Hi everybody, I have posted about HCV [Hepatitis C Virus] in the past, have good functioning I believe because I have used ACV, Hydrogen Peroxide and many herbals to keep it down , now using Lloyd Wrights regimen, but not tested lately, His Thymus /Natcell is very expensive and I have started taking freeze dried thymus extract that is very cheap, has anyone tried it? I am going to try the BHT next and will post on the results,

Ted, We are not clear on the lysine/aspirin protocol please explain better, Thank you, Curtis

I have begun takinf 350mg, 2 times per day of BHT for hepatits C..

I notice that when I do take it. my eyes become red and I'm tired for the day..

If I take it at night, I take the entire 700mg with 16 oz of H20.. In the morning. I'm very tired for the first few hours upon waking even with 8 hrs of sleep.. After that time I'm okay. But my eyes are periodically red thru out the day.. Could I be allergic to this antioxidant? I hear that it should not have side effects at this dose.. I even took it at 350mg per day and get the same red eyes and tired feeling.. Any clues? should I be supplementing with Vit C or B? does this antioxidant deplete certain nutirent stores?

Hello, If you take IP-6 it will leach iron out of your system and reduce you iron load/ferritin...or you could go the fast route and get phlabotomies... Either will reduce your iron and this will also reduce your enzymes levels...

IP-6 reduces my iron by 30 pints per month.. Don't like needles..

I ran across this website while searching for info on HCV. The first thing I read was a description of a Angolan Soldier that allegedly contracted HCV from a tick bite. The description included symptoms appearing way to early to be related to the disease (it takes about 20-30 years for the disease to multiply enough to do noticable damage) with symptoms like "dark urine" that did not resemble Hepatitis C at all. This is a quote from the post, "Upon checking with his doctor, the doctor said that if you got black or dark urine, you got Hepatitis C." That doesn't sound like a very scientific diagnosis to me. Who is Ted? Are any of these remedies fact checked? I use alternative medicine exclusively but I am afraid to trust what I read here after reading that uneducated sounding piece of advice. I really need reliable trustworthy information to help me deal with this disease. I would appreciate any input on Ted or this article found on this page: https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/hep_c.html#CSHP

Hi Dianne, Why do you say it takes 20-30 years for the disease to multiply enough to do noticable damage? What I have read many times is that it can take 20-30 years for symptoms. But some do indeed see them much earlier and according to pubmed the average is 15 years, so that means there is a range of different times and for some its not long. Plus its usually spoken of in regards to the serrious damage eg. Chirrosis.

"Early symptoms of hepatitis C often resemble the flu. Hepatitis C symptoms include fatigue, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea, fever and dark urine. Jaundice, yellowing of the skin and eyes, may also occur. Symptoms of hepatitis C are fairly mild during the initial stages of infection." This is from: http://getstdtested.com/hepatitis-c-symptoms

It does not matter where you read something it always pays to do more checking if it is new to you or your gut says I'm not sure about that. Sometimes we posters may not have the whole answer or have a bias for certain remedies or we think that there is one cause of a symptom when there actually may be more. We post because we care. All the best in finding your path to help.

Hello everyone and Oscar, I am feeling better than I have in years. Energy level is way, I mean, way better. I am amazed at the end of a long day at work at how much energy I have and how clear my mind is. This was not so before taking BHT. I have been taking 1 350 cap. twice a day for a little less than 100 days with no side effects. As I have posted before I am sure I got Hep C at the same time I got Hep B in 1976!

Herbs
Posted by Scott (Atlantic Beach, Florida, Usa) on 12/04/2011

In "Herbs and Hepatitis C", Stephen Buhner thoroughly explains this.

While his herb mix is copyrighted some what, he lists it and u can get basically the same mix very marginally above cost from herb corner in melbourne, fl. at 321-757-7522 or she can tell you the constituents and you can get it from someone else, while she cannot use his name.

Celia runs her store on a break-even basis and her time is donated.... an angel no-doubt.

There are hundreds (just that I personally know of- I would estimate thousands total) of people on this mix (12 herbs) and a few have failed on it because of alcohol or drugs (that incudes NSAIDs) ..... Only 3 we know of have not responded due to root canal and jawbone cavitations left from molar extractions (they do not hurt-they just heavily tax your immune system)

While not curing hep c the mix returns liver enzymes to normal.... you would eventually die of something else.

Additionally I know personally 3 people who after doing the herbs for 8 wks. , cured their hep c with rife light treatments... That's blood test certified cured..... The local board of health hounded one of the guys 'wanting to know how he fooled their test'...... These guys are young, and are back to probably drinking too much beer, no, not a good idea, but that constitutes more proof to me of their success..... it has been years now since all this happened.

Hep c patients are relatively lucky.... the virus does not mutate, while some of the gnomes are more hearty than others.

'book frequencies' that are at cafl.com are typically all that is needed for rife treatments to work completely, eliminating the need for repeated personal scanning, which is highly problematic anyway, most scanners do not work well for many reasons.

Lingzhi Mushroom
Posted by Wendy (London, England) on 11/16/2011

Hi, I was diagnosed with Hep C a couple of months ago. I started to feel dizzy, nauseous and had no energy at all. They ran lots of tests on me and found nothing, it was my idea to have my liver tested as I have partied somewhat over the years! They suggested I go for the Interferon treatment, (I have a friend who did this and it made her feel sicker than before although it did cure her)

I decided to ask my Chinese medicine doctor what to do and she recommended Lingzhi mushroom. Within 2 days the symptoms had gone and I felt like a new person. I was told that eventually the virus would become inactive, so I'll give it a couple of months and go for a re-test.

I have also changed my diet, no fried food, no sugar (only natural sugar cane, no spicy food, no cold food or drinks (tepid), no alcohol and sleep on the back so as to give the liver a rest. Hope I have been of some help. God bless you. Wendy

I take 4 caps daily of a 17 mushroom extract blend from Washington. The more mushrooms the better. He is the only one in the world who triple extracts lingzhi, hot water, alcohol, and fermentation. Hi, Trying just about everything suggested by Ted for Hep C and high liver enzymes. Regarding the bloodroot tincture, when I received the bottle I saw it contains 55% alcohol. Since alcohol is a no-no, is this a problem or does the bloodroot override that concern?

Also had a weird reaction to BHT... Eyes burn, feel "wired". Gave it to someone else with Hep C to try. Lysine is fine, beta-glucan, fine. Had associated psoriasis which now seems to be on its way out. Think those things account for that?

Thanks for all the great suggestions, Ted.

Ozone Therapy
Posted by Steve (Cameron, Wi) on 10/11/2011
★★★★★

I just visted this site for the first time while doing a search on Ozone cure rate with Hep-C. I was diagnosed with Hep-C in 2008. Since then I have tried mulitple therapies, herbs, supplements, etc. None of the therapies produced any type of cure, just treatment. The virus has been kept in check, but I was looking for a cure not a treatment. I have not and will not take the treatment the medical doctors suggest simply because the rate of cure is so low and the side effects are horrible and lasting.

In Sept. 2011 I began treating myself with 1% Ozonated saline solution injection @ 50CC daily. All my liver enzymes have returned to normal with the exception of one which is slightly elevated. These results came in just 3 weeks on ozone. My viral count went extremely high, however this is NOT all active virus as the test for viral count records both inactive and active viruses. What I am saying is that as the 03 travels through your blood and organs, it attacks the cells that are oxygen depleted and give home to the HIV virus. The 03 blows apart the cells and destroys the virus protective enzymes which enters into your blood as inactive virus. This is why your viral count goes up, the ozone is destroying the virus. It is very important what you eat and drink. Your body must expel these toxins. Ozone does build up your immune system and floods your body and cells with oxygen thus allowing your natural defense system to do what it was meant to do. It is also equally important to take supplements to assist your liver in rebuilding cells. Before I went to ozone saline, I tried h202 which was working ok, but not as well as ozone.Viruses and bacteria can not live in an oxygen environment.

Has anyone ever heard about a product called "Immunocal?" The people there tell me they can cure hepatitis C in 3 months... Sounds too good to be true... They say it's made from organic cows milk with a process that elimanates all but the bioactive protein containing cysteine... It is supposed to dramatically raise the glutathione level in your body...

Also has anyon ever heard about a company called "Ideal Health?" They take a urine sample and then send you back various vitamins and mineral to take then re-check you 6 months later and adjust your intake of the suplements... I knew a guy who told me he "Cleared" himself of hep-C with this program... However he was a salesman for the company, so I have my doubts about the veracity... He did however give me his doctors name to ask about his treatment...

Another questionable claim.. maybe for profit motive?

Any feed back on either or both...

Need help! I have had HCV for longtime--maybe childhood but did not find out until 30. I have no history of drug use of alcohol but have had cirrhosis since being first diagnosed. I have done a lot of different remedies including interferon in the early 90s. I am currently in situation for which I have no answers. For the past two weeks I have become more bloated and bloated and have been told it is ascites. However my scores have been improving and improving. Two protocols that worked best for me are Dr. Zhang's herbs and MMS. I have had a ton of parasites though that I just discovered last summer after a liver cleanse.

I went to the emergency room today because I am have such bloating and trouble going to the bathroom--never did that before. My hepatologist (the nurse) told me not to wory about it because it was just ascites and to lay off the salt ( I have a very clean diet). I talked to Dr. Zhang and he said it could be something else other than ascites and then my herbalist said take amio acids and olive leaf. Because I was sure I had a blockage, I went to the emergency room. No blockage was found and they just said I had a urinary tract infection but my right side feels like something is there and I am still not getting regular bowel movements. Did something build up or is there a parasitic ball stuck there? My mouth also tastes funny in the last few days.

I may have done too much at once--MMS and Dr. Zhangs and black walnut tincture since March tetering off on both a both in the last 8 weeks. A kinesiologist muscle tested me for all of it and gave me the doses (less than intially prescribed) I needed. He also told me to give my body a break so I reduced doses and kept up the black walnut tincture.

