Fibroids and period pain:

ALL THE PRAISE TO GOD! I have been taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of Black Strap Molasses and Apple Cider Vinegar for just about 2 months and I am having the very best period I have had in decades! I am still taking Motrin but only for a dull ache, not the stabbing knife twisting pain that I used to experience on my left ovary. I am so gratefully to God for Earth Clinic and for all of you who post cures here to help each other!

Dear Tina,

I take Apple Cider Vinegar and Blackstrap Molasses when I am pregnant and find them very helpful.

I would try castor oil packs over the abdomen area. 4 nights in a row, take three nights off. Do not use during your period. You could do that for a month or longer. It helps the liver to detox. It can help with fibroids too, I believe.

You should also take a folic acid supplement when you are trying to conceive and while pregnant.

I hope these things will be helpful to you and that you will be able to conceive soon!

Hi,

Can you please help me. I am 36 year old and I have a 5 year old daughter.

I had fibroid in 2014 and I got it operated (laproscopic)as well. Now on Nov 2015 I came to know from my Gyn that I have fibroid again, I am very tensed as I am putting on weight, majorly on my Tummy. I dont want to get it operated again as I want to conceive this year. I came across this website and thought of trying it.

I started taking ACV(1 Spoon) and BSM( 2 spoon) twice in a day, please help me...Can continue with this even after I conceive or I cannot take BSM and ACV when I am pregnant.

Please advice me what I suppose to do as I want to have child this year as I am already 36 yr old and suffering from fibroid. What I can do reduce my weight and shrink my fibroid without any medical procedure and parllely I can plan for family and conceive.

I would really appreciate your advice.

Sania,

You must know sugarcane juice? You can find "ganaye ka juice" or ROO as it is called in Pakistan.

You will have to take say two three liters and boil it to decrease its volume and make it thick.

The process that sugar mills follow is:

1) boil

2) Centrifuge that juice and make it stand still to separate sugar crystals.

Its a light molasses.

The above step is repeated two times more. In the end you get a thick black molasses.

I will try to separate sugar crystals at home but if I cannot, it is okay. I will boil it again and again till I make it thick and almost black.

As much water will have evaporated. Concentrated cocktail of nutrients will be in my possession :)

Thanks.

Hi, I am Michelle. Last year I lost a baby at one day and three months. It tore me up when I found out I have fibroid. If you find the molasses and vinigar to harsh with weight loss, try grapefruit and virgin olive oil, its helping me right now and stay away from ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and egg and cheese soy products and anything that would increase your estrogen levels. Take care love

Lugol's Iodine
Posted by Bill (San Fernando, Philippines) on 12/28/2015

Hi Tonya...There is a great difference between taking a remedy like Dr Brownstein's proven lugol's iodine protocol against fibroids and taking another completely different protocol using kelp that delivers much smaller amounts of iodine to your body.

I mention this only because Dr Brownstein, in his Iodine book(which I've read) clearly states that even if you take 50 mgs of 5% lugol's iodine per day (8 drops), it will still take you between 3 to 6 months to achieve proper iodine levels for your body and for your thyroid. He also recommends that people should take at least 100 mgs iodine(16 drops) a day if they have fibroids or cysts. And there is just no way that store bought kelp can deliver that per diem dosage.

And no way will just taking kelp deliver dosages anywhere near what Dr Brownstein recommends for iodine and fibroids. I bought some kelp off the internet some years ago. I thought it was a good European brand. When I looked at the label I saw that one pill of this kelp extract delivered only 150 micrograms of iodine to the body. The point I'm making here is that everything is standardized and regulated now by the drugs companies -- even alternative nutrients. So if you're taking only micrograms of iodine from the heavily regulated kelp extract then I suspect that this will have very little effect on your fibroid problem -- because the dose is way too small. You will really need to take much larger milligram dosages of iodine (as recommended by Dr Brownstein) for any significant curative effect on your fibroid and endometrial problem.

Another option for uterine fibroids is turmeric. Turmeric is used for any illnesses related to blood and is especially good for women's reproductive problems. This is what they say of it in Chinese medicine. To increase absorption and improve the taste, you can boil 1 teaspoon turmeric in milk.

Herb that can be used to stop excessive bleeding is called Shepherd's Purse.

