[YEA] 01/21/2009: John from Phoenix, Arizona writes: "Apple Cider Vinegar got rid of a mole
NOTE* I used Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
Since I was a little kid, I've always had problems with moles. A lot of people are lucky and don't have many noticeable moles. Me, well, not so lucky. I just happen to have more on my face then anywhere else. They're pretty noticeable to, not like little ones you can only see from up close. Now I'm realizing that these things are pretty darn ugly.
I decided I would test ACV on a not noticeable area to see if it was for me. I had a dark brown slightly raised mole on the front of my left shoulder that was similar to one of the main ones on my face I wanted to get rid of, so I decided to use it as a test mole. What I did was:Right before bed I got a needle and scratched the mole, making it bleed slightly (Not the best idea, just get it nice and tender instead). I then ripped the end of a Q-tip off and soaked it in ACV. I made sure it wasn't soaked but it still had a nice amount of ACV in it. I then duct taped the ACV soaked cotton swab to my ugly mole and removed the tape in the morning before my shower. No progress was noted in the first couple days, but I decided to stay at it. Once day four or five got around, a scab that if picked at, revealed a crater like thing formed. It was ugly but it wasn't on my face so I was ok. After a week or two, the crater filled in an left me with a pink very, very, slighty raised scar. I'm posting this almost exactly a month after the actual treatment happend, and the scar is blending in but isn't completely gone. Another month or two though and it will be gone. I would like to note that the ACV DID NOT burn my skin. I don't know why, maybe it's my skin type or the brand I used.
I hope to try the iodine method on another mole similar to the one removed thats above my collar bone, then which method to use on my face. I wish anyone luck who reads this, because one mole can really make a difference. If you plan to use ACV on your face I would recommend swabbing it on with a Q-tip, three or four times a day, not slapping it on your face over night. Any questions I will answer if you leave some, and good luck again."
[YEA] 05/26/2009: John from Phoenix, Az replies: "I'm the same person who posted on 1/21/09, and I have removed a few more moles and would like to share my expanded knowledge. The first mole I removed scar was a little pink last time I posted, but it is completely gone now. You would never be able to tell I even had a mole there! Since then I have removed two other moles, one which is still healing. Unlike the last one, these were flat moles and on my legs. The first one I removed was lighter colored and weird looking, and took about three days. It turned black on day two and never scabbed. On day three I just peeled it off and there was raw skin under. The mole wasn't deep in my skin, so it didn't leave a crater like wound. The skin where that mole was is completely healed now, and I have a slight scar that will most likely heal. The next mole I removed was a small black dot. This mole was very deep in my skin, and left a crater wound. I thought it would never heal and I was very upset. But it is almost completely gone! I thought even if it did heal the scar would atleast be horrible, but you can almost not even see it. I'm also removing the one on my collar bone right now, it's been two days. I've forgotten to scratch it with a needle, so I haven't made much progress. Theres a raised one on my face I'm also in the process of removing, except I'm using Oregano Oil. When I post again in a few months I tell how everything heals up and how the Oregano works. FLAT MOLES CAN BE REMOVED. THEY WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF SCARRING THOUGH BECAUSE MOST OF THEM GO DEEPER IN THE SKIN (USUALLY THE DARKER ONES ARE DEEPER.)"

