Turns out that I had was several food sensitivities (dairy, coffee, chicken and wheat). Once these items were identified and eliminated from my diet, my energy level was restored within 6-8 wks! I also took herbal supplements for about 6 months. I also suffered from post nasal drip in the mornings and sneezing. Once the dairy was eliminate, my symptoms ceased within a week. Amazing!

A'lot of people who have chronic fatigue syndrome are way beyond the reach of healing methods for simple chronic fatigue. chronic fatigue is just that... ongoing fatigue. it can be due to physical, emotional or mental conditions and once they are addressed, the fatigue is gone. chronic fatigue syndrome, CFS, is NOT simple fatigue. it is a neurological autoimmune response that manifests like influenza, an activation of our immune system. it includes chronic fatigue, but that is only a part of the symptomology.

Fatigue Vs Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Posted by Nadia (Western, WA) on 07/02/2008

I agree with you, Jeannette, in that there is a HUGE difference between being chronically fatigued and having CFS. I was diagnosed with CFS in October of 1991, by a leading researcher from the University of WA. She said I had the worst case she had seen to date and that I should not "listen" to quackary and thus waste my money on supposed cures. Yes, if you are chronically fatigued, you can "cure" that with a change of your diet or various other things. But what I have is not "curable." I, however, have helped myself by daily exercise, drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy diet, and positive thinking. No one told me to do these things, I have just been doing them from day one of diagnosis.

You must have a low immune system, therefore if you have mercury/silver fillings you might need to see a mercury free dentist to get them out because your body can't deal with the mercury.

CFS the debilitating illness is starting to be called neuroendocrineimmune disease. Researchers are finally discovering the links to cancer and autism and gene defects or mutations. There may be links to animal retroviruses. They are barely scratching the surface because of limiting funding. Many of us have suffered for decades and just want to have some semblance of a life. I've been a vegetarian for many years. And although I'm not 100% vegan, I rarely eat dairy (except yougurt). I get plenty of exercise and I don't smoke and I rarely drink (red wine once a month). In spite of all this, I have been suffering from CFS for the last 7 years. Through diligence and hard work, many of the symptoms have slowly faded away. Recently, I got one of Kevin Trudeau's books and in that book he talks alot about the wonders of apple cider vinegar and pure distilled water. I've also researched this on the net and it all seems to be true. So for the last two weeks I've been drinking 8 full glasses of distilled water everyday and I've been taking 2 tablespoons of vinegar a day. I've noticed some obvious improvements. The most significant thing that I noticed is that I no longer have such dry skin and my scalp isn't flaky anymore. Also, it seems I'm sleeping better and I don't crave sweets has been lessened. Nonetheless, in spite of all the good news, I've been experiencing something that's totally unexpected and very unusual. I'm constipated. I've never had a problem with constipation. Even in my worst days with CFS I was never constipated. But now, every other day it seems I'm struggling to get something to come out. This is really baffling to me because I'm drinking more water than ever before and I have more energy, yet I'm suffering from constipation. Do you know what may be causing this?

Distilled Water, Apple Cider Vinegar
Posted by Katwilm (Wilmington, Nc) on 02/24/2011

Whatever the cause of the constipation, magnesium is your best friend. Can't really get too much since your body devours it, but take the magnesium pills once, twice or even three times a day and the results are more than satisfying.

Distilled Water, Apple Cider Vinegar
Posted by Amy (Little Rock, Ar) on 07/12/2011

I took a chemistry class in college and used distiller water for many of our very precise experiments. The reason for distilled water is that it is in a very stable and pure water form. It lacks vitamins, minerals and therefore ions. This is where people are slightly misinformed. Distilled water is a pure form but it's used for experiments due to its condition NOT to interact with other side reactions.

We as humans need ions in our water. We need this for osmosis and cellular interactions in order to function at the basic levels. I asked my instructor specifically about drinking distilled water and he claimed we would eventually die. I'm not sure about that, however, it would definitely explain constipation. Our bowels operate significantly by using ion exchange and water osmosis. If water cannot be pulled through our bodies using ions, just imagine the challenge of moving uncharged water from your kidneys to your bowels.... Not gonna happen. The suggestion to at least add magnesium or simply salt to your water might help. I personally would drink bottled water while resuming your normal regimen and look for change. Hope this helps.