ALP now 159 March 212; AST 131 now, March 189; AST now 61 no real change (had been 55 last week), GGT now 37, March 54. My red blood count and white blood count fell from normal in the past week. Last viral load this summer before protocals was 1.5 million --it has been as low as 600,000.

I just ordered BHT and took one this evening. I guess I will take the antibiotic prescribed. I am afraid to take supplements because I am not sure what is going on down there. I did the mineral oil enema and oral dose last night becuase of the fullness. It did not help. I also took malic acid to break things up.

Has anyone had these problems? Has anyone tried the new MMS protocol or Dr. Zhang's herbs? Do you think BHT is superior or easier than thises other protocols? Do I drink a little water or a lot?

I appreciate any knowledge on any of this!

Hello JD from OKc, You asked about the BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C. I will do my best to address your questions and concerns. The BHT worked remarkably well for me. I am Oscar and have discussed all that and provided links to some others who had equally amazing results. Also, Dr. W, a member of this forum has written in this forum at length about his successful self treatment using the BHT. He achieved a NO VIRUS detected in about 2 months using the BHT and has some usefull advice for those wishing to give the BHT a try. You state you took some BHT. You did not mention any bad side effects. This is true for most people and therefore, at least for you side effects are not an issue. Now, I highly recommend that BHT be taken seperately from anything other than a gulp of water to wash the capsule down on an empty stomach. Wait one hour before eating or taking anything else. This allows for the BHT to be metabolized and absorbed. If mixed with other things BHT will chemically react in unpredictable ways with other substances in a person`s stomach and duodenum so do NOT mix it with anything else. Also, I know of NO reason why BHT cannot be used along with some other treatment. Having said that, I do NOT think it is helpful to be trying too many treatments at the same time. The BHT seems to work very well all by itself.

You can read what facha brute has to say about that here: http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?p=6967512Ã

fatcha brute achieved a no detectable virus in one month along with freeing himself of genital warts with the use of BHT only.

Pass this on, I am not one to babble on sites, if you wish to let people know of a cure for Hep C, herpes, venerial warts, google this: Warts BHT. BHT works, google it you will see why, it will clear all virus in a month, no rubbing on this or that, no vinegar, no padhyoflyn.

Try it or research it.

I have started taking the BHT. I am up to day 6. The initial effect was a gastrointestinal responce. Loose, frequent, bowel motions, for about 3 days.

I have Hep C and have been working on myself for the past 12 months. No alcohol, raw food for the first 6 months and milk thistle daily.

My liver enzymes all returned to a normal range. What I do experience is a feeling of a lump in my throat when I have eaten something that I think is harded for my liver to process.

I lost this feeling with the initial introduction of the BHT, it seems to have returned now.

I will continue taking 300mg/day on an empty stomach for 1 month and then go and have viral load and enzyme levels tested.

I will keep you posted. I would appreciate any feed back from others who are managing there own cure for Hep C

You stated your liver enzymes are normal after using the BHT treatment. What were they before you started using BHT. Do not get discouraged with some minor discomfort. Those liver funtion test results are very important and indicate the treatment is working. BHT can take some getting used to for some people. Compared to the alternatives some stomach discomfort is minor. You can always decrease the dosage if this trouble persists or gets worse. BHT taken on an empty stomach only requires small dosages of BHT. Please keep posting about how this treatment is effecting you. I think you are getting well because the liver function tests have returned to normal. THOSE ARE the MOST important initial results to be looked for. This treatment does take a few weeks for most people. Give it some time and DO decrease the dosage if you feel it is necessary. There is no big hurry with this treatment. You want a SAFE dosage, NOT more. Your liver will recover if testable improvement is shown....Oscar

I wish to buy calcium ascorbate to use with BHT to treat HCV.

Q. Should I still worry about depletion of calcium?

Is the use of fulvic acid still necessary? If yes, how many drops should I use per cup of water?

Q. Please, could you explain the need of iodine in this treatment? If it is necessary, how can the Nascent Iodine be used. I wish to take 6-8 grams of ascorbate daily.

Thank you, Bill, for the different treatment options you gave me for HCV, but I wish to give the BHT treatment a shot. Could I hear from you soon?

Hello Monty, From what you said: It seems to me you are taking too much BHT. Many people seem to be able to tolerate the dosage [ 600mg per day ] you discussed. In my opinion that is too much, at least for you. There is no need to take such a large dosage. Thin and or lean people are more prone, more sensitive to BHT for one thing.

Whether you are thin or lean does not matter. You are experiencing undesired side effects. If you wish to continue BHT therapy you need to lower that dosage. I suggest you take only one of those 200mg capsules per day. That is the dosage I used to successfully treat my hepatitis C infection when I had a failing liver. I weighed 180 pounds at that time.

Along with BHT`s antiviral properties, it is a very powerful antioxidant. If taken with water only much less BHT is required to achieve the desired results. The goal is to find out what is a safe dosage for each person. NOT to see how much you can tolerate. The stimulative reaction you experienced is not all that unusual and is discussed in the literature.

The way I see it is that even small dosages such as 200mg per day or LESS for many people is the right dosage. TOO much is too much. Hepatitis C is an infection that takes many years to cause liver failure. There is no big hurry with this treatment. I have always encouraged people to find a dosage they are comfortable with. I have never taken more than 350mg per day on a regular basis. Find out if you tolerate those 200mg doses a day well or not. If not take LESS....Oscar

A number of forum members have stated they are trying the BHT treatment for hepatitis C. I am asking all of you to please keep the forum updated with whatever the results have been. Most especially liver funtion tests and viral load counts.

There is no one else OUT THERE discussing this treatment. Your feedback is very important. About 150 million people worldwide are infected with this sometimes deadly infection. If this BHT works as good as it did for me, Gina, January, and fatcha brute for others also, the WORLD needs to hear from you. If it does not we need to know that also. There are issues surrouding effective dosages, methods of administration, and side effects that need to be addressed.

Your feedback is required to answer these questions. One of the side effects that have come up in this forum is that for some people BHT acts as a stimulant. I have suggested they take smaller dosages if they wish to continue this treatment. I will also suggest they include 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil at least one hour AFTER taking the BHT on an empty stomach with water. BHT acummulates in fat cells and lipids. All nerve cells are sheathed by a form of lipids. BHT interacts with lipids, that is how it destroys lipid enveloped viruses including the hepatitis C virus. Lean people seem to be especially sensitive to BHT. By taking that olive or coconut oil you will ensure that your neurons maintain adequate sheathing. It may take more than two tablespoons of olive or coconut oil for some people.

So if you are trying this BHT treatment get back to this forum with your results....Oscar

Dear Michael, Good to hear from you. I want you to know that because of the feedback I have gotten in this forum and others: I think one 350mg capsule taken twice a day is the best way to go with the BHT. That is the dose that seems to work best for average size adults. Take it on an empty stomach and wait one hour before eating any food. It can be taken between meals or at night before going to sleep.

Please report back to this forum with all test results. This is important. All details help including geno type and such. People are starting to report back and the results are impressive as I expected they would be. It takes longer for some than others. From the available information dramatic improvement should be indicated within a few months. For many it is a matter of weeks, for others a few months. This is the only information I have to go by: what people who try the BHT report back with. The feedback is looking very impressive so far. Wishing you the best, ...Oscar

Dear Susan, I do not know the answer to your question. From what you stated you bought it in bulk and not in capsules. There are scales available to measure pharmacutical weights as in milligrams. Why didn`t you buy the capsules that come in measured dosages ? Also, from the feedback that has been given it does seem that one 350mg capsule taken TWICE a day is best for most average sized adults. Now some few people have reported negative side effects at that dosage. Also, from the feedback given, mixing the BHT with any oil is a big mistake in the treatment of hepatitis C. I say that because I cannot help but wonder if that was why you bought the BHT in bulk.

I want to be helpful but any volume measurement I would suggest would be simply guessing at what volume would equal 200mg. Milligrams are a weight measurement. Now these scales are available and many drugstores do sell them. You would need a scale that can measure milligrams. There are many models available for less than 100 dollars. I do not own one and cannot make any recommendations about these scales. I am sorry I cannot be more helpful....Oscar

Good to hear from you Cm from Wilmington, I am relieved to learn you have no adverse side effects using the BHT. This is true for most people by far, but there are some who do experience such side effects and I have to always take them into consideration in my postings.

So, for you this is not a problem. This BHT really does work as a treatment for hepatitis C taken as I have discussed. You are going to get those NO VIRUS DETECTED results. I have also dicussed why you need to keep taking the BHT once such results are achieved for at least 2 years in my opinion to clear the liver of ALL infected cells. From the feedback available one 350mg capsule taken TWICE a day on an empty stomach is what works best for most average size adults.

Please keep this forum updated with any and all test results....Oscar

Hello,

I found out a couple of years ago I have hep c, I think is type 1a. I'll be picking up my previous 4 c panel results today. I also have the latest results taken 2 days ago coming. I will post the latest results. I do know the the last one I took was 1. 5 million viral load with a near normal enzyme. that one was a few months ago.

My doctors really wanted me to take the standard treatment for 48 weeks. I almost started them. I did my own research to find the they wasn't telling me the whole story about the success rate. my thought were there has to be a better way..

Then just by accident I came across this site, a real GOD send I might add. I am encouraged about the results I have read. So encouraged I have started the bht treatment. I'm not one to just jump because someone else does. I went and explained it to my doctor. He is more than happy to monitor me and document it for others if it works. He has little concerns about me taking it. I also have to take my blood pressure medicine. Also not a concern for him. The only thing he is concerned about is it may thin my blood, still not a serious concern.. He wants me back in his office a month after I start bht for more blood work. I am looking forward to that series of test.

I have high confidence that the dosage I'm taking will will show positive results. Right now I doing the ramp up in dosage as suggested here. I have also found I am going to have trouble taking it before bedtime, so that's out for now. I am taking one 200 mg once a day.

Sorry for the babbling, just thought I should tell how and what I'm doing.

Thanx for listening..

Dear Toad from Bainer, What a joy it is for me to hear from you. Finally, I have found someone who has a doctor who is taking an interest in BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C.

