Apple Cider Vinegar   86  2

[YEA]  I've had a couple UTIs in my life and have always just taken AZO standard. This time was different, worse, I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain. I didn't know what to do seeing I was at a friends, she luckily had an AZO but it didn't work like usual, I came on this site Thank god! I read about taking lemon juice and putting it in water, which was the only option I had cause she didn't have ACV. Lemon water didn't help I came home and got out the ACV right away took 2 tsp along with 3 tbs of lemon juice right away, took a hot bath and it did wonders! Waited about an hour and just took 2 more tsp with warm water. I recommend taking it with lemon juice, it takes away the nasty taste of ACV.

[YEA]   "I have to share my UTI story. I've only had a couple in my life and they are horrible. I've only been able to get rid of them with antibiotics. I had one hit me hard in the middle of the night about a month ago. I dragged my painful self to the computer and read about apple cider vinegar actually curing it. Many comments from women who attested to this. It was 2am and nothing open but Walmart. I had to buy some lousy brand. I mixed it with water and in about 15 minutes threw up. I went to the doctor the next morning and got the antibiotics. Took them for a week and still have the infection. I stopped any alcohol and sweets. If I had even a tiny bit of either, it hit me in my bladder.

I couldn't afford to go back to the doctor. I started thinking it would never go away. I finally got smart and bought some organic apple cider vinegar (unfiltered with mother in it - which, I believe all have). Mixed 1 TBS in a pint glass of room temp water. I honestly didn't even feel it just a few hours later. It's been a week now and I've been drinking it am and pm. Nothing! Normal!!!!! I've been reading about all the other benefits of drinking it and will continue to have a glass or two daily.

After yrs of UTI and antibiotics, I found what works for me. I do have to start with an azo pill, just to stop the pain and contractions. Then I take 1 Tablespoon Collidal silver or sometimes 1 teaspoon 3x a day. I take 3 cranberry pills 3X per day. Then at night, several hours after collidal silver I take a probotic, so the good stuff is there to work thru the night. ( make sure you do not take Collidal silver and probotics at the same time, they nix each other). Also, drink 64 oz. or more of water per day to flush your system. NO, sugar stuff and lay low on caffeine.

I feel better within a day or two, but continue this for 3 days to a week depending on how bad you have it.

I've done this for the last several yrs now, they are getting fewer and farther apart. I've have not needed any antibiotics since I started this.

To whom it may concern; In desperation I began searching the internet tonight for natural cures for UTI's. I have a long frustrating story with bladder infections. Today after being on anti-biotics for a week, I still have an infection. Dr. doesn't know what to do? I still feel sick and want off this merry-go-round. I'm out of options. I have tried a natural way to cure myself and these now seem to be failing me. It has been a long, long year.

Please, please can Apple Cider Vinegar help and what is the protocol? It's a little confusing reading everyone's stories. Thanks Linda

Hi Linda - In the book Apple Cider Vinegar by the _____ family (of the famous _____ Apple Cider Vinegar brand), they recommend the following for bladder infections:

Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water daily.

Drink the ACV "cocktail" which is 2 teaspoons of ACV in 8 ounces of pure water - you can add a little bit of raw honey or maple syrup but that's optional (if you're diabetic, use stevia). Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, one hour before lunch and one hour before dinner.

Drink marshmallow herbal tea - two or three times daily. (I would imagine you could get this at a health food store)

Add one cup of ACV to a daily warm sitz bath (a large basin or a few inches in a bath tub).

Hope this works for you! Bess

Dear Linda, I have a friend who's daughter has always gotten very bad bladder infections throughout her life. She was on antibiotics pretty much every 3 weeks. She would take a 10 day course and within a week she would have another infection. I suggested she take her daughter to a naturopath to see if she had any food intolerances. It turns out she did. If she stays away from Gluten she doesn't get an infection at all. I think it's been over a year since her last infection now.

There is some studies on why people get bladder infections when they are gluten intolerant and there is evidence that it effects the lining of the bladder which makes it easier to irritate. Alot of the reason why antibiotics won't work in this situation is because there is no actual "infection. " There is irritated bladder lining which will keep being irritated unless the antagonist is removed. So you should get a food allergy test and find out if this is the case or just test the theory out by removing gluten and see if it helps.