Going vegetarian might also be helpful as it would cut on the hormones. High fiber diet (lots of whole grains, vegetables, fruits and legumes) is also important because it binds sweeps harmful substances and hormones out of the body.

Try going off ACV and taking the BSM only and see how you feel. My wife is always taking 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon of BSM in a cup of hot tea and she has never mentioned being bloated.

For iron deficiency, do not underestimate the power of simple raw greens, such as arugula, which are powerhouses of iron.

The recipe for turmeric milk if you are interested:

Combine 1 cup milk and 1 cup water in a pot. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger, pinch-1 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch-1 teaspoon black pepper (all powdered) and 5 cardamom pods if available. Boil until the water evaporates. Now the milk is saturated with turmeric.

Dear Ozy,

I am sorry that the vinegar and blackstrap didn't work for you!

I have read about chickweed tea shrinking fibroids. You would want to drink a couple of cups of strong chickweed tea daily for a couple of months (unless it didn't agree with you for some reason.) If you want to try it, you would want to buy it by the pound from Mountain Rose Herbs or someplace like that.

To make the tea (really, a strong infusion.) 3 Tablespoons of chickweed in a mason jar. Add 2 cups boiling water. Cover. Let sit 4 hours. Strain. Drink two cups a day. It isn't really delicious. It tastes like spinach water, I will be honest. When I use chickweed I also use a generous amount of peppermint.

Please do read through Earth Clinic's fibroid remedies again as some other remedy may resonate with you.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi, I suffer from fibroids and since I discovered this site about two months ago, I started religiously taking a tsp of Acv twice a day to help shrink the fibroid, and reduce the bleeding. Prior to starting, period will last for about two weeks with on an off clotting after the first week, when you think it's almost over.

The first month after the ACV regime, periods lasted about 10 days and the cloting/gushing was reduced. So I continued to taking every day.

The second month, period was more painful that I ever experienced on the second day, I though I had appendicitis. First round lasted for 7 days and I thought this thing is working but then, just when I thought bleeding was coming to an end, I will go to the washroom to pee and gess what? A flood. I thank God I was at home those days. For the next week, I will still be clotting so that at some point I thought periods was staring all over again...

I was so scared I stopped the ACV and the BSM and called my Gyn. She gave me something (tranexamic acid) to stop the bleeding and I will be going for U/S with next period. She is also suggesting Fibristal, but I am not very exited about it. Has anyone experienced it? Is it effective? Surgery is not an option.

I really don't know what do to shrink the fibroid anymore...I hope there was a natural solution for me, but my experience with ACV is that since it's a blood thinner, it's probably the reason I experienced prolonged bleeding. I would like to know if it is something to be taken everyday or only during the period? I am OK with the taste of BSM ut it is making me feel bloated, but I taking in on an off, just because I am iron deficient.

Thank you for reading my post.

Hello everyone

After reading Ann's (Calgary) testimony, I decided to give Medorrhinum 1M ago for fibroids. I had a myomectomy 8 years ago but the fibroids grew back bigger and lots of them...with all the discomfort: anaemia, tiredness, constipation from iron tablets....

I took 3 pellets on 11 /11/15. I was sleeping longer but was sharp and fit upon waking up. Which is a miracle!

I took the 2nd dose on 25/11/15 ( my periods began that same day and came so calmly with no pain or symptoms at all! ). The 26/11/15 evening I started bleeding profusely with a lot of fresh looking clots but no pain! The more I bled, the better I felt. For the first time ever I didn't feel tired or weak after bleeding so much! My swollen stomach went physically down. My hair and nails grew stronger and looked cleaner, I could clean, tidy and cook, read. Usually I am bed bound in pain and can' t lift a finger!

My elimination is perfect (after every meal) or just after a walk! My mind is clearer, I can now read and remember...

I made a mistake with the first dose and took my iron and Vit D3 tablets 2 days after taking it. I felt very uncomfortable. I stop. Last Saturday(28/11/15) I felt sick and vomitted at night 11.45pm) but I was rather relieved afterwards and slept like a baby.

I am fit and look refreshed and "clean" usually I look weak and tired during and after my periods....

I read that you should not drink coffee and herbal teas with Medorrhinum. How long after taking it can I have coffee/herbal teas? I used to drink a lot of green tea, milk thistle... and ground coffee every now and then. I sometimes do crave coffee in this weather...