Now, as you probably already know: the type 1 variants of hepatitis C have proven to be the hardest to treat. Now don`t get discouraged. Another member of this forum is infected with type 1A also and reported that after about 8 weeks of daily dosing with 200mg or 250mg per day a two thirds reduction in her viral load count and a return to normal liver function test results. Those are impressive results. The usual prescribed treatments are 48 weeks with a less than 50% success rate.

Never the less, I do feel that for best results you or anyone else should be taking more than 200mg of BHT per day if and only if you have no serious adverse reaction. I would suggest taking one 200mg of BHT TWICE a day instead of only once. For people that have no side effects: One 350mg capsule taken TWICE a day is the best dosage from the feedback available.

There is no one other than the people in this here forum that are taking a serious interest in BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C. Finding the safe and effecive dosages are up to us. It does seem to me that just what that dosage is will vary from person to person. But that we are establishing some rough guidelines regarding that. 700mg per day of BHT seems to me to be well below the established NOEL [ No-Observed-Effects-Level ] as to the toxicity of BHT as stated here:

 4. EVALUATION
In view of the probable involvement of hepatic enzyme induction
in the development of the hepatocellular damage associated with
repeated doses of BHT, the Committee concluded that, in this case,
enzyme induction was the most sensitive index of effects on the liver.
A well-defined threshold was demonstrated at 100 mg/kg bw/day in the
long-term study reviewed for the first time at this meeting, giving a
NOEL of 25 mg/kg bw/day. Effects observed in the reproduction segments
of the in utero/lifetime exposure studies were also taken into
account in the derivation of this NOEL. The Committee used a safety
factor of 100 to allocate an ADI of 0-0. 3 mg/kg bw for BHT.

That NOEL does work out to be: 1,250mg of BHT per day for a 110 pound person. In conclusion: It does seem to me that for best results 350mg of BHT taken TWICE a day is safe and effective for most average sized adults. But also that the 200mg per day dosage IS an effective dosage that will take longer to achieve those NO VIRUS DETECTED results. Please stay in touch with this forum and keep us updated with all test results. Thank you for reporting in. Your feedback and that of others will answer the questions surrounding the use of BHT [ butylated hydroxytoluene ] as a treatment for hepatitis C. Sincerely, ...Oscar

Thanx for the reply. I might go to a larger dose after I get the next round of blood test. Maybe before then. Really just testing the waters right now to see how my body reacts to the 200 once a day. So far I don't see anything that would stop me from taking a larger dose. I still don't think I'll be taking it before bedtime. seems to disrupt my sleep.

My doc is a quite young for a doctor. He really seems interested in my results and my well being. To be best of my knowledge I have had hep c for about 35 years, unknown to me. I just found out a couple of years ago. Other than hep c, I'm in good health. I have noticed some increasing symptoms of it. brain fog, muscle cramps, joint pain the general crap for hepc.

I will post if I change anything or have something to report. Short of that I'm looking forward to my next blood work.

For Oscar,

Oscar, I received my 250MG BHT shipment on Friday and started taking the BHT Saturday morning with one dose with water and waited for one hour before taking my other meds and supplements, I weigh in around 172 LBS, my question for you, to your knowledge would any of the other things that I have listed below that I am taking interfere with the BHT and how long should I wait before having my blood levels checked after starting the BHT? Thanks for all you are doing in the fight against HEP C with the info you are providing:

Synthroid (medication)

3 tabs of milk thistle

2 grams of salmon oil

2 grams of Acai

3 grams of Vit C

1 B12

1 gram of garlic

2 low dose aspirin

1 8 oz glass of grapefruit juice

Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 12/13/2011

Dear Cm from Charleston, It is good to hear from you. I have looked at the list of other things you are taking at this time. I did look into what " synthroid " is. It is identical in chemical structure to a compound naturally produced in the thyroid gland as the tradename suggests. No problem there. And I see no problem with the other things you are taking also as long as they are taken seperately from, NOT at the same time as the BHT.

Also, in my opinion: taking a high or good quality source of lipids such as salmon oil is a good idea as long as it is taken at least one hour before or after taking the BHT. Mixing BHT with ANY oil severely dilutes BHT`s desired effect as another forum member found out. Simply take it seperately, not at the same time. The importance of this is because all oils and fats are digested in way similar to the BHT. When you mix BHT with any oil you are in effect diluting it.

Also, in my opinion: When BHT is taken at the same time with other compounds, unpredictable chemical reactions take place in the stomach and duodenum between the BHT and other compounds. That is why I am so adamant about taking the BHT seperately, by itself and on an empty stomach with a gulp of water only. This method seems to be working well for others out there giving BHT a try as a treatment for hepatitis C.

And, from the feedback available at this time: Taking two capsules of BHT seems to be what works best if you have no adverse side effects with those two daily doses of BHT. One dose per day works very well, but two doses seems to work better. The dosages I am discussing are between 200mg and 350mg of BHT taken twice a day if no significant adverse effects are noted and one dose per day if adverse effects are experienced. The one dose per day simply takes a bit longer but will still work very well. Please do report any and all blood test results along with HCV genotype and such. Please do your part by providing this feedback....Oscar

I fully believe your story. I see the same in the AIDS world. There is a huge movement of people starting to question the standard antiviral treatments pushed to HIV positive people, siting safer natural approaches that do not involve expensive/patented toxic chemotherapy for the rest of one's life. This is the ideal scenario to an industry that is only successful financially if people are sick and with limited options.

Any postings concerning successful alternate treatments are immediately banned from most forums. These places are always directly funded by big-pharma as "educational" sites, or indirectly supported by them through ad revenue.

I fully agree with the Gerson mention that all chronic diseases are a result of a mix between Mal-nutrition and toxicity. It's been my experience that removing both will result in immediate health improvements, no matter what the underlying problem in. This is a huge threat to certain medical conglomerates.

Forums like this are extremely important. I have never any censorship issues with my anonymous posts. Amazing job earthclinic!

Dear Anon, Yes, this is a truly exceptional forum. Now it is a given that many of the treatments discussed here do NOT have any official approval. That is understood or should be by all participants. But NO treatment that is not funded by what I refer to as BIG PHARMA ever will get official approval for diseases including hepatitis C and AIDS. When we are discussing those two diseases there are a very many billions of dollars for those two diseases alone. I want you to know that the AIDS virus is among those lipid coated viruses BHT has proven itself to be at there very least helpful.

There was a lot of interest and awareness about BHT as a treatment for any and all lipid coated viruses back in the 1980s and 1990s. That awareness has by and large disappeared. Also, I did dig up that toxicology statement, that gives BHT a NOEL [ no-observered-effects-level ] of what works out to 1, 250mg of BHT per day for a 110 pound person. And also that PHYSIOLOGICAL REVIEWS article that shows a 22% to 31% average lifespan increase in mice dosed with BHT over their entire lifetimes compared to undosed mice.

Those two extremely well researched statements put the lie to all this crap people grab onto about how bad BHT is supposed to be for people. And then it was proved that BHT occurred naturally in at least some phytoplankton. That was always another lie used to discredit BHT. It was supposedly unnatural and therefore bad for you.

So, at the very least: BHT is good for you taken in the dosages myself and others have been discussing for many years now and there is significant evidence growing that indeed it is a very powerful anti-viral for lipid coated viruses of many types including hepatitis C and the AIDS virus.

And if you dare to discuss BHT as an effective treatment in many of these forums they will come up with some reason to ban you and delete your postings. Yes this BHT really does work. And it is long past the time people should have been looking into just how well it does work. It is truly amazing stuff especially when compared to the conventional treatments that seem to always include some variation of interferon. Read the postings in these forums about the devasting results many people experience with these treatments.

They cost many thousands of dollars per year per person and do NOT work very well for a very many of those people. And a very many relapse within a few years if they do work. You understand what I am talking about. I could go on and on....Oscar

Hi Oscar, My uncle is in stage 4 liver cancer related to Hep C, his kidneys are starting to shut down and no treatment is working at this time. He is willing to try anything and I stumbled onto this website and love it. Some of these remedies and alternative medicines on here are excellent and I've been using them for quite sometime never knowing there was a website that was putting them out there for anyone.

My question is do you think the BHT would work for him since he is pretty bad off? Today he just got labs done today and his liver enzymes are high. Alt-62, ALK203, AST-119. Renal panel, Creatinine 145, BUN-40. All of his other labs are fine at this moment in time. What do you think. Do you think he is a candidate for BHT?

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 12/23/2011

Dear Garrett from Oklahoma City, I will do my best to address your concerns. Now obviously your Uncle is very sick. He not only has hepatitis C, but also: liver cancer and some type of kidney failure. This kidney failure is one of the well known side effects of the conventional treatments.

I am not a doctor and therefore cannot speak with the authority of an MD. BUT: I do know a lot about the use of BHT to treat hepatitis C and other conditions. I obviously cannot promise a successful outcome for your uncle. Who can with someone suffering three life threatening conditions?

BHT therapy may be the ONLY hope left for him.

1. BHT is an effective treatment for hepatitis C.

2. BHT does not harm the liver or kidneys in the dosages I have been discussing.

3. There is substantial evidence that BHT at the very least prevents cancer. That evidence is based on Dr. Denham Harman`s mice studies and that of others also. It is worth noting that in Dr. Harman`s studies that the mice he used in some of his earliest studies had a propensity for getting cancer and that with those cancer prone mice: an average lifespan increase of between 45% and 50% was achieved. Dr. Harman`s critics were those that critised his studies BECAUSE the mice he was dosing with BHT had a propensity for getting cancer and stated that ALL he was doing was preventing those mice from getting cancer and that is what accounted for this dramatic average lifespan increase.

Very many other such studies have been done with mice and other mammals by a very many others. The results of those studies show an average lifespan increase in mice dosed with BHT over their entire lifetimes of between 22% and 31% as discussed in this PHYSIOLOGICOL REVIEWS article: http://physrev.physiology.org/content/87/4/1175/T3.expansion.html

So, there is a whole lot of evidence available that BHT has a lot going for it, and that it is relatively safe taken in the dosages I have been discussing. 200mg to 1,000mg of BHT per day taken with a gulp of water on an empty stomach.