Linda, it would be interesting to know your age because I think that my bladder infections came from dryness of the vagina. When my husband and I started using lube during intercourse the infections stopped. Also peeing afterwards and washing yourself helps. When I took antibiotics my doctor told me not to take the ten day cure, she said that 3 days were enough and that was true. And drinking enough water, that helps as well! I haven't had any for almost 18 months.

[YEA]  I went to the Dr's. less than a month a go for a UTI and was put on antibiotics for a week (which totally messed up my system). I woke up at 3AM with that burning sensation and wont be able to get to the DR's till Monday. I need relief and FAST! I remember my brother took ACV just because, so I looked it up. Figured it wouldn't hurt.... I mixed mine with lemonade, yes it still tastes horrible but it's been half an hour and already feel better. I'll continue to take it till monday. I dont want to be on antibiotics again. Good luck!

[YEA]  Another big YES for ACV as a urinary tract infection remedy. I get these all the time unfortunately, and not just little ones - really bad ones. I've urinated blood and had kidney infections from them before. The key to treating UTIs is to treat them FAST. If you think that you are getting one, treat it immediately - don't wait. The infection spreads fast and in a matter of hours, you can be in serious pain. You may notice that your UTI clears up after just one dose of ACV - but this is very important - DON'T STOP TAKING THE ACV - take it 3x per day, for one week - EVEN IF you feel no symptoms! Just like a UTI can come back if you stop taking antibiotics, it can come back if you stop taking the ACV, and with a vengeance. I keep a bottle of ACV with me at all times - I even bring a bottle with me overseas when I travel, and it has saved me through quite a few UTI episodes!

Please note that this remedy is only for mild UTIs. If you don't see an improvement in symptoms, or if you are urinating blood, have symptoms of a kidney infection, or are in serious pain - GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. UTIs are very serious if left untreated - the infection can spread to your kidneys and cause permanent scarring. If you don't have health insurance, a lot of drugstores in the US (and even some Targets now) have health clinics that diagnose and treat urinary tract infections for under $100. A UTI clears up extremely quickly with the correct antibiotics.

What if you always bleed with your UTI's? My pregnancies really messed up my tube from my bladder to the outside world. Actually since I was 17 I have always had blood, frequency, and burning as the first sign and believe it or not very little pain in my abdomen but of course not for when I pee. I want to do natural remedies to clear my UTI up. I bought no sugar added 100% cranberry juice, ACV, AZO pain relief and cranberry pills. I had a UTI about two months ago and the drugs made my body in really bad shape. I don't want them again. I want my body to fight this and hopefully grow immune to it. I had grandmother I never met die of bladder cancer. I also have an aunt who has my same issues of recurrent bladder infections. I just want to let my body do what it's meant to do. Build immunity to these bacterias. Women back before modern medicine lived through UTI's and kidney infections with natural remedies. I believe in them fully. So I think most necessary to go to a doctor is when you have severe pain in your flank area and just can't get rid of the UTI symptoms.

[YEA]  I woke up a couple days ago with a terrible pain and realized immediately that I had a bladder infection. UTI's are seriously one of the worst and most uncomfortable sensations a person can have- very annoying! I am away at college and had no clue what to do (without a vehicle to drive to the doctors, mind you). I immediately panicked and looked up at-home remedies to find a quick solution. I have always known about unsweetend cranberry juice but that's about all I have heard. This is only my third UTI ever, so I don't really know a lot about what can help, treat, etc.

After frantically searching through some random websites, I came across Earth Clinic and... HALLELUJAH!! Probably one of the best things I've ever done. I noticed right away all of the users who vouch for ACV so I decided I would give it a shot. However, because of the no-car situation I am in, I had to wait for one of my roommates to come home so I could hitch a ride to the grocery store. In the meantime, I mixed up a solution of about 3 tbsps lemon juice and 8 oz. of water. I started feeling relief almost immediately. By the time I picked up some ACV, I already felt well enough to focus on things other than my UTI. I mixed up my own recipe of cranberry juice, lemon juice, ACV, and water that works absolute wonders.

