I have been reading about how people are using Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and Black Strap Molasses (BSM) to shrink fibroid tumors. I used low fat vegan and raw diet and I am fibroids free. Nutrition does wonders for the body and helps its ability to heal. I started out with a vegetarian and organic lifestyle after getting fed up with allopathic medicine's appproach to the fibroids I had. I progressed to a vegan and organic nutrition and I transitioned to a raw, vegan nutrition and the fibroids are all gone. I also used herbs and spices such as Vitex (chasteberry), red raspberry leaves, astragalus, garlic, ginger, turmeric, dandelion leaves and roots, milk thistle, cramp bark, fenugreek, red clover, and squaw vine in my regimen.

Within the first week of eating a wholly plant-based diet, all my symptoms were gone. I gained a surge in energy and three months later, overcame chronic anemia that had persisted for three years. The tumors started to shrink and my hormones started to balance; I was no longer irritable. I have since been cured of mood swings, PMS, breast tenderness and fibroids. I also had a tumor on my liver that disappeared as well and I lost 38 pounds without any extra effort. I now have energy for brisk walks, bike rides, weights, yoga and pilates. I am now a firm believer in nutrition and herbs as remedies for all kinds of ailments. There are a lot of research about the effectiveness of nutrition and herbs in curing all kinds of ailments. I shocked the doctors who wanted to surgically remove the fibroids and who told me there was no cure. I am tumor free and I thank all the people who share their experiences on the web and I also thank medical doctors who are using nutrition to help their patients. It is true that we are what we eat.

Beets

Beets. I was bleeding for 35 days I a row before Thanksgiving, when we traditionally have (amount other normal Thanksgiving foods) pickled beets with red onion.

It's easy to prepare if you buy picked beets in a can, then thinly slice (or use a mandolin) red onions. Put sliced red onion and beets, including the juice, into a container (glass or stainless steel is what I use ) and marinate for at least one day, a few more days for extra flavor (note it is good for a long, long time afterwards ). We have a large family so I use 2-3 red onions and a large can of pickled beets (the largest they sell at Smart & Final). Now I'm a busy mom, so I do it the easy way, by buying a can of already pickled beets and adding the red onion (fresh) the way that my mom taught me. However you can make it yourself with fresh beets and red onion, but that way is messy but perhaps healthier if you use fresh beets. My mom made it that way for years but the switched to this recipe. Whichever way you like, but please note the pickled beets in a can worked for me.

Anyways, I ate beets on Thanksgiving, and a few days afterwards I ate the leftovers and all the beets (around four regular helpings I would say). Then after all the beets were gone for some reason I was compelled to drink the beet juice it had been sitting in (which I had never done before).

That weekend my ovary or uterus started throbbing painfully, man that hurt! And then I started bleeding the heaviest I ever had with sorry, TMI, globs coming out as well. Tampon and pad getting soaked and needing to be changed almost hourly. I was worried, as was my husband as we have no insurance. That lasted 3 days and then.....drumroll...I stopped bleeding all together! Total days I bled was 43 days (with maybe a random day or two dry here or there). It's now been almost two weeks with no bleeding.

So researching and reading online somewhere trying to figure out if I had fibroids or cysts, I ran across a recipe for beets and honey drink for fibroid issues. I remembered the beets I ate and the beet juice that I drank and think that is what helped me. So my insides, ovaries or uterus started hurting like before, so I just ate a bunch more of my pickled beets this afternoon, and drank some / a lot of the juice it was sitting in. I'll be making more pickled beets for Christmas (as this is a family favorite). However I will be eating more beets regularly. I will try to remember to post in the future if this helped in the long run.

Dear Dene,

Typically a dose of Blackstrap Molasses is a Tablespoon. It can be taken right off the spoon or added to any amount of water or to coffee (3/4 cup of either water or coffee is a handy ratio). My kids take it right off the spoon. They know it helps so much that they take it without being told. (They take it for leg cramps.)

I hope it is helpful to you!

