Hello,' Please if anyone has advise for me please post it here. I have been suffering teribly from HOT FLASHES. The first time I experienced hot flashes I tried the ACv and water and it worked. It was great. A few months later the hot flashes came back with a vengence. The ACV and water is not working this time. I am suffering from these intense flashes every 20 to 40 minutes 24-7. Please help me if you have any advise or a different cure I can use. Thank you

Try taking a little more-mine were so bad (every hour for over 11 years unless I was on HRT!) I took 2 TABLESPOONS to start with and they STOPPED. When I tried only one tablespoon they came back! I mix mine with a little stevia and water and just gulp it down twice a day. I know how you feel and I did add Dong Quai(530 mg) Black Cohosh (40mg) twice a day to my diet before I started on the ACV but it only helped a little during the day and not at all at night-I hadn't slept in forever! I was completely miserable and this has worked better than HRT so far or me. Good luck! Suzy

1 Tablespoon ACV with 2 Tablespoons water a day cured my arthritis and hot flashes. My friend told my husband and I to take ACV for our sore wrists and hands and we started 2 mos. ago. After one mo. I noticed I had absolutly NO hot flashes. This amazed me. I really had them bad night and day. I also noticed no acid reflux (quit taking my prilosec a month ago) and no restless legs to speak of. I also feel I have lost a couple of lbs. Of Course the hand and wrist pain is gone. This is probably crazy but my eyelashes are longer. Pretty funny huh?

Apple cider vinegar cured my Acid Reflux, hotflash, back pain and restless leg syndrome. Axid AR did not work, I was in so much pain, went to find out which foods that contained high amounts of alkaline in them. Tired of looking 5 months pregnant. Anyway, thank God I found this site. All I had was regular store bought apple cider vinegar and clover honey and tap water. I spooned a half teaspoon of vinegar into my mouth, about choked to death, followed with water, and then ate a half teaspoon of honey. In about 45 minutes I had no pain. I am so full of energy and do not want to go to bed now. It is 2:43 am in the morning. God bless this site and its creator, amen. Tomorrow I will go find me some ACV.

I read this thread about Apple Cider Vinegar two days ago and hurried to the healthfood store to buy some organic unfiltered. I've been on bioidentical hormones for a while now, but lately no combination was stopping the hot flashes - in fact, they were getting worse. I had them both day and night, but much more intense at night. I tried ACV yesterday in _____'s premixed drinkable form (ACV and honey). I drank 8 oz in the morning and again at night. I didn't have ANY hot flashes all day until late afternoon, and then they were much milder. Last night, I only had one and it was less intense than usual. I just went to buy a bottle of ACV to mix my own. I'm cautiously optimistic that this will continue to keep them at bay!

I have been having hot flashes that are taking over my life. I have used ACV for gall bladder attacks and it works amazingly, now I will try it for these hot flashes. The most pleasant way I found to take ACV was to add it to a fruit zinger tea along with a packet or two of stevia or a few drops of liquid stevia. It perks up the tea and really tastes good, around a table spoon in a small pot of tea (more or less according to your taste) It is also good with olive oil on a salad and sprinkled on popcorn made with coconut oil.

over a year ago i was diagnosed with severe larynx acid reflux.it was causing sores on my vocal box, chronic coughing, post nasal drip,& etc. i was prescribed prilosec, it helped some but then it stopped working. then i was prescribed nexium which also helped some for awhile then stopped. so then i was prescribed nexium in the morning and zantac150 at night but of course this also stopped working i started taking organic apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons at night and i am completely off of all the prescriptions i was put on. and it works better than any of the other ever did.plus my sinuses have cleared up,no more coughing,no voice loss, and as an extra plus no more hot flashes at night.

My cousin's doctor recommended ACV for gout, she passed this website on to me, so I've only been using ACV for about 3 weeks now, and no migraines, no sinus headaches (northeast ohio weather horrible), allergy symptoms have all but disappeared, and FEWER HOT FLASHES (am 47), I don't understand why more physicians don't tell us about this miracle cure-all!

P.S. My energy levels are off the charts. my 47 year old skin feels like the proverbial "baby's bottom", and I'm losing weight without even really trying!

I tried several over the counter drug store medicines for my hot flashes and they did not work. First I got off coffee, cokes and sugar. Including artificial sugars. and then I did a candida cleanse and colon cleanse.I do not have hot flashes any more. I also drink lots of water and include vinegar in my water everyday.
