Any urologist will tell you that urine as it comes from the stream is a "sterile" fluid containing mostly vitamins, minerals, proteins, hormones, with some urea. Urea is not something that can be taken in large amounts, but is the same product you will find in a cream from the drug store if you have gotten a prescription for foot fungus. Yes peeing on your foot can clear up fungus. Someone said it is dirty, disgusting and "these people need educated". Andrea you are the one that needs educated. The urea is a prime source of cure for many fungal problems and other types of ailments. For over 5000 years it has shown to be effective in many ways. Just as acupunture is known to work by modern medicine, so has urine therapy found a medical following in doctors and researchers. Yes it is strange to many and that is way many don't mention it. Does it work and is it clean? Yes ! Or I should say "yes" as long was the urine you use is yours and you don't have a urinary tract infection. Sharing someone else's urine would be a bad choice.

Hi,
This is my first time posting. I recently started Urine Therapy for my case of Prurigo Nodularis. I wanted to know about Urine Injections. No doctor really wants to help me with this. I want to do these injections at home. I am nervous to do this as I've never done it before. Has anyone done Urine Injections? How did you do it exactly? I live in California and I don't really know where to buy injections for home use. I have a lot of research to do and thought I should reach out to you guys who have experience.

Hi John are you still doing UT and zeolite. How did you take the two together.I have cellular defence zeolite coming in the mail as we speak (type) and I have been doing the UT for about a month. Ive had a couple of healing reactions one was the flu when I fasted with urine and water for three days and did the massages, I got Hive type blisters all over my face and I have now got a stiff neck ?? I have suffered for the last thirty years with a double whammy whiplash injury from two separate accidents. Is it possible that the body is trying to heal this?? Thanks

Really Mr.Prioris sir. You have reminded me of what I missed to add in my last discussion. Generally I like all types of Non-veg. Before performing UT, I read various information about dietary conditions to be followed so as to get maximum and quick benefits out of UT. Despite that, I used to eat non-veg weekly twice or thrice during lunch. I found difference of the UT effect between veg and non-veg food intake. On the day I eat non-veg, the UT's effect is not so good as its on eating veg. Even if I take more than the balanced and un-salty veg food, the effect is somewhat better than that of non-veg food. Now for the past 1 week, I altogether stopped non-veg. The effect is more better.
I am still expecting right and straight answers to my earlier questions including to my present question as this: " when to use U, before dinner or afterdinner ?" ( I have been taking U 1 time early morning after 3.30 am or 4.00 am. and 2nd time at 10 pm I.e. 1 or 2 hours after my dinner. With a result, the time-gap between these two times of in-taking happens to be only 6 hours. That is I am allowing morning U in-taking adequate span of time I.e. nearly 16 hours to do its work in my body, but allowing evening U in-taking only 6 to 7 hours. I think this time is too little, I am bewildered and want a clarification please. )

I need some help!! I believe that urine therapy does wonders and heals so many ailments, however my nephew has a non cancerous tumor intwined in his lower spine they tried to remove it but could not!! He suffers greatly and is also paralyzed in one leg! To make matter worse he had an adverse reaction to his first set of vaccines and has lack of immunity where he receives infusions every 6 weeks of blood cells to sustain his ability to fight off infections and colds, now on to the tumor I know there are places that inject urine to kill tumors, where?? I have to believe you if you say you got better but I am always left with one question no one has ever answered so far! There are quite a few health problems that show by doing a urine test, like a bladder infection. The bacteria is found in the urine. Won't you be drinking the exact same thing that is making you sick? I would really like to have an answer to that question....

Does anyone who has researched and studied the benefits of Urine Therapy know whether a person could inject their urine via a syringe? I would like to have my daughter try this, she is a juvenile diabetic but will not drink it. I've read here and there bits and pieces of this way mentioned but no instructions, or clues as to whether it was done by a professional who filtered it or anything. Could I try it on myself first and inject some urine into my muscle? I read that an injection is better for curing anything because it by passes the immune system. This would be a way to get it into her. She won't drink it even if I mix it in something else. Anyone know about this? Laura

It is always best to take it with plain. If so hard, please mix it with some juice and drink it. Probably cranberry juice should help.

Urine Therapy Problem Solved
I was shocked at first to read about urine but there were enough testimonials for me to (gulp) try it. I used it inside my rubber shoes at first to see what effect it had on my horrific toenail fungus. After 2 weeks there was noticable difference. But an unfortunate side effect which was very embarassing was my work colleages reaction to the rotting smells. I stopped when I realised they could smell it. But now I have a solution. I use lavender oil mixed 10% with urine and no one can tell. It also makes my shoes more pleasant to put on I can tell you. A cheap and effective cure - and now with no side-effects.

