Good news good news, for your alopecia aerata cure.

If you have alopecia aerata. Don't worry. Use Milk Kefir, Take a cup of milk kefir (drink it) and also apply milk kefir in the affected areas. You will see nice and full hair growth in 3 months. There will not be a single trace that you had alopecia.

It is auto immune disease. Definitely Milk Kefir cures auto immune disease. Milk Kefir is God Sent, It cures many diseases like IBS, Crohns, dyspepsia, autism some claim even schizophrenia.

Important point- You should use real home made milk kefir. Don't use store bought industrially produced milk kefir. You can buy milk kefir grains from ebay and see how to make kefir videos in youtube.

Milk kefir is the one food that can't be industrially produced however the company claims it. It is due to the synergestic combination of Billions of yeast and good bacterias in it.

People in north america and europe can easily get it. it is hard to find to milk kefir in asia.

Hope this will help many, who are in despair.

Thanks

Back in May 2012, I noticed what turned out to be Alopecia Areata and was immediatley frightened due to the rather large bald spot on the top of my head. I immediatly reached out to the internet and found this website and the reply regarding milk kefir. I had nothing else to lose (besides more hair) so I tried the milk kefir. Needless to say, after drinking a cup a day for the first 10-15 days, I immediatley started to see new hair growth. This stuff is amazing! For anyone dealing with Alopecia Areata, this is by far, the cheapest, as well as the most effective cure, in my opinion. I am so pleased with the results as I continuously have a cup of milk kefir each day and watch my hair, slowly but surely fill back in. Thanks to whoever made the comment about milk kefir, I am well on my way to a healthly, full head of hair in the near future, and for that I am eternaly grateful. Thanks for sharing! All I can say is WOW!!

I've used urine therapy. Involves collecting a cup of your own urine before you turn on the shower, poring it over your head massage it in, shower & clean the rest of your body , then just before you get out rinse your hair thoroughly. Your hair will get thicker with a nice luster. In about 2 months new hair will start to grow. Look & understand urine therapy, very very interesting. cheers Graham

Check the Thyroid

Guys, if you are losing your hair, there is a lot more to it than genetics. You want to periodically test yourself for hypothyroidism, a.k.a. an underactive thyroid gland.

The serum TSH test is not a bad to start with, as it is better than nothing. But the test itself can be misleading; and the TSH is not even a thyroid hormone.

Once you convince yourself that indeed you are hypothyroid, then you will also need to find a doctor who is willing to prescribe a natural thyroid extract. However unfortunately the vast majority of so called doctors will not do that. Whenever they can, they will fight you and oppose you. They will also make sure the treatment you get is inadequate A) because they will drag their feet, and B) because they will treat your test results, as opposed to treating you.

I know, I know, all of this is a lot of hard work...

But your hair WILL GROW BACK!

Eliminate Nickel

In her book, The Cure for All Diseases, Dr. Hulda Clark says, our skin oils are loaded with NICKEL, causing “allergies” in our skin, and male pattern baldness is such an allergy.