[YEA] 01/13/2009: Lexa from Bristol, United Kingdom writes: "I have had a mole on the end of my nose for the last 10 or more years of my life. I went to the Dr to see what they could do and they referred me to a cosmetic surgeon. Prices I cannot afford. I must also stress that since I have had this most of my life without any changes in colour or shape, there were no health implications, please remember any changing moles should be checked by a Dr first.
Anyway... after a lot of research ACV seemed the best option to go with. I am in England and found some Aspell's Cyder Vinegar in the normal Vinegar section of my supermarket, it was a clear liquid and only just over 1 BPS.
I tested this on a mole on my belly, it was only slightly raised and quite small (1/2mm). I won't go into detail with this one too much as it was relatively successful, but it did leave a bit of a mark where the ACV had seeped and sat on the edge of the plaster leaving a line. It also became incredibly sore.
After this relative success, I went for it on my nose. It was only slightly raised and 1/2mm again but right on the tip so I was always self-conscious. This time I stocked up on verruca plasters (the circular sponges) which I cannot recommend more. Not only did this stop the ACV burning healthy skin, it also helped hold the ACV in place on a very tricky part of the face!
So here is what I did:
1) Boiled some water and dropped a new sharp sewing needle into it.
2) With tweezers remove the needle while still relatively hot but able to touch.
3) Scratch the surface of the mole ensuring the sides are done too. I didn't dig in, just scraped the surface to make it a bit tender and remove the dead skin. This occassionally bled but I waited for this to stop and continued on.
4) Applied vaseline thickly around the nose and close to the edge of the mole
5) Ripped the end off a cotton bud and soaked in the ACV
6) Stuck the verruca plaster around the mole.
7) Using tweezers, placed the cotton bud onto the mole.
8) Using sticky tape, secured the place of the bud and plaster to the nose. I found sticky tape to be less painful and marked my nose less than conventional plasters that make the skin quite raw after pealing off and reapplying repeatedly. Sticky tape didn't seem to do this.
9) Sleep
10) Remove everything.
11) Repeated the above process until the whole area scabbed over. I continued to scratch the light clotting and applying it, but once the whole area was solidly scabbed I decided to leave it. For me this was after 3 nights.
The results were, for me, great. First of all, it scabbed to a very dark brown, making it a lot more noticable than before. Then it got quite loose so I peeled it off. It didn't look that different and a bit raw. I invested in some cocoa butter that was a miracle worker. It scabbed again, and it pealed off and now I have no little bump, it is still slightly prevalent with a light brown tint but not at all noticable, just because I keep inspecting it!
I started on 19th December, and it is now 13th Jan, so it has taken a while but it has been worth it.
One partial thing I didn't expect was looking at myself in the mirror and feeling like I was seeing someone else. I have never liked that mole, but it is taking some getting used to having a different face, and that is just one mole! I know it's hard to imagine, but try and think whether it is worth it because there is no going back.
I have taken photos to document the changes, they aren't great but if you are interested feel free to email me, but put ACV in the subject line because I get a lot of spam!
Good luck."
03/24/2009: Heather from Barrie, Ontario, Canada replies: "Hello...I have also been to the dr. and the dermatologist, and given outrageous prices. Considering I have about 15 moles and tags that really should go, I couldn't pay the amounts given. I started looking for alternate solutions. I found nothing, and gave up. Later, while I was looking for something else I found this site and read about the apple cider vinegar.
I did read the very sensible advice to try first in an inconspicuous area, and I agree, but then jumped right in with the one on my face. lol. Not my best moment, i know. But I did heed the advice re: burns on the skin around the moles. Which brings me the reason I am writing....I had an idea. Why not use liquid band-aid around the mole, to protect the surrounding skin? I'm just thinking if someone happens to have some, but not any plaster, they could try it. I am trying it now and will let everyone know in a few days how it all turns out.
Heather"

But i would like to know after treating the mole with ACV ur particular area of the mole becomes bownish dark and remains there for long time. Coz this happen with me after treating my mole with ACV that particular are where the mole was became brownish and its been 3 months it look like a wound which not healing. So i would suggest if anybody know how to cure this wound. Please reply to my comments. Thanks...."
Replies03/06/2009: Phil from Calgary, Alberta replies: "I have the same problem as you, that may be due to peeling off ur mole before it is completely killed off, for my part that is. But i found that if you rub honey on it you brown scar may slowly start dissappearing. Now, you must be patient tho, the scar wont go away in a week or two you have to keep rubbing it with honey, cocoa butter, i hear cocoa oil is great for healing scars, at least 3 times a day and before you head to bed. At the moment thats what ive been doing for about a week, its starting to heal and there is no longer a bump, tho i didnt use ACV but i used rice vinegar instead, but still vinegar. But ya honey or cocoa oil, hope this helps."
03/20/2009: AMAN from AUH, UAE replies: "Hello Phil, Thanks for the reply, i will try your remedy as soon as possible coz i really wanna heal this infected area.
Kind Regards... "