Amy and Max. I have been drinking about 3 to 4 liters of distilled water per day for the past 19 years. Let me assure you that I am not near death, nor do I have constipation. My daily bowel movements can vary with the number of full meals I have the previous day but 3 a day of each is the daily average. Max, I think your comments about skin and scalp improvements and the ACV gives a better understanding of what is going on. The ACV is helping with the candida overgrowth throughout your body(which was causing the dry and flakey scalp and skin), but without a serious input of probiotics there is not enough good bacteria in your gut to balance the bad and to allow proper digestion to be maintained. Although yogurt can supply some probiotics, you would need to eat probably the same amount as your water intake to be effective. I strongly urge you to puchase and use a good 6 or 8 strain probiotic from the refrigerated section of a good health food store. Following the directions on the label should alleviate your problem.

ACV constipates me, maybe it does the same to you.

Recently I have just started taking cold showers. Now after 3 months, my mood and health feel incredible! I'm addicted to cold showers, they feel so refreshing and relaxing, it feels like I'm under a waterfall. Before I started taking cold showers, I used to suffer from fatigue and after the first cold shower my mood and health feel 100%.

Cold showers can maximally tax your adrenals. You may not feel it at once at all since there is a reserve, but over time that reserve can be used up if too many cold showers are done.

I am taking Spectro 3 vitamin/mineral supplement, magnesium taurate for the depression, extra calcium, B-50 complex for all the vitamins the candida depletes your body of, digestive enzymes to eat up all the waste material you are killing - with each meal and in between, a good probiotic to replenish the good bacteria an hour after each meal and at bedtime (read "You're Nuts Because of Your Guts" at Cure, 70% of your immune system is in your digestive tract, 90% of Serotonin is made in your gastro-intestinal tract), coconut oil (Spectrum organic unrefined - has yeast defeating properties and is a medium chain fatty acid which is very good for you and is supposed to help you lose weight, read The Coconut Diet by Cherie Calbom), MSM (500 mg per 30 lbs. of body weight), I take 1000 mg(pure, no fillers) twice a day to help strip the mucous membranes where yeast live in and restore PH in your GI tract, liquid molybdenum (a mineral) to help break down the acetaldehyde toxin the yeast produces and Oxymune oxygen drops to help build the immune system even stronger, and gently bounce (do not take feet off) on a mini-trampoline to help clear toxins from my lymphatic system.

So far, my CFS and Fibromyalgia are much improved, the thrush in my mouth is losing its hold. Pink skin is starting to appear at bottom of a totally white coated tongue. Totally yeast infected ears are almost totally cleared up (intense itching and yucky yeast residue are gone) I am making slow but progressive progress.

My understanding is that this overgrowth of systemic candida is due to a suppressed immune system, however you got it; overuse of antibiotics, birth control pills, use of steroids (prednisone),etc., all the bad things doctors give us to help us get well have made millions of us terribly ill. I am doing everything I can to build up my immune system. Read Ed McCabe's book, "Flood Your Body with Oxygen", in which he explains over and over again how YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM RUNS ON OXYGEN. This disease is a parasite and you are the host, it thrives in an anerobic environment (no oxygen), and the more oxygen you force into your body, the weaker this parasite becomes, but you must keep at it every day and never give up. I once recovered from this terrible disease doing yoga morning and night for a half an hour at a time. I felt great for about 3 months -- I looked wonderful, I felt wonderful, I couldn't get sick no matter how many sick people I was exposed to, my immune system was that strong and then I quit the yoga thinking it was the MSM that had done the healing, so it's back to gentle exercising to build up the immune system. Excessive exercise will just depress your immune system even more. Read up on how yoga builds up the immune system and detoxifies the body through urination, elimination and sweating. I believe due to the constant deep intake of oxygen with the deep breathing involved in the yoga poses and the constant twisting and bending involved that detoxified my liver, kidneys, pancreas, etc. my immune system became so strong nothing could exist in my body but great health. If anyone wants to e-mail me to discuss wellness my email is [email protected] I hope this helps someone.