I also used to massage my lower abdomen with some essential oils. When is it ok to resume?

Are there other "Don'ts" when taking Medorrhinum? Please share with us. I will update my progress and hope everything goes well and will help somebody else. Thanks. Annie.

What is EVLT? I am scheduled for a laparoscopic hysterectomy in a couple of weeks. I'm having second thoughts. My fibroids have tripled in size in the last two months. I have a lot of stress in my life. Caring for my disabled father. He had a stroke and was left paralyzed. Plus he has a 10 year old son, no wife. Lots of debt, etc. I have a family of my own. If stress causes fibroids, I'm afraid mine will never go away.

2 months ago, I was diagnosed with a Fibroid tumor the size of a fist ( 6cm x 8cm) at the top of my uterus, an ovarian cyst ( 3.5 cm x 4.5cm) on my left ovary, and several other small cysts on my right ovary. I was in horrible pain. All the doctors I consulted sung the same chorus, "surgery! Thats what they trained for anyways.

But am here to testify that God has completely healed me of all the pain, cysts and the fibroids. Am here to encourage someone that it's not the end of the road if you in a similar situation, there's a way out.

1. Most importantly, I have been praying, praying, and praying to the Almighty Father.

2. Have been taking 1 tbs BSM, ACV, BS twice a day

3.1tbs turmeric, cayennepepper, cinnamon, cumin and blackpepper powder.

4. 3 litres Beet, carrot, radish and carrot juice daily

5.Milkthistle and Maca root capsules

6. Changed my diet completely and stuck to an Alkaline one

7. Castor oil packs each night

In less than 7 weeks, the cysts and tumor were all gone!

Good day,

please I am pleased with all the positive results gotten from people in eliminating fibroid. a friend of mine has multiple fibroid three inside the womb and five outside the womb and she is a young lady not married yet. It gives her concern on how to get rid of them because she is afraid of surgery. She has hernia surgery 2012 and doesn't want enter theartre again.

She saw from the internet to use the mixture of blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar and she did for one month, but no difference that will encourage her to continue so she stops. She took I teaspoon of unsulphured blackstrap molasses and 2 tablespoon of applecider vinegar in half glass of water.

Please and please she wants to know the truth, if it is confidential, please send to her personal mail to the above address.

If not possible tell her and if it is possible still let her know the dosage and how to take it for shrinking of the fibroid and how long it will take her. Also how to noticed that is working.

What is the next thing to do?

Hello, my name is Marta and I'm 30. I've always had terrible pain and pms in my cycle. Last menstruation was the worst I've ever had, then 10 days after it stopped I started bleeding non stop so I went to the gyn and they told me I had a 7 cm fibroiT. that was 2 weeks ago . The doctors scared me so so much. I'm not the kind of person who belives conventional doctors so I did my research plus I'm totally against removing body parts at less.

I changed my diet compleatly and started Apple Cider Vinegar and Blackstrap Molasses. It has been a week now . I'm recovering from the anemia .

The problem is I was already very thin to start with and now I've lost 5 kilos, so i'm trying to find something that I can consume that makes me stop loosing weight. My weight is now 43 kilos. I'm not tall at all. On the other hand my stomach is not bloated it has changed dramaticly in a week . Could it also be the weight of the fibroid reducing? How much can a 7 cm fibroid weight? I don't feel the lump in my belly much. I'll have to wait till my next appoinment in a month.

I think it is working ( appart from too much weight loss 4 me) but still I'm quite scared, still very very tired and headaches and dizzines still there. Will keep posting . For some reason this issue has forced me to start changing my lifestyle and that is exacly what I wanted to do so, our bodies are incredibly clever ;) but I have to say all the bleeding dizziness and weakness is quite scary it does not help that my gyno and gp explained things in such a way and told me the only was was surgery even tho they don't even know why it came in the first place or why. I'm quite pissed of with that bit. I'm spanish but lived in the uk for a long time they had places like holland and barret and stuff like this but can't find anything like that here .. I'm strating acupunture and chinese medicine next week. I'll keep posted . I've read so so much in a week, I've run out of websites in both languages . But being informed of all options make me much calmer and allowes me to think which one is best so thanks for your website :)

Much love to all!

