I have taken MSM for years off & on. Got rid of allergies and took care of knees not wanting to do steps. Wonderful! Started taking it again after a few years and now I have red itchy spots on arms, legs & face. Very itchy! So, do I continue taking it and the rash will stop & clear up or take a break & try again? I took about 1 TBS for only 5 days.