Because your uncle is as sick as he is: I do suggest he start out with no more than one 350mg capsule of BHT per day and see how he responds to this treatment. I also suggest that simple test I have discussed in the past: open up a capsule and empty the contents onto a small dish. Then lick your finger and daub it onto the BHT crystals and lick those BHT crystals off that finger. In your Uncle`s case I recommend waiting at least 2 hours to check for any adverse reaction. Also, I do highly recommend that 2 tablespoons of olive oil be taken seperately from the BHT, not at the same time, waiting at least 2 hours before or after BHT dosing. Your uncle is very sick and every precaution needs to be taken. Please report into this forum as to how your uncle responds to this treatment if he chooses to try it....Oscar

Dear Oscar and group,

First off, thank you so much for bringing to light the BHT remedy for Hep-C. My friend who is now 40 received it when he still lived in what was the former Yugoslavia. Two years ago he did the one year treatment of interferon. Apart from great suffering and loss of work, it gave no benefit.

BHT can't be bought in Israel, so what I did is contact a company that formulates feed additives for animals. They use the BHT as a preservative. They gave 500gr free of charge because they buy in tons and half a kilo is nothing for them. It also came with a COA from the Chinese manufacturer stating a purity of 99.95%.

So he is taking a quarter of a teaspoon every day stirred in water (not-soluble). At first he felt as if he was floating - like a drug effect. Then he began to have temper moods. He will try it for 3 months and then have a blood sample analyzed. It costs $315 for a virus count. We will update when the time comes. So have given this info if someone can't find BHT they should approach a formulator in their region.

ATENTION HEATHER from Jerulsalem, THAT IS TOO much BHT!!! This is Oscar. That 1/4 teaspoon is probably at least one gram or 1, 000mg. That is too much for people to safely take at one time. I have discussed many times now the importance of starting out with small dosages and working up to one 350mg of BHT taken TWICE a day. That light headidness you mentioned is probably the result of a lowering of blood pressure.

Yes, this BHT is very effective as a treatment for hepatitis C. BUT, using a safe dosage is very important. Please tell your friend to lower the dosage as soon as you can. More is NOT better. ANY and all trying this treatment need to find a dosage they are comfortable with. They need to start with small dosages and work up to NO more than 700mg of BHT taken in two seperate dosages per day for average size adults.

This dosage issue is very important. BHT is a powerful antioxidant. Crap, I get frightened when people start buying it in bulk and start guessing as to the dosage being used based on what ? Like I said: that 1/4 teaspoon is probably at least 1,000mg. I say that because I just poured a 350mg capsule of BHT into a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon and that is my very rough estimate.

Please report back to this forum and tell me you informed your friend that he or she is taking too much BHT. Do that for me. Also, there is no need to mix the BHT with water. If purchased in bulk you can simply lick it off a teaspoon and take a gulp of water to wash it down. This is an issue I had not anticipated. I can not tell anyone what a dosage works out as in teaspoons. It is MUCH LESS than 1/4 of a teaspoon....Oscar

Hi Oscar - I finally dicided that the easiest way to measure the BHT was to buy the 350mg caps and empty one into a measuring spoon. I found that a little less than one full 1/8 tsp equaled 350mgs. This is how I measure my bulk BHT. Thanks - Susan

Thank You Susan for this important feedback, I have done my own little experiments concerning : what is the volume measurement of 350mg of BHT measured in fractions of a teaspoon. This has become an issue because for some people the only way they can buy BHT is in bulk in some countries of the world. My experiments more or less agree with yours. This is NOT an accurate way of measuring what is a weight measurement. But some people may be forced to buy BHT in bulk and it is at least a rough estimate and that is a lot better than nothing. So, I would agree with Susan that slightly less than 1/8 th of a teaspoon is roughly 350mg. It is a rough or somewhat innaccurate way of measuring a dosage but better than no guidance. If possible I strongly recommend buying the measured capsules. Thank you very much for this helpful information Susan.

I wish to ask you if you are using the BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C or some other viral disease? If so which one ? Feedback from you and other members of this here forum is the ONLY way these questions will ever be answered because NO other forum has taken a serious interest in this and big pharma and the different governments have shown NO interest in this important treatment. They seem very determined to suppress or discredit this life saving information. I have been at this for 14 years now and that IS my conclusion. This BHT stuff really does work as an anti-viral for many of the worst viruses out there....Oscar

Dear Dean from Las Vegas, Well I can well imagine that was an unhappy New Years surprise, to find out you have hepatitis C. I want you to know you are going to beat this disease and it will not take all that long to do so with the use of BHT. In a matter of a few months at the most you will get those viral load counts down to: NO VIRUS DETECTED. As I have explained in the past: This does NOT mean you are cured. It means the BHT treatment is working. To be truly cured does take at least two years of daily dosing with BHT from my experience. But so what. This BHT is actually good for you if taken in the doses I have been discussing.

That dosage again is 350mg of BHT taken twice a day on an empty stomach with a gulp of water. Now once those viral load counts are down to: NO VIRUS DETECTED, I do think that one 350mg per day is an adequate dosage for the long term and see no reason to take more than that unless the virus shows up in some future test.

So try not to get all bummed out about this. This BHT actually does work for those willing to give it a fair try, meaning at least 6 months. Usually significant progress is shown in a few weeks, but for some people it takes a few months. Stay in touch with this forum and keep us up to date with any test results. Sincerely, ...Oscar

Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/07/2012

Dear Heather, Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, your freind was taking to much of the BHT. Anytime anyone experiences side effects they need to lower the dosage of BHT. For most but not all people 350mg taken twice a day is a safe dosage. For some this is too much. There is no big hurry with this treatment. Finding a safe dosage that causes NO side effects is the goal. The treatment simply takes a bit longer at the lower dosages and is no reason to get discouraged. So, if your freind has any problems with the 350mg dosages taken twice a day: LOWER THAT DOSAGE. Some people are sensitive to BHT and they need to take less. Stay in touch with this forum and keep us informed of any problems your freind has using the BHT. Hopefully he or she will be OK with the 350mg of BHT taken twice a day. If not: Lower the dosage....Oscar

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/08/2012

Dear Heather from Jerusalem, This is a follow up to an earlier response from me to you. Like I said: Your freind, Daniel, was taking too much BHT. There is NO reason to get freaked out. It is extremely unlikely any cellular damage was done. From the extensive research that has been done regarding the toxicity of BHT: Even 2, 000mg of BHT per day is very unlikely to have caused any permanent damage of any sort or type. Of course he needs to lower that dosage. And you did say he is a vegetarian. I expect he is a lean and or thin person. The reason I mention that and it is important: Is because thin and or lean people are the people most prone to adverse side effects with the use of BHT. This is because BHT and it`s metabolites accumilate in fat tissues. I want Daniel to start out with no more than 1/16 of a teaspoon of BHT taken at first only once a day. Let him see if that dosage is comfortable for him. If it is, then try that 1/16th of a spoonful twice a day. If that causes any problems go back to the 1/16th of a teaspoon once a day. Even these small dosages will work, though they may take a bit longer. In fact: I was only taking 200mg of BHT per day and had the dramatic positive response I have reported so many times now and 1/16th of a teaspoon IS about 200mg of BHT. And I am NOT a thin person. I WAS a lean person back in 1997. I weighed about 175 pounds back then and am about 6 feet tall and was lean back then.

I am rethinking all this dosage stuff. I very much believe in taking the smallest effective dosage. If a small dosage works why take more ? I care so very much about everyone. I never want to cause harm to others unless are out to hurt me.

But this hepatits C is a life threatening disease and doing nothing to treat it is NOT any sort of an answer, is it ? So, in conclusion to this posting: Have Daniel try the 1/16 of a teaspoon of BHT per day with a gulp of water and let us see how he responds to that. It may very well be the correct dosage for him. Please update this forum with any test results....Oscar

Thank you Oscar for the concern. Daniel is indeed 1. 80m tall and weighs 70kgs - by all means he is thin. I am sure and convinced that no damage on a cellular level has been done, but the die off must have been immense because his muscles and sinews still hurt a lot. Like fibromyalgia symptoms. He is on a break since your e-mail last week from BHT. He will take barley powder to help the body flush out the dead corpses of the virus. He will resume the BHT at the very low dosage of 1/16tsp end of the week. He wishes that I convey his sincere thanks to you. We will keep in touch.

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/10/2012

Dear Heather, Thank you for staying in touch with this forum and me. It has become increasingly clear to me from the feedback provided by you and others in the different frorums: That thin and lean people NEED to take less BHT to achieve the desired results and that to take more is NOT good.

From the many toxicology reports I have read: BHT and its metabolites accumulate in fat tissues. So: The less fat tissue you have the less BHT is required to achieve the desired results and to take more BHT than is desired does result in undesired side effects. You want to keep the blood free of intact viral particles, but not to leach the essential lipid stuctures of the required lipids. I do suggest any lean or thin person to include at least 2 tablespoons of olive oil per day in their diets while using this treatment. It is very important that this olive oil or any other oil be taken seperately from the BHT and not to be mixed with the BHT. Wait at least one hour before ingesting any oil or fat after taking the BHT to insure that the BHT and it`s metabolites seek out those lipid coated viruses. This BHT treatment does work. The details as to how best use this treatment ARE being worked out thanks to your feedback and that of others also.

I do think the side effects your friend Daniel had is the result of a depletion of the lipids that make up the sheathing of nerve cells, very much like the sort of problems that occur with electrical wires that have inadequate plastic sheathing. Electrical current spill over, and shorted circuits. In fact: the chemical makeup of the sheathing of electrical wires is very much the same chemical makeup of nerve sheathing: A very high hydrocarbon content.

So, in conclusion: Thin and or lean people generally need and desire less BHT to acheive the desired result: The destruction of lipid coated viruses. And, this includes an adequate source of high quality lipids such as olive oil will go a long ways in preventing side effects....Oscar

So, if you tried this treatment and have some positive results to report it is time for you to say so. If not, I am getting very reluctant to continue promoting it. I have no desire to cause anyone any sort of discomfort for no good reason.