How can we rid our bodies of nickel? This is the challenge. Are we eating dirt? A small amount of dirt can't be avoided on our food. But we can stop sucking on nickel as if it were a lollipop. Our spoons, forks and knives are made of nickel! Stainless steel is 8% nickel! Does it really come off as you eat? When you stick a knife into the mayonnaise jar, it is stained in a few minutes. Try it. The mayonnaise has reacted with the metal loosening the nickel. When you smear the knife over your bread, this film comes off and you eat it. If you were to put the knife in your mouth, now, you could taste the metal. You will later wash the knife but not before you have eaten enough nickel to supply all the bacteria in your body with the daily allowance of their essential element, nickel. Nickel is not our essential mineral. Even plants keep their nickel levels very low. But due to pollution of animal feed with it, even a hen's egg now has 3 mcg/100 gm of nickel in it. To produce a nickel-polluted egg, the chicken must be polluted. Especially infants and children should never be given metal cups or cutlery. They need all their immune power to combat the barrage of new bacteria and viruses that is emerging in this age of AIDS. Nickel is part of dirt and belongs there, not in our pots and cutlery. Another large source of nickel is metal dentalware. It is used to harden gold! If you suffer from prostate problems, remove metal from your dentalware. Nickel is used to make bridges, gold crowns, retainers, amalgams. Exchange it all for plastic ware and composite buildups (see Sources for more dental information). Stop eating and cooking with metal utensils; use old fashioned wooden or sturdy plastic cutlery instead. Always use a plastic knife for butter or mayonnaise. Never buy foil-wrapped butter. Nickel is fat soluble and is stored in your skin fat temporarily when a surge of it enters the body. Your skin oils may be loaded with nickel causing “allergies” in the skin. Male pattern baldness is such an allergy. The sweat tries to excrete it for you. Always wash off your scalp sweat to help with this excretion. The skin oils dissolve nickel from metal jewelry (sometimes leaving your skin with a greenish black color) and transport it into your body. Don't wear metal jewelry. Earring posts should be plastic. Metal watches and metal rimmed glasses should be replaced with all plastic types. Metal rings should be replaced. After lowering your total body nickel levels and your prostate disease is only a memory, you might notice scalp hair returning to sparse areas. Search around the edge of the hair line for the first returnees.

Scalp Massage, Micro-Needling

Hello, I've been an avid reader of EC for quite some time now, and I'm thrilled to be making my debut post here. Over the years, I've gained a substantial amount of knowledge through self-application of natural remedies, among other things. This has led me to accumulate considerable expertise in certain subjects. Today, I want to delve into the topic of hair regrowth, as it can significantly impact one's confidence and daily life. I'll be sharing my personal regimen and insights I've gathered on this matter.

Hair loss comes in various forms, including Pattern hair loss, Alopecia areata, and Telogen effluvium. It's important to recognize that it's not a one-size-fits-all "hair loss" situation. I'd like to focus on the more prevalent form, which is Pattern hair loss, often referred to as male pattern baldness, particularly as men age. This is a condition that affects nearly every male to some extent.

Having intermittently researched this subject for many years, I've recently implemented a hair growth program that has yielded impressive results. I'm genuinely excited about the progress and haven't cut my hair in months (previously, I would shave my head bald).

Here's what I've discovered: Once you identify the specific type(s) of hair loss affecting you (which could be multiple), you can approach treatment more effectively. The initial step involves addressing any inflammation within the scalp. Personally, I dealt with dandruff issues and used specialized "medicinal shampoos" for a few weeks to tackle this problem. While I'm usually inclined toward natural remedies, I conducted research on the active compounds in these products and decided to use them temporarily to address the issue. It's worth noting that natural remedies like CLO2 or BORAX could potentially treat dandruff issues caused by yeast, fungus, or bacteria.

With improvements in scalp health, the focus can shift to hair regrowth strategies. The most impactful techniques in my case include rigorous 20-minute scalp massages twice a day and "micro needling" using a 1.5mm derma roller every two weeks. I've also delved into intriguing information about scalp tension and elasticity. I've observed a potential link between scalp tension and pattern hair loss, making the application of massages particularly beneficial. Additionally, I've incorporated minoxidil foam twice daily. While there are other natural remedies available, my previous attempts with minoxidil years ago yielded minimal results. However, the combination of scalp massages and micro needling has been astonishing, revealing a new layer of hair growth that I find quite exciting. I'm also planning further experiments, such as applying colloidal silver post micro needling due to its potential stem cell effects and healing properties.

In summary: Begin by addressing scalp inflammation (such as dandruff in my case). Next, engage in mechanical scalp stimulation through micro needling (once per week / 2 weeks) and/or scalp massages (daily / twice per day). Optionally or as recommended, explore chemical scalp stimulation using minoxidil or natural remedies like rosemarinic acid, rosemary oil, cedarwood oil, and peppermint oil. Hope this brings back confidence and hope to any male of females experiencing hair loss symptoms.

