05/24/2011: Liz from Vernon, B.c.: "I am writing regarding my spouse, for about three months now he has been suffering with swollen lymph nodes around his neck. Doctors had him on so much antibiotics which did not work and then we went to a healer who put him on a ton of probiotics which started to help however he is great pain and is scheduled for a biopsy next thursday. The doctors have tested for many things and had us scared maybe it is cancer, but his blood tests come back fine. Can you please reccomend a formula for us to try, I am desperate to help him and should we get iodine to rub on his neck? Any advice is helpful to us. Liz"
Replies05/25/2011: Carly from Seattle, Wa - Usa replies: "HI Liz - I can not recommend a vitamin formula, other than 3,000 of vitamin C a day - but please look up "rebounding" and "lymph".I have been using a rebounder for a few months now. Lymph does not drain on it's own. The lymph glands only have one way valves. BUT - the G force of rebounding drains them. I can't explain it as well as some of the internet articles.... You need to read about it. It is excellent all around low impact aerobic exercise as well.
I started out with a cheap $30.00 rebounder from Wal-Mart... And once I knew I loved it and would actually use it I moved up to a pretty spendy $250.00 unit that has bungees instead of springs. Trust me, the difference is WELL worth the money if you find that rebounding works for you (and your husband).
Oh, and you can also go to youtube. com and put in the same key search words and see videos.
Best of luck!"
05/25/2011: Bob from Visakhapatnam, Ap. India replies: "You can try Health Bouncing on a Rebounder. It clears the Lymphatic congestion. Google for more info."
01/13/2012: Kat from Comox , Bc replies: "Hi I have a swollen large hard lymph node in the armpit Cancer Favored. I am rebounding- how long do you rebound for and what else did you do to help reduce and drain the lymph? I have also read that once a lump swells it never really gets down to the regualr size again. Your thoughts? thanks, sounds like you know a great deal about the lymph node thanks, Kat"
05/20/2011: Wonka from Uk, Europe: "I am in so much pain I can barely move. I was rushed to hospital with suspected hernia and scan confirmed it was actually a swollen lymph gland in my groin. They gave choice of removing it now or waiting to see if infection went away. I opted for latter which was 2 days ago but each day seems more swollen and more painful. They gave me co-codamol for pain but they are not easing it as much as previously and do make me feel a bit nauseas. Struggling to sit up/move now with constant pain. They did not give me any antibiotics as they do not know what caused the infection however it may have come from a small cut on my foot I had recently which was pretty painful for a couple of weeks which may have been infected without me really paying attention to it. I read a bit about apple cider vinegar on this site but is that just referring to glands on neck? I really hope someone can advise of anything I can try. Many thanks."
12/31/2010: Holly from San Dimas, California, United States: "I am only 17 years old, and I have a swollen lymph node. Its been swollen for a few days and only has begun to actually hurt aside from being irritating. How much ACV should I take for it? And what if it doesn't work? I really would just like the swelling to go down, so it doesn't interfere with schooling."
09/01/2010: Dawn from Terry, Mississippi: "My dr told me that I have lymphadenitis, so I would like to know what remedies for Thank you, Dawn"

[YEA] 09/02/2010: Rebel from Somewhere, Usa replies: "Hi Dawn. I don't know if it was my lymph nodes or my tonsils, but my neck was sore and swollen ( around my throat area ) What I did was to cut up raw garlic cloves and ate about 6 tablespoons full a day. Two in the morning, two mid afternoon and two at night before bed. In less than a week all the swelling and soreness were gone. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and works faster than any antibiotic a doctor may prescribe."

04/23/2011: Roni from Charlotte, Nc replies: "Hi I am a 20yr old female. I have a lymph node and use plenty of at home remedies. Here is a few for some that need a little help to REALLY MAKE IT GO DOWN. YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE THE STEPS DAILY AND TAKE CARE OF IT.Drink plenty of water. At least 6 cups a day.