So, like I said: If this treatment is working for you say so. Otherwise I am through with all this. Today is Sun. Jan. 15th 2012. I began using BHT on Jan. 6th 2012. My Hep C never bothered me until August of 2011. About the middle of the month I began to be very sensitive to the sun and soon after developed a serious itching problem. Along with this my urine became very dark (orange to almost brown) and my stools became ultra pale to almost white. I could feel my liver was in an enlarged condition every time I inhaled deeply or ate too much. My appetite fluctuated from good to poor but no matter what I slowly lost 15 pounds from 178 to 163 or so. I found this web site, read Oscars posts, and decided to give BHT a try. After 3 days my urine returned to a normal color. It then became a little darker for a couple days but has since returned to normal again. My stools are slowly returning to a normal color (not there yet) and consistency (I failed to mention I had diarrhea since mid August). As of now I am very hopeful that this is working. I still don't feel perfect but do feel well. My liver feels quite normal, size wise, and I am energized again (felt like crap for a long time). I will post again with my progress. Good luck to all and thanks Oscar.

Figure I should give a little update. I haven't been to the doctor or had any blood test since I started bht treatments. These are just my personal observations.

I do feel better, digestion seems to be working better, better appetite and general feeling well. My family says I even look better. I have also gained a little weight back 5 or 10 pounds.

I will be getting blood work done in a week or so, and will post those results when I get them.

Oscar, I believe your doing good work here, I would be totally lost if I hadn't found this site. I know you get discouraged from folks not posting back with better results. I have just been taking bht for about 6 weeks. I have had no serious problems taking the dose I been taking. 400 mg in the morning and 200 mg in the evening when I have a empty stomach.

best regards,

Toad

Thank you Dave from NJ for this important feedback. Also Toad from Bainer and S from Sacramento. All three of these people are reporting significant noticable improvement. I want all three of you and the rest of the forum also to know: That, this is exactly the sort of improvement I first experienced. I felt better, stronger, looked better, and had improvement in my digestion and my urine looked normal again within about 2 weeks of this treatment. I also did NOT feel totally well. For me that took about 4 weeks of treatment with the BHT. In my opinion your initial response is every bit as good as mine was and is very good reason to believe the treatment is working.

People do not become symptomatic until their livers are thoroughly infected with this viral disease. The sort of improvement these people describe is significant especially when such improvement is shown after such short periods of treatment as described by these people.

Yes, it is very important to address the problems some people experience with this treatment. And there is every reason to beleive it takes longer for some than others. How could it be otherwise? But some positive feedback from those experiencing improvement is very important also. Thank all of you for reporting into this forum with these very positive initial responses to the use of BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C....Oscar

Dear Dean from Las Vegas, In my opinion: using BHT while using the H2O2 [ hydrogen peroxide ] is NOT a good idea. One of the better known chemical reactions that transpires in mixing the two is the deactivation of two molecules of H202 as described here at wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butylated_hydroxytoluene#Reactions

So, in my opinion you in effect do have two compounds working against each other. I could be wrong about that. I really do not know with any certainty. In my opinion the BHT works very well by itself as a treatment for hepatitis C....Oscar

My uncle has been taking 350 mg of BHT now for nine days now. My question to Oscar is, should he be feeling more tired this is really the only side effect he has since he started taking it. He really doesn't feel any different. Should I tell him start taking it twice a day or continue once in the am?

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/19/2012

Dear Bigshow, The questions you ask me are hard to answer with so little information to work with.

My most immediate concern is how sick is your Uncle? Also: How old is he? Does he have other health concerns such as any sort of heart problems?

From what little you have told me: He does not appear to be suffering any serious side effect with the use of BHT. Being tired and such is a common if not universal effect of having hepatitis C along with many other symptoms also.

That 350mg dosage once per day should be a safe dosage. Stay with that for now. He has only been taking the BHT for nine days. This BHT treatment does take some time before people start to feel better. Even for those who respond very well to the BHT treatment a few weeks of treatment are required before noticable improvement is experienced. The liver is constantly producing new cells. The way this treatment works is by preventing any uninfected cells from becoming infected. This allows for enough healthy cells to come into existence to allow for normal liver function. This does take at least a few weeks for people experiencing liver failure.

Also: How much does your uncle weigh? Is he a thin or lean person? Is he having any liver function tests being done? This hepatitis C is a life threatening disease. He should be having liver function tests being done to track said liver function on a weekly basis if possible.

The first goal with this BHT treatment is to achieve healthy liver function. It took me about 4 weeks of BHT treatment to get there and I was experiencing liver failure. Now for you and everyone else out there: Achieving normal liver function results does NOT mean you are cured. That requires years of daily dosing with BHT.

The reason why that is true is because: Any person can have normal liver function with as little as 10% of the liver functioning properly. You need to keep taking the BHT for at least 2 years and probably more than that to ensure there are no infected cells left.

BHT can NOT uninfect a living liver cell. BHT taken on a daily basis can ensure that no uninfected cells become infected. And it does follow that: If no new cells become infected a true CURE is achieved eventually because every cell that makes up any person`s liver is a new cell about every year or so.

It is NOT the same as taking an antibiotic for some bacterial infection.

From the little you have told me I suggest your uncle keep taking only one 350mg per day of BHT and let's see if he shows some improvement or not and take it from there. Any information you can provide as to his weight, liver function and such will be helpful....Oscar

Bigshow6666 is my alias, my name is Garrett I spoke with about a month ago on a previous hep c blog on earth clinic about my uncle and gave you liver enyzme levels which were highly elevated he weighs 190 pnds and slightly jaundice in the eyes. His renal panel is elevated as well. He just went to get tested again but results are not just yet. They doctor is wanting to drain his ascities next week because they say it is getting worse. He still is continuing to take the BHT 350 mg- should he take twice a day?

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/20/2012

Dear Garrett AKA Bigshow, Well, from what you just told me your uncle is having some very serious medical problems. I would NOT and never will second guess his treating doctors. This ascities is a serious condition most often associated with cirrhosis. For sure go along with any procedure such as this draining you discussed the treating doctor decides upon. This is a relatively simple procedure.

Now as to increasing his BHT dosage: If and only if no improvement is shown in his liver function tests since he began using the BHT treatment increase the dosage of BHT to: one 350mg of BHT TWICE a day every other day and see if there is improvement in his liver function tests at that dosage.

Now you also mentioned that your uncle is having kidney trouble. Obviously this is another serious condition. And is an additional reason to proceed with caution with the BHT treatment. This is another reason for taking as little of the BHT as is necessary to effect improvement in his liver function.

On a note of encouragement: I weigh about the same as your uncle [ 190 pounds ]. Also, I have and had only one kidney when I successfully treated my hepatitis C infection with the use of low dose BHT treatments back in 1997. Keep in touch with me in this forum with any and all test results. I am hoping some improvement will be shown in his next liver function tests. If no improvement is shown: Then go ahead and increase the dosage to: one 350mg capsule of BHT Twice a day, every other day and let us see how that works. I am very concerned because your uncle is as sick as he is and want to proceed with a great deal of caution regarding the BHT treatments.

Also: Is your uncle now taking one of the different interferon treatments or not? I expect he is but do not know that. I am NOT saying he should not be, I simply want to know all I can as to what is going on with him. I very much want to see him get well and will do my best to provide helpful information. Because of his kidney problems I do suggest he take: one cup of pure cranberry juice [ NOT some cranberry juice cocktail ] per day. This cranberry juice is a well know means of cleansing the kidneys. Stay in touch, ...Oscar

Hey Oscar, Yeah he did take that interferon therapy for about a year and we think that might of actually caused him to become even more ill. As I told you in a blog he has been battling hep c for over 30 years and did very well before the therapy. He just gave me this weeks lab results from this week. He gets lab done every three weeks.

Three weeks ago his labs were as follows, ALT-62, ALK203, AST119. Creatinine 1.45, and BUN 40. This week after nine days of taking BHT once a day 350mg his labs are ALT-73, ALK158, AST-126, Creat-1.46, and BUN 39. Most are really unchanged but the ALK is 25% lower than three weeks ago. I'm not sure if that is because of the BHT or because of the filtered water he is now drinking, or chamomile tea he is drinking. I read on here chanca piedra is good for the kidneys but we haven't tried that yet. And do you think milk thistle could help now as well? About the paracentesis- he is going to go ahead and do that because it is necessary because he is so bad off. I don't know if we should be excited about the ALK at 158 or not. What do you think?

Oscar, been following this BHT thread for awhile. It is making more sense as I investigate on my own. Question - How do we minimize the potential destructive impact on the lipid coating of normal cells, if this is an issue? Have yours or any other members research addressed this?

I started about a week ago on 350 mg capsules from VRP twice a day on empty stomach and take either 1 Tablespoon of EV Olive Oil or Nutive Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, one hour after taking BHT.

I have HCV type 1b, last VL Count 275,000 (highest it has ever been) over the decades I have had HCV. I got it from Military, Vietnam Era back in 1970, even though they reject the notion it was from them (VA). For awhile I would be diagnosed as Non AB and no one knew what that was.

My ALTs remain steady averaging 125 and AST remain steady averaging 60.

I was diagnosed with liver chirottic in nature, no ascites, negative on the last EGD, slightly enlarged spleen, slightly elevated iron, somewhat low platelet count (averaging 125 and it has been this level as far back as the medical records I have). All else seems to be fine.

I have not had a biopsy yet as VA said it is not necessary and that the complications are high.

The VA wanted and still is trying to get me to go on the Treatments, especially with the new 3rd drug they added. I am 58, 6'5", 225 lbs, and other than HCV, I think I am pretty healthy. The VA said I would be a good candidate for elimination of the virus since it continues to be what they consider low, even though I am a black male, over 40, with type 1b. I don't feel comfortable about this option.

Your opinion on if there is any negative potential of me also having started the 3 type treatment of Dr. Berkston (Milk Thistle, Selenium, ALA). Is there any potential conflict on the results by doing them both, that you are aware of? I do not do anything within 1 hour before or after BHT.

