Every post I see just makes me want to say "rebounding" or "cellercising" or whatever.

We have two circulatory systems, both VITAL. One for blood - for oxygen and nutrients - and one for lymph - the source of white blood cells and the VITAL flushing of debris of the immune system and it's so incredible that no one talks about the lymphatic system because its PUMP is the application of gravity in the very motion of life. How could I not have known these things in this context about the lymph system when I've been exploring ALTERNATIVE medicine for nearly 50 years?

We've all heard of the lymphatic system but how can so many people with such an interest not have grasped the "gravity" of it?

I don't understand it but whatever problem you have, my response is going to be "Bounce! ". Bounce on the edge of your bed or a yoga ball while hanging onto something to keep safe if you have to. If you can't sit up, have someone bounce you ON your bed but BOUNCE! Make white blood cells! Blush out the debris and the toxins!! And drink water. Set the timer on your phone to go off every two hours and no matter what you're doing, stop and drink 8 ounces of water when it goes off so the lymphatic system has the water it needs to flush you out.

"Jump start" your immune system and keep it active and running. Don't batter your nervous system, bones and joints by applying the in-the-wild "motion of life" of running or doing exercises on hard surfaces. It isn't necessary and does more damage than good. Bounce. Just bounce. Lightly - until you build up your muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones - painlessly and safely and a LOT. Or have someone bounce you if necessary but BOUNCE. Whatever else you do, make sure bouncing is a part of it.

Two weeks ago I thought I was just barely up to living on my own, safely. I had covid back last spring and still hadn't gotten my strength back after 8 or 9 months. If I had broken my foot AFTER I had covid instead of BEFORE, it would have been all over. I would probably be living with my daughter or in a nursing home so as not to drive her nuts. I was one stumble from assisted living. Not sick, just too weak to even sit on the floor without it taking me several tries and way too much time to get back up.

I have a "Cellerciser" on the way because my old rebounder, despite being a high-end model from the past, doesn't have the mat support I need to safely bounce my feet off the mat which I keep having the urge to do since I have my strength back to increase the effect.

I've regained all the strength covid took and then some. I'm solid as a rock on my feet. and I'll be rebounding for the rest of my life and living on my own for many years to come because of it.

That's it. If you're sick, bounce. If you're weak, bounce. Drink your water and bounce on the edge of your bed and get things shifting. Get your lymph circulating and making white blood cells and "taking out the trash. It's your life support system. Turn it on and keep it running. Watch some Dave Hall videos. Yes, he sells a rebounder of his own design but he's the best source of information regarding why you should bounce. Everyone else just repeats it while adding their own, unique "ideas", much of which is misinformation and contradictory to the mix.

Hall's is literally doing the research and conveying the information very well. He sort of looks and sounds like a huckster and that's because he's the very sort of man that frauds and con men IMITATE but he knows the science and is working with doctors to explore and discover the effects. He's literally saving lives and keeping people from having to go to nursing homes. Namely, me.

HI U OLE PATOOTS, ORH here, got a different kind of story to tell you. Are ya'll familiar with ramps? Garlic is not in the running. Eat them and forget about distancing because in years past the teacher sent the student home that ate them. They stunk up the whole class room. I had never heard of them until we moved to East Tenn. Poor folks ate them to survive. Now the East Tn communities have a festival serving them to remember the hard times. I have never been to one, but am going this spring in my twilight time. And guess what, they are healthy veggies.

Rebel, some people fall into the trap of: lemme do as much as I can the fastest I can. I know, I did that.

So what I would advise you is to loosen up: take some stuff one day, then forget about it. Then take other stuff another day, and forget about it. Then on the third day, other stuff. Space it out so you don't get overwhelmed and anxious and "drowned" in all that you are trying to do. LIVE each day!

Astragalus Root

I have been giving my 19 year old son astragalus root capsules daily for a couple of months. He started college (a whole new set of germs to contend with), he had to get a bunch of vaccines (because he is studying to be an EMT), and it is cold and flu season and he doesn't have time to be sick.

So far so good. He has been quite healthy and seems to be avoiding sickness though he is often around it. But I will give further observations in a few more months. (I decided on astragalus root because it seemed to keep one of my small children well though the whole family was sick a few years ago. I had been giving it to him regularly to prevent lyme disease after a nasty tick bite. He didn't get Lyme disease or anything else that fall! )

Of interest is that he was stung by a wasp yesterday. Normally he reacts pretty badly to them. However, after the initial sting, he had very little reaction.

I suspect the astragalus root has been helpful to his immune system.

