I've tried the Baking Soda with molasses for months and it did not work for me. I have since found out that I should have used maple syrup, because molasses contains iron which can cause the cancer to spread more. I'm am going to switch to the maple syrup, and will update you as to whether it helps my breast cancer and nose cancer.
