Accidentally Eliminated Plantar Warts

I know that sounds good, but I was letting them come back so I could continue experimenting on them, so...

How did it happen? Apparently, by playing with Dr. Christopher's bone, flesh and cartilage formula. Or whatever it's called now...Complete...Bone and Tissue. Or Tissue and bone, one or the other. I've been putting ointment everywhere, all day long, for about 3 days. And I mean, like, "Oh! Is that a dry spot? I'm gonna massage a bunch of ointment into that! ".

It's day 4 and I've used almost half a 4 oz jar already, ROFL!

The body just eats that stuff UP! I wondered where the beeswax in the ointment went but, apparently, unfiltered beeswax has all of the properties of honey so...that would explain that. The body wouldn't take it if it didn't need it so I'm just going to keep using it until it quits sucking it in. See what happens.

I'm going to melt some, add a little castor oil and apply it to the scalp - see if it takes it all in.

Fascinating stuff! Same herbs as his anti-pla9ue/immune herbs but in equal measure (except for 1, which is double) of 4 oz to ^7 power decoctions. topped off with enough honey, garlic juice and ACV to bring it all up to a whole gallon of the stuff so...guess what I'm gonna do NEXT! ROFL!

They're still gone so I guess I can't experiment on them any more. Of course, there's no REASON to now but, still, after 40 years of experimenting...oh well! NOW I can stand on my tiptoes! Which I haven't been able to do for decades! Which is pretty cool! Being able to reach top shelfs and whatnot, without the step stool!! Walking on concrete, BAREFOOT! Also pretty cool...oh well, I'll sacrifice the experimentation. It's worth it...and I can continue experimenting with the individual herbs - maybe figure out which one or which combination did the deed...I'm thinking it might be the comfrey rebuilding the tissue as the marshmallow root draws out the microbial "poison", as it does with gangrene.

Anyway, VERY exciting!

Nearly out of the complete tissue and bone ointment and just added my second large jar to my shopping cart.

Two things, aside from putting it on everything and the missing plantar warts: 1) I hopped out of bed this morning with zero creaks and no need to limber up (F/65) and 2) it appears to be "raising" every mole and dry patch I've put it on. As if it is drawing the whatever it is underneath thing to the surface. I fully expect them to start falling off with the second jar, even though that's not what it's intended for.

Also, I've been putting it on my feet and toes and it appears to be fixing - or, at least, changing - the hammer toes that developed and have been developing over the years due to my feet just trying to keep the weight off the plantar warts.

Something else, "brown spots" are also sort of coming to the surface where I've simply scraped a couple off, like a dry patch of skin, with a fingernail.

I've been using it over the liver AND on across the pancreas area, as well. Which is when I started hopping out of bed in the morning.

Apparently, and I didn't note where I read/heard it, but it was suspected by someone and referred to by Dr. Christopher that most people have pancreatic issues. It was probably in one of the articles or seminars where he's talking about clearing out the digestive tract or talking about the lower bowel formula. But could have been in one of the liver or kidney articles. It was just a passing comment he made that didn't really sink in until I put the ointment over the liver area and figured, why not just continue it across and cover the pancreas? So I did and have been.

I know the complete tissue and bone wasn't formulated for such things but I figured the liver and pancreas are made of tissue, right? So why not give them a little extra bit of the love! ROFL!

I don't pay much attention to my appearance except to assure I won't frighten anyone if I go out but I think I might look younger (yes, of COURSE I've been putting it on my face, due to a brown spot and a "something" bump and not wanting just greasy spots on my face, lol). At any rte, I don't look 65. Did I before? I don't actually know because, as I said, I don't pay much attention to such things. I'll ask the kid, next time I see her. I DO recall being shocked by the age on my face after I had the you-know-what bug but that was 3 years ago and after I'd slept for 3 days.

I just realized another apparent effect of this ointment which is what seems like an exaggerated range of motion (ROM) in my shoulders and back.

I'm sure it's not actually exaggerated but I tend to check it as a "sign of aging", pretty regularly, and always wonder about it when I do, thinking I'll give it some thought and see if I can get some improvement but, of course, I promptly forget about it but, apparently, I accidentally already got the improvement so, SURPRISE! Not sure what that's about or where I put the ointment to bring it about since I basically have it all over but I haven't put much on my shoulders and none on my back...interesting...

I also have a rib that seems to be moving. Which is a bit uncomfortable. And weird.

I vaguely recall thinking I may have twisted or cracked that particular rib but that was months ago and I forgot all about it. It actually just felt like it was "out of place" but I have a high pain threshold so I'm not a very good judge of how "injured" I might be when I get myself banged up...unless I can't walk, like when I broke my foot, but it IS the same rib on the left side, right straight across from the liver and up a bit where I've been extending the application of the ointment on across to cover the pancreas area. At any rate, I don't think it's where it was an hour ago.

I wonder if it somehow facilitates/assists the fascia - as in it's ability to put things back where they belong, when it comes to broken bones...just one more interesting thing I guess. But it is a little sore so, you know what THAT means! More OINTMENT!

