I have been having heartburn and abdominal pain almost every day for the past 6 years. I have tried Prilosec/tums/mylanta etc but they provide only temporary relief. I have mostly stopped all that especially prilosec. I have been reading the posts from this site. And I decided to take matters into my hands with some decent success.

1) Water : I started drinking around 8 glasses of water per day. A couple of days later, I can observe a significant improvement. Except for frequenting the bathroom, this is a must for everyone who is concerned about digestive health.

2) ACV: I take a tablespoon of Organic ACV with the mother before going to bed. This mostly took care of all my sleep issues.

Besides the above, I have cut my coffee and limited spicy food intake and added yoghurt to my lunch which also helps.

Now I am not saying my ulcer/h.pylori has been cured. But the associated symptoms/pain have been vastly reduced just from the above two solutions alone.

H2O2 cured H. Pylori (bacteria)

I used 3-5 drops of hydrogen peroxide in 8 oz. distilled water. First day 3 drops, then the next day i used 5 drops. The third day bacteria passed through my colon with a splash of blood. Simple and amazing!

Matula Tea

WARNING!

dear friends, STAY AWAY from matula tea which is sold in the internet. I bought it and when I got it brewed it for about 5 or so minutes. I took a FEW SIPS and minutes later became very ill, allergic reaction. Called 911 and ended in the Emergency Hospital. Be careful folks with some of the things you put in your body. Remember, be careful, as many of these people selling these remedies first objective is to make a buck.

Agree with Alib.

Matula Tea helped me tremendously, and certain people can have bad reaction from normal food, such as peanuts or milk, so like with every new product try and see. It is definitely MUCH safer than antibiotics!

Mastic Gum, Probiotics

To treat H.Pylori (confirmed by an Endoscopic biopsy), I sought out my Naturopath, who prescribed Mastic Gum and Probiotics.

Probiotics were taken 30-60 minutes before breakfast, and at bedtime on an empty stomach.

Mastic Gum (aka Mastica Chios) was 1-2 capsules (400mg each) twice a day, on an empty stomach between meals (for the first 5 days start with one capsule, then raise to two capsules if well tolerated); until the bottle of 120 capsules was finished. T

wo months later, I asked my Physician to requisition the urea breath test, which confirmed I was free of H.Pylori. I never did tell my physician that I did not fill his prescription for two antibiotics plus an acid blocker. I sought to try an alternative to his treatment first, as I had read that low stomach acidity (not to mention antibiotics) can wreak havoc with your gut bacteria, and lead to a plethora of health issues.

Very glad it worked, and that it saved me from taking an unnecessary round of antibiotics!

Someone posted this cure for h pylori on Earthclinic but I can't find it now. I took 3 capsules daily, 40,000 H.U. (450mg) for 2 months with and without food. I still suffered with pain for the first week but since then, I have not had any pain. What a wonderful relief.

Swig of Tequila

I accidentally found what for me is a sure cure for the H. Pylori infection. It's just one swig of tequila. It has worked for me three times. Each time I used it, the infection was gone for years. Also, I used pink bismol to soothe the irritated stomach lining. Now, if I were to get it again, I'd use aloe vera juice instead.

Tired of suffering from Helicobacter Pylori? Well I did and I managed to kill the monkey too!

The diet: First change your diet, eliminate all sugars, refined flours and rice, and eat a low-carb diet. Don't eat foods that promote processed low carbs. Never drink anything but spring water!

The repair: Take a teaspoon of licorice powder twice a day. In the morning one hour before your meal and just before you go to bed. This will repair your stomach damage.

The kill: Eat 3-7 whole organic black peppar balls and chew them after meals to take down the imflamation. Boil one liter of water, add 100g of crushed red hot organis chili peppars and 200g raw organic cranberries. Let for five minutes and then let it cool so it's easy to drink. Start with a half glass twice a day morning and night. In time you can increase you intake.

Tips: If you have high blood pressure or hypertention replace the licorice powder 100% DGL. Do not take acid reduction medicine. Sleep slightly upright to get relief from acid reflux. Stay away from red meats, milk products and all processed foods. Always eat a RAW vegetable high in enzymes 15mins before every meal. Eat small and more often. DO NOT USE tooth paste, brush your teeth with baking soda instead as tooth paste kills even the good germs and enzymes in your mouth. Take probiotics, find the good train with the proper release system. Good luck!

H pylori - I suffered with this for twenty plus years. My weight was under 100 pounds and I could not keep a meal down. In the beginning no one knew what it was...then in 1983 my doctor did put me on an antibiotic and bismuth tablet three times a day for 30 days, after doing an endoscopy. It worked and I have never had it return. All tests have confirm that it has never returned.

here is another cure, I was diagnosed in March, I knew about hpylori because I had done some study on it because my b12 ran low all the time. well the doctors gave me the same stuff the triple threat, that is what I call it and it was depleting my potassium so I went to find natural and came across this website about pine nut oil and I used that and it worked wonderful, but it is a little pricey, so I went to the health food store and got me some aloe vera juice and I already had the oil of oregano so I mix these two together and drink them and I have seen a difference. it takes awhile but it works. I really like the pine nut oil jut couldn't keep it up and where I live, they do not sell it in the health food stores here.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera, Lemon Water

This remedy worked well! I have been using it for 2 weeks and continue to feel the improvements in overall digestive health. Most days, it has completely stopped my gas problem, bloating is gone, and bowel movements are frequent and healthy. I was a practicing alcoholic who had not gone more than a week without drinking for 3 years, so my digestive system was under a lot of stress, and this rebalancing remedy helped me along tremendously during my path to recovery. I drink up to 4 oz of Aloe Vera Juice, and just pay attention to bowel movements as a que to the right consumption levels. My diet is high in lean protein, fiber, greens, and essential fatty acids to combat inflamation. People say I look ten years younger since I started, and I am only 27.