Warm cloth with pressure. (Only put pressure when your using the warm cloth never just on the regular. Bothering it when your just sitting or things like that actullly make it bigger.
I also found that masturbating or reaching a climax also increases size.
Warm to hot bath help.
That is what help me. Good luck everyone."
[QUESTION] 07/08/2010: Josh from Columbus, Ohio : "Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, and I've been having problems with this since I was 14. They started off easy and never popped, but over time, they keep getting worse, bigger and leave scars. I get them in between my upper legs, under my arms(none lately there)and also on the back of my neck and my groin area. The ones on my neck get big- 2 inches or larger and they never pop. They stay for 1-2 months then go down and new ones come. The ones on my groin area is the worst. They get big, tender and the skin gets thin and loose and it gets red/dark reddish color. After a while they pop and leave a hole for a bit and it just keeps repeating itself. I went to the doctors for it before I knew what it was. They gave me an anti bacterial scrub that didn't help at all. Just wanting some tips and advise to help control and fix this problem, Thanks. And am I able to get my whole lymph node removed?"
Replies03/30/2011: Melanie from Clayton, De replies: "Garlic and onions are sulphur. So is DMSO, which I bought at the local harness shop. I have had swollen lymph nodes for 15 years and a stiff-neck. I painted my whole neck with 5% iodine solution for a week with unbelievable results to my brain and spinal cord. But the day I stopped the iodine and painted my neck with DMSO.......... after 15 years, the nodes were 3/4 size the next morning! check out this website http://members.tripod.com/mueller_ranges/links/compendium/iodine.html"
[NAY] 06/26/2011: Passion For Health from Paradise, Australia replies: "Hi Josh from Columbus, you cannot just have a lymph node removed (surgeons will remove just one to check for existance of cancer), it is not the nodes that are causing the cysts that you have. If you have EVEN ONE node removed, a whole new line of problems come into play, the removal of one lymph node can cause a life time of pain and anguish due to incorrect levels of lymph flow, you may end up with lymphodeoma and that will be worse than the pain of the cysts. Try castor oil for the cysts - EVERY day - not just when you remember. Natural remedies dont work because people stop using them because they take longer to prepare and use than a pill that can be popped within seconds."
06/27/2011: Leslie from New Castle, Pa replies: "I had an enlarged lymph node that was wreaking havoc with the left side of my throat and my face. It would enlarge and then cause ear, face and throat pain. An ENT doctor removed the lymph node. This was 20 years ago and I've never had an issue again."
04/22/2010: Integra from Singapore: "Hi, i have been suffering from this pain from the swell on my right neck which i believe is the lymph nodes.
whenever i touch it, i can feel the pain right under my tongue and when i push my finger under my tongue, i can feel an ulcer and it is painful too. i read about tonsillitis but my ucler is not on the tonsil but deep under the tongue. i tried rubbing on the swollen lymph nodes on my neck and i can feel this secretion of liquid from under my tongue which tastes a bit salty, almost clear in colour when i spit it out. Does anyone knows what happen to me?
i tried the baking soda with sea salt but it only helps for awhile. i tried the ACV with honey mixture too with only having the swell subsided for awhile.
i need help if anyone is suffering from the same symptoms as me?"
04/22/2010: Kay from In The Valley, Ca replies: "It sounds to me like you may have a clogged salivary gland. Does it hurt when you eat sour things? If you suck on a lemon and it hurts really bad, it's probably salivary and not lymph. You might want to get a diagnosis from a doctor before you decide your plan of action. My daughter gets these because she has sjogren's syndrome and all she can really do is try to stimulate the gland by eating or sucking on sour things and by massaging it. It hurts! I wish you luck."
