I've had vertigo for several months. I was diagnosed with BPPV and this was corrected with physical therapy. I still had some dizziness and after reading some posts on here I reduced my coffee consumption to 1/4 of what I used to drink. I then started seeing an Upper Cervical chiropractor. This dizziness was getting better but it was still there. I then found out that dizziness is a side effect of taking progesterone so I quit taking it. The dizziness continued. This morning I got online and found out that there's a lot of people supplementing with creatine that have had dizziness. I've been using creatine in my morning coffee for about 1 1/2 years. I did not put it in my coffee today and will not be taking it any more. I'm hoping this will finally get rid of the dizziness for good. I will try and remember to come back in a couple of months and give an update.
