Another all natural product that has been excellent in several MS people I have talked with or heard of, is a Lion's Mane mushroom product made by Mat--x Mushroom. The person I talked with had been taking Avonex for 13 years, had loss of feeling in the legs, began taking the mushroom product and can now ride her horse since she now can once again feel her legs.