I am not online very often but I finally decided to try this thread. Please be patient if I do not get back on very often. I do check from time to time and read as much as I can. I forgot to mention, I did try acupuncture for awhile and my platelet count increased to 140 for a short time but insurance does not cover it so I had to stop. I also take pharmaceutical grade Vitamin C at 2.5-5.0 grams.

Dear Oscar, day 49 of BHT twice a day, not always taken on a empty stomach, but have taken 2 350 doses for 49 days. I do feel my energy level is better. Before starting BHT I would mentally crash mid afternoon or 6 at the latest, I mean just be in a fog. Bowel movements seem better as well.

I am 51 and have probably had Hep C since I was 16, I contacted Hep B then from needles and the Dr.'s could never get my liver levels straight at that point. I believe it was called non A non B Hep. back then. I have stage 3 cirrhosis, did my interferon ribaviron treatment at Duke for a year and it came right back, and was told after liver biopsy that I had stage 3 cirrhosis.

I have a year's supply of BHT, scared big brother will find out and some how stop the availability of it. I HAVE HOPE!!! Fatty food, red meat mainly would ruin me for days and I had a nice steak the other night with no liver pain period. I will check back in and thanks to everyone that post on here. I have gotten so much positive information as well as just knowing there are others in the same situation.

Thanks Oscar!!!

Dear Oscar! I wish earth clinic would keep all these posts in order by date as they are very hard to follow and all mixed up. Please don't be discouraged by all the nay Sayers and complainers here. I am 1A positive and went on the pegetron (poison) 9 Years ago for 48 weeks and had to keep reminding myself that it was only the pegetron that was making me so depressed and sick. I asked my doctor how long it would take to flush it out of my system and he told me about 5 years. It took me 9 years to recover and now my stools have stopped turning white about once a month. Very scary and unsettling I might add. My urine never changed that much in color. My doctor ordered quarterly blood tests and told me it's not if you get cancer but when. So we will check your liver enzymes for that. They have been up and down over the last nine years and he told me that mine seem to fluctuate but it's normal. Over the last nine years the labs have hacked up my arms so badly that I quit getting blood tests, it was just too discouraging. I think I was getting all the trainees as the last time after three tries in my right arm and four in my left I just gave up.

Now I want to tell you that since reading your posts last week that I stumbled upon, I am very excited about this BHT therapy. My symptoms now are a pain in my right lower side more than not. I run out of energy very fast and get a lot of bloating which seems to pinch my liver between my stomach and my ribs and nod off a lot in the afternoon. I weigh 205lbs and get lots of body aches. For those living in Canada I would like to add that in Montreal there is a company called UNIPEX SOLUTIONS that sell food grade BHT. I hope I am allowed to say that because I received my order from VRP and was charged $20.00 shipping on a $6.95 bottle.

Anyway I took one 350 mg cap yesterday at 3:30pm and the side effects were a little to strong. Unbalanced, anxiety, and nervousness. So I split one cap at 7.30am this morning and another at 2.30pm and the side effects were there but not as strong and only last a couple of hours. I can notice the difference already, I have more energy and the pain in my lower right side seems to be subsiding. My body aches are less as well and this is only a day and a half into it. Once the side effects diminish I will go up to 350mg and see how that goes. I am sure I will have more positive things to post the next time.

Oscar, I want to thank you so much for the good thing you have done for us. I am sure this will get better and better as more people self medicate.

Dear Truthbetold, From what you have told me I see NO reason for you to be concerned about including Dr. Berkston`s treatment along with the BHT as long as the BHT is taken seperately from, not at the same time as the other supplements you discussed. Wait at least one hour after taking the BHT before taking any other supplements because BHT will interact with other supplements in totally unpredictable ways if mixed with them.

You seem to be in reasonably good health and are a large man, so the 350mg capsules of BHT taken twice a day should be well in the safe zone as to dosage. Also, because you are a large person it does seem to me that 2 tablespoons of olive oil would be advisable as a means of preventing any possible negative impact on lipid sructures such as nerve sheathing.

Because you are a large person: If and only if no significant improvement is shown a larger dose of BHT may be required. I do think the two capsules of 350mg of BHT will be enough. If no significant improvement is shown go to a third 350mg capsule of BHT every other day. Please keep this forum informed as to your results.

Also, I can NOT give any advice as to taking the prescribed treatments. Some people DO respond well to them. Others do not. Perhaps giving the BHT a couple of months trial before trying these other treatments will work very well. You have had hepatitis C for a long time now so I do not see any compelling reason for getting started immediately on some new treatment that might harm you. But this is a descision you have to make for yourself....Oscar

Dear Art from Vancover Canada, Great to hear from you Art. I do get concerned that the people I most often hear from are those experiencing problems with this BHT treatment or those that don`t get well very rapidly. It does take some time. Not all that much time, but at least a few weeks and for some a few months. Many of these people are very sick and have been for a long time. It takes time for a severely infected liver to heal.

I think there is a lot of confusion as to how BHT works. BHT can NOT uninfect an infected liver cell in the way antibiotics work with bacterial infections. Viral infections are much harder to treat. What BHT can do is insure that the bloodstream remains free of intact viral particles and thereby prevent any uninfected liver cells from becoming infected. But because the liver is constantly creating new liver cells as the old and or infected ones die off, eventually a true cure occurs. That does take years of daily dosing with BHT. But a return to good health can often be realized in a matter of a few weeks or a few months depending on how infected a person`s liver is.

With as little as 10% of the liver functioning properly NO symptums will be detected. This was explained to me by the surgeon who treated me for a gunshot wound that removed two thirds of my liver along with my right kidney.

Anyway, this BHT really does work. It takes longer for some than others. Dramatic positive results are often shown in a matter of only a few weeks for many, for others a few months.

Thank you very much for your encouragement. I DO NEED SOME, now and then....Oscar

Dear Bigfoot, Well these initial test results are inconclusive because there is no significant change and the earlier test results were done prior to his beginning the BHT treatment. But, a baseline has now been established. Never the less: have your uncle try the: one capsule of 350mg of BHT taken TWICE a day every other day. If he has ANY significant adverse effect go back to one 350mg of BHT only once a day. This BHT really does work, but the dosage issue is a tricky one for some people. Also include that 1 tablespoon of olive oil after waiting at least one hour before or after taking the BHT. And, I do very much recommend that one cup of pure cranberry juice once a day for anyone experiencing kidney problems. This cranberry juice worked for me when nothing else did for a chronic kidney infection and was prescribed to me by a knowledgable urologist at the time.

I want you and your uncle to know this BHT worked for me very well when I was in a state of liver failure. It did take about 4 weeks for my liver function tests to return to normal readings. I have only one kidney. I also have and had a very damaged liver. I lost my right kidney and most of my liver as the result of a really bad gunshot wound in Vietnam. What is left of my liver is now where that right kidney used to be. So I also was up against it so to speak with this hepatitis C and now have no indication I was ever infected with HCV and also hepatitis B that I also became infected with as a result of the many blood transfusions at the time of this gunshot wound [ 1968 ]. The only treatment I ever used was this BHT treatment.

So do not get discouraged. This BHT stuff really does work. With your uncle this requires carefull attention to liver function test results and adjusting the BHT dosage accordingly. Also, I see no harm in taking milk thistle as long as it is taken seperately, not at the same time as the BHT. As long as you do NOT take large doses of it....Oscar

Thanks Oscar, I appreciate your input! Thought we might have lost you based on your discouragement from lack of positive feedback from more people. Getting discouraged is natural and okay. Just don't let the discouragement hinder you from doing what you feel will help someone. Sail through the discouragement and continue as you are being led.

I can't afford to have my bloodwork weekly or monthly, so I don't know when the next time I will get it. However, when I do, I will post any changes.

I want to clear up that I am not as large as it sounds in my description. As a matter of fact, being 6'5" I appear underweight to some people. But I am going to monitor closely the impact of the BHT regimine. As of now, I have had no negative symptons (that I can tell).

I to would have liked to see more people who have had positive responses to post them across the various websites. But what can you do! It is like the 10 leapers that Jesus healed, only 1 came back to say thank you.

To the feedback I saw on how to assist my platelet count. THANKS for the TIP! as I write this I can't see the your name and I dont remember it. But I will next time! I have to get used to how to respond so I can see the entire thread while I am replying.

OSCAR! I am very pleased with your experience with BHT. I honestly believe in your experience. You provide much factual information. I am a young woman seeking help for my fiance. He's only 24 and was diagnosed with Hep C about two years ago when he gave blood at a local blood drive, they sent him a letter informing him that he had this nasty virus. It has broken my heart thinking about this evil thing and I desperately want anything that will make him better. Since we dont know exactly when and how he got Hep C its hard to tell where he stands EXACTLY. So I recently scheduled him an appointment and he had a blood test and I believe the doctors said he only had 125,000 strands of the virus. I thought that was a lot until I saw some people struggle with their virus in the millions. :(

I have the website bookmarked of where to get BHT(posted from you above). He is about 180lbs as well so about 350 should be good for him. I am also going to try having him take milk thistle and grapefruit juice everyday. For the past month hes has a continuous strand of vitamin C going through his body because we heard keeping a constant amount helps. Any feedback on that? We are going to try this and I pray that it helps!!! So glad I found this! Will be posting more.

Dear Cm from Wilmington, NC, I am glad to hear from you and to learn you are responding as well as you are to the BHT treatment. The fact that your digestion has improved sinificantly is a very good indication the treatment is working. An improvement in my digestion is one of the first things I noticed when I first began this treatment back in 1997 when I was quite sick with what was diagnosed as hepatitis C with a failing liver by the Veterans Administration.

You have been living with this disease for a long time now. This treatment does work and you are getting better. Also, there is very good reason for you to anticipate a full recovery in spite of the liver damage you discussed. The liver has a very remarkable ability to recover from even severe damage once the cause of this damage is eliminated as in a hepatis C infection. Once the new cells are no longer becoming infected, thanks to the BHT treatments the liver recovers.