I was diagnosed with H Pylori and was in a lot of pain. This ulcer is treated with antibiotics but within a week of finishing the prescription I was in pain again. By accident I found slippery elm bark stops the pain. For 2 years now I take 1 slippery elm pill a day and it has worked. If I do get pain throughout the day (during mensus or after spicy food) I take another and it immediately works. Hope this helps someone.

Broccoli

What about the use of eating 3 1/2 ounces of broccoli sprouts a day for at least 8 weeks to kill off the H. pylori. A study was done at Johns Hopkins saying it even eradicated H. pylori that was antibiotic resistant? I have been putting it in the blender with fresh carrot juice, fresh cabbage and drinking it twice a day..I am also taking NAC twice a day..Anybody else tried this?

I have just started using oil of oregano to help kill h pylori. I think it is working but I will post back in a week to let you know. Also I have tried garlic and cabbage and broccoli sprouts which helped a little but seemed to make me feel like I had the flu while taking this by means of juicing it. I think because the hpylori was fithing back and so my body was fighting against it making me feel worse. But the oil seems to be doing a good job.

Ted's Remedies

Dear Jessica,

I have not personally dealt with the H. Pylori bacteria.

I think if I were dealing with it I would be trying turmeric and Manuka honey, though as we have found them to be amazing against strong bacteria (like staph infections.)

A teaspoon of Manuka honey three times a day, away from meals. And a teaspoon of turmeric with meals. (4 capsules or a teaspoon mixed into some milk.)

There are studies reported on Pubmed that show the effectiveness of turmeric against H. Pylori. However, whatever you use may take many weeks of treatment to completely get rid of it.

I first found out I have the nasty pylori bacteria about 1.5 years ago I have been trying some tiny changes my diet and some oils that never helped me for long. It helped me for few weeks and then I felt the gas, pains and mental unclearity again. I started reading more and more about it. Trying to figure out how to kick it out of my life for good. For the past 2 months I have tried those 4 things that REALLY makes me feel so much better! I have not checked myself if I have it or not but I just feel good now!
1. I started taking zinc-carnosine twice a day. A little expensive pill (abut $40 although you might able to find it cheaper- depends on the brand). have been taking it for two months now.
2. Coconut oil- two spoon twice a day.
3. acidophilus (good bacteria for stomach)- once a day one pill
4. THE MOSTIMPORTANT- RAW FOOD DIET. I have been a vegetarian for the last 10 year so even for me going completely raw was hard. (no coffee as well).I started educating myself and searching more and more knowledge about this raw food vegan movement. I feel so great, so energized. My digestive system has been amazing for the last month.
I would recommend YouTube about the Raw vegan diet. Watch people such as FreeLee, FullyRawKristina, Megan Elizabeth and more.
I am not a doctor of course and this is personal to my case but I so know how it feel to be in this awful pain. Give it all a 2 months try and I really hope you would feel the difference!

One year to be diagnosed with H Pylori. I had all the test, Colonscopy/endoscopy 2 x blood. 3 parasite stool check, even a tested for H pylori all the tests were negative. My symptoms : nausea, chills, abdomen pressure, stiff neck, slight back pain, rash, nausea, sometimes shortness of breath, light- headed, my hands and feet tingled, fatique lymph nodes were swollen. weight loss to 99. susceptiability increased had sinus, yeast, bladder kidney infection. I went to dr for kidney inflammation (H pylori can cause issues with Kidney because it create Ketones) there is a pattern here. My medical dr did a quick blood test for H. Pylori, ten minutes later the dr announces " positive for H pylori. " Finally diagnosed! Right well infectious disease dr says he only looks at the stool tests and the stool says negative. The ND did a breath test it was super high in Hydrogen he dignosed it as SIBO guess what H pylori releases Hydrogen gas! I think it just depends on the dr on what test they like! Being severely ill for 1 year - not working or leaving the house I have no time to lose I HAVE to take antibiotics.

My dr says the antibiotics should get rid of a lot to the symtoms within seven days I prefer natural route this is what I have been taking coconut oil 4 times a day, drinking 1-2 drops of clove oil in water through a straw drink it all all day to bombard the H Pylori. The key is to drink real green tea to get eliminate the biofilm that protects H pylori then drink more clove oil or some other item to kill them! I took Ted's advice on the one day cure (you can look it up) I just took 1 turmeric pill with curcumin every hour for 11 hours straight and on the 12th, 13th and 14th hour I took dissolved aspirin 325 mg in half glass of water. The next day I had no more symptoms. But the day after that I did not feel so great so perhaps turmeric for three days straight maybe you could kill it. Ted also writes that H pylori has a weakness 1/4 tsp borax and 3% FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide 3%

Matula Tea

I had stomache pain for over 2 years. My doctor denied that I had the bacteria and didn't do the test. We did scat scan, MRI, X-Rays... He found nothing. Then I got Acid Reflux really bad. Took 2 Prevacid and 2 Carafat each day. A biopsy at an endoscopy found the bacteria in my stomache and barret syndrom 1st stage.I took the pills for 9 months and had a lot of side effects. A specialist told me,"millions of people live with this and take the pills every day. This is nothing." I started Matula Tea and had no side effects. After 2 weeks I reduces my medication, after 3 weeks I stopped taken it. I emailed Customer Service from Matula Tea some times and asked for advice. He told me to take other remedies with the tea.(Slippery Elm, L-Glutamin, Betain) It worked for me. I had an Endoscopy two months ago, my bacteria is gone, my barret syndrom is gone, as well as my acid reflux. If I will get acid reflux or the bacteria again, I will take the tea again.