09/26/2011: Gab from Solna, Sweden replies: "I used to have this a lot when I was younger. I discovered later that the easiest way to treat it by using your tongue to push the soft tissue (joint) under your tongue till the liquid gets released. It is that thick salty liquid that causes the whole pain. I think ones gets it if one tries to chew something really large and hard, like meat (in a wrong way, I can say :))"
09/26/2011: Petunia from Warrenton, Or, United States replies: "Several years ago our adult daughter had this. Her doctor diagnosed it as a clogged salivary gland (sorry, I don't recall what his remedy was); when she ate she would get a huge swelling under her chin that would gradually subside. Obviously, the saliva created when chewing could not release into her mouth under her tongue. One day she was looking under her tongue at the small opening where saliva comes out and noticed a white bump, she said it was hard and looked like a grain of raw rice. She took some tweezers and was able to pull it out and she said the build up of saliva was so strong a stream shot out all over the bathroom mirror. Never had anymore trouble after this. I presume something in her body created this "stone" similar to gall bladder or kidney stones. Good luck, bless you!!"
09/26/2011: Steve from San Angelo, Texas replies: "Most parodid stones are due to iodine deficiency, take some iodoral (12.5 mg) every 2 days or 1000 mg of kelp or seaweed. Dr Steve"
09/26/2011: Debbie from Melbourne, Australia replies: "I saw a youtube video that says drinking lemon juice (or sucking on a lemon as he said) will unblock the salivary gland. It could even be a pickle (something tart). You may need to do it for a week but it will definitely clear it."
12/04/2009: Jenifer from Booneville, Ms Usa: "I have knots on my scalp and they are very painful. I have at least four of them and I was wondering if they were swollen lymph notes."

It wiil be like this soon."
[QUESTION] 05/28/2009: Desperate Mom from ST. Catherines, Ontario, Canada: "I have a 5yr old that presently has enlarged lypmh nodes in her neck. She had surgery to remove the tonsil and adenoids a year ago because it was obstructing her breathing. The nodes were noted around the time of surgery. Blood test was done last week with the results being normal. I have not got a clue how to start treatment to help the nodes to shrink. My 2yr old is now following the same path as her sister but has started even younger. The ENT surgeon wants her to do surgery now. Please help me."
Replies08/17/2011: Marg from Hamilton, Ontario replies: "Try the castor oil treatment, or Sea Salt, or Lugol's Iodine (just drops will work) or google "iodine patch test" and follow instructions. Have you seen a naturopath? I know here in Ontario we have so called free medicine but that only means that sometimes the "free" good remedies are not available because neither the Doctor nor the Pharmacy make any money. Try everything before you have surgery on the 2 year old. Good luck. Check out Dr. Hui's site in Toronto. He costs $250 per hour but will get you the results you want.Marg"

I don't know what your diet is like but you should focus on strengthening your immune system. Vitamin C (1-2 mgs) and Echinacea/Goldenseal are excellent BUT try blending what raw foodists call "Green Smoothies"......one great immune supporter recipe that has helped me (juiced or blended) is:
Green Lemonade (someone on here recommended it and since I've been drinking it I've noticed a dramatic difference in my overall health! Plus, I also have a stubborn lymph node that wasn't going down but NOW - since drinking the green smoothies - it's decreasing!
1 Romaine Lettuce Head OR 2 stalks of celery
4-5 stalks of Kale (or other dark leafy green)
1-2 Fuji apples (organic recommended)
1 organic lemon (remove seeds but do not have to peel if juicing)
1-2 in of ginger (optional)
Blend or juice and enjoy! God Bless."

04/27/2009: Rosy from Orlando, Fl replies: "I find that dry brushing and then soaking in a really hot bath with epsom salts and baking soda mixed in, helps when my lymphnodes are swollen. It really takes any pain out of them too if you hold an ice pack on them. I am unsure as to what was causing mine to swell, but this has helped keep my comfort levels hight when they are acting up."