Dear Ify,

If you can get Sheperd's Purse Tincture, that is really helpful to stop bleeding. 1 dropperful in some water, repeat in an hour. I have done this up to three times a day.

Liquid Chlorophyll is also great to stop bleeding. 1 Tablespoon every hour during the day. Midwives use it sometimes to stop heavy bleeding after a birth.

I also use cayenne pepper to stop heavy bleeding. 1/2 teaspoon in a 5 ounces of grape juice.

I hope one of these things will work. All three could be done together.

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with a fibroid, polycysts and endometriosis..though they were small dr suggested me to do a surgery. I have decided to give myself a try with homeremedies. I have found this page on last month after my Appointment.

I took Apple Cider Vinegar alone for a week and I continued to mix with blackstrap molasses and I have also did castor oil pack every night.. I have stopped eating red meat as well as chicken. I also take dandelion tea.. I take beet parsley carrot and celery juice two days once..every evening I am eating papaya or watermelon I drink alot of water to flush out the toxic out of my body after three week plus today I had a scan dr said my fibroid and cyst had shrunk slightly.. I told him that I will try for three months than come back for a scan.

Dear readers, trust me after a week of Apple Cider Vinegar I had my period with less cramping and of course there was no extra bleeding after my period. I urge everyone to try this home remedy before deciding to do a surgery which has no guarantee of the reoccurring fibroids and cyst... I am going to continue this remedy after all it is cheaper and safe ...all the best people.

Thank you for reading my post.

Thanks for your kind responses.

I had scan my scan a few days ago and I'm happy to report that the big one which was 5.90 is now 5.20. The little ones have increased though, but I am not perturbed. This was before taking ACV and BSM. I had to cut out the unhealthy stuff like white bread, fizzy drinks, white rice etc and included exercise too. Guess it worked. Now with ACV/BSM, I hope I will see amazing results in my next scan. And yes, my doctor was surprised but still insisted on surgery. Not till I'm done with ACV/BSM.

BSM and ACV are not extreme in action and mainly bring nutrients to your body and therefore you can take them any time during your period and off your period.

As for how long you should take them, the answer is until you are fully healed.

To speed up the healing process, I recommend that you do the heating of your lower abdomen with castor oil as often as you can. I and my wife did not have the discipline to do it every day, but if we had, the fibroid might have already been healed.

If you want to try this method also, soak a small cotton towel with castor oil, and heat it briefly in the oven. Then put it on your stomach, cover with a plastic foil and put another small towel on it and place a container filled with hot water on it. Lie down like this for an hour. I believe it is very effective.

So does this mean the ACV and BSM can be taken at any time? Like during periods and ovulation or are there separate times to take them? (Sorry, I just want to be sure :)

Again, how long should I take them? 2/3 months or more? I'd like to try for a baby as soon as the fibroids shrink. I'm 40.

Thanks again.

1. From what I have read, people are using it mainly to shrink the fibroid, but it will also help with bleeding. For excessive bleeding, you can use the herb shepherd's purse.

2. I do not think there is a problem in taking them during your period.

3. It really depends on you. My wife is taking 1 Tbsp ACV (with baking soda in water) and 1 tsp BSM (in tea) 2 or 3 times a day. At first it was 1 Tbsp of the BSM but I reduced it because I was concerned about the high sugar intake.

You can also try mixing BSM with a very small amount of beet juice and aloe vera.

To Ify (Nigeria) ---

For bleeding have a teasp. powdered turmeric divided to twice a day with some coconut milk or water. Use turmeric also in cooking veggies.

For shrinking fibroids use blackstrap molasses one to two tablesp. divided to twice a day with hot water slightly diluted and have with a straw to protect the teeth. This done for a few months.

For period it is best to leave alone at least for three days or more. Except ACV.

ACV should be good taken daily anytime up to one tablesp. with food or in drinks or water.

Let us know how it goes. Namaste, Om

Dear Ify,

Some seem to have cured fibroids with the vinegar and blackstrap. It is surely a simple and inexpensive thing to try.

I use both the vinegar and molasses all month long.

Different people are different regarding the dose. It is probably best to start with less and work up to more. You could start with a teaspoon of each and see how you do. Each week, you could increase each by a teaspoon until you are up to a Tablespoon (3 teaspoons of each, daily.)

Let us know how it goes!