Of course, it won't do to take astragalus root once there is a sting. It is something to use more as a preventative.

My son is a big guy. I give him 2 capsules once or twice a day. (Basically, whenever I cross paths with him I hand him 2 capsules of astragalus! )

I noticed that I didn't catch a chest cold as I usually would have this winter.

Then I realized it was because I had taken 650 mg quercetin dihydrate daily. Quercetin also gives me energy.

My current capsule has only 250 mg and that might even be enough. Most quercetin products come with bromelain.

A person had really bad chest congestion and they started taking a Quercetin 250 mg tablet that had Ester-C and Bromelain daily and three weeks later their congestion is apparently gone.

For a year or two or more I would try quercetin for any lung or sinus problem like asthma, emphysema, COPD, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, etc.

The best value of quercetin that I know of is a 400 mg quercetin per capsule dose made by a major brand. It's actually listed as 800 mg quercetin with bromelain but that is for 2 capsules.

Green Tea boost my immune system. Green Tea is the most awesome tea, recently taken the world by storm. I drink 3 cups a day, which is the equivalent of eating 8 apples according to the daily mail. Tea can also rehydrate you so can be used as a substitute for water. I know this because my pee is mostly clear. I used to get the flu 4 times a year without failure. Even during the summer. I suffered for year. ie until I Started to drink Green Tea. My energy levels shot up. I only got sick once in the 2 years that I have been taking it. HI U GOOD PEOPLE DOIN, My friend told the medical folks at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga that he is not leaving until they find out what was wrong with him. Sounds good, but that will never happen when your problem is one that they do not recognize. Parasites is a zero for our traditional medical folks. They don't know how to treat it and don't know whether to sheet or go blind.

I have given up on my friend as he will only listen to Allopathic doctors. What all you trashy folks need to understand on EC is that you are smarter n normal folks. You will listen. That is a backhanded compliment if you have never encounter one of those.

Micronized Beta Glucan, Moducare

I haven't personally tried the micronized beta glucan but I ran across it in my research for immune products.

The regular high dose beta glucan has been tounted for the immune system but research has shown it is mostly useless since it doesn't absorb into the body. The form of beta glucan is more important that the quantity. Ideal size should be around 1 micron or less. There are many positive anecdotal reports on it.

There is a product called Moducare that has a lot of research behind it. I have personally tried it and can feel the effect.

It is a low dose product with a 20 to 1 ratio of sterols to sterolin. It's mode of action is balancing the immune system so if you immune is over active, it will lower it and if under active, it will raise it.

When a person 'dies of pneumonia', was it really a 'problem' of pneumonia? Or was the pneumonia a secondary illness, which gained traction in the body, due to lowered immunity to many such diseases? Wouldn't the pneumonia likely respond well to addressing the obvious lack of immunity?

When we are busy directing our energy to treating the 'specifically named disease', focusing on the basic symptomology and the like, perhaps we are missing the obvious. Perhaps the proverbial horse has left the barn.

What if the core issue is the building-up of general immunity? Respecting, resting, and restoring soils that grow foods of greater strength, is one place to begin. Nutritional supplements, herbs, oils, exercise, sunshine, and 'focusing on the good' also have place within this 'general health-building' protocol.

Native peoples who ate raw or wild foods, including Eskimos who ate only raw meat, seemed to display great joy, super immunity, great strength, and an almost complete lack of degenerative disease --as though it was unheard of alltogether.

I think it would pay handsomely to try to get to the root of the matter, not of each of 'my diseases', but of immunity as a single-eyed goal. The core of healing is health; pursue health, not 'disease', good and not evil, and we may find we are on the right, good road, already.

Also, the psychological aspect of health is very often personal FEAR. Anita Moorjani, a cancer survivor as a result of an NDE testifies that she gave herself cancer by living in fear for many yrs. Firstly, I admire your determination to find the answer to your health problems in nature. I am a doctor, & in my experience, you are definitely looking in the right direction! "Nature ALWAYS heals given the opportunity".. It does take "2 positive actions to overcome 1 negative condition" (in this case your health problem being the negative condition)...So ..now to solutions. I have found that the following works very nicely for the kidneys:

1. PARSLEY TEA: 1 tablespoon of italian parsley (fresh is best..dried is ok) to a large cup/mug of hot water. Cover mug & let sit 5 mins. Strain & drink 3 cups daily, ..warm is best...cool is fine also

2. CASTOR OIL PACKS/COMPRESSES on the lower back/kidney area 3 nights per week for 4 consecutive weeks. (you will find videos on www.youtube.com describing complete directions for applying the compresses...Heat after application is essential.