Chronic Fluoride Poisoning Link

Hello, I believe that you are onto something about the fluoride poisoning and chronic fatigue syndrome. At the same time that I became ill, I started noticing spots on my daughters teeth. Unfortunately, I have not only dealt with chronic fatigue but extreme mood swings, mental illness, etc., I think all a result of fluoride poisoning.

I started a detox recently and started drinking distilled water, immediately within days I felt better on the distilled water. I then started to detox my body using kelp and that has helped my body too.

I also have added the alkalyzing protocols of Teds's, adding baking soda to my acv or lemon twice a day and that has even further helped the chronic fatigue.

I'm in the process of getting a filtering system put into my home, I would recommend others look into this! This fluroide is killing people and the cities keep adding it back to the water, I don't understand it!

Fluoride is hidden in medications and also "natural health products" vits, supplements, and even if you eat organic produce its probably been watered in fluorieded water! And then washed in fluorided water! We have to be ever vigilant, this is allowed by law and doesn't have to be printed as a health warning. Then theres the packaging issuse, how many people are aware that most organic ready prepeared veg or salad, has been washed in chlorine bleach and of course flourided tap water! I am talking from experience, because of nerve damage, Fibro, (which my consultant told me, ME, fibro, and cfs, are all the same illness) some of us have it to a degree that we're not aware we have it, and by God! Some of us fear death before cure as we can't un-wrap slice, or cut our food up, pour or hold a glass of water, sit, wash, or dress with no help. Get in or out of bed, open mail, med, vit, or supplement containers? The only way to be sure is to grow it, raise it, kill it and cook it. Even organically raised animals are given tap water to drink! I have spent thousands on electrical appliances to peel chop, grind, what ever, and I can't switch them on or off, and the vibration is hell! I've had a hip replacement, my other one needs doing, disc detereation, arthritis, neuropathic nerve pain all over my body, I was a supreme athlete, but amonghst the locals I was know as that fit girl who was always drinking tap water!!! That and the drugs I should never been given in the first place wreaked my life!! So please, by all means share your trials and experiences, but don't be so self santimonious! I'm sorry your unwell, but its true, theres always people with no help worse off than yourself!!

I absolutely believe that fluoride chemical makes us sick. We are lucky to have fluoride voted down here, This is interesting I read that Dr David Bell made a striking discovery on the cause of Chronic Fatique Syndrome there is a cause, the blood circulation blood value and plasma is not circulating the way it should be that CFIDS may have "extraordinarily" low circulating blood volume this is NOT low blood pressure. What would cause that toxins or a deficiency maybe a microscopic bacteria or an infection?

I agree with you Aidan, re Biological Weapons as the cause for M.E. / CFS in North America. I became very ill in 1985. Was diagnosed by Dr. Byron Hyde in 1989 with M.E. I was represented by a Professor who had worked with Garth Nicholson at the Institute for Molecular Medicine, in Irvine California, I believe. It was Nicholaon who was working on a Mycoplasma that would become a Bio Weapon , and was used by the U.S. Govt and patented by them...Mycoplasma Fermentans Incognitis, to be exact. It was weaponized and dusted with crystalline Brucellosis , which was "dusted " on mosquitoes and released on the public by aemail methods, from airplanes, over Eastern Ontario, where I live, but also released in other areas!

Do an online search for " biological weapon testing in the United States, and do the same search for "Canada" , it will all come up. Also " Google search" The same for the U.K. And Australia!

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
Posted by Susan (USA)

Sent to us by Bill Munro of Michigan, one of the most promising remedies we have heard about for CFS consists of inhaling hydrogen peroxide from a nasal pump 6 times a day. Click here to read up more on this important cure. Bill (83 years old) believes the peroxide has cured him of prostate cancer and also prevented him from getting a cold or flu for the past 13 years.
