Natural Treatments for Hair Loss in Women

I am 15 years old. A few years back I found out that I had lice. So I used a lice treatment and my hair started falling out ALOT. Now I have very thin hair. I have lost all hope. My scalp is very dry and hair is rough. I used to have thick smooth silky hair before. Now I even have a bald spot. I am freaking out. I tried alot of remedies, aloe vera gel, onion juice, mayo, eggs, oils....nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP.