3. COLONIC IRRIGATION: A colonic to be taken the day after the 3rd night of castor oil compresses each week for 4 weeks..4 colonics total (u can find a colonic therapy clinic in your area on www.google.com. Last & most definitely not least.."Knowledge is Power"..I recommend you purchase the following book "Foods That Heal" by Dr Bernard Jensen. You will find this wonderful little book online. Hi Rebel...About the single most effective and uncomplicated way to boost or strengthen your immune system is to just supplement high quality colostrum powder two or three times a day(fresh colostrum milk is better and more effective than the powder form but it's hard to get).

Doctors and farmers have known about the immune boosting capabilities of colostrum for decades. Taking colostrum on a daily basis causes a transfer of immunity to many common diseases. This is basically a transfer of immunity from the mother cow to the human taking the colostrum.

Generally, proper colostrum contains up to 50% antibodies from the mother cow. These antibodies are like blueprints for the human immune system which is then able to manufacture these antibodies on its own. Dr Albert Sabin, a French virologist who created the first oral polio vaccine in 1957, actually made his synthetic polio vaccine directly from bovine antibodies in colostrum.

You can read about about bovine colostrum here and you can read the research here. I recommend this brand of colostrum because of its high quality, testing and care of manufacture. Buy the powder and just take it as recommended two or three times a day outside mealtimes as needed.

Once your immune system has recovered and is strong again you can stop taking the colostrum. But, as maintenance, I would thereafter just take colostrum once a year for a month or so to help top up the immune system with antibodies and to keep it strong.

I must also add that supplementing colostrum will have many more beneficial effects(as the links above show) than just boosting your immune system.

I am so sorry for the delayed response. Thank you to Bill, Mmsg. I did see the post from Mmsg , but this is the first time I seen the post from Bill on 09-25-14. I guess I took some time off of here. I need to go through sign in and follow my post. I will do that in the future, so that I never miss another response. Also thank you Asa and Bill again for 02-17 and 02-18-15 responses.

I am very careful about reporting what I think is a cure, because so many times I thought I was cured only to have condition flare back up. With that being said, I really do think that I may have almost completely wiped out this skin condition I had. I don't want to call it a name, but will just say I had black specs I could rub out with oils and lotion. I do have an occasional itch, but the specs seem to have disappeared along with the hard granules and white pimples and red scar looking spots.

Here is what I done. I did most of the above that I mentioned in my first post. Two things I added was MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) and orange essential oils internally. The MSM, I took a 1/2 Teaspoon once a day and worked my way up to 3 to 4 times a day for maybe 2 to 3 weeks. I stopped, because I got very worried about what was going on with me. More on that in just a minute. I was watching a youtube video ( David Wolfe ) and he was talking about taking the MSM to dissolve the calcium shells that bacteria and stuff hide behind and then attack them with other stuff to flush them out once the calcium is dissolved. Enter in our own Ted, I read where he had talked about Orange oil to kill out fibers if they existed. I put two and two together and started the orange oil maybe 7 to 10 drops in a glass of water once a day. This is the best my skin on my arms have looked in years. I may not be completely cured, but I am a lot better. This stuff was starting to spread and I was scared and went for it.

Back to MSM I was taking, I can not stress enough what happened to me when I started taking high doses of this. My hair and face got more than oily ( it was like slimy ) I mean a thick goo and it had black specs in it when I would wipe off the goo. I never had any spots or anything on my face only on my arms, this scared me, but I figured it was detox. I eventually stopped the MSM though. Enter the Orange oil and I really started clearing up.

I probably could have cured myself 100% if I would have kept on it, but read somewhere that orange oil could burn your insides and cause you problems. I believe this stuff is or was a bacteria, yeast and parasites. Most looked like black specs, but under my jewelers loop, looked like blue fibers I also saw some things come out that under my loop again looked like a tiny microscopic clear fleas and there where some small flying bugs that would appear around me. I not saying these came from me, but they would appear without an apparent source. this all happened as I was getting better.

The one other thing I did externally. Bought some lye soap, turned it into liquid soap and purchase some Sun citrus burst dish washing liquid. When I would wash, I would squirt several squirts of the lye soap on my wash cloth and add a little of the Sun to it and wash, I also did this for my hair. The Sun says it washes away bacteria on the bottle. I still do this today.

I don't want to give anyone false hope and I don't want to call it a complete cure, but this really made the best improvement out of everything I have tried ( knock on wood ) I also took, like I said the above stuff as in Baking Soda and Borax internally and added a little borax when I turned the lye soap to liquid.

