Natural Cures for Hay Fever (Allergic Rhinitis)

I have found something quite by accident that works for my hay fever. I have rhinitis constantly and in the morning I can't take a deep breath. I have a lush garden and cats and dogs. I use quercetin with bromelain and after several days I realized my symptoms were gone.
