I read your post with interest. A MD doctor told me that years ago. It really helps BUT HE SAID TO FOLLOW CLEANING WITH A MIXTURE OF 50% ALCOHOL AND 50% WHITE VINEGAR.

He said this dries out the ears because moist ears get infected easily.

Just my experience...

You can use standard drug store peroxide for sinus issues by putting it into the ears - about 1/2 capful or so per ear on your side for 5-15min, ideally massaging it in by working the outer perimeter of ear/neck to help it in. There is connection between ear and sinus so as things get clearer you will note there is a bit of peroxide that may drip from your nose. It's excellent and fast for any oncoming or persistent ear infections or sinus issues

To D in Manchester, England --- In my experience, this kind of negative attitude does exist in many pharmacies all over the world. There are many-many pharmacy employees who mistakenly believe they have the right to JUDGE you whether or not you CAN buy merchandise that they have on their shelves. OTOH, you do have the right to be treated with respect. However, OTOH, no, you don't have any other rights on this issue. Why? Because it's their store and their merchandise. Therefore they have right to refuse the transaction for any reason. However, if you don't like their attitude, you can always buy from a different seller with a better attitude.

I have just read the One Minute Cure by Madison Cavanaugh where it says the maintenance dose is 3 drops in 8 oz of water, 3 times a day on an empty stomach. 35% Food grade. Well worth reading the book.

Unfortunately, Health Canada / Natural Resources Canada have made it difficult to purchase any food-grade hydrogen peroxide over 30%.

If you want 35%, you must provide the store with your driver's license number (or equivalent ID) and the reason for purchase (for instance, to grow sprouts).

Perhaps a local health food store can order it in for you – although they might limit the number and the size of bottles.

A couple of years ago, there was no problem getting food-grade 35% from any health food store ... those days seem to be over.

35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is a dangerous substance therefore it often has shipping restrictions imposed on it. Now you can likely find a lesser potency such as 12% and get it no problem. Farmers use it very frequently so you might check farm supply stores.

Get out at the large winged angel monument(Democracy Monument?) and there is a chemical shop there on the road, opposite the palace grounds, called Vittyasom Ltd. They will have lab grade potassium bicarbonate and should also have FG 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. Whenever I have the chance I always get my own personal supplies from there when I visit Bangkok.

There are two types of food grade H2O2 in Canada and most don't know the difference when asked. Sproutmaster sells it without stabilizers. Sproutmaster sells to health food stores like the Big Carrot. The food grade with stabilizers is made from 50% Super D Peroxide and contains stabilizers like phenol, acetanilide, sodium stanate, and tetrasodium phosphate. These grades should always be avoided. Be sure you know who the supplier is that the company/seller purchases from.