Now I want you and everyone else out there to know: A true CURE is achievable with daily dosing with BHT for at least 2 years. If you tolerate the BHT well you need to keep taking it to achieve this true cure. I don`t know how many years, only that it happens eventually. It did for me. I know this because I was asked by the VA why I had checked that I had tested positive for both hepatitis C and B in a questionaire I filled out when I moved to a new VA regional facility. I was told they tested me again and that I showed NO sign I had ever been infected with both the HCV and the HBV. I told the person questioning me that I had been tested and restested in Boston and was positive for both in 1997 and was diagnosed as having hepatitis C with a failing liver. This person did NOT believe me UNTIL I guided her back to those medical records from Boston. She did not know what to make of it because this was unheard of and she attributed it to SPONTANIOUS RECOVERY.

It is because of the BHT treatments and nothing else. I was NEVER given any treatment by the VA. This BHT really does work.

Thank you so very much for your feedback, ...Oscar

Dear Oscar! I am encouraged and hope that truthbetold and I and any new posters can give more support to you. I wish earth clinic could lump all posts on BNT dated in one area. I had to scroll back through many other posts to find your reply. Funny thing is after praying for the master to help me I found your posts. Any way I have noticed a difference with the pain in my lower right side being diminished over the past for days. Also I have had chest pain on the left side of my chest that is also diminishing. I have been checked over for this and they can't find anything. I am very hopeful that this will work and I don't mind taking it for the rest of my life for good health. I wonder if there is some significance to the mickydees cheese burger which sat on a lady's kitchen counter for one year without rotting. LOL. You can see it on youtube if I am allowed to say.

Anyway I am beginning to feel better after four days and get very excited about this. I know I will have some downs to go with the ups but I feel it will be more ups. Three yers ago the task of putting a dress mirror on the wall was very overwhelming. Last summer I did not have the energy to use the weed whacker over 30' of distance and got very exhausted. This year I managed to spend 3 hours clearing snow with my electric 16" snow snow thrower and felt pretty good. That is a big improvement over last year of being overwhelmed at the task. I will be posting my good results as the time goes by.

Thank you Oscar for your help, you are a life saver and my wife is grateful as well.

BHT post 2 -- Today is the 16th day of 350mg BHT tablets taken twice a day with a gulp of water as prescribed by the master of recovery, Oscar. I do not have any extraordinary physical results to report but, the change in how I feel mentally and emotionally is tremendous. Only two weeks ago I was completely consumed by how poorly I felt and how worried I was about the future. Because of Oscar's persistence, and the responses of some of you who are also trying this treatment, I started, and I urge anyone who is on the fence about BHT to follow Oscar's advise too. It may still be too soon for me to have physical results that are worth documenting, but the little things that are part of recovery, like ones attitude toward living, are just as important to me, and worth mentioning here. Try Monolaurin for Hep C. Also Milk Thistle and Colloidal Silver. I was a nurse at a drug treatment program and many of our clients told me they used these and they did well. I use Monolaurin (made from coconut) for lyme disease, cleaned up a MRSA infection and Herpes I cold sores (it works for all types of herpes infections) with it. I buy Inspired Nutrition Brand on web. They use to sell on Amazon but I no longer see them there.Works great. They have a website. Lasts me six months or more. It has info on internet for use with some infections and you can probably call them direct for info. Also Google monolaurin and there is info. Milk Thistle also has info.

Dear Art from Vancover, It is so very encouraging to hear from you, Truthbetold, and others. Like you: The improvement for me with the use of BHT to treat hepatitis C was rapid and dramatic. I had been so very sick and within about one week I was feeling so much better. I could eat regular food again and felt so much stronger, better. It was not my imagination. I was being carefully monitored by the VA [ Veterans Administration ]. Having weekly liver function tests and such that showed a very real improvement in my liver function in one week of the BHT treatments. And, after 4 weeks of the BHT treatments all my liver function tests were in the NORMAL ranges and NO VIRUS was detected in my blood tests. It truly did amaze me. I have been doing my best to make people aware of all this ever since that time.

And it is only thanks to the CONTACT EARTH CLINIC that more than a few people are taking a serious look at all this. There have been others in other forums, but not very many. Thank you Ted and this forum for allowing this life saving information a chance to be told. And thank each and every one of you for providing the all important feedback [ good and bad ] for making it possible to come up with some real answers as to how best to use this treatment and come up with answers for those experiencing negative side effects....Oscar

Dear Hepabvictim from Hyd, India, In my experience and opinion based on that experience: The BHT does indeed work very well for hepatitis B also. I had both of those diseases as a result of many blood transfusions back in 1968.

I first started using the BHT in 1997 because I was sick with the hepatitis C, but my blood tests also indicated I had been exposed to hepatitis B. In 2006 I was told by the VA [ Veterans Administration ] there is NO indication from the blood tests done at that time: That I had ever been exposed to hepatitis C or hepatitis B.

Also, hepatitis B is very much a lipid coated virus the same as hepatitis C is. The evidence is that BHT is an effective treatment for a very many lipid coated viruses. So, in my opinion: The BHT works very well for hepatitis B also. If you choose to give the BHT a try I would very much appreciate you posting the results of your use of BHT to treat hepatitis B. From the feedback available at this time: For average size adults, one 200mg to 350mg of BHT taken twice a day on an empty stomach with a gulp of water is what works best. I very much advise NOT mixing the BHT with any other supplements at the time it is ingested. Wait at least one hour before taking any other medicines to prevent undesired interactions that will occur in the stomach and duodenum. Just wait one hour before taking anything else other than water. Wishing you the best, a return to good health, ...Oscar

Dear Oscar, I recently (yesterday) found out that my pregnant fiance's ex-boyfriend has been diagnosed with Hep-C..... She has two children by him and needless to say we are all scared to death that one or maybe all of us have it because the hospital said he has had it for quite some time. Everybody is going to get checked out within the next week.

I am writing you this post becuase in the event that I am diagnosed with it I WILL try your BHT treatment and I WILL repost on the effects. If I, or none of my family, have the virus I will still try to get my fiance's Ex to try the BHT. I have never liked the asshole much.... He chose drugs over his own children. I have been their male figure and raising and supporting them, but being faced with the possability of having the virus myself makes me feel for him. This might be his eye-opener to how precious life and his children are.

If he agrees to take the BHT I will also re-post on how well it works for him. I cannot explain to you how relieved I am to read your posts Oscar, they have given me hope that even if I do have the virus, I will be able to treat and possibly cure myself. Keep up the good work man! I will be praying for everyone on here as well as me and my own, That we do not have it, and that whoever does is cured! Will update when I have more info.... take care.

Dear Strongwill from Smallville, Good hearing from you. You seem like a very good man. Hey, didn't SUPERMAN grow up in your home town? Listen, try not to get frightened about this hepatitis C stuff. This BHT stuff really does work. Thanks to a growing number of this forum`s members the details such as dosages and such are being worked out right here in this forum.

Also: It almost always takes many years before a hepatitis C infection reaches the point where people's livers begin to fail. So if you find out any of your family is infected: You and they are not at the point of liver failure and some daily dosing with the BHT should ensure that you and they NEVER will be.

This is not based on wishful thinking. BHT's ability to effectively treat many lipid coated viruses was established back in the 1970s and 1980s. And, hepatitis C is very much a lipid coated virus. It really is sad that all that research has been ignored by the medical establishment as much as it has. Anyway, wishing you and your family well. I very much hope none of you are infected. But try not to get freaked if some are. This BHT really does work....Oscar

UPDATE. So It's been I think a little over three weeks since my uncle's last test results. He has now been on BHT for a month now and for at least two weeks has been taking 350 mg twice a day. He still is very weak and very swollen in the abdomen. Three weeks ago his ALT was 73 it is now 64. AST was 126 it is now 116. My question to you Oscar is this, a step in the right direction or is it not a change really at all? His renal panel hasn't changed much at all but still elevated.

BHT
Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 02/10/2012

Dear Garrett from Oklahoma City, Well, with 3 weeks of the BHT treatment your uncle is showing dramatic liver function improvement. If we can get your uncle`s liver funtioning properly that in and of itself is vitally important, obviously.

Hopefully, as time goes by, his kidney function will improve also. Now there are important diffferences between the liver and the kidneys. Simply put: The liver is constantly and rapidly producing new cells and the kidneys do not do so in such a rapid manner.

Do NOT get discouraged. I have some experience to draw on here. As I mentioned earlier in one of my postings: I lost my right kidney along with most of my liver due to a rather severe gunshot wound. I was told by the surgeon who operated on me that: 1. I had lost most of my liver. The entire lower lobe. BUT that my liver would renew itself and be pretty much normal if I did not die from complications. And 2. I had lost my entire right kidney also, but that: My left kidney would get bigger to compensate for the loss of the right kidney and I could live a very much normal life with only one kidney if I did not die of complications.

My point is that: If your uncle`s liver can recover from this hepatitis C infection there is good reason to believe his kidneys can also recover also given time. I expect this bloating you have discussed may be the result of kidney failure along with liver failure. What have his doctors said about this ?

At least his kidney function has not gotten any worse at this time and his liver has shown very significant improvement. He has only been on the BHT treatment 3 weeks. It does take some time for these large organs to heal themselves and to show improvement in function.

In conclusion: Stick with the BHT regemine you are using because it is working. It takes time for these large organs to heal. Also I do recommend one cup of PURE cranberry juice per day for people experiencing kindney problems. It is an excellent kidney flush, it cleanses the kidneys. Do not overdue it. More is NOT better....Oscar

Is there anyone who has any latest information on hep-c being treated by traditional medicine and can use holistic remedies as well to ease the treatment. We are on the road to a liver transplant and the drugs just keep coming and I'm afraid of the extra damage being done if all they want to do is throw pills at the situation. And I have a stubborn wife who wants to believe in everything that they say and go no further in research herself because of her fatigue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John,
The only remedy that seems sound to kill the virus causing hepatitis C is lomatium dissectum. It is able to get rid of mycobacterium spp also. A study done in BC showed a significant antiviral activity in lomatium dissectum. It's a cheap product because the plant grows in the USA wildly. The native people used to use it against flue and all other viral infections. High dose of Vitamin D3 is also very recommended against Hepatitis C. However, other studies say that high dosage of Vitamine D can damage the liver. You can start with small dosage or just get some sun. I hope that can help you. I'm not a doctor but I won't recommend liver transplant to anybody. Wish you a good health. Tommy.

