Had to post this, RLS for 20 Yrs plus, decided to supplement with vitamin C 5 grams a day, leaving the 2 grams 2 hrs before bedtime. I now understand we're all severely defietcet our whole life, just getting by with the MOST important nutrient for WELLBEING. Think about it. And my shaking right arm almost normal, WOW.