However as much as I am in favour of homeopathy, for the average person in need of it it is unaffordable. I have good books on it and have even success with abscesses with my pets and some other situations. It is a dream so far.

I did state at the beginning of my post that women can go to the website www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/homeopathic-treatment-for-uterine-fibroids.html. if they want more information. This is is where I got the information for this treatment. There is even a practitioner there that one can email for more information. I was not personally evaluated by the practitioner. If women go to the website they will better understand. This is a different form of prescribing utilizing homeopathy. A different science is employed. It's called astrological homeopathy. Hundreds of women are suffering terribly from the adverse affects of fibroids, with no hope. I know that this WORKS. Go to the website, email the practitioner if you want. Then you will better understand. Don't be dissuaded. After living with the condition so long I feel it's my duty to tell others of this help available to them.

I have been researching on the internet on what to do still I discovered your site and testimonials. I used to bleed badly and had irregular periods but for three months now, my cycle had returned to 28 days and I no longer bleed as before. I want to know:

1. Will the ACN and BSM shrink the fibriods or are they only used to stop the bleeding?

2. is it safe to take them when I'm in my period?

3. What exact amount should I take as I see some say they use 1 teaspoon and others say 2 tablespoon.

Kindly reply.

Homeopathy is individualized medicine. You should always consult with a trained homepathic practitioner for chronic health issues because the most appropriate remedy is not based on the diagnosis; it's matched to the person -- mental, emotional and physical levels. Medorrhinum worked well in this case because it happened to match the state of that individual. Another person suffering from the same "diagnosis" would require a different remedy. Remedies, especially in high potencies (200c, 1M and higher) should only be repeated when indicated and not before. More is definitely not better.

I know the Medorrhinum worked because I am now able to live a normal life. over the last 20 yrs. I had to stop all physical activities ( sports) due to the severe anemia. Since taking the remedy in January 2015 I have resumed all my regular activities. I now exercise several days a week, including weight training. I no longer have major blood loss during my menstrual cycle. I am able to work full time again as my energy is now normal, even high. I have been searching for the last 20 yrs. for a cure desperately. NOTHING else worked. Molasses, apple cider vinegar etc. - these are all band-aids. They don't work for women who are really suffering from fibroids.

Do not worry about side effects. I also gave this remedy to my 14 yr. old son. (1 Homeopathic remedy may also be used to treat certain other types of illnesses). The sideffect he had was sleepiness for three days and mild fever. The chronic illness he was having NEVER recurred after that (recurring cold sores/blisters in mouth). On the second day after taking the remedy. His mouth started tingling and later blisters started coming up (that was the sickness coming out from deep within his body) A few hours later the blisters disappeared. and NEVER came back again. The next day he was up and around like nothing had happened, playing and happy. That is normally how homeopathy works. (The fatigue shows that the remedy is working)

You have to remember with homeopathy that this type of holistic medicine works differently. imagine a tree trunk cut in half. There are concentric circles small in the middle going outward. That represents your body. Homeopathy takes the illness from deep down in your body (middle of tree trunk) to the outside in order to get it out. So you may see symptoms as the sickness leaves your body. Mostly fatigue. It is TEMPORARY. let it happen. It will not harm you. The sickness has to come out. Homeopathy is safe. It can also be given to babies. My side effects were as they were, yours may not be. Do it It works. You can also consult the website how-avoid -hysterectomy.com as I listed above if you want more info.

i did not go for further tests. I observe that I can walk, jump, work, play , think like a normal person now. My periods are completely normal, no heaviness now after decades. That's proof for me. Doctors were not able to cure me. I don't need to go back for any check.

Medorrhinum also comes in 200 strength. If you are really hesitant then you can try that first since it's not so strong. (Though the 1 m strength is best. )Take at two week intervals, 3 pills. Take , wait two weeks, then take again. Then stop. Wait and see how you feel.

Hi. I've never heard if this Medorrhinum that you speak of that helped you dissolve your fibroids. I'm concerned about side effects. Can you tell me how you knew they had dissolved? Did you go back for a follow-up ultra sound to have proof? Thanks.

Dear Marcin,

I wonder if it could be the beet juice? A friend, with the counsel of a natural doctor, was juicing for her daughter's health issue every day. But she was juicing several things. And she was only supposed to use a small amount of beet each day (Maybe 1/4 of a beet?) in the juicing because of its strong action.