I may run out before I get my second jar!

Hi Cindy, I love Dr Christopher's formulas. Thanks for posting your experiences with the bone and tissue ointment “experiment.” I'm looking forward to what happens with the next large jar you go through :) keep us posted please!

Just finished off the first jar of this amazing stuff. The plantar warts are definitely gone, the range of motion in my shoulders keeps surprising me and my toes are almost normal.

Just realized that the dry spots on my elbows are gone.

I haven't been using it as much but I noticed, just today, that the range of motion in my hips and knees has also improved so I'm going to add those areas, specifically, with my new jar.

ALSO, I'm going to add the vertebrae right at my "old lady hump" and see what happens there. I know my neck is "loose", which I hadn't realized it was stiff, so we'll see what happens with that area.

I think I'm going to get the liver and gall bladder formula, too, as the brown/liver spots seem to be intermittently multiplying. Some days they're light colored and some days they're darker - sometimes there's a lot and sometimes just the regular amount so, there's definitely activity there.

Also, my "awesome scar" is nearly gone! And IT had a FOLD in it! The fold is gone and the depth of the "valley" has filled in tremendously!

I also noticed that this bone, flesh and cartilage formula is nearly identical to the "anti-plague" formula, herb-wise, which is some seriously interesting food for thought. At any rate, some pretty serious damages are being reversed! Plus, I haven't had the plagues, so I guess that's working, ROFL!!

One more thing - if a pet (or kid) gets a whiff of the ointment (although it doesn't seem to have much of an odor to me, even with my sensitive nose), if they need it, they may go out of their way to get at it. As in swiping the jar or licking it off of you. Which is fine as Christopher's formulas are all non-toxic, non-poisonous and non-habit forming. Fortunately, if a pet gets a hold of it, they won't eat any more than they need but that can mean a whole jar. Or two, if they can get at it.

Hi again Maryanne! Some serious rearranging going on in my left foot. Which is strange, because I would have called it my "good" foot. It IS the foot on which I jammed a toe back into the works but plain old castor oil pulled it back out and put everything back where it belonged in THAT case.

I've been thinking and wondering if the first stop on this train ride is the fascia. When it comes to bones. As in, feeding and freeing the fascia so that it can go where it's supposed to be and do its job of putting everything back where it belongs. I didn't even know until recently that it's the fascia that supports the weight of the body, not the skeleton. It dries out and adhesions develop and pretty soon, things get weird because it can't do what it was designed to do.

I wonder if the body restores the fascia FIRST, before it gets down and serious about rebuilding bones and things. Which is what I think is going on in my left foot...very interesting. I vaguely recall an injury to that foot but don't recall exactly what it was as my right foot got the worst of it at the time and, therefore, it got all of the attention due to a serious cut. Which, by the way, was perfectly closed with plain old hot water...I'd forgotten all about that..one minute you could see inside and the next it was closed...a chef's trick...

I'm down to one little, muffled pop in my "bad" shoulder. No more crackling. That was a joint injury and torn rotator cuff.

I also have a small sore/active spot (when I press on it) adjacent to the "old lady hump" area on the same side.

I've never HAD so much fun for a measly $15!! It's like a roll-call of old forgotten injuries!

A couple of spots are taking less of it in, leaving some sticky spots on the surface, but the others are still soaking it up so...

I got mine on amazon but several outfits have it. I've got everything I need, now, so I'm just going to make it myself.

I've spent today just marveling at how good my feet feel. That's what puts the good in the bad and the ugly! Makes it all worthwhile!

I failed to mention what's going on with the scar, formerly known as "awesome".I had worked on it before, with plain castor oil and all it did was soften it a little bit but this ointment is totally is having a very different effect.

When I started, it felt like a rope under the outer layer of the skin. THEN, just a few days later, it was like a wire. NOW it's like little beads, which makes sense because if it's dissolving the scar tissue, it would still need to span the gap so I think it's doing just that in little tiny sections, creating the "bead" effect and the spaces between the beads are getting wider as the beads get smaller. It's really fascinating! Can't wait to hear about what sort of geometry is created with the resolution of the kid's big motorcycle tailpipe burn scar. Should be equally fascinating!

New information - don't stop using the ointment just because you think it's done or because it's so much better you assume it must have done as much as it can or be as done as it can be or even because "profoundly better" is "good enough" -

I have whole new things going on in my shoulder. A totally different snapping, crackling and popping in a deeper area - something going on with a small tender spot on the bone itself, just beneath the skin in the front (which was almost certainly cracked, if not broken, at the time of injury) and something entirely new happening deep inside the actual joint. Plus, it's still at a not-quite-full range of motion.

I'm just saying. Sometimes "profound improvement" can be mistaken for "done", "finished" or "fully healed".

The extent of the injuries are unknown as it was never tended to, medically. All I was able to do was arrange it as close to normal as possible and immobilize it by binding my upper arm to my body whenever I could, for as long as I could. I was still actually using it. It hurt like blazes (and that from one with a particularly high pain threshold) and I was mad as hell for a month but there was no choice.