Seriously... UTI's suck, and it is the worst feeling when you don't have the time/circumstances to rush to the doctors. If you feel one coming on, or if you've been suffering from one, just STOP! Drink some ACV and if you have it, lemon juice, and you will be returning to normal in no-time! I promise, this stuff is a MIRACLE!! It really works!! I still have a slight UTI but because I've only been drinking it for a day now I know I just need to give it some more time. Also, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!! ACV works beautifully, but you need to be constantly flushing your bladder to fully rid yourself of the bacteria. Thank you so much for reading this, and thank you SO MUCH for all of the combined posts that recommend ACV! IT'S AMAZING!

Here's my recipe that works for me, hopefully it will work for you too!

2 tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar

2 or 3 tbsps 100% Lemon Juice

8 to 15 ounces of Water

**I also have tried the ACV and Lemon Juice with unsweetened cranberry juice. Just replace water with that. It makes it taste a little better!!

Good luck! :)

[YEA]   "You were SO correct about the Organic apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice & water cocktail for a suspected bladder infection.

I have only had one other in my entire life - perhaps 16 years ago; but the unpleasant sensation was in my memory. I waited (unfortunately) 24 hours before reading this post but I immediately made up a tall glass of 2 or 3 tbsp. Of The organic vinegar, lemon juice and H2o, drank it down and took a shower. By the time I stepped out to dry myself I was feeling immense relief from my symptoms.

A real lifesaver. I hope that if I continue on this regimen for a time I can avoid taking any antibiotics. Time will tell. THANK YOU!

HI, Love this website and all the great natural solutions. I suffered from a bladder infection and a famous alternative doctor recommended D-Mannose. It really worked like a charm. Buy the product at the Health Food Store. I do also believe in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice as a cure. Make sure it's the Organic apple cider with the mother in it. Here's to natural cures that really work, stay away from antibiotics if you can.

(The Ultrasound Tech Told me once :)) Just with the 4cps you will feel Pressure on your Bladder and you will have to go soon after the 1/2 wait :) It's now been 1/2hr, I feel a Little better now just sitting! Emptied part of my Bladder-OMGosh the worst Pain!! Will continue with the ACV and Add VitC to the mix and then up date Later Thanks

[YEA]  I am 20 years old and I have had severe bladder infections for the past year and a half. I have tried almost everything and still no releif. Finally I came across ACV and it is a MIRACLE! I just take two tablespoons morning and night and I am pain free! The vinegar is not the tastiest so get ready for it. Make sure you purchase the Organic ACV "with the mother in it", make sure its cloudy.

[YEA]   "Hi, I'd like to leave a comment about Apple Cider Vinegar and blueberry juice(not from concentrate) for bladder infection. It has so far worked twice for me. As a person who gets uti"s cronically, I am so happy to finally be rid of antibiotics for this ailment.

Hi all, I have been drinking the apple cider vinegar and water for a uti. I feel like it has gotten rid of it, but still a little soon to know for sure. I was wondering if anyone can tell me why I am getting stomach burning after I drink it and also what are the benefits using this long term?

don't use an antacid.... I don't think those are good for you, and might cause upset stomach.

instead, mix the ACV with baking soda before ingesting. it will bubble up, which is the acid and alkaline mixing. after the bubbles have receded, ok to ingest

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) should not be taken on an empty stomach as it can cause burning. Take it with food each time. This method is also an effective acid reflux/indigestion treatment for many. As far as long term benefits/issues, one should drink ACV with a straw to limit frequent acid contact on teeth.

How to take: 1-3 Tsp ACV (unpasturized, unfiltered) to 1cup water. You may add 2-3 tsp honey (preferrably raw, unfiltered) to make it more palitable.

Drink 1 cup, through a straw, 3 times per day with food.

Honey dissolves much easier in warm, not hot, water Hot water over 130 degrees will kill the good enzymes which make this treatment effective. If you prefer cold drinks make a large batch and refrigerate after dissolving the honey.

I usually get cystitis. Have been on a lot of antibiotics which now I seem immuned. After much reading, I am now staying away of acidy drinks, green tea, chocolate and especially wine. Also, even though I have no discharge bought a yeast kit. Within three days, burning was gone. STAY AWAY FROM ALL FRUIT JUICES.