[YEA] 12/17/2008: Scott from Oakland Park, Florida writes: "I had a mole on my head about 1/4" in diameter that has been there forever...slightly raised and brown. I never could see it until I started losing my hair as I got older. I wanted to shave my head but this mole would have been a real eye sore. I stumbled across this site looking for options other than surgery to get rid of it and decided to try the cider vinegar method. I read all of these posts and decided on a plan of 2 treatments daily. The first one was after work. I placed a cider soaked cotton ball over the mole and held it place with an old eye patch and let it sit there for about an hour, then I would remove it, rinse it off with water and go to bed. In the morning I would wake up an hour earlier than usual and do it again the same way, rinse and go to work. After the second day of this, the mole turned black and started to scab. The forth day I was able to peel off the majority of it with pink skin underneath (I was excited). Today is the sixth day and the rest of it just came off and it looks real good underneath. I can't believe this is all I had to do all these years. I used to put make-up on it after getting hair cuts because it was so visible. I think it will be 100% healed in the next couple of days. I am now putting aloe lotion on it. I am very happy and thankful for answered prayer and for finding this site.
PS: During all of this, the only discomfort was a little stinging here and there but no big deal."

[YEA] 12/14/2008: Jennifer from Cedar City, UT writes: "I tried the ACV on a small mole that I had on my chin. It was not horrendously huge, but it was getting more and more raised and just annoying me. The first night, I used a small piece of cottonball and soaked it in ACV then band-aided it to my face overnight. In the morning, no real noticeable change, but I wanted to stick with it. 2nd day, I dabbed at it with an ACV soaked Q-tip throughout the day and did not do the overnight thing again, as the ACV had seriously dried out a little patch of healthy skin around it and I didn't want to risk further burning the skin. Third day (today!) I woke up and the mole is very dark, almost black in color and the mole itself and surrounding dried skin is extremely dry and scaly to the touch. As much as my husband said to leave it alone....I couldn't help it. I peeled it right off. No pain whatsoever, a little tiny spot of blood, and now all I have to do is wait for the skin to heal. I am so happy as I have two raised moles under my left eye that are going to be gone next!"

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 11/27/2008: John from Brisbane, Australia writes: "I recently used Apple Cider Vinegar on a mole of mine on my hand, which scabbed up and revealed a "crater" like hole, which eventually healed. I kept tissue soaked in ACV on the mole at all times for about a week. I repeated this process on another mole of mine but replaced the tissue more often and upped the concentration. At first it reacted as the previous mole did but then a little of the moles outer layer fell off, revealing a small brownish crater. My skin was irritated by the ACV as with the previous mole. The crater is brownish in colour with a black spot around the middle. I think the brown area is the base of the mole and the black is the true root, which appears to be very deep. I stopped with the ACV because the skin irritation was too great, and I thought that the brown would go away, so I coated the mole and skin in honey to speed up the healing process and soothe the skin. Two days after I stopped the wound is healing but the crater is still brown and very large, as if I unearthed a much bigger mole below the surface. It appears very deep. My question is, should I keep going with the ACV and risk damaging my skin, or should I let it heal, leaving me with a much bigger mole? Please help!"
Replies11/28/2008: J from Los Angeles, Ca replies: "I am having the exact same issues as you except that I have been trying bloodroot on a mole instead of apple cider vinegar. It's the second time I have attacked the mole with the bloodroot. I feel too that there is a deep root. I showed a friend the area hiding under a big bandage the other day and she laughed at me and said "Why don't you just get it removed from a dermatologist? Takes them a few minutes to remove something like this!" I said, yeah, I know, but it must cost a fortune. She said it wasn't too much. I now have to wait for all the tissue to heal up (size of a walnut) before going to the dermatologist. I will let you know how much it costs and if he/she really did find a deep root!"

