APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

[YEA]  07/31/2008: Zoe from Chicago, IL writes: "I had a black mole on the top of my left breast for quite some time and I really didn't like it. I came across this site and decided to give the Apple Cider Vinegar remedy a try. Like some other users suggested, I used a nail file to file down the mole some. I soaked a small piece of cotton in the ACV then put it over the mole which I held in place with a band-aid. I would leave it on overnight. At first the mole got flatter. After a few days it seemed like the mole was kind of wiggly but it was still flattened into my skin. The area around the mole was a bit pinkish in color and I wondered if the ACV was burning the surrounding skin so instead of bandaging the ACV soaked piece of cotton, I began using a q-tip to dab the acv on. After about a week some clear fluid began seeping out from around the mole. I was beginning to regret even trying it. I read one other user who had a similar experience. I begin cleaning it out with hydrogen peroxide to clean out any germs. I also began applying Neosporin ointment to it. On about the 7th day the top black part of the mole came off but it left a very pink and flesh colored open sore. It wasn't huge but I still did not like it. I was glad the mole was gone but then I was left to treat an open sore which I believe was caused by using the ACV too long. I cleaned the wound with hydrogen peroxide a few times a day and alternated between applying Neosporin ointment and the oil from a vitamin E capsule. After another week the wound healed but now I have a small round scar where the mole was and a small area surrounding the scar is a little browner than my normal complexion. So while the ACV did work on my mole, unfortunately it left me with a scar in an area where I would rather have just left the mole. I'm currently using Scar Zone cream on the scar in hopes that it will fade. It only took a week to remove the mole, another week for the wound to heal, and now it's been over a month since I've been treating the scar. I would recommend that you only tape the small piece of cotton ball soaked in ACV to your mole for the first couple of days. After that just dab the mole with a q-tip that has been dipped in ACV. Once the mole gets flat, if you continue taping the ACV cotton ball on it, it may leave a crater like sore in your skin. Overall ACV did remove the mole so I guess it did what it was supposed to do."

Another HUGE change this week are my bowel movements. I am hypothyroid, and normally when I'm eating healthy items such as alot of fruits and veggies, I tend to have a hard time producing a movement, but this week I have been producing at least once, sometimes twice a day, and they are very large healthy movements. I have also lost 4+ lbs which of course I also attribute to eatting better and drinking alot of water. I tend to go on these health kicks alot, for long periods of time, but this is my first time trying the ACV and I have been telling everyone about my dissapearing mole and my movements for 2 days now. Being the forever skeptic, I thought it sounded too good to be true; went ahead and gave it a try anyhow. And...it worked. Seriously, to my fellow disbelievers...it really works. I tried one in a inconspicuous place first by soaking a small piece of cotton in acv then covering with medical tape. After a couple of days it looked blistery and parts of it were dark, then it gradually hardened, scabbed and fell off, leaving a slightly pink circle. I've since taken another one off my chest in similar fashion and am proceeding to a couple on my neck. Give it a try. We could all save some cash right now."

It used to be flat on my skin, and over the past few years had grown into a pea-sized proportion. I had an appointment with a dermatologist to have it removed when I came across this website. I began the apple cider vinegar thing on a Sunday night, and by the following Sunday afternoon the mole was gone!! Here's what I did:

I basically just followed the advice given by others on this site. I heated a needle over a flame, GENTLY stabbed the mole a couple times to 'tear' the skin, and liberally rubbed the acv on with a q-tip. I did this three or four times each day, but I never slept with it on my face for reasons noted below. The mole first became hard and dry, then cracked, then very itchy and tingley, then came right off as I was washing my face with regular cleanser as I normally do.

Just a note of warning to anyone who may want to try this: I read the accounts of others who said they rubbed vaseline on the skin surrounding the mole to prevent the acv from buring the skin, and I did not take that seriously enough!!! After the first time I applied the acv, I ended up with lots of tiny burns all over my cheek -it was kind of painful and REALLY ugly! It also cleared up with lots of treatment (I used a combo of glycerin, vitamin E oil, and aloe) in about a week, but it is for this reason I urge you NOT to apply with a cotton ball. That is what I did the first time, and also failed to apply enough vaseline. If even a little of the acv gets on the skin, it will burn, so use a q-tip!

Needless to say, I canceled my appointment with the dermo - my face is now mole-free and looks so much better!"