I applaud the efforts of everybody trying the numerous and various holistic remedies for "curing" hep C. I've had it since 1975.

My liver is shot. I have COPD (bronchitis type), low platelet count (low enough for internal bleeding to be a problem), small blister in my throat that are also at the back of my tongue (new symptom/problem over the last 6-8 weeks), cirrosis of the liver, I pick up infections that are resistant to anitbiotics easily and way to often. All this is from the Hep C virus. Oh, I forgot - a "deadly form of cancer" that has been treated once and may or may not come back or spread to some organ besides the liver.

I used to ask what the viral load level was. It turns out that the viral load level can go up and down (and does) all by itself. The only time you are cured of this killer disease is when the viral load level is not detectable for 6 months. Then you have been cured.

Anything you find that lowers the viral load level is good. As long as it is detectible, the disease is still doing it's damage. I have tried just about every herb known to man. The only reason the cancer was treatable was because the tumor was still small, and an experimental treatment was used. It just happen to have worked.

I won't say that the herbals won't work. They do. They help a lot. Hep C is nothing to play around with. It is a killer. Worse than any thing - in my opinion - worse than HIV since there appears to be a treatment for it that throws that disease into remission. Where the current medical treatments for Hep C are so hard on the body that they are actually worse than the disease itself, and if you have gnome type A, those treatments don't usually work. Gnome (gee-nome) A is the commonest type in the US (where I'm at.)

There is a new treatment for Hep C, that the US FDA (wonderful group of liers) may eventually approve. It consists of 4 treatments. First treatment being one dose, 2nd being a stronger dose, 3rd a stronger dose, 4th and final being a stronger dose. It is not the interferon (forgive the misspelling please). It is a totally different type of treatment. Is available I believe in Great Britain. Wipes out the virus. Side effects are few if any, and not as severe as the chemotherapy.

From what I read, the hydrogen peroxide treatment does what the interferon does. Where the interferon creates hydrogen peroxide once it's taken. Rather sounds like the hydrogen peroxide bypasses the middle man (pharmaecuetical companies), and works directly.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if all the damage that has been done by the virus, prior to getting rid of the virus can be reversed. Any feedback on that would be great. I know that the liver rejuvenates some - by itself.

Keep doing what you're doing by all means. But research the disease as well. I wasn't told I even had it until the first treatment was created. I guess the doctors figured there was no point in telling me. (not the true reason since I was given the disease along with the immunizations received in basic training). The damage done by the time the initial interferon treatment was developed was so severe that I wasn't able to physically able to even try it. Due to the treatment destroying plateletts and the immune system.

It's only been in the last 7 months that all the really bad effects of the disease have really hit hard. So for the one who has the hep C virus, and his wife does also - the copd is secondary to the hep C.

Take care of yourselves, and keep working at getting the viral load levels down to zero.

Cathy

When you click on hepatitis C, b and c highlight and you get the results for b. Is this supposed to be together? Do you have a separate C catagory? I was just checking on C and can not find anything here, but I do have additional info.

Have you heard of Olive Leaf as a hep C remedy? I used it briefly and reduced my counts by a large amount but the Dr talked me into the interferon which I regret immensly. I took the olive leaf (anti virus/anti fungal) along with the aminos for liver repair and milk thistle. I heard about the Olive leaf from a women with a holistic store in NH.

Also, do you have a remedy for interferon poisoning?

Thanks

Hi Laurie... Here is an entry by Ted from Bangkok regarding a cure for Hep C :

"This is just my experience of a Hepatitis C that was cured. It happened about 23 years ago during a war in Angola, when one of young soldier got a tick bite which caused him to get the hepatitis C. Because the soldier didn't take baths during war, the tick made it's way to his armpits and spread the hepatitis C that way. Upon checking with his doctor, the doctor said that if you got black or dark urine, you got Hepatitis C. So the soldier went on to check his urine, and it turns out he got it when his pee became black. The doctor said nothing can be done about to cure it.

23 years later the same soldier, who is now a businessman that had more than 1/2 of his life with a Hep C, came to see me. Apparently the attacks became more severe and more frequent. For example, last year it was an attack every 3 or 4 months, then just this year the attack was almost every month and the severity was worse. Eyes were yellow, energy level low, painful areas in liver, lymph node congestion causing pain.

The most important remedy that was used was a 55 minute 4 dose, for 4 days, using both the lysine and aspirin taken together, but before taking that vitamin C ascorbic acid was used (not perfect, I prefer sodium ascorbate).

The dose were continued for 4 days 4 dose each, and the attacks and symptoms disappeared. The HEP C viruses have two major weaknesses: mainly lysine and aspirin.

However, zinc was given but since most people have low tolerance of zinc if taken extended period of time. I just limit the zinc acetate to just 50 mg a day for 2 days.

To date he has not has any episode of Hep C at all after this remedy and his symptons are completely gone, including hallucinations, shaking hands, lack of energy, pain in the right abdominal area, fever and chills. Just to make sure, it's possible to take lysine 1200 mg twice a day as a maintenance dose, however, the person I talked to didn't take any maintenance dose at all.

The reason why he talked to me about his condition was I cured maybe 80% his mother of stroke, which left half of her body paralyzed, after no improvement for 6 months with conventional hospital treatment. More on that later. There are other small details in the remedy, but for Hep C, this is the most important remedy I have mentioned is just the vitamin C, lysine, aspirin and zinc. A lesson to be learn is we can get a virus from a tick bites.

The fact that viruses dies in ticks or mosquitoes may not entirely be true. Mosquitoes spreads the Chikungunya viruses too. Insects are considered vectors in spread of many viruses. "

See this link: https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/hep_c.html#TED

To clarify, the dosages for Ted's cure will be:

500 mgs Aspirin(just ordinary Acetylsalicylic Acid completely dissolved in half glass of water)

1000 mgs Lysine

1000 mgs Vitamin C(Sodium Ascorbate form)

50 mgs Zinc(taken twice only)

The Lysine/Aspirin/Vitamin C remedy is taken 4 times a day at 55 minute intervals. The Zinc is taken for two days only. This remedy is taken, as a whole, for four days only. Thereafter, take 1200 mgs twice a day as a maintenance dose.

It would also be advisable to take herbs such as Milk Thistle, Chanca Piedra, Cat's Claw or Dandelion in order to effect repair and to help regenerate the liver as well as to further protect the blood and gut. Olive leaf is also a strong and well respected antiviral and anti-bacterial and is worth taking.

Having a dangerously low platelet count (which can cause internal bleeding since my blood doesn't clot easily) is the only reason I'm adding this note.

Aspirin is a natural blood thinner - which can stop the blood from clotting.

Be sure that you know what your platelet count is and what it should be before you start taking aspirin. Aspirin can cause me to bleed to death internally.

Hep C at any stage starts to effect your platelet count. If you've had the chemo-therapy treatments for Hep C, you may have a lower platelet count. It's been a couple of years since it was drawn out as a picture so I don't remember all of it. The plateletts get trapped in the spleen, instead of being released into the blood stream --

Another "thought" motrin, ibuprophen, and tylenol are all metabolised by the liver and are extrememly hard on the liver.

Recently I tried "Boric Acid" for Hepatitis C. I took one small finger print of "Boric Acid" twice a day for three weeks. My viral load was 9.8 million titers before the Boric Acid, and my viral load went down to only 800,000 titers after the Boric Acid treatments. That is a substantial difference.

I think that maybe if I take Boric Acid for 4 weeks it might kill all of the virus in my system.

I have had hepatitis c for over 25 years. In the early 1980's I read an article about Milk Thistle from an herb company outside of NYC and it sounded like what I needed. There weren't a lot of herb stores around then so I ordered from them. Since then I have taken many different combination of herbs but mainly milk thistle. I now take a combination of milk thistle/fringe tree, Turmeric & cayenne pepper. The first two in equal doses and the pepper in small dose. I capsule my own alternative medications and mix a teaspoon of the first three and 1/2 a teaspoon of the third. Mix them very well and get a cheap capsule machine on the internet along with 00 capsules. I had a biopsy 4 years ago-I am still at stage one and have by no means maintained a healthy lifestyle until the past few years. I hope it helps.

My husband has been suffering from Hep C since 2001...thats when it became symptomatic. We think he contracted in college in the 70's. He is 59 years old and we have managed to control the symptoms so he can lead a very normal life. He did one round of interferon for 11 months...which really damaged his body in other ways, but didn't get rid of it. He is taking a whole food supplement that is dehydrated fruits and vegetables. When we started him on it, he was taking 6 vege capsules in the morning and 6 fruit with dinner or after. Since he started taking these, he no longer has the Hep C tiredness, brain fog and achiness that was with him for so long. He has been on the product for about 5 years now and is back to working full time and teaching tennis on the weekends (his love). If he forgets to take it or gets stubborn and doesn't take it....the symptoms come raging back. He now takes 3 vege in the morning and 3 fruit in the evening...it seems to have a cumulative effect and he doesn't need so much now.

I don't want to say the name because I love this site and it has asked me not to, but if someone wants to know you can email me at [email protected]. You can only get this product through a distributor. I am a distributor, but only to buy my own product cheaper. I don't really sell it to other people. You probably know someone who is selling it already or I can give you the website.

It hasn't cured the Hep C, but it has given me my husband back.

nothing else worked for me until I removed the metals in my teeth - my body would not absorb any nutrition - and then after the metals were out - like magic, I started my road back to health.

make sure if you do remove them to have them taken out in the correct order (metal fillings all have different charges, and will have the most benefit if they are removed properly. (no pain is involved in this procedure, - since no new tooth surface is removed - only the fillings. (rubber dam must also be used) good luck!