Any way, I have been hesitate to post this info, because I didn't have the gaping wounds and sores that most report. My was crawling itching sensation with granules ( almost like a dry hard pimple) along with some white head pimples and lots of red scar where these things would appear. All on my forearms.

I have rambled long enough now.

Hi Jeanette,

I came across Moringa on Dr. Mercola's website about two months ago and recognized it as a vegetable I grew up eating in India. The leaves and the green pods are cooked into very tasty dishes indeed! Ayurveda says Moringa can be used as a preventive in 300 diseases and can be used to treat high BP, diabetes, anemia, depression, and weight loss. Indian grocery stores often carry the green pods for a few weeks during the summer and also year around in the freezer section. But no chance of getting the leaves, at least not on the East coast. So I ordered organic moringa powder from Amazon and have been using a tea spoon in my daily green smoothie. I started off slow, just 1/4 tsp at first and gradually built it to one tsp. I definitely noticed it's cleansing effects and an increase in energy. It also seems to keep me feeling full. Anyway, it's impressive array of nutritional qualities - high in amino acids, protein, and essential minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium, not to mention high fiber, alone earns it a place in my daily diet. It also seems to be helping me lose weight but I am not sure if that is solely due to Moringa alone. I have also started taking borax, as per Bill's protocol, and it's been immensely beneficial. Hi Jeanette, Moringa grows widely in South India. It is a garden Tree which grows up to 30 ft high. The fruit is called DRUM STICK.

We used to cook moringa leaves and have it along with fish curry, sambar, rasam. The fruit Drum Stick is cooked in sambar makes the sambar very flavourful. Even the flower is edible.

Moringa is very nutritious, contains Iron, Vitamin A, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Amino Acids, Vitamin B complex so it can be a natural immune booster. You can equate Moringa with Materna. Moringa gives complete nutrition for pregnant and lactating mothers.

Moringa is very very common tree in south India, moringa grows in every house hold garden (before 2000, not anymore in metro cities). We don't buy moringa (or at least I did not buy when I was in india). You can just walk into the garden and pluck the leaves from the tree. Wash it and use it for cooking. In fact, if you need moringa leaves your neighbor will love to share it with you from his/her garden.

The leaves, flowers, fruit are edible and used for cooking. If you make a small cut on the bark, the tree secretes a resin that can be used as glue.

During my childhood I used to collect this resin boil in water and make my own glue ( heavenly those days)

It is surprising that what we got free and what we shared for free is sold for $25 - for 60 capsules approx Indian Rupees Rs 1300.

Know this important information about Moringa.

HI YA'LL, , , , , , , , , , Sad to report that my friend is now in the emergency room of a Chattanooga Hospital. Not going to drag this out, but want to make a point. When I read Hulda Clark's book some 10 years ago in which she stated that the root cause of all disease is parasites. She also said that if you have an indoor pet then you have the same parasites that the pet has.

My wife had indoor cats for 44 years of our marriage. What Dr Clark said made sense to me so when her cat died two years later, she said she wanted another cat. My reply was certainly, but for the last 46 years we have had indoor cats, and for the next 46 years we will have out door cats. That was 8 years ago and now she would have it no other way. They get fed twice a day with a measured meal. They love her far more that the indoor cats who had food on a constant basis. I hope we don't have their parasites, but we do have Candida as everyone has.

The two hot topics that is now on EC is Candida overload and Alzheimer's. They should be. What we have learned in our exchanges is that you can treat both for pennies. You just have to get the smarts and we are all helping one another in this endeavor. For my money, I think Candida is the biggie, you keep that in balance and you will have good health. We have all learned that there is no silver bullet. It's a disciplined thing. Candida is a parasite. I also think that Hulda Clark was a great woman and was far ahead of her time.

The recipe for good health is pretty straight forward

1) Avoiding vaccines - this is the biggest since undoing this damage is nearly impossible.

2) Minimize processed foods

3) Clean up your water supple e.g. fluoride filters. Take borax on occasion to help remove fluoride from body.

4) Genetic warfare. Minimize GMO foods - not easy

5) Realize that many food nutrients that were plentiful in the food supply have been removed or greatly lessened. One may need to supplement.

6) Watch out for anything containing mercury and other toxins. dental mercury is the biggest conduit.

7) Just like changing the oil in a car, doing the various cleanses every 10 or 20 years would be a good idea to rejuvenate body.

8) Be aware of the local environment hazards. For instance, if one lives in an environment like a farm where parasites are more prevalent then doing a parasite cleanse with turpentine every year would be a good idea.