It increased in size shortly afterwards leaving me bummed out and concerned as well. Used ACV on it for about the whole first day and a little on the second. Mole shrunk rather quickly leaving a black flat area. Applied lotion with aloe for a few days later and the scab came off exposing a small indentation where the underside of the mole had been. Luckily my tattoo was red so the discoloration somewhat matches it. Thanks for my newfound piece of mind."

[YEA]  06/17/2008: Jane from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England writes: "After putting up with a very ugly mole on my cheek for 40 years of my life, I gave the apple cider vinegar thing a go I had a week booked of work so on the Friday night i heated up a sewing needle over a flame to make sure it was clean, i cleaned my ugly thing then stabbed it gently like the other people have suggested, then soaked at qtip in acv put it onto my ugly thing and held it it place with a plaster.taking off the plaster in the morning , i did this for two nights and somtimes during the day i just dabbed on a little.I also drank a table spoon of it three times a day, it tastes terrible so have a drink near by, but i thought why not treat my self from inside out as well,i did this for a week. on the 3rd day my mole had a blister over it then on the forth it started to go realy scabby and looked terrible i started to wish i had,nt done it by the fifth day it started to get itchy.I was very worried by this time because i was due back to work on the monday and i it looked horrible.I need not have worried because on the 6th day when i was bathing it, the whole scab came of leaving a small pink hole,I was so happy i cried, I have been using e45 cream since then and its almost clear on my cheek, people keep saying there is somthing different about you then they realise what is missing,
I hope this helps people who like me were so sick of well meaning people saying leave your moles alone there part of you,
they always dont have any.

Please just be careful to only put it on the mole not on your skin. and let the mole really dry out and i would advise you to go into hiding with lots of chocolate and a good book while you are doing it, Good look to you all and thank you so much for Apple cider vinegar, this wonderful site and the internet, please excuse me now as i get on with my life confident with a clear face oh and lovely long nails and shiney hair thats with drinking the acv, i am now taking it in tablet form as it tastes better. xxxx"

I had one mole on my leg that had changed it's texture so that it was sort of hard now. It had changed color to tan and brown, not a good sign.
Some lady here said instead of scratching the mole daily she used something used like a nail file to gently scruff it up and then applied the ACV. I did likewise figuring it would scuff more surface area and probably speed up the process. After 5 days of just applying ACV daily and scrubbing it gently every other day, the first two came off today. They were about 3mm and 8mm in size. They turned dark after a couple of days, scabbed over and came off in the bath tonight! Great site, thanks all!"

[YEA]  04/14/2008: Trina Krahn from Saint Helens, Oregon, USA writes: "So i soaked Apple Cider Vinegar Organic Raw,unfiltered (i found in Fred Meyer - organic aisle) in a cotton ball and taped over his mole. I did that routine every night before bed for 3 to four days until it came off!! It started off being a normal flesh colour, then a few days in it got scabby. Then one day it turned black and was really hard. It was dead but still attached. Each day it got more and more wobbly, like a child's tooth! Then it just fell off. There is no scar, just an outline where the mole was- but it was tender during the process of removal. thanku Earth Clinic !!! I love this site - i use it alot now that i know it natural cures really worx."

I do plan on utilizing this mole removal method on some other moles in trying the iodine too. God bless you and God bless this site, because it is wonderful to find a food product which does not cost 90 bucks like a doctor's visit. Ted should be commended for linking moles to fungus in the melanin. It is brilliant as the molecular papers I have read on people using maple syrup and baking soda a cure for cancer as the cancer is so greedy it gobbles the sugar and the base baking soda attaches and disrupts the cancer cells being acid, like minature bombs going off. From what I read it was 2 tablespoons baking soda to 1 tablespoon maple syrup heated on the stove to combine them, taken several times a day. That I hope I never have to use, but the mole removal I believe worked on a very stubborn mole."

I applied APPLE CIDER VINEGAR to his Mole once a day before bed and replied it again the next day before bed. I did that for 3/4 days - first it took the color off the mole - next it turned black - and then scabbed over - the next day i was able to peel the dead mole/scab off and it left no scar - but a lil outline - he was in a lil bit of pain on his back due to the process - but it worked - good bye ugly mole -- thanku Earth Clinic"

I was very self concious of it and didn't have the money to pay a dermatologist to remove it. I came across the apple cider vinegar remedy so I decided to try it. I soaked a cotton ball in ACV and put it on the mole with a bandaid each night at bed time. The mole started to turn black like a scab and by the 7th day (Christmas)it completely fell off. Of course I have a pink scar in its place but that will fade in time. I am putting vitamin E oil on it now. I am very happy with the results. Thank you!!!!"

