[NAY]  04/17/2009: Lisa from Boston, MA writes: "I've been trying Ted's remedy for fingernail fungus for over a week and the fungus is still spreading on that nail. If this is going to work, how soon should I see progress? Any other suggestions? Should I clip away the detached fingernail?

Thanks,
Lisa"

[YEA]  02/12/2009: Debra from Grosse Pointe Farms, MI writes: "When the nail on my big toe showed fungus, I went to the doctor who could only offer me a medication that can be hard on your liver and, some say, doesn't work for all people or it works only temporarily. Plus, the medication is very expensive. Instead, I got online and found different remedies. I eventually found Ted's cure and decided to give it a try. By the time I found his recipe, my nail had turned black and half of it crumbled off. It was pretty horrible. After following his suggestions, my nail slowly began showing improvement as it grew. It didn't happen quickly, but it worked. My nail is now fully grown and perfect. I can again wear my summer shoes. I continue rubbing a little tea tree oil on that nail and avoid dark nail polishes. I choose a french pedicure instead as a preventative measure."

[YEA]  01/19/2009: Laurie from Yellowknife, NWT Canada writes: "I was plagued with fungus on my thumb and index finger on one hand,I had it about 3 years.. the nails were deformed and very thick and cracked, I have a very public job so was quite embarrassed by them... I tried a few over the counter fungal creams but they didn't help..and in searching found Teds remedy.. I'm very impatient and wanted to rush the remedy..but it takes time. I first tried the Lemon grass oil..but having deformed nails then having them turn orange wasn't very pleasant but it did turn the nail beds almost black and may well have helped kill off the fungus..then I did the bleach and vinegar soaking for about a month.. about a table spoon of bleach in 3-5 of water ..and straight cider vinegar ..each once a day for a few minutes....others have said they lost their nails etc.. mine just slowly grew out into healthy nails...it's been about 6-8 months and they look just great and you could never tell there had been a problem to begin with.. Thanks Ted..

Laurie"

[YEA]  01/07/2009: janedoe from Concord, NH writes: "I was in my first triathlon last August and during my training had damp feet a lot...going from swimming to biking to running. Back in Sept. noticed the fungus. Tried store bought medicine, didn't do a thing. My brother has it on all toes, took oral medicine, didn't work! I found this site in Nov., have been using the acv/hydrogen peroxide, then beach/water soak, then AM teatree oil, PM monastat 7 cream w/bandaid at night, and my nail looks 80% better! I know it takes several months to go away, but I'm convinced this is the best treatment! I give myself a pedicure often, and cut back, and file the nail so that the soaks can get at it. I'm very impressed. Will post again when fungus completely gone! OK, so here's the deal: 50/50 ACV/Hydrogen peroxide, 1capfull of bleach/4 capsful of water, rinse between soaks. Then teatree oil in the AM, and Monastat 7 at night with a bandaid."

[YEA]  04/07/2007: Maryann from Groton, CT writes: "Ted's nail fungus treatment worked within 3 days! My large toenail developed a thick and yellowed nail about a year ago. I ignored it until recently I noticed the nail was lifting off just about down to the base of the nail. I was horrified! I quickly went on line and found this site and immediately started Ted's treatment. I cut the nail all the way down as far as I could, ridding the nail of the black fungus. Just a few small dots remained. After just 3 days of the treatment, they disappeared. I continue to daily put on a mixture of tea tree oil, lavender, and red thyme to stave off future attempts of fungus regrowth. I'm ecstatic to know and see my new healthy nail appearing at the base. Thank you for this site!"

[YEA]  12/13/2006: Rich from Commack, NY writes: "I have had an increasing problem of nail fungus on my left hand. It started with my thumb, then my index finger, next to my middle finger. I did not want to take drugs for the problem so I found this site and tried the peroxide, vinegar and bleach method. I did it every night for a month and noticed great improvement. Now I do it twice a week and it is just about cleared up. I soak my hand in peroxide for about 10 minutes, add vinegar to that so that it is 50/50 and soak for another 10 minutes. One way to tell if you are rid of the nail fungus is to observe the nail while it is in plain peroxide. If little bubbles appear at the nail in a fizzing way the fungus is still there. No bubbles, no fungus. I follow this up by using bleach and water and soak again for one to two minutes. My nails look great and I don't have to curl my fingers down when I have to show someone what to do using my hands."

