I know this is a weird one, so I hesitate to state it a bit, but maybe it will help someone. I discovered this like 20 years ago or so, and am not sure how people will take it. I discovered the semi-precious gemstone amethyst helps alleviate the pain of angina when held in the left hand or over the heart. Apparently it also causes osteoporosis and dental problems too, if near the body too long, as it gradually dissolves fats and minerals too.
Weird, but since it's cheap and easy, I thought I'd speak up.
My brother was advised by his doctor to take apple cider vinegar 3x a day for angina pectoris. It helped him a lot!
I was born with an enlarged heart and my cardiologist cautioned me about gaining weight and doing intense workout. When I was in my 20s, I was able to maintain my weight with dieting. However, when I reached middle 30s, I started putting on weight as I got tired of watching what I ate. Now I am at my heaviest and I get chest pains everyday. I've read from EC that Apple Cider Vinegar can help in losing weight, lower blood pressure and blood sugar so I started taking it 3 days ago when I got another chest pain. I was amazed because the pain was gone after 10 minutes! I have no chest pain since then! I am now taking it regularly for the health benefits that it gives.
Thank you for sharing the info about ACV here.

My 92 yr old father was having heart pain that kept coming back even after what had been working for a few years now, which was hawthorn tincture in large doses (like 1/4 of a 4-oz bottle or more, in warm water - about 1/4 cup), which used to fix things up for days at least, but now was only lasting a couple of hours (and this alongside the 2 capsules of dry hawthorn extract he always takes routinely, plus even with adding capsule contents to the warm tea). So I looked on earthclinic.com and decided to try what I have on hand, which is Lugol's iodine and ACV.
Yesterday morning I started him on ACV in a glass with 8 oz of water with 2 Tablespoons of ACV (organic w mother). I told him to take 2 swallows and in another 2 hours take 2 more, etc. till it was gone. Then I brought him a shot glass with a tablespoon or 2 of water and put one drop of Lugol's 5% iodine into that, and told him to take this if he experienced pain, and see what happened. He said, "How much pain?" I said "Well, ok, ANY pain, " and he picked it up and swigged it down.
As of today at 4 pm now, he has had no more pains and even started doing his exercises again, which he had stopped because that was what set off the pains several days ago. I will keep giving him the ACV every day and see how it goes. If it comes back, I will try Lugol's again.

My husband used to drink ACV mixed with water to relieve chest pains. It works for a while but it does not work that fast anymore. I made him drink black tea in addition to ACV because I've read before that black tea helped reduce heart attack and stroke. I thought that it can also help with chest pains...and it did! My husband now takes ACV and water mixture followed by a cup of hot black tea.
I have angina. Whenever my chest feels really tight or I have my armpit pain, I drink cayenne water. I put 1/8th of a tsp in a small glass of water and drink it down. I hate spicy foods so to this I have to be in a lot of pain. The crazy thing is that if I need it it does not burn my mouth. After drinking this the pain goes away within minutes. If it takes longer I drink another glass.

Chest Pain: I tried the Cayenne Pepper, and I did feel better after trying it, but my questions is this, "Is it just covering up the problems?" Because I think I may have clogged arteries and need to see a specialist! I noticed that my blood pressure went up after taking the pepper, so if I start exercising may also help.

I was having chest aches and backaches so I tried taking some chelated zinc, coral calcium and a cayenne pill. 20 minutes later Im not feeling the pain anymore.
Cayenne Pepper is a real cure for pains on the chest. Each time I get the tired pains that spread across my chest into my neck, jaw and shoulders I immediately head for the Cayenne Pepper, take 1 teaspoon in any liquid preferably in juice or milk. It instantly feeds the heart muscle of Vit C. I would honestly recommend this to heart sufferers. It works for me and should for you! Thanks to Earth Clinic for all their advice and remedies. God bless you all!

Hi, I had chest pains all over my chest, mostly towards the left. When I was small, they used to come and then go within minutes so I thought nothing of it (while watching TV/reading a book). All of a sudden, a month ago, I started having consistent chest pains and it got to a point where I figured out that I had Unstable Angina (one step below a heart attack) where my ateries were not getting enough Oxygen. My doctor stated it was anxiety/stress and gave me Klonopin which only drugged me and made me sleepy each day - I stopped taking that for a week and purchased some GNC Products and that SAME day, I saw results!!! I was so excited that I wanted to share this with everyone even though its only been one day. This was partially recommended by Kevin Treadau and I added some extra stuff to the list. I no longer have chest pains when watching TV or resting! :) I used Calcium/Magnesium; Vitamin B Complex; 100% Natural Vitamin E (The best one) (GNC has Isomer E); Omega 3-6-9 (Unsaturated Fatty Acids); Kyloic Aged Garlic Extract.
I have a pain from left upper chest area extending up thru armpit and down to elbow. Can't tell if it's muscle or circulation. What should I do.

how do I cure my chest pain and lung infection? I've been stressed out.
Re: Cranberry Soft-gels 8400 mg, with included 40 mg, C, and 6 IU Vitamin E, for Chest Pain:
Just wanted to share that when I was tapering off my Vitamins to get ready for the end and beginning of the year Shut in, I had the return of some chest pain.
To keep this post short, my mother gave me a bottle of Cranberry soft gels. I decided to take two as suggested on the bottle. And the pain left. I took it hoping it would shield me from a candy cane, and low and behold.... it took the chest pain. This is about two weeks now.
My heart had gone haywire for 3 years my heart would race then slow down, beat so hard my entire body shook, light-headed, dizziness and pain in my chest. Saw two robotic-like cardiologists. One said PVC. The other one said, sinus node and the cure for that is to burn the node and put a pacemaker in! No way!
I did extensive research. Saw an ND, he had me on 2 (200mg )magnesium 3x a day and increased my zinc. A friend begged me to try her supplement that has L-arginine, L-citrulline, d-ribose. But not in pill form it is not as effective. Some cardiologist are recommending to patients with Angina that seems to cure the problem in many cases. It's a powder formula with L-arginine, L-citrulline and d-ribose in it. It worked! Two weeks later no more heart problems and breathing easy.
Arginine, an amino acid, produces nitric oxide which may relax the arterial walls active, and it apparently lows blood pressure in some patients.
Heart issues have a cause that a cardiologist may not look at food allergies, dental cavitations hidden infection, parasites, mold or environmental allergies, and Electro magnetic sensitivity.
I'm writing to share my "miracle" experience. I've had chest pain that felt like severe inflammation for years. My left side (breast) felt so tender as if it was bruised. If my little (4lb) dog jumped on me when I was laying on the couch, I'd go thru the roof. I really thought this was stress related (or worse as I'm a smoker).
I was trying a few different things, fish oils, vitamin E, garlic, etc. I can't say anything worked and it was getting to the point where it was chronic and I was always holding my chest. For reasons I can't really explain (fear?) I just would not go to a doctor. I couldn't bring myself to open that Pandora's Box.
Anyway, at Christmas time I ordered Lugol's Iodine, 5%. When it arrived I just put a drop in about 2" of bottled water and drank it. I did it again that evening. I am not kidding or embellishing in any way - ALL OF THE CHEST PAIN IS GONE. Completely GONE. I am so unaccustomed to being pain free that I find myself still holding my chest, even though nothing hurts! So - perhaps it's my thyroid, I'm not sure, but this has been nothing short of a miracle for me and I hope someone reading this will recognize their own similar symptoms and try the idodine. No matter how much I researched I never found anyone that described symptoms like mine.