[YEA] 09/27/2008: Brandon from Denver, Colorado writes: "Hey everyone, I recently came across this site and I am on my 4th day with the ACV method. I have had a reddish mole about the size of a small pea on my you know what since birth. I am amazed to say that by using a wood nail file to remove the outsite shell then using a Q-tip dipped in ACV and pressing it on the mole, that the mole is now 75% gone!!! After the first day a little scab formed. I pulled the scap off to reveal a now white fleshy mole instead of brown and red. It was lubricated with what looked like some natural skin oil trying to repair the skin.So I applied the ACV again, dabbing on it on throught out the morning.
IMPORTANT: THE ACV WILL STING PRETTY BAD ON THE FRESH WHITE PART, THIS IS GOOD HOWEVER BECAUSE THE PAIN IS THE ACID BREAKING DOWN THE MOLE SO YOU KNOW ITS WORKING.
So it scabs up again, but when I pull it off this time a big chunk comes out of the middle yuck! But to my amazement the mole has been greatly reduced. It's working.
Day 4 I would say it's down to 75%, I am working on the outsite rim now with my file hoping to burn the rest away. This is the Real Deal guys try it. I am still a bit skeptical and I will be until it is completely gone. But so far so good, and you can do it at your own pace. The more you apply acv the quicker it goes.
I will update if I can get this ugly thing gone for good.
Lates"

I took Organic Appl Cider Vinegar 3 times a day for about 4 - 5 days. The rash just dried up. Apparently the rash was a fungal rash and ACV kills fungus. I also used ACV on a huge mole on my husband's nose. After 7 uses it just came off in layers. Fantastic stuff ACV."

Day 4 - scab beginning to form

Day 6 - Went to Sauna and sat there for about 30 mins
After this it was very tender and when I went to the shower it just fell off. Looks great just can't wait for scabbed area to heal.

[YEA] 07/31/2008: Zoe from Chicago, IL writes: "I had a black mole on the top of my left breast for quite some time and I really didn't like it. I came across this site and decided to give the Apple Cider Vinegar remedy a try. Like some other users suggested, I used a nail file to file down the mole some. I soaked a small piece of cotton in the ACV then put it over the mole which I held in place with a band-aid. I would leave it on overnight. At first the mole got flatter. After a few days it seemed like the mole was kind of wiggly but it was still flattened into my skin. The area around the mole was a bit pinkish in color and I wondered if the ACV was burning the surrounding skin so instead of bandaging the ACV soaked piece of cotton, I began using a q-tip to dab the acv on. After about a week some clear fluid began seeping out from around the mole. I was beginning to regret even trying it. I read one other user who had a similar experience. I begin cleaning it out with hydrogen peroxide to clean out any germs. I also began applying Neosporin ointment to it. On about the 7th day the top black part of the mole came off but it left a very pink and flesh colored open sore. It wasn't huge but I still did not like it. I was glad the mole was gone but then I was left to treat an open sore which I believe was caused by using the ACV too long. I cleaned the wound with hydrogen peroxide a few times a day and alternated between applying Neosporin ointment and the oil from a vitamin E capsule. After another week the wound healed but now I have a small round scar where the mole was and a small area surrounding the scar is a little browner than my normal complexion. So while the ACV did work on my mole, unfortunately it left me with a scar in an area where I would rather have just left the mole. I'm currently using Scar Zone cream on the scar in hopes that it will fade. It only took a week to remove the mole, another week for the wound to heal, and now it's been over a month since I've been treating the scar. I would recommend that you only tape the small piece of cotton ball soaked in ACV to your mole for the first couple of days. After that just dab the mole with a q-tip that has been dipped in ACV. Once the mole gets flat, if you continue taping the ACV cotton ball on it, it may leave a crater like sore in your skin. Overall ACV did remove the mole so I guess it did what it was supposed to do."
Replies09/10/2008: Courtney from Winter Park, Florida replies: "The scaring you are experiencing could be magnified by the hydrogen peroxide. I am taking Microbiology and my professor told us that you should never use hydrogen peroxide on tissues because it causes scarring....just a little bit of advice for future mole removal."