New strangeness after taking a short break from the ointment. I had been taking little one day breaks...

I took a break due to something going on with my eyes - or, I should say, my left eye - and spent some time using, mostly, eyebright, the nerve formula and elderberry (for a little extra potassium).

What I should have done was simply added the eyebright and nerve formula because activity with just those things was very slow. SOOO...

I started the ointment again, yesterday, and holy moly! Not only is the vision in my left eye back to normal upon waking, but activity in my left hip has resumed and I woke up with what seems like a whole different hip! And I don't think it's done as there seems to be new activity deep in the joint and new activity in that thigh, right between points above the knee and below the hip which seems like muscular activity.

There is SO much going on, as I look back and reassess what's taken place so far, that my thought processes are going about a thousand miles per hour. Far faster than I can type without spitting out chapters rather than pages...

Things seem to be happening in stages and, at this stage, seem pretty much confined to the left side of the body.

I've also been obeying sleep signals I'd previously been pushing through, sleeping on my right side. Not only for the purpose of taking pressure off my hip, so it can more easily do whatever it is it's doing, but also to simply get my mind out of the way of the work. Of which the body seems to be taking full advantage.

I've also been looking at fetal development and the components of amniotic fluid and human breast milk at the various stages of development for information regarding in what order a fetus is built and the components with which it's provided at each stage of development, both before and after birth - since it would appear I'm being REbuilt from the ground up - which has been very telling...indeed...

Blast! Never thought to check the range of motion in hips and knees. I just assumed they were shot and it didn't matter due to my mangled feet.

But I DID look for ways to stop a shooting pain in my ankle when walking down stairs. So much is happening that I didn't even notice that I don't have that anymore! Yeah!

Cindy, are you saying you applied the ointment to your eye? I'm a little confused. Did you take eyebright internally? Thanks.

Hi Hollyhock! I did NOT apply to my eyeball. I had been periodically applying it to my face when it zeroed in on my eyes. Both the boney structure of the eye socket and jaw and the internals of my eyes. Or, mostly, my left eye.

Other notes:

I have also successfully slowed the process, considerably., in order to spend a month taking care of some business as a full-on, full-speed, full-body application makes for some pretty actively intense and "noticeable" changes in body function. Things like tremendous weakness in the legs and the work and some pretty wild changes in the eyes.

I won't go into the slowing process except to say this: I've been practicing inter-species communication which includes (obviously) my own perspective which brings with it, a...shall we say, strange brew of life that is a combination of both philosophical and physical discoveries. Not to mention some unclassifiable aspects of existence that I never would have even imagined, otherwise.

This new and constantly changing perspective has, in the nearly fully-physical aspect of this particular "leg" of my journey has turned both aspects of my perspective completely upside down. Primarily because slowing down the process was both rocky and tricky and didn't seem to be working very well, initially. And this is where the extra-mind-blowing weirdness is.

All of that changed when I injected inter-species communication to the process. First, using direct communication in a plea for assistance with "The Fam", which stands for "the folks around me" as well as "The Fae" - I.e. "The folks around everyone", so, basically, the whole of those...shall we say...on the other side of "the bridge" that are focused on the human experience. Which is actually a quite small group, requiring a new and much more densely populated "set" I've just decided to call "The Fab", meaning "The Folks Across the Bridge" or, "The Fab" - that is focused on the physical and philosophical aspects of human existence. Which would be all points of consciousness with interests in all aspects of what I'm doing. From those with interests focused on both the physicality and philosophy to those with interests in aspects of being human I've never even imagined before - I.e. the whole of the "unknown" and ALL of their interests in the human experience. Including one particular idea of my own which is that the body, in and of itself, is its own entity and totally worthy of the same regards as anyone else. Hence, that would be the inter-species communication aspect of how I've slowed things down - communication with respect to the body as its own "person". That's what worked and arranged a half-repaired physical body into a body I could use in a more normal manner.

Currently, I'm wondering about how I, mySELF, want to proceed - with regard to the tiny part I, mySELF, am playing - in this fantastical adventure. So, that's where I am at the moment. Well, there's that AND all of the "human" business to which I must attend over the next few weeks. Which should be extra interesting with my newly upsidedownerized perspective on things!

Got all of my off-topic stuff squared away and resumed with the ointment. It's been about a week and my right hip went right back to the point I stopped - uncomfortable and wobbly, like jello.

The hip made sleep difficult so have been napping for a few months, rather than sleeping BUT, I think the repairs/restoration/replacement of my right hip is complete! Been sleeping for longer periods the past couple of days and there is zero wobbliness in there since yesterday morning - feels like a brand new hip!

Seems to be beginning work on left hip, at this point so...here we go again but it's all very interesting.

Passed a kidney stone yesterday, which was a weird surprise. Never had a kidney stone - or any kidney issues - before. I had to look up a diagram of the location of the kidneys as I didn't know what was going on. Had about an hour's worth of intermittent, sharp discomfort then, "plink" - very interesting. I wasn't aware the kidneys rode so high - I always thought they were lower in the body for some reason, LOL!

