If you are having left chest pain, or angina, where do you get more information?

All over the Internet there are lots of fear messages written by Medical Doctors telling you that A) you are in big trouble, B) you are having a heart attack, C) you already have a serious cardio-vascular disease, and D) talk to a doctor.

All right, go ahead and talk to a doctor, if the talk makes you feel better.

However, do watch out. MDs know very little or nothing about foods, food choices, food combinations, digestion and indigestion. They will never tell you that your angina is one of the many symptoms of INDIGESTION.

According to U.S. National Library of Medicine, indigestion after eating can occur for several reasons, including eating too quickly, or eating a high-fat meal.

Example: Yesterday night I had angina after eating a combination of 3 raw egg yolks, 500 grams of raw green peas, and 250 grams of butter.

Why? Because it was a high-fat meal. And because raw green peas are hard to digest. An because butter is hard to digest. And because the combination of yolks, AND green peas, AND butter, is especially hard to digest.

In sharp contrast, tonight I had no angina after eating a combination of 125 grams of cooked sardines and 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Why? Because the combination of cooked sardines and olive oil is relatively easy to digest.

I hope this will help somebody!