I had read that urine therapy will cure candida. I was pretty sure that candida was a large part of my health problems, but to be sure, I did the test - I spit into a glass of water first thing in the morning and waited 30 minutes. Sure enough, there were lots of strings going from the saliva down to the bottom of the glass, starting about 5 minutes after the saliva hit the water.
I'm REALLY tired of my health problems so I wanted to have quick results. I drank about 2 oz. of urine every time I used the bathroom, for a whole day. The next day, today, as I sit here beside another glass of water with my saliva in it, I notice no strings whatsoever and it has been about an hour. I am so excited!
However, as a caution to those who take medication: I take thyroid medication, and in my haste to get rid of candida, I forgot that it might have the effect of increasing the effects of the medication, esp. with the amount I drank. Very early this morning I awoke to a VERY fast heartbeat and pounding head. I will have to reconsider whether this protocol is for me. I do NOT want to end up in the hospital with a thyroid storm! Has anyone else dealt with this? I did read where one person was able to discontinue her thyroid medication altogether while on urine therapy. Another great benefit, if possible. I will perhaps need to consult my doctor on this.

Apparently it is important to massage face hands and neck when ingesting a lot of urine to prevent racing heartbeat. This is even more important if on a urine and water fast.

I am curious if I can commence urine therapy while taking vitamins. I take a multi-vitamin along with high dose b-complex (which makes my urine quite yellow most of the time). Is it ok for me to try urine therapy while taking these supplements, or should I stop them before trying? Many thx. Angie.

Hi dear Su and Kavita. I suffer from serious vaginal infections that look somewhat like the athlete's foot. The entire vulva looks whitish and have watery discharge often. Doctors diagnosed it to be a yeast infection. But I am not getting relief from the allopathic or homeopathic meds.
After reading your replies I want to start the urine therapy. Would you please please let me know how you guys did it, did you fast the first day? how much of it did you take? Do you need to dilute it with water (I read it in a few articles)?

People in general who are successful in drinking their own urine tend to be on a vegetarian based diet. This is the secret.
Meat eaters who drink their urine will tend to have an extremely briny or salty taste. Many years ago I tried and could not tolerate the taste. The salt overwhelmed me.

Results of urine therapy: In my attempts to deal with RA (rheumatoid arthritis) I discovered UT. It always results in giving me hives. No matter how minute the quantity after 2-3 days the hives begin. i've been unable to ascertain why. I take no meds and eat mainly vegetarian diet with green juices, etc. Any insight is highly appreciated because one major immediate benefit was improved sleep.

This is NOT correct. It's very difficult to drink too much water. Everyone should have half of their body weight in ounces of water every day. So if your 150lbs that 75 ounces of water a day. If your urine is clear when you are drinking that amount of water that's fine.
Now I don't do urine therapy but if you do then when you drink that much water your urine might not be that potent for therapy which is why I suspect that they say use first urine of the day as it is more concentrated.
Also if you are drinking the correct amount of water you need to make sure you are getting enough sodium and other minerals/electrolytes especially in the heat.

I tried urine therapy about 4 years ago after hearing about it from a friend of mine, a kundalini yoga instructor. I decided what the heck, sounds disgusting, but the health benefits sound great! So there I was, drinking my urine first thing in the morning. After 48 hours I got a rash on my stomach that lasted about 2 months. I did this for about 3 weeks. I then asked my doctor to give me a blood test to make sure everything looked okay. He called me immediately upon receiving the results to tell me my uric acid levels were very high and I could develop kidney stones. I was too embarrassed to tell him it was probably caused by drinking my own piss. NO WAY! At any rate, I stopped the therapy right away (I never experienced any health benefits from it) and my uric acid levels went back to normal. I still NEVER admit that I have tried this therapy!

Caution about urine therapy:
Remember that the body removes toxic metals like mercury and fluoride, as well as salt through the urine. That said there are days where I just feel off, and drinking my urin does make me feel more relaxed. I'm guessing it's from hormones in the urine. It is usually the week before my menses that I find it helpful.

It is 6 months since I have been practicing Urine therapy (taking urine internally). And, it is 1 year and 3 months since I have been practicing Oil Pulling (with sesame oil) 2 times (morning and night).
I don't know whether oil pulling can be stopped while doing Urine drinking? can anyone explain?
With oil pulling I found lot of benefits for the problem of my swollen lymph nodes. But on coming across UT, I found it to be better than Oil pulling, since it is just product of our own body.
Now, I stopped doing oil pulling in the nights and doing only in the morning. Before this 2 times OP is needed for me to keep me well balanced in a day in all respects. But, after practicing UT for 4 months, I reduced my 2 times OP to 1 time (only in the morning). Now, this 1 time OP kept me well in a day while I am doing UT on the other side 2 times per day (before going bed and early morning after 3 or 4 am. But, I fear that if I stop this 1 time OP too, I may not be balanced and my swollen nodes may get swelled from being subsiding slowly.
Since the oil for oilpulling is not the product of our own body, I think that urine therapy only can suffice to do. Can any one explain please?

Do not age urine, if you want to drink it. Drink right away after peeing. Urine is sterile as and after peeing, but begins to get contaminated after 15 minutes or so after exposure to the air. The strands you see appear to be moulds.