[YEA]  11/21/2006: Debra from Elizabeth, NJ writes: "Long story short - had toenail fungus on my big toe for about three years. Tried to get rid of it myself, didn't work. Went to the foot doctor, he gave me Penlac, but the cure rate for that is only 12 % !! He wanted to give me Lamisil but I didn't want to try it, since it can cause liver problems. I mentioned Ted's Remedy to the doctor, and he said "well you could try it and see, let me know if it works." That was it, he basically wanted to get rid of me.

That night, I went home, soaked my toe in the recommended Clorox and water mixture in a big bowl, then proceeded to do the ACV and Peroxide mixture in a bowl as well. Then I mixed an equal amount of ACV and Peroxide in a small squirt bottle. Every night & a.m. I soaked a cotton ball with the mix and put it on my big toe and let it sit on the nail at least 5 minutes in the morning and about half an hour at night when I had more time. I have been doing this since July and saw results within 3 weeks- it is now November. Well, the results are pretty amazing so far. Most of the bad nail is grown out, the new nail is pink and healthy- NO trace of that "off color" or little dark spots which means the fungus is still there. I was going to wait until the entire nail is grown in before I wrote in , but so far, the toenail looks great and the nail is almost to the top. It's really pretty incredible ! As the nail grows, I trim the old infected part very close. I only used the Clorox and water that one time when I first started the treatment - I wasn't clear about Ted's instruction on this. The morning & night application of ACV and Peroxide I did for a few weeks. Once I could see how much better the nail was, I just did it at night. I let the cotton ball sit on the nail for about a half hour when I was just relaxing. Now I do it every couple of nights when I think about it. I'm pretty sure that the fungus is gone !! I hesitate to write that since I've suffered with it for so long, but seeing is believing ! One thing Ted was not clear on was how long to do this treatment of ACV and peroxide so I just keep doing it for now ! Ted, would you like to clarify the length of treatment time for both the Clorox and then the ACV and peroxide ? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SIMPLE CURE ! I found this website by accident due to frustration and it's great ! I have been telling people about it now. Haven't called that foot doctor yet. I want to tell him thanks for NOTHING- I cured my toenail fungus without him ! DO THIS TREATMENT ! IT WORKS"

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Dear Debra:

One thing Ted was not clear on was how long to do this treatment of ACV and peroxide so I just keep doing it for now !

The reason why I wasn't clear was that to completely rid of the fungus, you going to have to continue until it is no longer there.

Once they are no longer there, you can either stop the treatment or do it less frequently as a preventive. Still it is important that socks and shoes are a big source of reinfection. Certain shoes with felt or cloth inside will cause reinfection. To prevent this, you need to apply a strong solution of tannic acid to the shoes or a copper chloride 5% solution (with your latex gloves) inside the shoe. Then use a hair blow dryer to dry the shoe. Always keep the shoe dry.

Ted, would you like to clarify the length of treatment time for both the Clorox and then the ACV and peroxide ?

Everyone grows toe nails at different rates. So once the fungus is absolutely all gone, and are grown out of it. That is the length treatment time. Most improvement is seen in the first few weeks, that is true. Since you mentioned you started in July and now it is November, it is quite close. For fungus to be completely gone, it require approximately 6 months.

Since your nail are not white and powdery it means your health is good.

ONCE THE TREATMENT PERIOD is finished, there is a preventive measure you have to consider. This can also be done while you are killing of the foot fungus also.

It can also be done as an addition, for people whose nail are bad and refuses to go away (if it does happen) the treatment does in fact kill the fungus. The problem often lies that the body's immune system is suppressed making it difficult for the fungus to go away since it comes from the body's weakened immune system.

To prevent this, take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid plus 1/2 glass of water twice a day on an empty stomach to alkalize your blood. Take it about 4 days of it and off for about 3 days. If you do this no new fungus should form from now on.

An alkalized blood makes the fungus very difficult to grow and you should not have a foot fungus again. Still, always blow the hair dryer on the shoe and keep them dry and change the socks regularly."