Your "recipe for good health" is great, thank you Prioris, although you should really run maintenance cleansing up to twice a year - every 10 -20 years just is NOt enough! You don't get parasites just from pets, parasite eggs live in the dust we inhale and the food we eat - its part of being alive. Hulda Clark recommended parasite, bowel, kidney and liver cleanse once every six months. It really helps if you do it as a group and the results long term are incredible. I also do regular coffee enema, prunes, figs and magnesium powder to ensure my gut is moving everything out of my system well. Even so, always have a professional colonic session before and after liver cleansing. Sometimes, to start you need five sessions colonics to move out bits of compacted matter that have been in your bowel since you were a child. And then six to seven liver cleanses - one a month - until you can see that all the stones are out of your liver. Then you can go on the maintenance program. We are living in a polluted world, not much you can do about it except incorporate cleansing into your life and get used to it as part of your lifestyle, right. I also love diatomaceous earth for in between - great for general maintenance, anti-parasite and anti-candida. Thanks again.

Something to think about...I have wondered how many are using anti-bacterial soaps or hand sanitizers. Good and bad bacteria are everywhere but if you use these you are not only killing the bad bacteria but the good bacteria that fights it. It seems like the more germ-free and sanitized people are trying to be, ailments and diseases are escalating.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give feedback on medicinal mushrooms for immune support. My mother has been taking an immune support mushroom formula from the health food store for 2 years now and hasn't gotten sick. I am around a lot of children every day at our karate studio and bombarded year-round with viruses galore. It's Host Defense, MyCommunity, Comprehensive Immune Support. See these google images. Still one of my most favorite supplements, but please make sure to buy them from a reputable company (like Amazon directly or iherbs). I think I bought a fake batch from an Amazon third party seller 2 years ago.. Normally you should feel better within 10 minutes of taking these mushrooms, but that particular batch did nothing for me and I ended up getting sick a few times that winter season.

Camel Milk

There seems to be a campaign to demonise foods these days, but I object! . What is causing our problems is more to do with what mankind has done to the original foods. Pastuerising milk has made it difficult to digest (damaged enzymes) and homogenising it has enabled the, now tiny, fat particles to enter the bloodstream without proper digestion. What we call wheat, has its own manmade problems. Of course the pesticides and herbicides on all non-organic foods do nothing for our health.

In most of the recipes on these pages you would have to guess the the measurements as people never remember to write this down or may have put it on a previous post and think we will remember. I'm guilty of doing this too. Curative recipes tend to be 1 or 2 tablespoons of acv. Maintenace recipes seem to be 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon depending on the ailment. Garlic will be as much as you can stomach without gagging. Remember that most of these recipes are non toxic so it would be hard to overdose. Again honey tends to be 1 to two teaspoons or to suit your taste and almost all the drinks remedies call for 8 oz water.At a guess this recipe calls for 1 or two tablespoons of acv, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon honey and 8 oz warm water. The clove of garlic would depend on size and strenght of odour and taste. More or less to suit. The honey could be increased for sweetness if you wanted to give it to a child.

This next bit answers another post from you too where you ask about giving these remedies to a child. My daughter is 4 and less than 3 stone in weight. I base this on Teds advice to use body weight as the divider. When giving her anything that I am taking myself I divide it by 1/3. In a drink recipe as above I would make as for an adult (water included) then tip 1/3 into a glass and fill again with more water. And give her as much as she will take. For vitamins, I try to buy in capsule form - open the capsule and tip up to 1/3 into her breakfast food or drink. this goes unnoticed by her. If it is a cooked breakfast I wait till it has cooled so as not to damage the actual vitamin through heat.I have put it on sandwiches when I forget to do it in the morning making sure it is well spread out. So as not to wastes the balance of the vitamin put the rest of the capsule/s on a spoon then lower into a heavy cup that won't be knocked over. Leave the capsule on the spoon in the cup for easy retrieval next day. And out of the way from little fingers. I'll post this to the other thread as welll to make sure you see it.

Many people tout the Transfer Point Glucan 300 product because of this.

WebMD calls micron beta glucan bunk but that website has always had the lowest credibility from my perspective.

Transfer Point has a lot of positive reviews but so does micronized beta glucan have a lot of positive reviews and very few negative. If micron sized beta glucan did not have much validity, I doubt the product could have so few negative reviews.

Different types seem to work but we need to know which type (how processed) gives the most bang for the buck.

I think the best way to sort out all the different claims is to actually try different types of beta glucan and see if you can figure out which one gives you more bang for the buck.

Most people use it to avoid colds and flu. Others like me need it to help a constantly weakened immune system.