05/06/2009: Ket from Manchester, England replies: "I wrote last time about submandibular lymph node. for the last couple of weeks i have been using ACV and sea salt with beaking soda, it didn't help.the lymph node it doesn't reduce, but enlarging instead. still no pain but worrying me a lot. anyone got any tip on how to get rid of it. please help. appreciate"
05/07/2009: Tavora from Brooklyn, NY replies: "I have a submandibular lymph node that has been persistent for almost 8 months. It just under my right jaw. I suffer from inner ear dysfunction and its my right ear that's affected. I would recommend going to see a doctor to determine its not anything serious. Have you done a sonogram/ultrasound of it? Do you know how big it is. I was a science major in college and happened to take a class on immunology. When a lymph node appears to either be "shotty" or "stubborn" this is a sign of inflammation - either localized or in some cases chronic. Mine is chronic - which makes sense because this has to do with the ear problems I have. I did a sonogram some months back and its also a little less than a centimeter. My doc said there is some localized inflammation. Focus on building up/strengthening your immune system. I started taking Transfactor-X colostrum (have run out though) and this helped decrease it in size. Exercise too. This helps immensely to get the lymph and blood circulating. I've read - additionally - that rebounding exercises are excellent for breaking up debris and removing toxins from the lymph. If you're not familiar with rebounding - its simply bouncing exercises done on a mini trampoline.
Try any one of these remedies and see how they help. But don't give up! :0)"
07/09/2012: Amy from Houston, Tx replies: "To : Ket from Manchester, England - have you had any luck?My husband is in a similar situation and has a sub mandibular lymph node swollen for a while. Will greatly appreciate if you can update with your results.. Thanks.. Amy"
09/23/2012: Skye from Pacific Palisades, Ca replies: "I too have swollen lymph node it started almost one year ago. It is located under my left jaw on my neck the submandibular lymph node is pretty swollen my ear lobe is red puffy went to the ER the doctor said it was dermatisis to use hydrocortisone and take an anti-inflammatory like benedryl. Realizing the doctor was sadly mistaken because I have been really sick for almost one year undiagnosed I have an low grade infection of some sort so the doctors have been knocking themselves out trying to figure it out I went to ND chinese medicine person as soon as he saw me he goes I know what you have.. Parasites (I was checked 4 x all negative but you can still a have them) For the inflammation the ND suggested the strong anti inflammatory is turmeric pills, so one turmeric pill every hour not to exceed 8 hours ( I'm super sensitive). So for my swollen lymph node I started with organic castor oil mixed with few drops of lavender oil, camphor and one drop of eucalyptus oil all four are mixed together, I rubbed this on my neck Then using the hydrotherapy method it is basically alternating from hot to cold you use a really cold wash cloth ( I put water and ice in a small bowl) place it on the area wait 45 SECONDS the you change to really warm to hot to warm washcloth of course gage the temperature that your comfortable with leave it on for 4 minutes then back to cold. You simply alternate from hot to cold I do this for 30 minutes twice a day if I have more I time I will do it 3-4 times aday This gets the circulation going and assist the glands in clearing the infection. Some peole might want to see a dentist to see if you have an infected root. Also Ted suggests drinking I think it is 1/2 tsp baking soda with 1/2 sea salt with a little a two drops of peppermint oil to kill the bacteria that is being released so I do this too. Sure hope this helps someone."
09/25/2012: Roec from Los Angeles, Ca replies: "Simply rubbing castor oil on the area before bed makes a difference the next morning.Castor oil pack on the liver works too. Castor oil pack is a large cloth soaked in Castor oil placed over the liver area, with a heating pad placed on top for a few hours or over night if you can manage it. Its messy I hear but some use a plastic wrap over it all.
Another remedy is one whole organic lemon (seeds, peel and all) in a blender with a few table spoons of olive oil. You can put in honey and some ice for taste.
Drink this mixture at least twice a day for 3 days. That worked for me back in 1998 like magic although, I read the mix wrong and used about a cup of olive oil. I also used lemon aid concentrate that was all natural with lemon oil, lemon juice and cane sugar as a sweetener to get the oily mixture down."
