S: The best places to look are "health food stores" and "farmers market". Is there by chance a Mennonite community in your area (I think the Mennonites originated in that region) as they are major produces of BSM.
As for Iron and energy, the health benefits of Cooked Liver (usually beef-calf or chicken from grocer) or supplemented Raw Liver Tablets are similar to BSM. Beets are a good plant source of of Iron.
You should also take Raw Kelp tablets to get natural Iodine in the Thyroid Gland which will increase your metabolism/energy.

Hey, you can easily find apple cider vinegar, just go to local pansari shops and ask about saib (apple) ka sirqa, you will find pure homemade ones . and black strap molasses is refined sugarcane (RO) juice , but you need to order them online, can't find those here.

I've been reading a lot about Blackstrap Molasses on this website. And I hear about how it is rich in Copper, Magnesium and Iron in addition to Vit B. However so far all the brands of BSM that I've researched do not list copper or vit B in their nutrition label. And so far I've looked at Wholesome organic BSM, Plantation, House of Herbs, Brer Rabbit and the list goes on.
Can you please provide some information as to which brand contains at least the copper? Thanks

I get mine at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. Also, if your local grocery stores have an organic or 'natural' section (which all of them do here on the East coast), you could probably find it there as well.

molasses is called 'raab', in Hindi a by-product of 'Gur'= jaggery. most sugar sellers should have this.

Hi Judy, I use to buy BSM in Tokyo at a shop called Azabu International Supermarket. I not sure if they have now. Call the the shop below and find out. They do delivery depending on the amount of purchase.