[YEA]  09/24/2006: Margaret from Victoria, BC, Canada writes: "I cut nail short, soaked it in above solution for a few minutes and used small nail brush to get solution under nail* this is the important part. did this several times a day and before going to bed. lamasil didn't work and vick's only made it worse as it keep the nail moist. I've done this for 4 weeks and my ugly nail is now looking 80% better I can't believe the difference. I'll keep doing it until the new nail grows in. I did hear that soaking it in diluted bleach for a few minutes helps also. I may try that with this treatment. Thanks"

[YEA]  08/24/2006: David from Redding, CA writes: "Over 25 years ago my big toe was injured. Fungus set in and also infected every toe on both feet. Lived with the problem way too long for 25 years. I did not want to take any prescription medications after reading the side affects!!! Then I came across this site by accident! I am so glad I found this site. Got me going and got me thinking from a different perspective.

In the summer of 2005 I started using white distilled vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. I applied with Q tips to each toe twice a day or more diligently.

First thing I noticed was the fungal smell went away! I started to notice a distinct improvement! I would make sure to cut and file my toenails and then sterilize the clippers and file as not to spread or reinfect myself or anyone else. I drank ACV twice a day. 12 oz. of water to 2 tablespoons of ACV. I cut way back on my grains and sugar in my diet as fungus loves these foods. Also don't drink alcohol and beer. You will be feeding your enemy the fungus. I also take probiotics and anti-fungals, such as a good multi vitamin, olive leaf extract, oil of oregano, and beta glucan. I took the time to study up on fungus.

My smaller four toes began to clear up completely and the big toes showed big improvement. My big toe nails were more stubborn to clear up. Then in summer of 2006 I started to soak my feet in white vinegar and peroxide for 20 to thirty minutes a day. Wow, my big toes are almost all cleared up! Once they are done then the fungus will have been defeated! But do not let your guard down. Continue with the applications and the foot soakings on not as often. I spray the inside of my shoes with Hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and then I spray my toes during the day. The fungus has not returned to my smaller four toes. You must STARVE the fungus you have living inside your body, then you must take the anti fungals to ATTACK the fungus living in your body, then finally you must ATTACK the fungus externally with what I described above. It is working for me. I hope it works for you. The science behind this says it will from my research. Best of luck to you and best wishes. Warmest Regards"

[YEA]  06/24/2006: Andrew from Long Beach, CA writes: "I have continued to try Ted's method, but instead of soaking my feet using ACV, I switched putting only two drops on each toe of White Distilled Vinegar and H2O2. White Distilled Vinegar appears much better for external use and more effective as it also has the same PH as ACV. After laying off for a few months, I started again at the beginning of this month. Since that time, I see some progress. The base of the aflicted toenails are beginning to look pink and health. It is a small amount, but shows some progress from a month ago. I'm also seeing the top of the nail look much cleaner as it looks clear. The brighr brownish yellow color originally there has lightened and looks whiter in with vertical or diagonal ridges becoming more visable. Although I have not precisely used Ted's method and modified it, by switching to WDV and using drops rather than soaking, I found the method appears to be working. I also think Clorox does a great job in helping. Because my toe nails had been yellow for a few years, I think my toenails will take longer to cure and my nails will have to grow out which may take 3-4 months."

[YEA]  05/31/2006: Pape from Acapulco writes: "I have had a nail fungus i guess going on 20 years. I genetically have black toes so I never paid attention to my toe nails. I went for a pedicure the other day because i somewhat could not not even out the skin on my feet it was like what happens when you try to start a new roll of cheap toilet paper. The pedicurist told me I had a fungus affecting both my nails and skin she had heard about someone using a product used to wash vegetables and that it contained iodine. I search on the net and stumbled on to the site. I tried Ted from thailand's treatment somewhat First day soaked my feet the best I could in a bowl for 20 mins of 50/50 acv and 3%peroxide scrub my skin with the solution and washed with iodine the next morning i filed my nails and did the same. I could tell something was happening. Parts of my big toes had gone milky white.

Encouraged by these results I went and got a proper basin I have size 16 feet US that about 52 european bought a few liters of h202 and acv and soaked my feet coincidence or luck I started watching a movie and forget about my feet I must have had my feet completely submerged for 21/2 hours. When the movie was over I remember about my feet and felt them under the solution a paste had somewhat developed I took a pumice stone and scrubbed this paste of gently what emerged was a brand new foot no skin fungus everything was smooth. I trimmed my toe nails half of my big toe nails came off leaving something that felt lie another very thin nail in place the nails where also have the the thickness they had. I continued soaking for two more days. At night before going to bed I would use nizoral on my skin on the entire foot all the the way to my calves and put tree tee oil on the nails. I went looking for copper chloride and could not find any instead I was able to get a small flask of permanganate of potassium and painted my nails with pdp in the morning. I wore sandals for the first week. I am now using vicks and tree tee oil specially before putting on socks. Here is something else I noticed I lost nearly ten pounds a week later and my eating habits have changed I do not know if this is psychological or my body was stocking up to fight the fungus. This is something worth investigating!"