H. Pylori Link to Alopecia

I've got my hair back since my last post a couple of years ago (see bottom of this post). It would grow back then move on to the next part of the head and so on an so on till it moved through every part of my head in patches.

Well, I just might have found a link between undiagnosed ulcers and alopecia areata and could be for other forms as well. I've had an ulcer for the last 6 years, but didn't know until recently when the pain started, but the alopecia started before I had any pain. It's due to the Helicobacter pylori bacteria in the gut.

Part of my eyebrow is missing now, but within a few weeks starting growing back.

I'm sleeping on a grounding sheet and taking cannabis oil in olive oil form and virgin cold pressed coconut oil. And juicing cabbage, which gives instant relief from the pain, but hasn't cured it. Its kept it in check mostly, but hasn't cured it.

I would seriously check this out guys and girls:

Hi to all,

I've been reading the posts and replies on Alopecia. I've come down with it in the last few months and I've lost my moustache and now have several areas on my head of which one is a total bald spot of around 3cm square. There seem to be a lot of hit and miss going on and so many different types of supposed cures.

I'm not sure if anyone has posted anything regarding "Candida and Hair loss". I will shortly visit a trusted Naturopath to confirm my suspicions. I'm not sure if you can get a test done at your local Doctor to show Candida. It is directly related to a fungus condition from yeast the affects the bowel and the immune system hence "Autoimmune" issues.

I have all the symptoms of a Candida infestation. The health of the bowel is seriously underestimated.

I will report back shortly after confirming if this is the case or not.

Till then I recommend others Google "Candida and hair loss".

Thanks.

To Brendon from Petaling, Malaysia showing signs of male pattern baldness:

I would suggest colloidal silver water in a mister/spray bottle. I saw once a DVD on this by a scientist who took it upon himself to help ordinary people with health problems. He had been bald but used to mist his head with CS and he had grown his hair back and even in dark colour.

In addition, you could use onion poultices as seen on you tube. Onion has lots of sulphur which is good for hair growth. Good luck, Om

To Brendon,

Posted by Brendon (Petaling Jaya, Malaysia) on 12/14/2013: I'm 15 and I have signs of male pattern baldness, I would like to know how do I use the Apple Cider Vinegar method? Would appreciate if I would get a response as soon as possible, thanks :)

I am not aware of how to use ACV for regrowing hair. I know of some things that may be helpful, though. Nettles and horsetail are both good for hair growth. You could take capsules of either or both, or make a tea of them to drink regularly. (2 cups per day.) Castor oil, topically, has helped some with hair growth. You would massage it onto the scalp and let it sit for a while before washing it off. (Maybe an hour or two while you watch TV or whatever.) It may take a couple of washings to get it out.

Be careful what shampoo you use. SLS in shampoo is bad for your hair. (I recently got some "everyone Shampoo" that is free of SLS and really like it. Not too expensive and smells good.)

Finally, if I were you, I would take some time to study here at Earth Clinic. Read all the pages about alopecia. Also, read the Colloidal Silver pages. Dave has written extensively about using CS to combat viruses, including those that may be causing auto-immune disease. Some thing that Alopecia is auto-immune.

Some people do use Apple Cider Vinegar as a hair rinse. It wouldn't hurt to try that, too. You can also take 1 Tablespoon in a glass of water each day. It helps so many things. Maybe it would be helpful to you.

Let us know how it goes!

Jojoba, Tea Tree Oil

Hair loss

Jojoba oil, tea tree oil, everyday, as well as a 10 min scalp massage using your head muscles. The jojoba clears any sebum dht build up on the scalp and leaving your pores flushed out. The tea tree oil will wipe out any skin or fungus disorders in the scalp, the main one being dandruff.

The head massage ( without using hands ) by just using your head muscles will bring more blood to your scalp, and flush out any dht clogging your hair folicles. Do this everyday for at least 5-10 minutes.