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I was diagnosed with fibroids. I also suffer from a irregular period. When I drunk the apple cider vinegar my period came right away and I felt great. I increased my apple cider dose to twice a day with a few tablespoons in water and I began having pelvic pain. I dont know if this is a detox reaction or my body rejecting it. The pain has been for a week but its mild and I normally feel it in the mornings. If anyone else has had this experience let me know.

My fibroids were 13 cm and 11 cm. 11 cm shrunk and am still working on the other 13 cm that is now 9cm. Here is what I did: Drinking plenty of water early, avoiding milk, drinking of aloe vera gel, drinking of ginger mixed with burnt castor beans, alligator pepper.

Greetings Gretchen,

Personally, I feel that the doctor's test can be a good idea; it helps me determine what I will self-medicate with next. Here are a few things I faced concerning the return of monthly bleeding and spotting after fibroid and menopause.

1) At about 68 years, I had back pain as I had never had in my life. It interfered with my walking. So I tried Chanca Piedra because I thought it might be a stone, which I had never had in my life either. For a few months I bled about 7 days like a monthly, the next month there was no stopping, and seemly by chance the bleeding did stop the day I had a doctor's appointment. The doctor examination showed a polyp that had broken up.

2) Castor oil works differently or so I heard, it shrinks cysts and scar tissue, maybe someone who knows for sure will chime in.

3) This year 2023, I tried out Estrogen cream because I heard good news about it; you get back what the years took from you. I noticed it not only made me feel like my monthly was coming, I did get some spotting and light bleeding, so gave up the Estrogen cream and stuck with Progesterone cream and DHEA.

4) I had no problem with Borax, Boron, DHEA or Progesterone cream when not using added estrogen. So, I had to learn that for me, in post-menopause the fibroid may have dried up with everything else, but I still have to avoid estrogen overload. My sister goes to a women's clinic and get's her tests and has her women's supplement especially made up for her (she has a real good insurance).

I had good luck with blackstrap molasses for my 11cm uterine fibroid for the first couple months that I took it--noticeable decrease in size, better energy, more regular bowel movements. Then suddenly I noticed dramatic changes--marked increase in the size of my fibroid, overall body swelling, skin changes, constipation, hemorroids. I was taking birth control pills at the time and would track these changes according to the week on the pill--week 1 I looked 2 mos pregnant; week 2 I looked 3 mos pregnant; week 3 I looked 5 mos pregnant, and then I'd get my period and all would go back to baseline. After some months of this I noticed that my body stopped going back to baseline and that these changes just seemed to move in and stay. My clothes were no longer fitting, no longer could do yoga, too hard with all that swelling. My MD said that bcp's would not make a fibroid bigger but I thought otherwise.

One month ago I discontinued the bcp's. Guess what happened? My fibroid is GONE! My body is back to normal--the way I remember my body looking and feeling before all this shenanigans started. I see my MD in 3wks and I bet she will be shocked by this outcome. If you're taking bcp's along with any other natural regimen (i.e. Black strap molasses), consider that it may be more foe than friend in your efforts to manage your fibroid. I couldn't be happier to have my old body back! Thanks for reading and good luck to all.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I am writing in because for the last 6 months I had been suffering from an issue with Fibroids. I had non stop bleeding sometimes extremely heavy periods to the point were my blood count level was around 7.2 . at one point I was given a blood transfusion because of the amount of blood loss. I went to see my Dr. who did a biopsy and ultrasound and had determined that I was suffering from Fibroids and this was the reason for the continuous bleeding.

My Dr. gave me two options, to have an IUD inserted with no guarantees that this would work and may fall out or a Hysterectomy. I was also taking birth control pills to try to stop the bleeding as well with no results. I read the recommendations for ACV and Baking Soda for Fibroids and I decided to try it. The first couple of days I was not feeling too well, I felt really weak and had no energy, however , I took it for about 1 week and the bleeding has stopped. I now have another appointment to see my Dr , for another exam to see if the Fibroid is still there. I want to thank Ted for the recommendation and say I feel great! thanks again

Black strap molasses, turmeric, and castor oil for submucosal fibroid

Let me begin w a little background. I am 39 years old, 120 lbs, and have 2 children. 12 years ago diagnosed hypothyroid. Have had trouble regulating levels for the past several years. About 10 years ago I had a bilateral oopherectomy removal of left ovary and fallopian tube along with a noncancerous grapefruit sized cyst that I believed was caused by an IUD. A couple of years later I had the right fallopian tube removed for sterilization and to reduce cancer risk.