For the last 2-3 months, my wife has been taking the following for fibroids:

1) 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar + 1/4 baking soda 2-3 times a day

2) 1 small teacup beet juice + 1 tsp. blackstrap molasses + aloe vera juice 2-3 times a day

However, she often experiences heartburn and diarrhea that she had not experienced before, therefore naturally the culprits have to be these remedies. They are working well on the fibroid but cause heartburn as a side effect. What do you think can be the cause? Excessive sugar from frequent consumption of molasses? Something about the vinegar? I do not trust chemical remedies so I am suspicious of the baking soda.

Do you have any ideas how to make these remedies more readily digestible?

One tip that I have discovered to make the beet mixture more palatable (my wife dislikes the earthy taste of beets) is to mix it with coriander powder which is a light spice that balances the more earthly taste of the beets.

Regarding Fibroids, Wheat Bran is CLINICALLY PROVEN to reduce the estrogen in your body. When my menses begin at the very first sighting I ingest about 2 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar wait about 1 hr then mix about 1/4 cup of Wheat Bran in a cup of water and drink. I do this in the morn and night and almost NO bleeding. If any it's very little. Trust me it works.

I also read above or below a lady testified to PRAYING, losing weight, eliminating sugar, eating lots of veggies and only lean chicken and fish, exercising and drinking lots of water. Her 6 fibroids were effectively eliminated.

Hello, I was on another website that many people raved about the good results of using BSM. I am doing to try it myself. Most of the women said they took 1 TBSP in the a.m. and 1 TBSP in the p.m. Some took it right off the spoon, others mixed it with a liquid like water or milk. If you are also going to try the ACV, the dosages varied but most of what I read was between 1-2 tsp once to several times per day. If I were you I would simply start off slow and increase.

Having going thru all good testimony and the fibroid shrinking molasses. Am thinking of seeing it as an option for my 4 months old pregnancy looking fibroid. How many months before this becomes a thing of the past and am I using just molasses alone or mix with other supplements? Thanks

Quick question for the ladies using blackstrap molasses & Apple cider vinegar. How much of each do you use a day to help with the fibroids?

ACV and blackstrap molasses are very safe if had by straw. BSM must be dissolved in very warm water, not much, and is invaluable because of the minerals it contains. Paul Bragg has always recommended some pure honey with ACV for the valuable minerals. Both Acv and BSM are cancer curing and do much for general health.

Both are mixed with water. I would recommend mixing apple cider vinegar with water as it is very acidic. You could try taking blackstrap molasses on its own but the taste is very strong and it is very sugary so it might be bad for your teeth.

Great post and informative.Thank you for sharing. I had the same problem and I was searching for treatment in many hospitals. At start I had irregular periods, later I was diagnosed with Fibroid. I was told to go for surgery. I went for non-surgical EVLT procedure and now I am fit and getting back to work.

I just had my cervical fibroid removed a week ago, and I felt so much better after my procedure. I am very active woman and eat healthy everyday, my question to my Doctor is how did I get it, and she told me mostly women who only have one child is very common, it's a tissue that is growing. So please fellow women if you feel anything do not hesitate to visit your Doctor.

When is the appropriate time to take apple cider vinegar and blackstrap molasses, before or after eating in treating fibroid?

The way I am making my wife take it is as follows:

1 Tbsp ACV + 1/4 tsp pure baking soda (should contain only sodium bicarbonate) + half glass of water 3 times a day

Small teacup of a mixture of beet juice, aloe vera juice and BSM (each teacup containing from 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp BSM), 3 times a day (but some people had had success with BSM alone)

Dozens of women on this website have reported success using these remedies. My wife is not fully healed yet but her pain has greatly decreased, no need to take painkillers anymore.

It is perfectly safe to take this every day for as long as you wish. If you decide to include beet juice, the urine might turn red, however it is nothing to worry about, as it only indicates iron deficiency.

Her weight coming down is a good thing, isn't it? I think it is a good decision to avoid dairy and red meats.

My wife is also taking a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal formula for dissolving blood stagnation which is seen as the cause of fibroids. The purpose of the herbs is to warm the body and promote circulation. One formula that does it is Cinnamon and Hoelen (Guizhi Fuling Wan). In China there are dozens of cases where women were healed with this formula.