So I got my first UTI yesterday, I knew what it was because I looked up my symptoms. I started drink water like crazy all day and I even made a parsley and lemon tea. It helped for a few hours, but by the end of the day I was in excruciating pain and was going to the restroom every 2-3 minutes. I was fed up by 5 this morning and asked my mom to take me to our doctor, but he cant see us till monday and today is friday. I started doing a little more researching and found this heavenly sight about apple cider vinegar. I immediately went to our kitchen and started rummaging through our pantry. I was so excited to find some! I took a shot of some and quickly decided I would never do anything that stupid again hahaha. An hour later my urinating became less frequent about every 15-20 minutes which I took as an amazing sign. Another hour later I put two tablespoons in a tall glass of water and kept drinking lots of plain water. Now two hours later I feel almost back to normal! No pain when peeing! I just made another glass of the miracle juice and hope to get rid of this thing by tomorrow, CHEERS! :)

I've had blood in urine three times and of course we are told that such symptoms might be a tumor. But before going to an MD, I first tried colloidal silver to see if the problem was viral or bacterial. All three times the blood stopped after taking four or five "swallows" of silver over a day and a half.

[YEA]  I got my first UTI about 2 years ago and since then have had them about 3 times, so I'm pretty familiar with the symptoms and typical treatment (antibiotics). Last weekend one suddenly came upon me. I went to the bathroom several times in a row and still felt like I had to go and also had blood in my urine. It was a sunday and the next day was a holiday so I decided to check out earth clinic's suggestions. I'm so glad I did, especially since I hate taking antibiotics.

After seeing all the positives for ACV, I began taking it (I also began taking cranberry pills). I took 2 Tbsp. In a small amount of water followed by lots of plain water. Within the hour there was no more blood in my urine and the urgency was not so bad. I kept taking it for the next few days, usually once in the morning and once at night, and was feeling pretty much normal, although because I've been drinking so much fluid, I have been wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. By the end of the week I wasn't being as strict with myself as far as not eating sweets, having caffeine, or drinking, so I got slightly worried it wasn't completely gone, so I kept taking it this weekend (a full week after initial symptoms) plus I got some unsweetened cranberry juice and have been drinking some of that.

I now feel totally back to normal - hoorah! I'll continue with the cranberry pills and a bit of juice every week to help prevent them in the future, but I'm so happy to know that I don't need to rush to the doc for antibiotics every time I get a uti.

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  I have Earth Clinic in my favorites because I come here quite often for minor health problems. I prefer natural solutions to medications. This past Sunday night got hit with severe Bladder infection pain. I woke up several times during the night because of the pain. I waited until Monday afternoon When the pain got really bad, that I decided to do something. I didn't want to go the ER , so I came to Earth Clinic for some help. I read all the comments about help for bladder infections and decided to use ACV. I do have a bottle of organic ACV.

I put the ACV in a shot glass and downed it as quickly as I could followed with a water chaser. That has got to be the worst stuff I've ever tasted! It burns a little going down and hangs in the back of the throat, but it works!

I took my first dose about 5 pm Monday afternoon. Within an hour my pain had lessened considerably, and I took my second dose about 9pm. I drank glass after glass of water and I took a double dose of Cranberry fruit tablets and extra vitamin C before bed. I even slept through the night without waking up. Today (Tuesday) I've taken another 2 doses and I feel a lot better. I'm not completely cured, I can still feel some discomfort. If I don't feel 100% in a couple of days, I'll go to the doctor then.

ACV does work, it just takes a little time.

It takes antibiotics a few days to actually work fully, so Apple Cider Vinegar should be given the same amount of time to completely work as long as the symptoms seem to be abating.

I posted of incredible pain after taking the ACV and water.. By 2:30 am I called the Triage nurse at the VA, and after doing all the questions she said I should come in.. It was 3:00am and I just felt like the pain was too great to drive safely, yet not enough to call 911.. I had done grapefruit juice and olive oil 10 years ago, but thought I had to be on a semi cleanse before it.. Last ditch effort, I did olive oil, lemon and 1/2 orange, laid down and went to sleep. Woke up with no pain!

[YEA]  I had a UTI/bladder infection come out of nowhere last Friday in the afternoon. Burning frequent urination, and it got worse, fast. By the evening hours I had blood when I wiped. I looked on Earth Clinic and saw all the Yeas on Apple Cider Vinager, so I tried a shot of it chased by lots of water. I also used an over the counter probiotic of cranberry concentrate w/ vitamin C supplement, and LOTS of water. I did this for 3 days, but I was symptom free within an hour or two after taking the ACV and the probiotic! It has been a whole week now, I feel fine, and I saved myself the expense of an ER visit! Thank you Earth Clinic!!