The past several years I have been seeing doctors to find what's wrong with me. Horrible night sweats, intense stabbing cramps, extreme fatigue sleeping for 16+ hours at once, blood clots and heavy bleeding, back pain, pain when going to the bathroom, ect. Finally I had an ultrasound last Friday 10/20/23 and they found a 2.4" submucosal fibroid, a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, and 2 masses on my cervix. I am terrified. Follow up app tomorrow. MRI next Thursday.

I do belive in the healing power of nature and have found relief through testimony on earth clinic in the past and have come up with a self healing regime. I start today. Black strap Molasses unsulphered 1 tsp morning and night. 1 tsp ground turmeric in juice of 1 lemon and 1 tbsp ACV w the mother once a day. Castor oil rubbed into lower belly after shower every day I am not bleeding. I am also going to make a pitcher of green tea to have on hand and drink throughout the day as well as beet juice when I can afford it. I hope it's possible to heal myself. I do not want surgery let alone a hysterectomy. Thank you everyone who contributed to my herbal plan and please send healing to me. I will post an update after I receive my MRI results. 🙏

Dear Scopa,

Well, that is discouraging - you have persevered and have not seen results.

I would try castor oil packs. They help so many different types of tumors and cysts. Do not use them during your period though as they can increase the flow.

Also, because animal products contain hormones, (even organic animal products) reducing animal products in your diet may help.

The herb vitex (also known as chaste tree berry) may help as well.

I hope you find relief soon!

Hi Scopa...The Iodine Protocol is probably best for fibroid or cyst problems. There are many independent research articles on the successful reduction and eradication of both uterine fibroids and breast cysts using lugol's iodine or Iodoral. There are even several people on this website who have also cured their own fibroids problems using the Iodine Protocol.

The Iodine Protocol (Long version)

Iodine Protocol (short version)

Research: Iodine, Ovaries and Fibroids

My last piece of advice is to take the Iodine Protocol exactly as advised -- which includes taking all the companion nutrients. If you don't do this then it probably will not work very well.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Blackstrap Molasses

The way I am making my wife take it is as follows:

1 Tbsp ACV + 1/4 tsp pure baking soda (should contain only sodium bicarbonate) + half glass of water 3 times a day

Small teacup of a mixture of beet juice, aloe vera juice and BSM (each teacup containing from 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp BSM), 3 times a day (but some people had had success with BSM alone)

Dozens of women on this website have reported success using these remedies. My wife is not fully healed yet but her pain has greatly decreased, no need to take painkillers anymore.

It is perfectly safe to take this every day for as long as you wish. If you decide to include beet juice, the urine might turn red, however it is nothing to worry about, as it only indicates iron deficiency.

Her weight coming down is a good thing, isn't it? I think it is a good decision to avoid dairy and red meats.

My wife is also taking a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal formula for dissolving blood stagnation which is seen as the cause of fibroids. The purpose of the herbs is to warm the body and promote circulation. One formula that does it is Cinnamon and Hoelen (Guizhi Fuling Wan). In China there are dozens of cases where women were healed with this formula.

For the aforementioned reason, taking hot baths, eating warm foods and doing Castor Oil packs is also recommended. To do a Castor Oil pack, soak a piece of cloth in Castor Oil and put in the oven to warm it up. Then place the cloth on the stomach over the fibroid, and cover it with plastic wrap. On the plastic place another thin cloth. On the top of that put a warming pad. Stay like this for 1 hours. The plastic wrap prevents you from getting dirty and the second thin cloth prevents you from getting a burn from the hot warming pad.

Taking milk thistle herb to supplement the liver is also recommended so that liver will be more efficient in getting rid of the "bad" estrogen that causes fibroids to grow.