For the aforementioned reason, taking hot baths, eating warm foods and doing Castor Oil packs is also recommended. To do a Castor Oil pack, soak a piece of cloth in Castor Oil and put in the oven to warm it up. Then place the cloth on the stomach over the fibroid, and cover it with plastic wrap. On the plastic place another thin cloth. On the top of that put a warming pad. Stay like this for 1 hours. The plastic wrap prevents you from getting dirty and the second thin cloth prevents you from getting a burn from the hot warming pad.

Taking milk thistle herb to supplement the liver is also recommended so that liver will be more efficient in getting rid of the "bad" estrogen that causes fibroids to grow.

Please, a friend of mine was diagnosed with 3 big fibroid inside the uterus (70mm, 60mm, 60mm) and outside the uterus there are 5 fibroids (60mm, 60mm, 60mm, 70mm, 60mm). She is afraid of having surgery. Please, can taking Apple cider vinegar and blackstrap molasses help to shrink it for real? How should she take this and for how long? Please reply immediately, she is worried and this is weighing her down. People are complaining of her weight coming down because she has stopped eating diary foods and red meat. Thank you.

I came across this site yesterday, and I was looking for a natural way to deal with my fibroids, especially since I believe I have at least two. Anyways, I did spot off and on for at least four days. The last day was the worst due to it being slightly heavier than the previous three.

In the past, I had an ovarian cyst that burst, and the doctor cleaned me out when he also took out my appendix, so I probably have scar tissue in that part of my body. The pain I was having was similar to the past, and since I'm in my 30s, it made logical sense for me to assume that it was fibroids. Well, this is definitely the case. Below are my results within 24 hours.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar worked for me, especially with having it diluted with water. I have not had any spotting thus far.

2. Grape Juice has also helped in cleansing my body. This did make my fibromyalgia kick in, so I cannot intake a lot because of it.

3. I have increased energy, and I feel so much better.

4. Ordered the Apple Cider Vinegar pills that will be taken with water (as a back up). Usually 500 mg is equivalent to 2 Tbsp. a day.

Thank you again for your recommendations. You prevented me from having another surgery and decreasing my chances of getting cancer when older. Blessings.

Dear Marcin,

I have been looking into this but have not found an answer. Perhaps it is a small company and not online. Is there an address or phone number on the package so you could call?

From reading, it sounds like the reference to sulfur is how it is processed and that it is better if it is done without sulfur. Sulfured will still have the nutrients. Personally, if I couldn't find the answer, I would use the bottle and then next time see if I could fine one that does say for sure that it is unsulfured.

Hello, I have had excellent success treating fibroids which I I suffered with for 20 Years.

I took homeopathic Medorrhinum 1M strength. Simply take 3 pellets dry to dissolve in mouth. Two weeks later take another 3 pellets. That's it. I did not take any of the other remedies listed on the page. I did try the thuja but did not like how it made me feel so I stopped there. I have stopped taking iron pills and do not suffer from anemia anymore. I have excellent mental and physical energy now as I did when I was 20.

Medorrhinum 1M is strong. Remember when you take homeopathic medicine you may feel worse initially before you feel better. The aggravations are fine that will occur. Do not take any medicine to counteract any strong symptoms that arise and do not go to the doctor. They are temporary for a few days then go away permanently. You may feel odd for about 3 weeks as your body heals. For example after taking the first dose I was very sleepy for about 4 or 5 days. this is my body beginning to heal. All anger or sadness left my mind. In the subsequent weeks I became extremely clear headed, like a normal person is and energized. The whole process took a month.

When taking homeopathy presently and in future months, it is important not to take ANY mint/menthol products nor use or inhale camphor or eucalyptus products. No coffee and avoid herbal teas. All these products can antidote the remedy. You can order this remedy from a health food store that sells homeopathic remedies or online from a supplier.

Ok I have been using the Black Strap Molasses unsulphured with the Apple Cider Vinegar for only three months and I am very happy with results! I can feel and see that my fibroids have shrunk. My menstrual is also lighter, and no cramping. No Tylenol for pain! WOW!! I had to share this information with my girl friends who are suffering from Uterine Fibroids. I wish that I would have read about this before my procedure that I had almost two years ago, which didn't work! Thank you Lord for natural remedies! Amen!!