Ted's Remedies

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand: "Dear Tracee: Yes certain pus, infectious buildup, is often due to the need for the body to rid itself of toxins rather quickly and it is my experience that the common remedy (perhaps only for me!)will usually stop fairly quickly:
1. It is necessary to alkalize in cases of infections, you need to do alkalizing and getting loose stools all in one step. The formula is 1 teaspoon sea salt + 1 teaspoon of baking soda, to one glass of water. This will cause the body to rid of toxins pretty quickly. To reduce toxins release by bacteria, and other things, you can add a drop of peppermint oil if you want. This procedure, at least for me is done when the swelling and things is getting beyond control, such as in your case.
2. Once the body rids itself of the mess, the swelling should be noticeably reduced, faster than you expected.
3. If you can find camphorated oil, or a possibly lavender oil, you can apply it, you need to dilute it a if you are going to use sensitive area to apply to the lymph node area in question using either vaseline, or sunflower oil. These will not only reduce the irritation, but also kill the organism dwelling in these areas.
You need to take at least 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid to 1/2 glass of water at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in evening on empty stomach. However, a more useful way is to monitor your urinary pH and make sure they are within the range of 6.5 to 7.35 area. If you are still acid, keep taking more baking soda if need be, or you can take a whole freshly squeezed lemon (looks like a lot) and keep adding baking soda until there is no more fizz and you can take this once or twice a day. The lemon formula will not only control your pH, it also controls the body's antioxidant level, commonly called ORP (oxidation reduction potential) which is measured in millivolts. An ideal healthy body will have a negative millivolt potential, but a sick person will not. This is easily measured with urinary pH.
If you happened to be on a salt free diet, start taking some salt. They are often the cause. If this is correct, then just take only a single teaspoon of it, in one single dose. I have found infections to be in some cases from salt restriction diet. Of course you need to monitor your blood pressure and make sure it is not high, but in practice if sea salt is taken alone on empty stomach, they don't seem to raise it. Most of the problems occur on a high sugar high salt. In fact I can use the salt to raise or reduce blood pressure. Salt + baking soda = causes loose stool, and reduce blood pressure. Salt + sugar = causes a stoppage of diarrhea and increase blood pressure. Two simple formula using salt with totally opposite results.
You should be greatly helped by taking zinc (zinc acetate), selenium (selenium yeasts), chromium and molybdenum supplements (lowers copper and thus normalizes zinc copper ratio). In some cases doing some iodine painting of foot will also raise the body's immune system to fight off your lymph problems.
Most important, that I must repeat: monitor your urinary pH every day and make sure it is alkaline. It is important that you avoid sugar, fructose, corn syrup, glucose, aspartame, etc. They cause the body's infection to be so much worse. Avoid all sweet fruits, especially pineapple, bananas, orange, etc. They fuel swollen lymph glands. It is important to take plenty of zinc supplements 25/mg per day for at least a month."
RepliesWildcard from Mineral Point, Wi replies: "Seems to be some confusion here. Baking soda is quite "basic" [pH well over 7]; apple cider vinegar/acetic acid is definitely acidic [pH well under 7.0]. Which is it, or both, or more likely - without more than anecdotal evidence - neither?"
[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 08/21/2010: Jake L from Fort Smith, Arkansas replies: "I did Teds remedy for swollen Lymph Nodes, and had relief by the next day, I did 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt AND Baking soda. Mine was a lower lymph node and was so swollen and hurting so bad I thought I had a hernia, thank god I didn't. And thanks Ted. I can see myself being 100% in a few days."
11/22/2010: Aaron from Minneapolis, Mn Usa replies: "Ted,
I tried 1 tsp of kosher salt and baking soda in one 8 ounce glass of water and it was followed by the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life. Is this what is meant by "loose stool?" Is this a good thing?"
11/23/2010: Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe replies: "Kosher salt is NOT sea salt! (as far as I know)and your amounts are way too much. Start much much less."
11/28/2010: Aaron from Minneapolis, Mn replies: "The amounts are exactly as Ted posted, for Ted's Remedy. And I'm aware Kosher salt isn't Sea Salt, I didn't need you to tell me that Mmsg. I'm assuming now that the symptoms I had after taking the remedy are a good thing. I'm just curious why this would help with Lymph swelling."