I came across this site yesterday, and I was looking for a natural way to deal with my fibroids, especially since I believe I have at least two. Anyways, I did spot off and on for at least four days. The last day was the worst due to it being slightly heavier than the previous three.

In the past, I had an ovarian cyst that burst, and the doctor cleaned me out when he also took out my appendix, so I probably have scar tissue in that part of my body. The pain I was having was similar to the past, and since I'm in my 30s, it made logical sense for me to assume that it was fibroids. Well, this is definitely the case. Below are my results within 24 hours.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar worked for me, especially with having it diluted with water. I have not had any spotting thus far.

2. Grape Juice has also helped in cleansing my body. This did make my fibromyalgia kick in, so I cannot intake a lot because of it.

3. I have increased energy, and I feel so much better.

4. Ordered the Apple Cider Vinegar pills that will be taken with water (as a back up). Usually 500 mg is equivalent to 2 Tbsp. a day.

Thank you again for your recommendations. You prevented me from having another surgery and decreasing my chances of getting cancer when older. Blessings.

Hello ladies,

I suffer from fibroid as well, very very heavy periods, pain, etc. I started taking Ted's alkalizing remedy a month ago for fibroids(among other things) due to his previous post which I will copy below. I will let you know if this works for me. Other factors are important, such as wholesome diet, drink enough water throughout the day, and drink plenty of water with meals to maintain alkalinity in your body. Please let me know how you fare, ladies, and blessings to you:)

When the body is sufficiently alkalized, the serum calcium normalizes, causing a reduction in cysts and fibroids. Fibroids are a bit tough since the calcium goes deeper than a cysts and will take some time, sometimes with iodine foot painting now and then might be helpful, such as once a week. Normally cysts takes about a month to reduce or in some cases be gone, as the blood will clear up the excess tissue calcium, thus reducing the cysts. Ovaries and menses can only function perfectly whenever the excess calcium in tissues and glandular functions are reduced.

This can be done by getting the proper alkalization so that glandular functions can function normally, and hence normal menses, as well as normal pregnancy, without the blocked fallopian and uterus problem. Some women sadly can't get pregnant because of block fallopian tubes which can be due to fibroids or somes cysts and the ACV and baking soda may help reduce this blockages, or even a lemon and baking soda remedy will also get similar results.

While the lemon (lime) is more effective on alkalizing and potassium, the ACV is more effective on the body's metabolic rate, and hence some reduce weight is experienced. It doesn't require rocket science to realize all this. Only a good understanding of normal body functions. Ideally the ACV and baking soda is taken 3 times a day, but some people find it more convenient to do it 2 times a day because of the heavy work schedules, or other factors.

Lugol's Iodine

I suffered with fibroids for many years. The turning point came when I used lugols iodine as an enema. I had used it years before as drops in water but it didn't do much. Now use 1/2 teaspoon in about 2 cups spring water in an enema bag I get from the drugstore. I leave it in my body for 5-15 min. I feel great now. No more fatigue or mental fog. I speak more intelligently. I am no longer sensitive to heat at night. Have lots of energy. Have stopped the iron pills. I also take 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses with some peanut butter. That's better than the molasses alone. A holistic nurse on this site wrote that they do that in her hospital for patients that refuse transfusions. It works great. You do the molasses and peanut butter 1-3 times per day depending on how serious the anemia is. But the iodine enema is what really changed my life. The directions are in the following article from marksdailyapple.com:

ENEMA - Use a Fleet enema bottle. Empty out contents, wash out with hot water. Wipe off lubricated tip thoroughly with a dry paper towel and wash with hot water. Do not use any detergent! Fill up bottle with room temp water poured through a coffee filter. Preferable to boil water in glass container and let cool. Add up to 1/2 teaspoon of Lugol's. After a few enemas, it can be increased to one teaspoon. Avoid spilling, it stains. To lubricate tip, use only olive oil, butter, vitamin E gel. Do not use any commercial chemical lubricants. Do tuhe enema. Hold it in for 5 to 15 minutes or as long as you can. Initially, you may only be able to hold it in for a few minutes. It is preferable to lie down. Expect loads of mucus, gel, trash, undigested food and several movements within hours as mucus keeps coming out. If you're mucus loaded up, repeat enema daily for 2, 3 or 4 days. Then, once a week for 4 weeks until mucus/trash free. Maintenance, one enema a month.