[YEA] 07/26/2008: Bridget from Philadelphia, Pa writes: "I'm not even sure where to start. Today is my 6th day taking ACV (Braggs organic). I'm taking 2 tsp along with 1 tsp pure natural honey mixed in apx 2 ounces of water, 3x a day ( before each meal.) Apx 2 years ago I developed a white mole directly under my eye, hated it and always planned on finding out about getting it removed. On day 4 of taking the ACV, I had gotten out of the pool and was rubbing my eye and noticed I couldn't feel the mole. I went to the mirror to look and could barely see it. Today is day 6 and it's almost gone! I have another dark mole on my arm that is also changing!
Another HUGE change this week are my bowel movements. I am hypothyroid, and normally when I'm eating healthy items such as alot of fruits and veggies, I tend to have a hard time producing a movement, but this week I have been producing at least once, sometimes twice a day, and they are very large healthy movements. I have also lost 4+ lbs which of course I also attribute to eatting better and drinking alot of water. I tend to go on these health kicks alot, for long periods of time, but this is my first time trying the ACV and I have been telling everyone about my dissapearing mole and my movements for 2 days now. I cant wait to wake up each day and see what else is going to change! Loving it, and I will keep yous updated! Thanks, Mom in Phila"

I tried one in a inconspicuous place first by soaking a small piece of cotton in acv then covering with medical tape. After a couple of days it looked blistery and parts of it were dark, then it gradually hardened, scabbed and fell off, leaving a slightly pink circle. I've since taken another one off my chest in similar fashion and am proceeding to a couple on my neck. Give it a try. We could all save some cash right now."

[YEA] 07/08/2008: Kelly from New Market, Tennessee writes: "Great results from ACV mole removal remedy!! I had a dark brown mole on my cheek near my jawbone since birth. It used to be flat on my skin, and over the past few years had grown into a pea-sized proportion. I had an appointment with a dermatologist to have it removed when I came across this website. I began the apple cider vinegar thing on a Sunday night, and by the following Sunday afternoon the mole was gone!! Here's what I did:
I basically just followed the advice given by others on this site. I heated a needle over a flame, GENTLY stabbed the mole a couple times to 'tear' the skin, and liberally rubbed the acv on with a q-tip. I did this three or four times each day, but I never slept with it on my face for reasons noted below. The mole first became hard and dry, then cracked, then very itchy and tingley, then came right off as I was washing my face with regular cleanser as I normally do.
Just a note of warning to anyone who may want to try this: I read the accounts of others who said they rubbed vaseline on the skin surrounding the mole to prevent the acv from buring the skin, and I did not take that seriously enough!!! After the first time I applied the acv, I ended up with lots of tiny burns all over my cheek -it was kind of painful and REALLY ugly! It also cleared up with lots of treatment (I used a combo of glycerin, vitamin E oil, and aloe) in about a week, but it is for this reason I urge you NOT to apply with a cotton ball. That is what I did the first time, and also failed to apply enough vaseline. If even a little of the acv gets on the skin, it will burn, so use a q-tip!
Needless to say, I canceled my appointment with the dermo - my face is now mole-free and looks so much better!"

Luckily my tattoo was red so the discoloration somewhat matches it. Thanks for my newfound piece of mind."

