Very good. This equals a 3 mg dose btw. We too are starting LDN Low Dose Naltrexone. It has excellent results for multiple afflictions such as Auto Immune diseases, Chronic Pain, Fatigue, Inflammation, Long COVID, Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), Depression, and Anxiety. Users often report it improves their quality of life; better sleep, reduced brain fog, and higher energy levels. Dosage: Treatment often starts at 1.5 mg and increases up to 4.5 mg, though some patients may find relief at doses as low as 0.1 mg. Side Effects: Generally mild and transient, including insomnia, vivid dreams, or headaches. You will want to experiment what time of day works best for you ie, morning afternoon evening bedtime. It is generally well-tolerated, with a low incidence of adverse effects. Highly recommend reading on this application.