I wanted to share with you and all your readers the great benefit I have experenced taking conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to reduce fibroid tumors. I have never actually been diagnosed with fibroids, but they do run in my family. My mother, aunt and older sister have had hysterectomies because of out-of-control fibroids which threatened to kill them from hemorraging. Somewhere about the time I turned 40 years old I started experiencing heavy periods. Around the same time I had started taking CLA for weight control and some of the other benefits I had read about (it's good for preventingtumors of all kinds). I hadn't made the connection yet, but my period had become regulated without my noticing. For whatever reason I stopped taking the CLA for quite some period of time. (I tend to take supplements for a time and then run out and forget to get more. ) Perhaps a couple of years passed and I not only began to get heavy flows every month, but they might continue for more than a week--sometimes as much as two weeks! I also was in so much pain that my husband had to pull me out of the bed because it hurt so much to sit up on my own. I actually blew out my kidneys (which were already failing) with all the acedominophen and ibuprophen that I was taking. I began to worry that I might suffer the same fate as my mother and sister. But them the Lord reminded me that I had read that CLA works to shrink tumors. I started taking it again--just one 1000 mg capsule daily. By the time my next period came the flow was back to normal, lasting no more than a week. I really don't remember when the pain subsided because I was then in the throes of dialysis and all that entails, but that's another story. Some time later, my other sister called complaining of extremely heavy periods that lasted two weeks. I was very excited to be able to recommend to her to take CLA. I gave her a partially filled bottle that I had. She never mentioned having any problems after that. I guess she forgot her troubles and had moved on normally with her life. When I asked her about it she told me that she had indeed been able to regulate her period to normal by the very next peiod. Since then I have also been able to recommend to my cousin the same treatment, and she has also experienced miraculous results by the next menstrual period. I praise God who gives us the tools and the increase to help our bodies to heal themselves.

I have fibriods size of peas and were causing spotting after period, which caused much anxiety. Started ACV and Baking Soda 1 8oz cup with 1 tbsp in the morning, apple cider 2 tbsp in water at lunch only, then at nights same as morning and the spotting stopped. Not sure if they disintegrate but had noticed some debris when I pee in the toilet. Let's see my appointment is February 28. Hoping to hear that the debris is really the fibroid gone. Remember that this may work instantly for some persons, while it may take longer.

Ladies we need to change our eating habits eat more veggies, drink plenty water and exercise. I'm trying, you can too. All the best to us.

My husband told me about Blackstrap Molasses about 18 months. I took a tablespoon of the stuff on a few occasions, but was so challenged by the stuff that I didn't persist with it. In hindsight, I wish I had, because my story would be very different today. 18 months on, with 2 blood clots to my leg because of one of the fibroids pressing against the main artery to my leg, a bald patch in the middle of my head, due to loosing so much blood and poor blood circulation to the extremities of my body, and bladder problems due to another fibroid pressing against my bladder, I visited about 30 websites of the benefits/ warnings of blackstrap molasses.

This website was particularly helpful, as a reader went into great detail about caution with the product. That said, the benefits outweighed the risks, so I started on Organic Blackstrap Molasses about 1 month ago. To take into consideration the warnings from this website, I started on 2 tablespoon of Molasses a day in hot water, but after a week, switched to 2 teaspoon per day in hot water; and have settled for 1 tablespoon per day in hot water. This is in contract with those on this website who take 3 tablespoon full a day.

The first improvement was fnding that I wasn't going to the bathroom as often as I have become accustomed to over the last 3 years of suffering with multiple fibroids (4 to be precise and with my uterus the size of a 4-5 month pregnancy). This single change motivated me to be deligent with taking the Molasses. I have just completed a period cycle. This time, instead of 1.5 extremely heavy days of bleeding in 5, I bled heavily for 1/2 day. Instead of changing every 30 mins on heavy days of bleeding. I changed every 2.5 hours. I did have quite a few clots which I have never experienced before. I was wondering could the fibroids be disintegrating. This is speculative, as I am not medically trained. My stomach didn't expand to twice its size during this monthly cycle, but remained the same throughout.