Work in the eye area has resumed, as well. Particularly the left eye. I have a vague memory of injury to that area from years ago but can't put my finger on it...

Played with some tinctures while I was off the ointment. Particularly comfrey because my appetite didn't return right away...failed to mention my appetite was somewhere down around didn't-have-one while I was using the ointment.

It would seem the activity has moved again - back to the left eye socket and jaw where some work seemed to be done earlier and deeper into the right hip.

I didn't notice activity in my left knee but it seems to have been..."loosened up". My left was my "good" knee so it will be interesting to see what it does with my right one - which has always been my "bad" knee. Although it feels pretty loose, at the moment, with very little "crackling" and "popping" when I bend it.

Face has also been a bit swollen on the left side for 3 or 4 days...thought it was my imagination but definitely swollen today as things are going on in there...interesting. Eyesight still improving.

Many short spurts of napping. In the past 48 hours, I've probably slept about 20 of them, ranging from 15-20 minutes to 6.5 hours. Seems to be related to hydrating and which side I'm sleeping on. Nodding off so, going to bed. 9pm

Okay, midnight, had a little mid-post nap of 3 hours. A little wobbly in the right leg and hip upon waking, eyes gooey, nose running, throat's a little sore, right arm and hand are a little bit asleep though I slept on my left side to not put pressure on my right hip. Sore throat and runny nose over about quarter past.

Half dropper cayenne, half dropper comfrey. Water.

12:40 Upper right arm and wrist coming on a bit sore - seemingly nerve related, intermittent chills, little headache from above right brow ridge.

1am Neck a little stiff on the right side and upper arm and wrist quite uncomfortable, slight earache in right ear...briefly and gone, headache gone but a little sore below right brow ridge - right eye uncomfortable and vision a bit wobbly. Stiff neck gone but upper arm still uncomfortable.

1:15 Band of chills around shoulders and chest and down the back to the waist (?). "Pop" from motionless right shoulder (?) and slight discomfort in left elbow (?).

Too many sensations to name, fading to just chills. 1:40 - profound sleepiness, chills fading as well. Going back to bed.

Something very interesting I have failed to mention is that when work is obviously happening in my hips, I'm quite wobbly, standing and walking. BUT, my response times - as in having to reposition my feet to keep from falling over becaue I'm wobbly - is incredibly fast. As if nothing in my legs is working properly except their response time. It always catches me off guard because it doesn't seem to be a muscle response. Possibly the fascia? Or perhaps muscle functioning so optimally that it doesn't seem to be stemming from there? I don't know.

The fascia has yet to receive enough attention for there to be enough data to support any of the conclusions that are being drawn about it...

It is reported that there are about 6 times as many nerve endings in fascia as there are in muscle, so maybe that's it.

I haven't the foggiest idea how it's possible as, throughout this whole process, my leg muscles have been going back and forth between weak and so strong that I don't even realize it until "after the fact", things like simply standing or sitting without using the arms of the chair for support or to steady myself aren't special but walking up and down stairs is. The only constant has been that "super" response time.

The fascia, being connective tissues made up of various proteins, is the only thing I can think of. Given the proper amino acids and protein, it seems to be quite adept at disassembling the proteins it's fed and assembling whatever type of collagen and other compounds are required for whatever it's creating, regenerating or repairing...

Apparently (or, rather, obviously, at this point) the work that was completed in my right hip wasn't the entire joint but, rather, just the socket as there was about 2 nap's worth of work done on the front of my right femur (between the knee and hip), then some work "around" the tibia (I assume dealing with some fascia adhesion) and now it's working on the femur HEAD. Which is a whole new - and wobblier - ballgame.

I'm back to napping and have been quite wobbly a couple of times, between naps, during work on the femur head. I suspect that's because, rather than going back to bed after I empty my bladder, drink water, feed it more herbs or otherwise deal with whatever wakes me up, I've been staying up when I should probably be going back to bed and finishing off my sleep, I'll be testing that when the serious work begins on the left side. As in, I'll be going back to bed/sleep after dealing with the immediate issue at hand, instead of staying up - to give it time to button things up for proper "waking hours" activity. Which is what it taught me to do when dealing with other things, like "the bug" and symptoms of an approaching cold or other feverish issue.

It's always been as simple as that. Regardless of which mode of natural treatment I've used. If I'm awakened and wobbly on my feet, I go back to bed and awaken all fresh and ready to go, instead of staying up in those wobbly states. When I do that, she finishes up whatever she's doing, buttons things up and THEN wakes me again when she's ready for me to start my day. BUT, she is quite capable of making whatever adjustments need to be made when I don't go back to bed or otherwise interfere with her process. It just takes longer if I don't go back to bed and let her do her things, without any interference from my monkey mind.

Strangely - and for the first time in about 50 years - I suddenly caught myself thinking (and feeling like) I could actually sprint - as per Sean O'mara's explorations and discoveries about the practice.