I have been struggling with a uti for the last week. I am a believer of the Apple Cider Vinegar regimen and have been taking 1 Tbs. Of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with cranberry juice (no sugar added)for close to a year now. I cannot understand why this has happened. I started cranberry extract (1 tbs)3X a day, the sea salt and water, and alka seltzer. Nothing seems to be helping. I am desperate, but hate to have to resort to antibiotics. Why is my body resistant to these remedies?

Hi Cindy, I don't know your age but I started getting the infections at around 50. Now I am a lot better and one of the things I do is always use lube when I have sex. Also peeing just after seems to help. I have to say that I have a lot less now, maybe once a year and then the only thing that helps is either drinking an awful lot of water right from the beginning or else, if that fails, penicillin for three days. I had a bladder exam and everything was ok, with my kidneys too but the gentleman told me to wash with a special soap every day: Marseille soap (you probably can't get it). Now I have it once a year-I am not too bothered anymore but of course I would love to get rid of them all together!

Francisca, thank you for your response all the way from France. I am 66 years young and in good health. I do get them on an average of once a year as well, and wait too long to get relief. I am currently on an antibiotic but am taking probiotics at different intervals. I will try to locate the soap. Another post recommended Uva ursi capsules that I will keep on hand/ Good luck with your efforts.

[YEA]   "I suffered through the second bladder infection of my life a year ago at age 40 (and no med insurance). For three days I tried the most popular natural remedy I knew of: 'raw' cran juice or cran capsules (I used both, with tons of water). This provided barely tolerable results, with no real signs of improvement, until my dad recommended the ACV treatment he'd read about on this site. I tried the 'recipe' he gave me, and was absolutely AMAZED at the VERY quick results. My 'situation' only required 3 doses, over about 3 hrs, and all symptoms disappeared (for good). I felt about 50% better after ONLY 1/2 HR of drinking first dose of remedy. And I felt completely symptom free after 2 more doses over next 2 or 3 hours. Each dose consisted of just 2 Tbls ACV (organic, non filtered, brown colored ONLY) w/ dash of baking soda (for alkaline balance(?)I think)in approx 6-8 oz water (which I 'slammed' down- very bitter. ), while still drinking lots of plain water over the next 12 or so hrs, just to help flush out infection.

Quick note of information I wanted to pass on (and a topic which remains controversial- so I don't mean to offend anyone who doesn't agree :), but the logic made sense to me anyway:
Not all herbal/natural remedies, as 'harmless' as they may seem, may be the healthiest choice to take daily for preventative purposes. Many are not FDA approved or monitored, and therefore can be as potent, or even MORE potent, than their respective prescription counterparts. Also, daily, frequent usage might prove ineffective over time(i. e. Due to tolerance increase). An MD recently warned me about the dangers of taking natural/herbal remedies to compliment a prescription drug to help treat or cure an illness faster or more effectively. Most prescription drugs have natural roots or base to begin with, so toxicity may occur if also adding one or more of the drugs base herbs. (Glad I finally met an MD who is educated on these matters. I have 'doubled up' many times in past hoping for quicker recovery, and wasn't aware of dangers. ) So I now do extensive research on any/all natural remedies I take, even if just intended for short time use. Except for some vitamins, I now only take any remedies on an 'as needed' basis, and have found this to provide the best results. Again, controversal topic, but just passing on for FYI purposes:)

[YEA]   "I just wanted to add my two cents here because I suffered with recurrent bladder and yeast infections for many years and doctors would always say that it was no big deal and send me home with yet another prescription for antibiotics. What I discovered on my own, was that hormonal imbalance was really the culprit. I had been on birth control pills for about 8 years when all of this started. After I stopped taking the pill, I had infections much less frequently, but they would still come back.

What finally worked for me was a combination of wild yam and vitex capsules, taken daily for two or three months. Both of these herbs are natural hormone balancers. They do not contain any actual hormones, but they will stimulate the body to produce hormones in the proper amounts.