However, my monthly cycle started 4 days early. I don't actually mind, because of the massive improvement experienced. I have in the past lost 1 pint of blood in one period. This month, it was nearly back to where it was 5 years ago. I am really excited about the results and want to share this with every woman out there suffering from fibroids. This has to work for me as an operation isn't an option, because I want children.

Iodine

I have a 10cm fibroid (or did a month ago) I started painting iodine (inexpensive tincture of iodine, the kind you put on cuts) on my skin twice a day. About a 2 inch square patch in different places once in am, once in pm. I used to lie down and feel this large hard lump on my right side. It never went away. I have awful periods with horrible pain. This is why I went to emergency where they did ultrasound and found the 10cm fibroid. This was a month ago. I've tried so much to get rid of this thing and spent so much. Progesterone made it bigger. DIM helped with breast tenderness before period but did nothing else. Enzymes, nothing. Vitamins, ridding myself of detergents and lotions, etc. Did not help. My head spun when I read all the herbs and diets and supplements people were taking to get rid of their fibroids.

Then I read extensive writings about iodine. I bought a couple bottles and started painting it on my skin. A mere two weeks later and I can't feel the bump anymore. There is a fibroid yet though. I can feel a smaller lump very far down a little right of pubic bone, but where is the rest of it? At night when my bladder is full and I lay on my back I can feel the fibroid but about a third as big. Remember, it's only been two weeks. I do nothing more. I take iron because I lose so much blood each month. I randomly take a B-complex or cod liver oil or other vitamin pills just because I have so many that I bought to help get rid of this thing. But I don't take anything regularly. It's been about 5 years since my periods started getting bad. I'm waiting for the first one since iodine and am hopeful. (actually I started iodine 2 days before period. The pain killers were cut by one third-perhaps just a coincidence)

How could something like iodine shrink my fibroid so quickly? I truly am afraid to hope. But hope I will. And I will return to let you know how it works. Good luck to all dealing with these things and God help speed your recovery.

25 months after my first MRI, my third scan has shown very little growth (1/2 cm) in my submucous fibroid. I have changed my diet considerably and take many vitamin, mineral and homeopathic/plant based supplements to strengthen my body and diminish the debilitating symptoms.

In addition to drinking ACV (2 tbsp w/baking soda water), unsulphured blackstrap molasses (heaping tbsp mixed with hot water), taking vitex agnus castus (chasteberry) capsules (4mg/day), iron, zinc (12 hours after iron intake), folic acid, magnesium, vitamin B complex, vitamin C (with the iron), omega 3 fish oil capsules and shepherd's purse tincture (to stop spotting and reduce bleeding during periods), I have eliminated all meat and restricted consumption of coffee, chocolate, dairy and alcohol to exceptional occasions.

My cycles are still 23 - 26 days, but if I stray from the diet, my symptoms return/worsen, sometimes within hours: e. G. , coffee and chocolate can cause breakthrough bleeding and worsen cramping during periods; skipping several days of ACV causes irregular cycles; stopping blackstrap molasses contributes to my anaemia; not eating enough fruits and raw vegetables cause periods to be more painful and bleeding to be profuse (carrots, beets, sweet potatoes are especially helpful at reducing bleeding); omitting zinc supplements 4 - 6 days before the start of menstruation causes painful cramps.

It is not always a joy to omit so many foods and learn to eat healthier, but since changing my diet to include more fish, tofu, lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, cruciferous vegetables, fruits, nuts, sprouts, rice milk and wheatgrass, my fibroid has stabilised and my symptoms are nothing like they were when I was first diagnosed almost 4 years ago. At that time, the fibroid was almost 3 cm smaller, yet the pain and bleeding were debilitating.