01/26/2011: Mary from Austin, Tx replies: "ACV Rocks! Been having a sore throat for last 3 days and as of yesterday, I was unable to swallow without feeling tender around my lymph nodes. That being said, did a search on home remedies for swollen nodes/glands and came across this article. I took a shot.1. First chewed on raw ginger which I could immediately feel the heat/spice doing its job to reduce inflammation
2. Took 2 TBSP of ACV in 4-6 oz of water and drank that... Within 15 minutes, my glands weren't as swollen
This morning, I repeated the process and less than 24 hours later, no more swollen glands... Will problly repeat as needed but ACV Rocks!"
04/16/2011: George from Melbourne, Australia replies: "I have a swollen lymph node next to my clavicle... I had a ultrasound and it's come back as reactive and they think it's related to an infection... I am taking antibiotics but what can I do to reduce the size of my lymph node....."
04/16/2011: Debbie from Melbourne, Australia replies: "George you can go to a health shop and get some vitamin C powder (calcium abscorbate) and take at least 1 teaspoon in say fresh lemon juice or pineapple every hour. You can take as much Vitamin C as it takes until you get a loose bowel movement. If you have an infection you get take a lot before this happens. Google Doctoryourself. com and type in Vitamin C."
06/29/2011: Whitney from Lincoln, Nebraska, Usa replies: "I have tried many remedies to cure my sore throat/swollen lymph nodes. Drinking hot tea. Gargling salt water. Drinking apple cidar vinegar. And I've even done the baking soda salt. But nothing seems to be working. It's been over a week, and I am still in much pain. Is there anything else you can suggest. I'd like to get rid of this as fast as possible. My job requires me to talk to people all day, and it's hard to do my job when it's such a strain to talk, and very painful might I add. Any suggestions will be much appreciated! Thanks!!"
09/21/2011: Sharon from Wesley Chapel, Fl replies: "l suffered from sore throat many years due to chronic sinus and sinus drip. I researched and found that if you take lysine 500 mg at the beginning of it, when your throat is slightly itchy, and take a 500 mg tablet every hour til bedtime, it is gone the next day. (about 8-10 tablets) lf you have had a sore throat for a couple of days, you can relieve it using this hourly dose, and you will probably use a whole bottle gettting rid of it at this late date, but lysine is water soluble. L once woke up with strep throat. Once you have had it you well know the knives in the throat feeling. L immediately started with 1000 mg lysine plus 1000 mg vit c tablet every hour with as much water as you can. l was 80% improved the next day, and continued with this "natural antibiotic" and lots of rest until it was gone in 3 days."
09/23/2011: Kazza from Cambridge, England replies: "Hi there, I have great concern for my little 7 month old boy, as he has had a swollen lymph node for 4 weeks, maybe more. I'm not sure if it's one which measures approx 1cm x 1. 5cms, or if it's two very close together, I think it's a Cervical node towards the back of his neck area.I need to try and check the alkalinity of his urine, but it's difficult when mostly soaked up by a nappy, but in order to make his body more alkaline, I'm not sure what is safe for a 7 month old, as there just isn't a great deal of information available. He does suffer slightly from Eczema on his face and arms in the main, but it's controlled by organic creams and steroid creams whenever it gets worse. The docs believe this is why his gland is swollen, but surely it shouldn't have remained swollen for this amount of time! Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated, at the moment, I'm so concerned for him....Thanks"

[SIDE EFFECTS] 03/12/2012: Ryan from Ontario, Canada replies: "I tried your baking soda, sea salt and water recipe and it put me in the hospital. I was puking blood and if I had stayed asleep I would have died due to the baking soda changing the Ph levels in my blood. DO NOT TRY THIS REMEDY UNLESS YOU LIKE THE EMERGENCY ROOM."