[YEA] I just wanted to reply to this thread because this site was so helpful! I woke up with a horrible UTI on New Year's Day. Of course it being Saturday and a holiday there was nothing open until Monday. Also, this was my fourth UTI in three months. I didn't want another round of antibiotics!

I read through many of the threads and my hubby and I decided we would treat it ourselves. He made me a "cocktail" 3x a day for two days until the symptoms subsided and then I took it 2x a day for another two days. The "cocktail" consisted of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a shot glass mixed with some sea salt (to kill some of the tartness) and cranberry juice. I shot it like it was nasty cheap liquor. (I cannot stand the smell and taste of vinegar. ) I was able to get it down by holding my nose and drinking something else immediately afterwards. I also took AZO cranberry tablets, 2 tabs 2x a day, drank a glass or two of cranberry juice daily, and plenty of water. At night I would take a Vitamin C tablet to increase the acidity of my urine overnight.

Monday I had residual pain and went in for a urine culture and I was bacteria-free! My doctor doesn't believe I even had one when I told him, but as a woman, you know when you have a severe UTI. I also avoided sugar and alcohol while I was treating it to reduce the amount of "food" I was providing the bacteria. :) For maintanence I take AZO cranberry tablets once a day and a vitamin C tablet at night. So far, so good. :)

Yesterday afternoon, I was showing signs of a UTI (pain, frequency, etc). I tried the mixture of lemon juice, cranberry juice, & ACV. I also mixed a little water in with it as well. I drank 2 glasses before bed. This morning, I feel WORLDS better! Way less frequency, almost no pain. I will continue to drink this miracle juice for the next several days. Probably 4-5 times a day, as I read online that you can't really drink too much of it. I am kind of blown away at how great this has worked! Instead of worrying about seeing a doctor & the negative side effects of taking antibiotics, I will definitely be doing this instead next time!

[YEA]   "I was a skeptic but considering I woke up at 4 am with a bladder infection I thought it couldn't hurt to try one of the natural remedies. Since baking soda was the easiest to prepare and drink I started by taking 1/2 tsp with a cup of water, then did it again about a half hour later. When I read all of the comments regarding ACV, I decided I would give that a try also--2 Tbl in a cup of water. I did this three times over a two hour period. By 11 am I was feeling much better, still had blood in my urine, but the discomfort was reduced. Can I say it was the ACV or baking soda, or maybe just all of the fluids I consumed? I guess I'll never know. Mainly, I'm glad I did not have to use any antibiotics.

[YEA]  I had the worst UTI I've ever had. I was in so much pain I could not think or focus on anything else. I took a swig of ACV WITH WATER and in less than twenty minutes the pain was tolerable.. Then I put some in a water bottle and sipped on it for a day. I felt completely. That kind of pain can bring a person to tears.. I don't have insurance and I am sooooo happy I found this sight. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

[YEA]  I was having another episode with my recurring urinary tract infection and I remembered my co-worker informing me that her sister drinks acv and swears by it. So, I had my husband go and buy me a bottle. I boiled a cup of water and 2 tsp of acv.

I could not believe it half way through I started feeling immediate relief.

[YEA]  Apple Cider Vinegar for UTI

I have had many UTIs since I was 18, and I am now 20. So when I experienced burning urination on thanksgiving day, I knew what I was in for. Unfortunately, seemingly all of the immediate care clinics in my area were closed, and in an attempt to avoid sitting in the ER which would have been my only medical option, I searched for natural remedies.

Cranberry juice works perfectly fine for preventing UTIs, but once it has actually onset it doesn't seem to do any good, at least by itself. I read all of the recommendations for apple cider vinegar on this site and decided to give it a try. I took 2 tablespoons and then 2 more about 3 hours later. I also took some alka seltzer for pain relief, and some vitamin C and a cranberry supplement pill just for good measure, and drank endless amounts of water and cranberry juice.

I felt some relief that night. Although urination was somewhat painful, it wasn't as unbearable as it had been earlier in the day. I woke up once throughout the night having to pee, and aside from that I slept all the way through the night. The next morning I felt 100% better, and I was completely back to normal. I plan on continuing to take 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day for the rest of the week to feel confident that the infection is completely gone.

Apple cider vinegar does taste terrible, but personally I didn't feel like it was any worse than trying to down a shot of cheap liquor. I would definitely have another drink to wash it down with though.