[YEA]  02/01/2006: Andrew from Long Beach, CA writes: "I have taken Teds advice. What I'm now finding is I have a clear nail at the base around the the sides and on the top. To a certain degree, I was also able to clean under the nail, but unfortunately pushed some of the yellow further down my nail. I know it's not a good thing had hoping the extra concentration of clorox will help. The top part of the nail looks clear and lighter with some thin streaks while the middle has a yell strip through the center that go diagonally the to upper corners (top) of the nails.

The top of my nail is about a 1/16" cut back too far, but the toenail is of normal thickness. The nail itself however, because it is far back is high off the nail bed. It is also high enough out so I can slip a thin brush with Tea tree oil in. In about one or weeks my nail should grow long enough to where I will cut it at full length. My hope is I can have more of the bottom part of the nail grow clearer. My feeling is, if the entire part of the nail that touches the skin clear is beginning to clear up, it maybe a good sign the rest of the nail will eventually follow. I will keep trying Teds methods and accept any suggestions he provides."

[NAY]  01/22/2006: Andrew from Long Beach, CA writes: "I had fungus for about a year. When I started using Ted's method 6 weeks ago, I had one toenail that was yellow for about 3/4 of the nail. I also tried Ted's method. Initially it appeared the method worked as the Toe nail grew out 1/2 of the nail looked good. But after a while the yellow re-appeared and yellow has gone down to the same level without any change in my application. I am going to keep trying for a little longer, as I'm beginning to take Niacin and garlic to help with possible fungus in my blood. Unless there is testimony otherwise, I have my doubts about the possibility that the yellow in toe nails can come off in a few days under the best circumstances. I'm wondering if by increasing the concentration of clorox, this may help. So far I say Ted's methods are not working for me."

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Dear Andrew, If the yellow is not coming off as expected, I suggest you double your clorox concentration to rid of it."

URINE THERAPY

[YEA]  07/05/2006: Kevin from Salt Lake City, Utah writes: "I tried every remedy on the internet i could find. I read about urine therapy on the same and tried it immediately. After two months of drinking 3 cups every morning of my own urine you should see the brand new fungus free toenails that have grown in, absolutely free. I hope this message gets sent to other sufferers because it is the best cure that does work almost immediately, I believe I started seeing results within the first 3 days. Just look up urine therapy on google if you are still skeptical. Thank you."

[YEA]  05/23/2008: Veronica from San Antonio, USA replies: "Urine therapy worked for me on toe nail fungus, but I did not drink it. A friend who works in the medical field told me that urine is actually sterile and has the ability to kill off some bacteria, fungus and other things. I saved some of my urine (that was fun) and dabbed it on my big toe where the fungus was. I think I did it 2 or 3 times in as many days. It was weird, but it cleared up in about 5 days. I had been battling the stupid fungus for 6 months. I never saw a sign of it again. Go figure."

08/05/2008: Rollo from Silicon Valley, CA replies: "Please don't drink your urine. It is a waste product that your body is trying to get rid of. It is full of toxins. However, it is sterile, and can definitely be applied externally. The easiest way is to urinate on your nails in the shower."

[YEA]  04/19/2009: Sam from Toledo, Ohio writes: "My wife has had a toe nail fungus for over 40 years. She has tried several nail solution cures purchased over the internet including the prescription penlac. None of them worked.

Finally I accessed your web site and tried almost all the remedies you have posted including Ted's remedy, tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, full strength bleach painted on carefully, viniger soaks, etc. Along the way I noticed several observations: All of the above work to some extent because they provide a hostile enviroment for yeast and fungus and initially kill or appear to kill it. They also however kill the skin cells and all irritate the area under the nail and even inflame it after prolonged use and the fungus loves the weakened cells. Most also have water in them which the fungus and yeast love! Finally we settled on a cure which is neither acidic nor basic, which is not an irritant, and which has no water in it and which is on your list of cures and the fungus is gone on one foot and almost completely gone on the other, and the nails are clear and white. Vick's! Vicks! and more Vicks!