Please just be careful to only put it on the mole not on your skin. and let the mole really dry out and i would advise you to go into hiding with lots of chocolate and a good book while you are doing it, Good look to you all and thank you so much for Apple cider vinegar, this wonderful site and the internet, please excuse me now as i get on with my life confident with a clear face oh and lovely long nails and shiney hair thats with drinking the acv, i am now taking it in tablet form as it tastes better. xxxx"
[YEA] 06/20/2008: Pam from Norwalk, CT USA replies: "I too had similar results! I am just thrilled. I looked at this ugly mole on my face (right in the fold around my nose and mouth) for 44 years and in one week, it was GONE! It left a tiny "mole hole" which is healing nicely. My son said "the dermatologist would have charged you $500. to do that!" Of course everyone in my house was skeptical when I first started applying ACV. It really looked like it wasn't going to work. They thought I was crazy for keeping up with it. But then POOF! I couldn't be happier!"
09/16/2008: James from Toronto, Ontario replies: "I am so happy I stumbled across this site and I'm excited to try some of the remedies for removing moles! The only question I have is regarding the stabbing/piercing of moles. Is this absolutely necessary and how do you know if you've pierced the mole? Does it start to bleed? I don't want to avoid this step if it's necessary, but don't want to go too far and stab my mole and cause it to bleed profusely. Any help would be more than appreciated!!!"
[YEA] 09/16/2008: Sandra from Katy, Texas replies: "Response to James about the stabbing/piercing of moles:I had a mole at the very lower of my neck for 4 years!, and I read about ACV, i tried to put a little of damp cotton with AVC every time on the area with a thick tape, I even wore high neck shirts while the cotton was there, I changed cotton daily with ACV, I slept with it on. At the 4 day I noticed that my mole shrunk, it was a burning sensation on it, then I started to put castor oil on and the scab went out. Leaving only a pink mark that with the time disapeared, it was wonderfull!! you do not have to stabbed. Since then I tried ACV for my dog irritated skin, for warts perfect. I hope someone can benefit for this."
09/24/2008: James from Toronto, Ontario replies: "Thanks for your reply Sandra! Now, I continued with the ACV for about a week and last night two of them fell off in the shower. I was really excited. However, awoke this morning and looked down and was somewhat displeased. Though there is no longer a brown mole there, there is pink skin that still has the raised feel and texture of a mole and is just as noticeable as the mole that was there before.
I figured that I would be getting a pink scar that would be somewhat indented and would apply something to it to reduce the scar appearance. Instead I've got something that feels and looks like a mole, only pink now instead of brown. Is this normal? I'm somewhat disheartened and don't know what to do?
ANY suggestions/responses, would be more than appreciated."
[YEA] 09/25/2008: Pete from Sao Paulo, Brazil replies: "Hi James,
ACV really works on moles. I have removed a bunch of them using this method.
I did have one that refused to go away. And when it did, it came back. I just keep with the treatment so long the surrounding skin was not too sensitive (you have to be gentle and patient).
On the aforementioned "difficult" one, I also made sure I also cleaned it with 3% H2O2 after the mole and spongee and soaked up in ACV repeatedly. I think that may have helped. I also suggest you take ACV internally.
Good luck!"
10/01/2008: James from Toronto, ON replies: "Thanks Pete! I've been continuing, but nothing seems to be happening. Just stubborn mole staying there. It's been almost a month now and nothing seems to be changing. How long did it take you?"

[YEA] 06/02/2008: WT from Spartanburg, SC writes: "I actually discovered this site by looking for a natural method for mole removel. When I read the articles here about ACV I had to give it a try. I had one mole on my leg that had changed it's texture so that it was sort of hard now. It had changed color to tan and brown, not a good sign.
Some lady here said instead of scratching the mole daily she used something used like a nail file to gently scruff it up and then applied the ACV. I did likewise figuring it would scuff more surface area and probably speed up the process. After 5 days of just applying ACV daily and scrubbing it gently every other day, the first two came off today. They were about 3mm and 8mm in size. They turned dark after a couple of days, scabbed over and came off in the bath tonight! Great site, thanks all!"
[YEA] 08/07/2008: Ezra from El Centro, California replies: "well i've answered my own question about the ACV previously i had asked about wheather i should leave the mole alone or continue with the acv.. i decided to let the root of the mole heal with my skin and then i applied acv all over again with a cotton ball at night for about 4 nights. I quickly found that the remainder of the mole began to diminish. I now have a scar but am using vitamin E to fade the scar a bit. Thank you so much Earth clinic.. i am now a firm believer of this site and recommend it to anyone and everyone for everything."

