I am 53 yrs old and am in perimenopause. Having hot flashes was the only thing that was really bothering me. I changed my diet but that really didnt help much. What really helped me was making ginger syrup and drinking it daily. In 7 days, my hot flashes were completely gone. How I know that was what did it? I stopped drinking it and they came back full force. I drank 8oz morning and night.