I loved all-out sprints when I was a kid and never dreamed I'd ever be able to sprint again but here I am - 65 years old and wondering when would be a good time to actually start sprinting again.

I haven't - yet - not knowing at what stage my tissue and bone repair is - but I'm pretty sure I could have a sprint right now...after consciously and deliberately napping a LOT over the past 24 hours to see what would happen...it's the strangest feeling...zero wobbles and I don't even think the head of my right femur is complete yet. Or maybe it is, I don't know...

Yesterday I was so wobbly, at one point, I thought my neighbors must think I'm drunk or something after a short walk to the street and back and today I feel like I can sprint?!? What kind of wackiness IS this?!? I've barely done much more than sit on my ass, drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes since the serious work on my hip started, a couple months ago - and I feel like I can sprint?!? This is wild!

Oh! I've also been castor oiling over the liver whenever I think about it...not everyday or regularly, just when it occurs to me.

Strangely, it seems to be changing gears and is now having a diuretic effect.

I suspect part of the wobbliness is/was due to an inner ear/kidney..."thing". As if the "gravel root" aspect of the ointment has kicked into a higher gear...

2 differences in diet have been chicken and dark chocolate. Lots of leftover chicken over the past couple of days and a craving for cocoa - the constituents of which are similar to the constituents of bone. But that's just been the past couple of days.

The chicken was leftovers that needed to be used and the dark chocolate is just the form of chocolate I use that doesn't cause the ill effects of milk chocolate and for which just one small piece quenches the craving for cocoa.

Not sure what the inner ear thing is, although I do recall a reference of old, attributed to one individual, who postulated that he suspected all blockages were actually just various states of hardened mucous - including tumors, edema and all blockages referred to as "stones", which he suspected to be crystalized forms of mucous. No idea where I came across that...

I HAVE had a feeling of sinus stuffiness (without any signs of mucous) which seems to drip a bit as "water" from the nose a few times during this adventure. Not like sniffles but like plain water that doesn't "sniff" but, rather, simply runs out. Which is sort of weird...and very interesting.

It would also seem that I had a couple of spots of edema I wasn't aware of until now, as they have been very nearly eliminated over the past couple of days and are now, a little bit sore - down around the ankles. Plus, my feet, which tend to be dry, are sweating more normally.

There seems to be no end to the effects of this ointment.

Dix Hallpike Test and Epley Maneuver

I think the inner ear thing is clearing up as I seem to only be listing to starboard, at this point, and only intermittently.

Adding a little bit of Pau d'Arco to see if I can get that cleared up as the one-sided thing is getting annoying - ROFL!!

Also, since I passed an unexpected kidney stone and work is still happening with regard to my eyes, it occurred to me that the wobbliness could be due to BPPV - which is sort of like an age-related inner ear stone which may have been dislodged like the kidney stone due to that idea of all blockages being hardened - and/or possibly even crystallized - mucous which the ointment seems to be slowly dissolving/liquifying as it seems to be continueing to unblock things all over the cotton-picking place...

But, I'm going to wait until I go to bed to test for it and try the maneuver.

Some extremely interesting and brand new things are happening for and to which I can neither find nor recall coming across ANY references - obscure or not - but which seem to be breaking the dams of a variety of whole streams of new ideas regarding some pretty significant aspects of physiology itself.

That said, I'm going to have to organize some thoughts just to be able to describe things - as semi-accurately as possible - as I continue this exploration.

If anything super/EXTRA wild happens, I'll let you know...

Fun fact! Finishing up my left hip and, after some significant stumbling around for months, I am currently, just this morning, more mobile than I've been for years! Stumbling around yesterday and super mobile today! But that was obviously approaching and, so, is NOT the fun part! The FUN thing about it is that next week will be exactly 9 months since I started this little adventure!

Incomplete, overall, but still - 9 months! How cool is THAT?!?! I'm going to have a "second birthday" - like having "second breakfast", ROFL!

NEEEEXT!

More interesting stuff happening...

I am, now, able to stand from sitting without using my hands on the arm of the chair AND walking forward is a breeze BUT...

Apparently, there's still some important work going on. I can't actually feel any symptoms from it but, while I able to walk forward, very well, pivoting and changing direction is still an issue. Very unsteady.

Also, my feet are sort of "curled" up and feel "clubbed" which creates some unsteadiness BUT it would appear this is how the body is KEEPING me steady while working on whatever the pivoting issue is about as my feet are acting like the peg ends of canes where I can put them down in any direction, without any regard for the shape and structure of feet, to catch myself when I try to pivot - which is actually quite handy and has probably kept me from simply falling over several times.

It would appear all of this lower-body work was mapped out in advance and the very reason the body chose to eliminate the plantar warts on the bottom of my feet, FIRST, as if the body knew that immobilization would cause conflicts, unless I was actually in bed, asleep. Bottom line, I'm not one to sit still. Even during those times when "ordinary medicine" would have said I couldn't walk, as my body's response to such things has always been, "Wanna bet? Here, hold my beer". ROFL!!