Exercise is also very important. I try to run 3 - 4 times a week (5 - 8 km) and ski, swim, cycle weather permitting.

It is possible to live with fibroids, but it requires discipline and determination. I find it difficult to always stick to my diet, including my cocktail of vitamins, minerals and homeopathic supplements, but the rewards are worth it.

Iodine is working with enzymes to shrink my uterine fibroids. You poor thing you don't know if you have uterine fibroids, is your gut getting fat, but not necessarily the rest of you? Did anyone ask you if you were pregnant? there should did me, my man upset with me because of this drastic change said, "everyday's a vacation for you lying around" At that time we didn't know I was suffering from fibroids. Even super model Beverly Johnson said it took her 4 years for proper diagnosis! Are you weak bladdered? menstrual cycles heavy and long term, with clots in the maxipad-fatigued aneamic? hormonal, libidoless? stressed, constipated? Fibroids push down or up on other organs, causing organs not to function properly. You are tired but don't know why, your family sees you have changed but cannot help, the doctors misdiagnose you. B-Vitamins deficiency, Iodine deficiency can lead to Cystic Breasts (lumpy) and uterine Fibroids. This is probably the 4th year of my battle, and having just learned in late June/July of 2009 I feel alive again. My boyfriend dumped me because he suffered too long with bad diagnosises and lack of closeness-He doesn't care anymore-So last week he dumped me, but now that I'm new, it's like being reborn and knowing it's only going to get better and stronger! What boyfriend? suck it Ryan! Here I come world. Iodine terminates that crap in your body and regulates your heart, makes your breasts soft and supple and smooth. What a miracle cure. Why is it the things from our creator: God are often forgotten, in lieu or man made, manufactured, genetically enhanced poison?

Dietary Changes

Black strap molasses:
I had a protuding fibroid the size of a GRAPEFRUIT---that was trying to abort itself through my cervix. Before I almost bled to death I had it surgically cut out. It developed over 6 months and just after I was prescribed birth control pills (hormones)from an obgyn. I stopped the pills after two weeks but the fibroid continued to grow.

i gulped bs molasses from the jar after the surgery. Then i stopped drinking that nasty bsm and eliminated the birth control pills. I changed my diet. No meat, eggs,( which is full of hormones ) no fish, and minimal dairy products and (only if RBST free or goats milk.) LOW FAT, HIGH FIBER is good. I eat kale on my sandwhiches instead of lettuce etc.

I eat sour kraut and drink water water water. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE INCIDENCE SINCE 2003. THATS ABOUT 6 YEARS.

If I slip up on this regimen, I notice it. My next period is clotty, lasts longer, and is more painfull, the tint is red/orange. ---TIME TO get my diet back on track BUCKLE DOWN!

Apple Cider Vinegar

I live in South Africa and have a friend who had been suffering with seven painful uterine fibroids for four months. Unfortunately, she couldn't afford health insurance, and in the Township where she lives, the hospital facilities are not exactly confidence inspiring. As result, she was afraid to go there for a much needed operation.

In desperation, she came to stay with me. She was at her wits end and almost suicidal from the never ending pain. I took her to my local doctor. After examining her he announced he could do nothing further, except prescribe pain killers and give her a letter of introduction to a much better free hospital. That hospital scheduled an appoint for a consultation some three months later. She was sleeping most of the day, unable to eat without vomiting afterwards. Could not bend over, nor have a proper bowel movement.

Even after the hospital consultation, she'd probably have to wait six months to year to actually have the op, as fibroids are not regarded as priority cases. This made her even more depressed and tearful. I started juicing for her; fresh fruit and veggie juices in place of meals. She got somewhat better and the pain was less, but she was still in very bad shape and zonked out from the pain killers and stress. Finally I gave her apple cider vinegar. One tablespoon in a little water, three times a day. Within two days she was totally free of pain. She had good bowel movements and regained ALL of her previous strength, energy and vitality within a week.

That was two months back. Since then she has telephoned me to say she feels terrific and thinks the fibroids are gone. She will not be going for that operation now! ACV IS A MIRACLE. (I understand it also works just as well for period pains.)