[NAY]  12/08/2007: Ann from Winnipeg, Canada writes: "After reading the many testimonies of how the application of ACV on moles removes them I decided to try it. I followed the directions as follows. Before going to bed for the night I put ACV on a little piece of cotton, put it over the mole, and then put a bandage over it to hold it in place. I did this several nights in a row. My understanding is that the mole(s) will shrink, may darken, and eventually fall off within a week or so. Well, not the case with me. Yes, my mole did flatten down, but instead of the mole falling off it has buried itself so deep into my skin that once the mole / scab-like formation came off it left a pit in my skin that looks like a cigarette burn only smaller in dimension as the moles that I treated were smaller than the dimension of a cigarette. It also left the surrounding skin burnt looking and very red. One of the moles that I treated with the ACV was about the size of a pinhead, however the pitted scar that I now have is 5mm in diameter. My regret is that I treated all three of the moles I had at the same time instead of testing it with just one. Unfortunately, two of them are in places that are visible at all times (on my neck and the other on my face). I would NEVER suggested anyone doing this unless they would rather have a deep pit in their skin and larger in diameter than the mole they have right now."

I have not been a big fan of doctors,(sorry all you doctors out there you are good to have around if one needs) but did not feel I needed one for this and what I have heard did not sound to appealing. Thought it got to be a better way. And then a came across this website just down my ally. So I read about the ACV could remove moles so I tried it. Took a little bit of cotton soaked it ACV and put a band aid over the moles. Did this twice a day, and within a week I would say it dried up turned black and fell off under was new pink skin. AMAZING! What else can you say!!"

The only thing worse than having a mole is removing it, having everyone say things like, "remember that ugly mole," and than have it COME BACK!!! I need this thing gone!!! I'm young still, so I'm not open to many resources. When I found this stuff in the cabinet I was jumping for joy. I applied it like crazy, peeled of the mole, and it CAME BACK. Well, I have to be fair, it's not exactly "Back" yet, but it left a same-size dark red mark that looks like its turning back into the mole. Please guys, this really means a lot to me. Other than this mole, I look really good. I LOVED my few weeks without it. All the girls were hitting on me and more people were hanging out with me. And now this? I switched to Lactose Free Milk while taking ACV and eventually the diarrhea was gone. I continued to take ACV 3x/day (2 tsp in 8 oz of water before each meal) for 2 months when I decided to see if drinking regular skim milk (as I used to) would cause the diarrhea again. To my surprise, I no longer get diarrhea to any foods, not even to milk. So thank you God for ACV. Another good effect I had as a result of taking ACV is the disappearance of a couple of moles."

I'm 13 years old with fair skin and am suffering from a small mole on my face. My family doesnt have all the money in the world and when the dermetologist said I would have to have plastic surgery to get it removed (and the price was a good $500-$600 bucks) I thought my mole would be with me forver. I've been on the Apple Cider Vinegar/Garlic (I alternate) for only a day but immediately I've noticed a difference. For one, the color (light brown) of the mole has nearly disappeared and the vinegar seems to be eating away at it. I was so exciting, if that happens in only a day what'll happen in a week? <3 I feel like theres finally hope to get this awful thing off my face. But if you're going to try this remedy be sure not to get it on any skin surrounding it or it will be red and swell. Other than that this has worked great! p.s. I got a bit of a rash from the band aid- switched to medical tape ( on a role) which is much better for my sensitive skin-I also stuck it to the back of my hand first-to absorb some of the glue. This is my favorite site online thanx -sorry for rambling on & on"

The cost for getting them surgically removed is ridiculous and I decided to search the internet for 'home cures. I tried ACV on a mole on my side and after about 4 days, it scabbed over and fell off. The only bad thing is that the ACV dripped off of the cotton ball and onto healthy skin, causing a reaction. I've started using the small, round band-aids and they are easier for spot treatment. All that is left of the mole on my side is a pink circle that will probably go away soon. I'm treating 5 more now. The 2 on my chest fell off after 3 days and I'm now trying one on my face (yikes!).