I will also say that, for about a week, I've had discomfort in a very specific area of the left side of my head. Not a headache, exactly, but something someone with a lower pain threshold might consider "pain". Initially, I chased it around the area with some DMSO but then decided it would probably be better to just let it do its thing, given the repair history, overall.

The area of my head is a spot that I believe came from a specific pair of Chinese-made reading glasses leaching the metal of which they were made into my scalp and, perhaps, right through the bone of my skull. They were my favorite reading glasses (dammit), at the time, and I wasn't yet retired so I mainly wore them atop my head, nearly all day long, for a couple of years before I finally developped a sore on the bridge of my nose from them and stopped wearing them due to that and the development of a rash where the left earpiece rubbed on my scalp. A rash I've had for about 20 years.

That said, at this point, I would say that the pivoting issue may very well be connected to that as there appears to be no other sensations connected to it - other than in my feet.

I have a small jar of bone char (activated charcoal made of bone, rather than of hard wood) so I think I'll cut off my hair and slap some patches of it on there for a bit - see if I can draw something out of that area. Bone char is, apparently, better at drawing out heavy metals than hard wood charcoal so, I guess I'll find out...but, first, I'm going to allow the body to keep doing whatever it seems to be doing to remedy that situation - assuming that's what it's doing.

Update:

Slowed things down a bit due to having things to do and for which I needed to be steadier on my feet but it's back on, now.

Left hip seems buttoned up but not as solid as the right hip but the right doesn't seem to be completely solidified either. Lower legs got some serious work (hence, backing off to take care of business). They were like jelly for what seemed like an extended period of time but was probably not even 2 weeks.

Right foot (the one I folded in half and broke all the way across) is getting some love. I can't actually feel any issue or discomfort walking or pivoting on it but it's unfolding/curling (from the "club" foot configuration, whatever that was) and, across the top, right over the break line, is swollen and actually quite sore to touch so it must be pretty busy in there.

The spider bites are still there but slowly improving. Haven't been tending them as before but bumping and rubbing up against them isn't as uncomfortable. They all have "centers" but a couple of the small ones got the center scab rubbed off and didn't have holes underneath so, that's good. DID still bump into the pain sensors, though. OUCH! It may not be as painful as I think it is as I'm not accustomed to pain so not a very good judge of it. Or it's WORSE than I think it is...I don't know. It's possible the pain across the top of the break in the foot could be some infection from the spider bites. no streaks connecting them but the bites are on the same leg, about halfway between ankle and knee along a vertical line of about 8 inches pointing right at the swelling on top of my foot.

Did a couple of 2 minute rounds of rebounding yesterday but think I probably should have waited another few days on that...definitely took some strength out of my left hip and put a bit of a wobble back in my walk.

Duct Tape

In 2000, I developed a plantar wart on the heel of my foot. I attempted to use Compound W pads and Compound W freezing treatments to get rid of it and neither worked. I also attempted soaking my foot in apple cider vinegar, using banana peel, and garlic oil. I attempted many remedies over the years and nothing worked. In fact the wart spread until I probably had around 30 warts on my heel by 2015. I was reluctant to have them frozen or burned off at the doctor's office because I had heard so many instances of re-occurrence after the treatments.

I had attempted the duct tape treatment before but never stuck with it long-term. In 2015, I started taping my heel with duct tape. I would leave it on for 3-4 days until it started falling off and then I would scrub my heal with soap and water and reapply.

Once a week, I would soak my foot in hot water with apple cider vinegar for 20-30 minutes. After soaking I would sand my heal to take the dead skin off. I would then dry my heal and reapply the duct tape. After 6 months of doing this consistently, all the warts on my heel were gone. It has been six years since then and they have not returned. If I had a wart occur again I would use the duct tape method to suffocate and remove it.

Duct Tape

I can't believe it, but duct tape actually worked in getting rid of a plantars wart I've had on the ball of my foot since I was a teenager, which was decades ago! It's slow-going, but it works. Prior to this, I had tried every product and procedure imaginable. Nothing worked. At best, I would have temporary relief but the wart would *always* grow back within weeks.

Just put a good-sized piece of tape over the wart and push down the sides of the tape to make sure it sticks well. When you bathe/shower, dry it off well and put a new piece of tape on. After a couple of days, you'll notice that the wart gets puffy with dead skin. Carefully use a razor blade (I put tape on one of the edges of the blade to make it easier to handle and safer to use) to slice off some of the dead skin - not too much. Just hold the blade parallel to the raised skin and shave a little bit off, then put a fresh piece of tape on. Repeat that process every few days - shaving just a tad of the dead skin off and never let the wart be without duct tape on it.

It took a few months of patience and diligence, but that sucker is GONE now! ;-) It's been five months and (knocks wood) - no sign of it. It feels sooo good to *finally* be rid of the pain that came with every step I took for all those years. As someone who takes nothing for granted, I am so grateful for the relief. I appreciate it every single day.

If your patient and diligent, the duct tape method *will* work.