[YEA] 04/02/2009: Nick from Baltimore, MD: "I am so thankful for these home remedies. This time last night, I was in terrible pain from a swollen lymph node in my groin area. This is the first time I ever had one in this area. I have had them under my arms, but this was a first. After taking pain medicine and getting very little relief, I tried the 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. By morning, the pain had diminished tremendously. So much so, I did not take anymore pain medicine, and the swelling had gone down some. I decided to take a tablespoon of castor oil, and then 3 hours later, around 9:00am, I took 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in just a little water. What had been pain was now just discomfort. By noon I took another 2 tablespoons of ACV and put a warm compress on the area because I noticed that it was actually turning into a boil that was preparing to drain. What is so incredible about this is that the night before, there was no sign that this mass was going to drain at all! Within 10 minutes of using the warm compress, the boil began to drain and there was instant relief. Tonight I have taken another 2 tablespoons of ACV and I've drank a little more of the 1 teaspoon sea salt and baking soda. I am sure I will have a good nights rest, unlike the last 3 nights."
[YEA] 03/03/2009: Jaqueline from Lawrenceville, Georgia: "I'm having so many symptom due to my under-active thyroids and Multiple Sclerosis. Dry skin, hair loss, extreme fatigue, insomnia, swollen lymph node, candida infections constipation and etc... The last three symptoms before the etc are the most bothersome because of the pain and discomfort. So I came across this wonderful web site and tried Ted's remedy of 1/2 tsp of sea salt and 1/2 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water. Well, I must say, I'm am impress with this remedy. This really works as a laxative, and my candida, lymph swelling and tenderness went away. I am going to try other remedies in this web site which hopefully can help me with other symptoms and illnesses I have.
I'm definitely going to recommend this to all my family and friends."

[YEA] 09/18/2007: Damaris from Kissimmee, Florida: "My daughter woke in the morning with her neck swollen on one side. I took her to the dr/ to see what it was. I was told she had a lymph node infection. He prescribed antibiotics for it. I don't agree with antibiotics so I went to this website and search for the cure. I did the 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1 tspoon of baking soda. I made her drink as much as she could of that. She's 5 yr old and its difficult to make her drink anything she don't like. I also gave her a few yogurts to eat. And bathed her in a bath of water with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of epsom salts and 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide. I made sure to continuously pour the water over her throat area. well, I was amazed to see that it was no longer swollen that night and the next morning she was just fine like nothing ever happened. I love this website!"
Replies[YEA] 02/22/2009: Patrick from Chicago, IL replies: "I am 42 to years old and never believed in Natural Remedies always antibiotics. Now I'm a believer. I just tried the 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda remedy (Dam that's nasty) for swollen glands. I am amazed how quickly it reduced the size of my swollen gland in my neck. As I type this I occasional check it and it's gone from the size of a hard kidney bean to a long piece of gum. Thank you for posting this natural remedy. I'll have to try ACV. From what I've read it cures quite a few things. My mom has it in her frig ever time I visit her and laugh and think "you old fool". Now who's the fool? Me! Just checked my gland and it's still sore but taking on a new shape. Long, flat and now vertical, but still sore to the touch. I'll post later if time allows regarding my prognosis."
02/24/2009: Robert Henry from Ten Mile, TN replies: "Your lymph system is the sewer for your cells. It has no pump like your blood system. The only natural way to keep the system flowing is to exercise. Another good way to keep it flowing is to dry brush your skin prior to your bath. Since the system flows to your bowels, brush only in that direction. The constriction of your skin to the brush causes the fluid to flow. Swollen nodes is a sign of pluggage. Google dry skin brushing for more specifics. I continue to be amazed at the simple things we can do to obtain better health. Just sorry I waited until I was in my 70's to begin to learn."

[YEA] 03/15/2011: Dave from Stoneham, Ma: "I had very bothersome lymph nodes for many years(about 8 years). Mainly my neck. Had every test under the sun. Everything was negative. The thing I finally found that worked was vitamin C. About 4 grams a day. It took a about a month till they were hardly noticeable. Even now(12 years later)... If I feel them even a little, I'll take more and usually a day and I'm fine again. The past year I haven't taken any. Just figured I'd share this. They were very bothersome all the time... I know what it's like."
