I just finished a 10 day juice cleanse. I lost 11lbs and all my lypoma's softened and shrunk.
I also believe that lypoma's are toxins stored in the fat cells under the skin. I'm going t try a niacin cleanse next. Niacin open the blood vessels in the skin and allows toxins to be removed faster by sweating them out with exercise and/or sauna.
Everyone should google the benefits of niacin.