Eliminate Sugar

Years ago I had plantar warts all over my feet. They were gross and I remember once going tubing down the Saco in Maine and being so embarrassed because everyone could see them. And to top it off they're so painful. I had a surprise cure for mine. I gave up refined sugar completely for another reason altogether and a by-product of that is every single one of the warts disappeared in a matter of a month and never came back.

Whoa! That suggests it's actually a parasite of some kind - very interesting!

Er, not necessarily. It could simply suggest that the person's immune system had a boost from removing the inflammation-causing sugars. Plantar warts are a known virus--HPV. Medical scientists have known this for a long time. If it is a parasite that caused the wart, then it's not a wart. All warts are due to viruses, according to the literature.

Grapefruit Seed Extract

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) applied directly to a wart, topped with GSE on the cotton of a bandaid, and secured by athletic tape was the painless and easy remedy for a thumb on one son's thumb and plantar warts on my other son's feet. Duct tape was too much of a pain and was too obvious.

My 7 yo son developed a pea-sized wart on palm side of his thumb. I just put a few drops of GSE on it and made sure to keep it covered 24/7 with a bandaid and that's all it took. After the core turned black and was removed with tweezers, we continued to put GSE in the hole where the wart was until it filled in, so maybe a week or so? No pain and no scar and it's been over a year with no return.

Plantar warts have been a much harder process. Almost two months ago, my other son told me his feet hurt. I took a look and there were clusters of small to large plantar warts on both feet. I think he got them from the locker room floor at school since I've learned that several of his friends also have them. I'm not sure if it is because there were so many or if it's because plantar warts are so difficult to treat, but it's been about 6 weeks since I first started putting GSE on them and he's finally down to 2 as of tonight. To be honest, there were so many and it took quite awhile to clean, treat, and bandage his feet that I wasn't very consistent during the first 3-4 weeks or so and I'm sure that had a lot to do with the slow progress during that time. About two weeks ago I realized summer was pretty much here and he couldn't go barefoot anywhere, so I got serious and filed off as much of the top layer of each wart as I could without hurting him. (I immediately threw the callous file away since it was contagious.) Then I slathered the entire area with GSE and let it sit for a few minutes and put several drops GSE on the cotton part of several bandaids and covered the entire. Then I secured the whole area with athletic tape on top of the bandaids to make sure it stayed put until the next night. This had an immediate effect and the largest one was almost gone within the week. That foot completely cleared a few days ago and the holes are almost filled back in with healthy skin already. Now I'm just down to two small ones under his other toe. I'll keep at it every day and both feet should be completely clear within a few more days. I think more than anything, filing the top layer off and consistent treatment with plenty of GSE and covering the entire area is what made the difference. So thankful this is a painless remedy since I had a friend get hers burned off and she was in so much pain that she had trouble walking for over a week - and they are already starting to return and it's been less than a year!

Pros: no pain, no scars, natural, warts don't seem to come back if treated uncovered for a bit after wart removed and healthy skin is present

Cons: can take awhile, daily treatment is time consuming on a large area like feet, have to keep bandaged during treatment

PS. Don't forget to wear clean socks at ALL times and sanitize the shower floor after EACH use to prevent spreading the virus to healthy skin and/or other people.

For plantar warts, the answer is hot water. Put your feet in hot water everyday for 20 minutes. they will disappear. I read that and I did it. It worked.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Update on 3% hydrogen peroxide on plantar warts:

Since reading Joe's post about hydrogen peroxide and peroxideman.com, I've been playing with HP and, over the last 4 days, have applied a cotton pad soaked with HP on plantar warts on my left foot for just a minute or two, each day.

The pain of walking on them was gone the very first day and it had shrunk significantly by the 3rd day. Today it's flat and nearly gone but there's been another effect that I wasn't expecting which is that my leg feels like it's "breathing". As if it had been in a cast, if your readers know what I mean by that. It's as if I'd been wearing tight knee socks and took them off! It's really pretty amazing.

I started on my right foot today by soaking some of the cotton pads in my borax solution and applying that to the warts because it softens the callouses to such an extent that one can simply peel them right off. I did this to make the HP's trip through the wart a little easier.

I also took two aspirins and wetted some aspirin powder and applied that to the warts and left it sit for a bit before I applied the HP. I did this because I suspect that warts - being viral - just batten down the hatches when they're attacked by remedies which would explain why they keep coming back and aspirin, apparently, is reported to dissolve the "shell" of viruses so I'm hoping the HP along with the vitamin C I take will finish them off, once and for all! So, we'll see what happens...

Just so you know, these are applications of HP that I never would have thought of had I not read Joe's post and the article on the website so, again, THANK YOU, JOE AND EC!! I never would have believed it if the effects hadn't been so profound!

I had a plantar wart on my clavicle. Never had one before. Waited three weeks for it to heal on its own. Then I placed on it cotton soaked with hydrogen peroxide twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Kept it there with masking tape. It healed in about 10 days.