Sam's cure: Gob it on each toe at night and cover with a thin cotton half sock or footie. Before showering gob it on, dry and gob more on cover with a clean cotton sock. If time permits gob on during the day and change socks. Stop taking baths, shower only unless you can keep your foot out of the water and keep it gobbed with vicks. The idea is to keep water away from the toe nail and the vick's works the best. The camphor and lack of water will kill it and allow the toe nail to heal. It will take several months but it does work and it works the best. After 40 years it will finally be gone!"

04/21/2009: AL from DALLAS, TX, USA replies: "FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, NAIL IS DEAD TISSUE. IF YOU WANT TO GET TO THE HEART OF THE PROBLEM, IT MUST DONE INTERNALLY. PILLS BY PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR DR. [NAY]  03/05/2009: Beth from Memphis, TN writes: "I've read through the nail fungus posts and have heard previously about Vick's working; however, I've been using it for quite a while now on my nail (big toe toenail) (applied at night before bed, put on a sock), and nothing is happening. My problem is that the fungus is at the base of my nail. How do I get to it?? It seems that a large portion of the nail is dead and detatched from the skin towards the top of the nail, so I'm hoping whatever I apply will soak through that opening. I don't think it's working, though. Should I try and cut away what looks like the dead portion of the nail and go from there? Will anything soak through the nail to get to the base?"

08/07/2009: Nancy from Sunnyvale, Ca replies: "you just have to be patient..and u will see improvement..it sounds like you want to see it overnight..but it doesnt work that way..so just wait.."

10/22/2009: Ascha4 from Springfield, Il replies: "What I did was grabbed a new, small makeup brush that had an angled edge, it was just one I had gotten in a free kit somewhere. I dabbed that in the vicks and then shoved it as far under my nail as I could get it, hoping to attack it at the base. I also rubbed the vicks all around the outside of my nail. I've already seen improvement. I also apply it before I get into the shower to keep the water out, then reapply it after the shower when everything is dry again. Hope that helps."

I found your site on the internet and thought I'd give Vicks Vapo Rub a try. I had a 1996 jar of it, but tried it anyway. I put it on at bedtime, smearing it all over and under the nail, and put a sock on the foot. I was amazed in the morning because my toenail looked nearly normal in its coloration. I plan to keep using it twice a day until the nail grows out, but I was amazed at this home remedy. Thanks, guys!"

[YEA]  11/11/2008: Barbara from Brooklyn, New York writes: "I had to come back to this site and post. About a year and a half ago I came on this site desperate to find a cure for a nail fungus on one nail that I acquired from a pedicure. I had already been to a dermatologist and a podiatrist about this problem, but nothing they presecrbed worked. I had already had the fungus for three years, and I was afraid of it spreading to other nails. I tried the Apple Cider Vinegar and peroxide soak, but it didn't seem to do much. Then I added to this treatment vicks vapo rub twice a day. I put it on a q-tip and really made sure I got the vapo rub in all of the edges along the nail as well as under the nail itself. I did this twice per day, and loosely covered the nail in either a bit of gauze, or a bandaid. The first few weeks of this I noticed a tingling under the nail. I really started to think it was going to work.

I kept the nail cut as short as possible. After about six months, the nail was down to the quick. When it started to grow back, it was perfectly clear and normal looking. I kept up with the vicks to keep it clear. In three months time the nail was well on its way to good health. The nail is now fully grown in, and is completely free of fungus. One of the doctors told me that with her medical treatment my nail would be clear, but would be mis-shapened. This is not the case with the vicks. My nail looks just like it had before I got the fungus. The vicks was the best cure. You have to be patient, and consistent with the treatment. Good luck."

[YEA]  10/28/2008: Mercy from Woodland Hills, Ca writes: "I recently just googled to see what I can do to get rid of some toe nail fungus. I was using bleach and some over the counter cream and it was working slowly. But I made the mistake of getting a pedicure nad painting my toes. Well it just ran wild. So I saw that using vapor rub worked. So I bought a generic brand at Walmart...same active ingredients and I started using it day and night. I would apply it and put socks on for bed and in the morning right after my shower. I already see the difference. I cannot believe it. My feet are also becoming real smooth. So I let my mom know because she has it real bad too and we are both seeing a lot of improvement. the nail seems to already starting to grow out smooth. I wish more people knew about this so they could stop wasting their time buying expensive creams and medication. I have already been using it for over a week and I am already seeing the difference. I will see at the end of the one tub I bought if I really see any changes. I will keep you posted."