Drink plenty of water, cut out processed sugars and foods, fried foods, alcohol, smoking, red meats. You will see a complete shut down of balding if you are currently losing your hair. It will stop dead in its tracks, and you will keep what you have and grow some back, if you stick to that plan.

Borax might be an interesting read since it's one of our minerals and also affects hormone balance and in this site there is a section for using it as a shampoo.... Vitamin D is also a hormone and I sunbath for 15 minutes daily for my hormone health.

Biotin, Silica, Zinc

I regrew my hair with a high dosage combination of biotin, vegetal silica and zinc about six years ago.

The hair loss cause was stress and I felt that getting rid of the stress was also essential to the program. Hair loss stopped the day I started the nutrition regime and since hair grows on average about a half inch per month I saw evidence of new hair growth in about 4 weeks. I had gone almost all silver grey/white(stress?) before the hair loss started but all new growth came in with my natural brown color(no more stress?). Six years later I still have a full head of hair with some little flecks of white/grey at the crown(various degrees of stress or poor circulation?).

I continued my nutrient program for about six months but tapered the dosage down a bit after the first 2 months and further at the 4 month point. Hope this helps.

Aloe Vera for Male Pattern Baldness in Men

i started rubbing aloe vera into my scalp about 4 months ago, I do it 2 to 3 times a week, I just take and scrape the inside of the leaf and get goop from it and really get my scalp soaking wet with it, I do it at night so it can soak in good, and shower in the morning, I have male pattern baldness and noticed my hair is coming back like grass spreading from the hair thats left and starting to cover the bald areas, it has expanded about an inch and a half over the past 4 months, have no idea if it will work for everyone, but so far I am amazed.

Good luck in whatever you do.

Hi Rabia, Well, Ed2010 gave it to you in a nutshell. I'm going to give you a link to a site which gives you extensive information on kefir.

http://users.sa.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html

I discovered it a few years ago when I first started making kefir and learned so much from it, I thought it might interest you and perhaps others. I would not recommend ordering any grains from Dom though, as I remember he was rather unreliable in this manner. Nonetheless, the history and information is absolutely fascinating! Enjoy and best to you, Lisa

For anyone who has tried other products that can be a little pricey, I would recommend you try the milk kefir. Can't say enough about it.... Thanks again for sharing.

Hi Diyac, I originally bought my kefir grains from a commercial site since I was brand new to that world. After I started to learn more and join groups, I learned there were lots of people out there that are more than willing to share their grains. I know I have given my personal grains to friends and family. When you begin to make your own, you will have a surplus too and can then share as well.

Anyway, here is a great resource to finding kefir:

Dear Tim in NY,

My understanding is that water kefir does not have as many probiotics as milk kefir. But it would surely be worth a try!

Also, it is possible that your body would tolerate the milk kefir as the kefir grains live on the sugar in the milk. So there is less milk sugar in the kefir. My system doesn't tolerate dairy the best but it does tolerate kefir quite well.

Let us know what you try!

Pulse Therapy

Alopecia Areata/Totalis/Universalis: I recently saw something in a search on cures for alopecia. It's called 'pulse therapy' which includes several high doses of steroids, for a short period of time; pulsed out over time. The reseach has suggested that many people with this disorder are cured within a 3-6month time frame. Although they say it causes no side-effects or risk, I would do my own personal due diligence. Seems to be available in most other countries except here in the USA

Hi Ted and everyone.

I'm having Hair loss from few years and I'm almost bald now. I tried many remedies from this web site and others but none responded. I'm Vegetarian and healthy otherwise.

I take ACV two teaspoons in warm water with 2 teaspoons of Lemon with honey daily from past year before brush in the morning.

I also did lot of other remedies like Tea tree oil, rosemary essential oil, Peppermint E oil daily night for 3 months mixed with Castor oil and Coconut oil.

I also tried Cayenne pepper mixed in the castor oil and rubbed in scalp thrice a week fro almost 6 months.

I'm also taking supplements like - Zinc, MAxi-Hair suppliments, NAC 60 mg

I'm not sure what am I doing wrong here.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