Lugol's Iodine for Stubborn Warts

I had a really nasty plantar wart on the ball of my foot for 5+ years. I tried many many things to get rid of it and nothing worked (prescription and natural remedies), and was contemplating having it cut out because it was very painful. Then I read somewhere on the net that Lugol's iodine worked. I scrubbed the wart down in the shower with a pumice stone till it bled a bit, then put a big drop of iodine on the wart and let it fully soak in, then covered it with duct tape. I did this repetitively every 3ish days and after about 3 weeks, the wart turned black and then fell out a few days later. It was really like a miracle after years of annoyance.. If it worked for me, I'm sure it will work for you! Probably a bit more powerful than ACV and banana skin methods I reckon. Best of luck to you:)

Lugol's Iodine

My son developed large warts on the bottom of his feet, underneath his toes. Our doctor tried burning them off a couple of times with liquid nitrogen, but they came back with a vengeance! They eventually grew to the size of small golf balls and we were all very concerned about his feet. Before his leaving to go back to college after Christmas, I gave him a bottle of Lugol's Iodine and a roll of duct tape. He applied the iodine to the warts after his shower in the morning and then covered them with duct tape. He removed the tape at night and before going to bed, repeated the same routine. It took about 6 weeks, but the warts completely disappeared and have not returned, 3 years later.

Thank you Earth Clinic, you're the best!

VERRUCAE. (Verrucae is the plural medical term for warts)

From the Book: Journal of the American Podiatry Association, Volume 12, p. 12,1922

From observation I am brought to the conclusion that warts are caused by a filtrable virus of ultra microscopic size which has so far eluded identification, by infecting the skin through minute abrasions.

Warts are hypertrophic prolongations of papillae arising from a circumscribed area of the papillary layer of the derma and are surrounded by a collar of hornified epithelium. There are many species of warts.

Verruca Acumminata -These warts are moist and very resistent in treatment. Unlike the common wart, which attains a certain point and then stops growing, the moist wart keeps on increasing in size rapidly, paricularly when it is irritated.

Antiseptics should be used. First thoroughly wash with tincture of green soap and a small quantity of 95% alcohol or ether over it. It should then be rendered aseptic by a liberal use of tincture of iodine or a 1% solution of picric acid. Fulguration can then be used. After the removal of the wart, the immediate parts should be kept dry thereafter by dressing three times a day with powdered boric acid and a 95% solution of alcohol.

Verruca Digitata is composed of hypertrophied papillae, are longer than the common wart, and are separated from each other, extending from 2 to 8 millimeters, and are only found on the face and surface of the hands.

Verrucae Planataris are the same as common warts, except they occur only on the plantar surfaces of the feet and toes, and in the inter-digital spaces. The outward appearances of plantar warts is quite different from warts on the hands or face on account of the ever-present moisture, and the constant pressure of the shoes in walking. They are surrounded and covered over by a thickened horny epidermis or callous.A wart hidden in a callous, and therefore not recognized until the callous is removed, and the tops of the hypertrophied papillæ are apparent showing its warlike nature. Plantar warts are usually very painful to pressure, and cause much annoyance, especially if they occur on the ball of the foot or the heel or between the toes.

Verrucae Fillimoris are thread-like warts, are similar to the common wart, except they are composed of one or more hypertrophied papillae from 8 to 15 millimeters in length, and are most commonly seen on the nose and eyelids.

Lugol's Iodine

This cure worked - the surface of the warts on each foot had to be scrubbed to allow application to penetrate first. Lugol"s iodine was applied with a cotton ball to each wart every day and then DMSO Aloe Vera was applied on top of each wart. It took about 3 weeks for them to disappear. Every day they looked better and better.

A friend of mine was suffering from a plantar wart on her foot. She asked me if I could suggest a natural remedy to remove it as nothing had worked in the past. I suggested she place some raw potato on it and cover with a plastic strip and to change the poultice twice a day. Fast forward a week - no more plantar wart!! Another friend who is a nurse was totally amazed at the result, stating that plantar warts are very hard to get rid of.

Sulfur and Duct Tape

The duct tape worked for my daughter's plantar wart too. She was only 8 at the time and I was afraid foot doctor methods would be painful. I read on another site to dab it with sulfur powder and cover with duct tape. It took two months because we didn't do it every day but it was pain-free and never came back. And cheaper than the doctor.

Superglue

So I have tried everything listed on this site dealing with planters warts. I was at my wits end cause I've been actively working for two years to get rid of them. One showed up on my thumb after trying to get rid on the ones in the bottom of my foot. I came across a remedy of using nail polish to suffocate the wart. I tried it but the nail polish came off constantly. So I had the bright idea to use superglue cause it doesn't wear off so quickly. Sure enough….its been about two weeks and the one on my thumb is gone and the ones on my foot are going away. Try this first cause it actually works fast.

From my experience with warts, it is not necessary to put superglue or any other medicine (I used garlic slice patches) on all the warts, but it is sufficient to put it on there mother only, which is the first wart that appears. If it disappears, the rest of the warts will disappear without treatment.