[YEA]  09/09/2008: Tanya from Lynnwood, WA writes: "I found this site when I typed in scalp infection. I am amazed and thrilled to try the ACV and H202 remedies! I noticed one man's comment that he used Vicks on his scalp and it helped a lot. I will try this also, but it reminded me that several years ago I had the most horrible toenail fungus which quickly spread to all ten toes within a few weeks. My mother in law, being a nurse, told me that another family member had the same thing and had taken the rx and it hadn't worked so someone told him to put Vicks on his feet every night. Within one week the fungus was nearly gone. I anxiously tried it and immediately (the next morning) my feet were soft as baby skin! And my toenails looked so much better (at it's worst the funfus looked like leprocy on my feet and I went nearly the whole summer without wearing any open toed sandals because it was so embarrasing). I guess the Vicks actually suffocates the fungus, which makes sense. Also it really soothes dry, aching feet, it's a muscle ache reliever, which I never noticed on the jar before (mom always put it on our chest when we had a cold, at night). Anyway, I am anxious to try it on my scalp, although I think I will try the Borax first, because I know how soft it makes my hands (another recipe for another day, I have got to sign off for now.) Take care all of you and I will be back soon! Thanks for all your help!

[YEA]  07/19/2008: Brent from Pine City, Minnesota writes: "I have had toenail fungus for at least 15+ years on my big toe and the one next to it. I had heard that hydrogen peroxide would get rid of it. It did nothing for my toe fungus after using a bottle over a course of three months. I then heard from a couple friends that they cleared their fungus up with vicks vapor rub; so I tried it for two days and I can already see a dramatic improvement. You can get a generic brand also which is a lot cheaper. I bought a chest rub brand made by Target and I compared the active ingredients and percentages to Vicks and it was exactly the same mixture at a way cheaper price. It works great. I can't believe it took me so long to improve my toenails. I was always wearing socks with my sandals because I was so embarrassed of my fungus but not anymore."

[YEA]  08/23/2008: Sue from Vancouver, WA replies: "My nail technician told me to try the Vicks, and I thought it might be worth a try. I'll be darned, it's working. I never had my nail analyzed to see if I actually have a fungus or a bacterial infection or what it is for sure. I just assumed it was fungus. In any case, I've been using Vicks every night for about 2 months and I'm thrilled that my toe nails are getting better, as this was very depressing to me. I told my technician that of all the things wrong with me, the toe nail problem was the most distressing. They are so much better. I just slathered the stuff all over my toes and tried to get it in all the nooks and crannies. Then I went to bed. Don't care if the sheets are stained, as I can't stand wearing socks to bed. It's working, It's working, it's working!"

[YEA]  05/15/2008: Mary from Paeroa, New Zealand writes: "I had suffered from fungal nail infections on my toes for about 10 years. They were very unsightly. I was given allsorts of treatment from the doctors and told it would take many months to cure if at all. I remebered one day of being told vicks vapour rub( this is usually rub into the chest for colds), is good for fungal nail infections. Every night after my shower I was rubbing the vicks into my ugly unsightly toe nails, also covered them with plasters to keep it in contact with the nail. After doing this for about two weeks I could see the nail begining to grow normally from the base, very healthy and a nice pink colour. The new nails seemed too grow quickly, I kept up with the vicks vapour rub with out the plasters until it had all grown out 5-6 weeks. I no longer hide my feet in shoes. I am happy to wear open toed sandles. I do hope this is useful to someone else."

[YEA]  03/23/2008: Harry from St John, Indiana writes: "About five years ago I took Lamisil to get rid of my toe nail fungus... At $10 a pill a day for 90 days $900 total!!! At first it looked like it was going to work - the nail was messed up about half way back and the Lamisil helped a little - maybe a 3/4 of the nail cleared up but after two years it was right back as bad as ever. I was at the poditrist for something else and I mentioned trying and failing with the Lamisil. Hes told me about Vicks and I verified it on the internet. Vicks vapor rub works!!! I didn't even use Vicks but a Walgreens storebrand. It WORKED!!!! After a year of applying vapor rub maybe twice a week the toe nail has grown out and is as clear as could be."