[YEA] 04/13/2008: Jess from Wadsworth, USA writes: "Some background. This mole appeared about 5 years ago on my hairline at the temple. I tried esiac tea grounds on it as I had read that worked, but it might have only arrested it's expansion. It had a very dark brown color almost black, was irregular, in the 3/8 inch to half inch size and like most moles scared a person in all the scare tactics the medical community publish.
I have had allot of moles that would come and go to fade in time. This one though would go through cycles of raising I believe from allergies and then flatten. Because of allergies I have what my Gramma called "cradle cap" which is large desposits of skin sometimes in. One was right by this mole on top and I scratched it drawing blood on the day I was going to try the apple cider vinegar. Concerned, I believe God whispered that, "It will only make it work better by getting to the mole".
I used the protocols of a lady on the site. Not liking the idea of scratching a mole with a pin, I remembered I had had an electric pumice stone. I tend to be a bit to rambuncious in over doing and while I felt no pain I apparently sanded off enough mole to cause 2 pin prick size blood drops to form.
I placed a ring around the mole of vaseline to stop skin burning as directed.
With that I put on a pea sized cotton ball soaked with apple cider vinegar (Heinz) and covered it witha a bandaide. It was not what I would term burning, but I could fee the vinegar working. Next morning upon inspection the mole was black already. I was glad to read the feedback as seeing a black mole would not have comforted me not knowing.
I put on acv twice a day and repeated the same cotton ball at night.
On day 2 and 3, I noticed a slight tenderness or soreness in touching the mole with the Qtip. The mole by now was flat, crazed and shrinking in size of area covered.
On day 4 I decided to stop the vaseline as I didn't know if that was stopping the acv from getting to the outer edge of the mole as "tan colored" halo seemed to be appearing as the mole shrank. I think I remember this on top before in a darker pigment, but now it was all around the mole as it shrank.
Day 5, the mole started to flake on the outer edges with more shrinking with alternate itching when I put on the acv, tingling with "burning" and day 6, it was flaking a bit more and feeling like a scab. My intention was to keep using acv until it all fell off.
Day 7, in washing my face, a big chunk came out of the middle, leaving the tan pigment surrounding and a more red skin in the center with 2 small black scabs on top and bottom. I repeated the acv and it tingles and bites.
I did notice it seems some build up of skin by and under the mole.
Day 8, most of the remaining mole has flaked off. There is still a tan pigment darker than the surrounding skin, but the interior is white. I believe the mole is gone.
Day 9, I was motivated to keep with the acv as that tan shadow was upsetting me.
Day 10, the area blackened again and scabbed up. Puss would form under the scab. Tenderness started again.
Day 11, the same soreness, puss some bleeding as the center was open.
Day 12, it appeared even the outer pigment was now "fried", so I stopped using acv and switched to covering it up with coconut oil with beta carotene like they use for popcorn in the theaters.
Day 13, area was healed with the scab drying up.
Day 14 the scab was smaller and flaking in outer pieces.
Day 15, scab was shrunken and flat.
Day 16, scab flaked out with pink skin under it. There is still a shadow tan pigment in the outer skin, but I will leave it as I am thinking the pigment is still in the tissue, but the mole is gone. I would term it healed.
I did not have pink skin nor excessive burning as many had. Perhaps my years in the outdoors had my skin less sensitive. I would though deem this as something which works and much more beneficial than doctors freezing tissue scarring it.
It is an absolutely amazing thing that 16 bandaides, that many pea sized cottonballs and around 36 drops of apple cider vinegar. That is something which has me still shaking my head in disbelief as this sits on a store shelf, costs a few dollars and it worked on a very difficult mole. I will give all glory to God and thank the people who made me aware of this.
One final note. I have tried for a short time some remedies which have not worked in other things. I would like people to remember that some people are allergic to some things even the cures. I have a personal problem with sea salt which so many people swear by as well as things like vitamin C, so that rules out certain things here.
I do plan on utilizing this mole removal method on some other moles in trying the iodine too. God bless you and God bless this site, because it is wonderful to find a food product which does not cost 90 bucks like a doctor's visit. Ted should be commended for linking moles to fungus in the melanin. It is brilliant as the molecular papers I have read on people using maple syrup and baking soda a cure for cancer as the cancer is so greedy it gobbles the sugar and the base baking soda attaches and disrupts the cancer cells being acid, like minature bombs going off. From what I read it was 2 tablespoons baking soda to 1 tablespoon maple syrup heated on the stove to combine them, taken several times a day. That I hope I never have to use, but the mole removal I believe worked on a very stubborn mole."

After reading various positive testimonials and few negative ones, I decided to try apple cider vinegar on a mole I WAS NOT BORN WITH!!! I think that is important to your success because moles you were born with have deeper roots so I would leave birth moles to the pros( = Although the mole is not gone I can see it start to change. It used to be so round on my nose it was shiny. Now it's drying up no bandaid just a q tip and I apply the stuff like ointment. I am just praying that it works and does not leave a damaged mole on my face I'll keep you updated."
