Hi, everyone

This is what I did, and it really SAVED MY LIFE, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD

I checked out natural anti-inflammatories, and this is what I now do.
IT HAS CUT MY BLEEDING IN HALF, I NO LONGER HAVE CLOTS, OR GUSHING BLOOD, AND IT'S ABOUT 2 DAYS SHORTER.
MY HEMOGLOBIN HAS GONE UP ONE POINT IN ONE MONTH

If you are taking medications (ANY MEDICATIONS, INCLUDING BIRTH CONTROL PILLS), please discuss with your doctor any possible interactions with Grape Seed Extract.
Don't take Motrin or Advil, or any other of those types of drugs while taking Grape Seed Extract.

Here is the regimen to do on every day of your period:
These can all be obtained at Whole Foods or the Co-Op or Rainbow Acres or any other natural foods store.

These are ALL natural anti-inflammatories:

1) Grapeseed Extract (a potent natural anti-inflammatory) : Tablets: 90mg grapeseed extract - I took 2 x 90mg tablets three times a day, with meals, which works out to 540mg / day
(the recommended dosage is half that, but this is what worked. If you have concerns about doubling the recommended dosage of grapeseed extract, speak to your doctor or do your own indepth research)
Please make sure to feel okay with the dosage you will take of Grape Seed Extract.'I experienced no side effects and this is what worked miracles for me. But if you are on any other medication, speak to your doctor before taking Grape Seed Extract, because if you are on Coumadin, or other blood thinners it could increase bleeding if you have surgery, etc.
The liver also uses certain enzymes to break down certain drugs and if you take Grape Seed Extract and another medication that use the same liver enzymes to break down, it can result in a higher level of the medication in your blood.

2) Lakewood Organic Pomegranate Juice (one x 1QT bottle every two days, drink throughout the day)
This is mixed so it's not bitter.
I also bought pure pomegranate juice and mixed that with the Lakewood brand, so as to get more pomegranate concentration

3) Organic Ginger Aid Ginger Tea (Traditional Medicinals Herbal Dietary Supplement Brand, Caffeine Free) - 3 or more cups throughout the day.
Don't reuse same teabag, keep ginger concentration high.

4) Turmeric Powder (pure powder) - 1 tablespoon sprinkled over a mouthful (it doesn't taste that great at that concentration, so I just put it over one bite of my meal and ate it quickly) DO THIS AT LUNCH TIME, JUST 1X A DAY

5) one tablespoon olive oil sprinkled over the same part of your meal as the turmeric. Basically you want to get a concentrated bite with turmeric and olive oil. DO THIS AT LUNCH TIME, JUST 1 X A DAY

6) During your period, avoid all refined carbohydrates and sugars, which cause the body's inflammatory response to come into play. Just for those days, stick to as pure a diet as possible

7) Don't take any of the above ingredients (1 to 5) at any other time of the month, to keep their effect on your body optimal when you use them once a month.

8) Here is a link to the iron content in foods, so you can incorporate them naturally into your diet so your body can produce the red blood cells and hemoglobin necessary to regain your natural oxygenation levels and your body regain balance.
Iron is necessary for the body to manufacture hemogolobin. Hemogolobin is what the oxygen molecules attach themselves to, and it is responsible for transporting this oxygen throughout the body and releasing it into the cells.

http://www.bchealthguide.org/healthfiles/hfile68d.stm

And that's it!!

Also, STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL, AS IT DESTROYS RED BLOOD CELLS (See Google)

THE MASSIVE BLEEDING IS CAUSED BY INFLAMMATION, NOT NECESSARILY THE FIBROID ITSELF.
That's why doctors prescribe NSAIDS (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) in such high dosages. But they have incredibly dangerous side effects and are themselves very dangerous.

I cannot tell you what this has done to my life. It is truly a miracle, and I beg you to try this regimen.
It has saved my life, because I truly was in great, great danger and distress. Nobody cared, and also the dangers of 800mg of Motrin 3 x a day are so high, that that in itself was a health risk.
Have you ever read the side effects? They include stroke and death. There is a lawsuit currently about Motrin causing blindness in a young girl.

BASICALLY THE POINT IS TO FLOOD YOUR BODY WITH NATURAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES THROUGHOUT YOUR PERIOD.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO SUFFER ANYMORE. I COULD ACTUALLY START WEARING TAMPONS AGAIN, WHICH WAS JUST A JOKE BEFORE!!!

I just could not believe it. It was an absolute miracle after four years of actually believing I was going to die.
No one can understand how horrible it is to gasp for breath constantly throughout the day, to have a heart rate of 112 as normal, to have heart palpitations and your body screaming out that something had to help it.
to not be able to walk from your bed to your closet without gasping and hanging on the light fixture and having a racing heart and heart palpitations.
Being so tired that ANYTHING was impossible to do, let alone be active and full of energy.
Oxygen starvation is bad and dangerous for the body and NO DOCTORS GIVE A DAMN!!

WHY DID NO DOCTOR TELL ME ABOUT THE ABOVE REGIMEN? What on earth are they doing for their $150,000 education?

I was just confirm as having fibroid at age 39, and hoping to have a child. I am praying that that is still possible. What I have found out is that my period discomfort comes based on the diet I have before the cycle begins.

I only eat fish for about three years and my breast and period was doing fine. Now I am eating red meat and drinking milk and my breast is tender, my back ache and my belly tender.

I realized that when I drink the beetroot, carrot and ginger, I do quite well and dont have to take any pain killer. I remember 2 doc telling me to do what works well with my body and now I tend to agree and will defineately taking that root.

I just lean about the molasses and apple cider vineager and will be trying these, both where alreading in my kitchen cabinet. I have tried the combination last night......I slept well. A problem I was having.

I am thankful I live on a tropical island, so fresh fruits and vegetable are easily assessible. I am now going back to nature. I have a vegetable garden that I will certainly be using. I will keep you ladies posted on my progress. Let reclaim our health for 2010.

Dear Carla,

I think you may be on to something important about red meat! I normally don't have painful breasts but over the holidays but I ate red meat at a friend's house for dinner (I never eat red meat, but it's what they served) and the next morning I woke up with very sore breast and sharp shooting pains near my armpits. Infected lymph nodes? I couldn't figured out what could have triggered it until your post.

Please keep us informed of your progress. I hope the remedies you are trying help you.

Hello Ladies, I agree that Red Meat may be a culprit, because while I have been diagnosed with one 7 cm fibroid, and two 2 cm fibroids, I do not suffer with cramps like everyone else complains of. When I was younger, perhaps I did have a lot of cramps, but I haven't in years because, I usually don't eat dairy (except of chocolate more often then I would like), and I don't eat red meat. I also try to eat a mostly organic diet, as well. God Bless you all. "China"

Progesterone, Soy Isoflavones

Several months ago I was told by my family doctor that a hysterectomy was my only option for the fibroids and polyp that was causing lots of daily bleeding and pain. Thanks to your website, I decided to do some research prior to agreeing to any drastic measures. I read that natural micronized progesterone may help shrink the fibroids, along with soy isoflavones. It's working!!! I'm taking 100 mg. of micronized progesterone and 100 mg. of organic soy isoflavones every day. I will reducing my dose from that soon. In 3 months since I had an ultrasound and CT scan, an MRI shows that both the polyp, fibroids and fluid in my uterus have substantially shrunk. Also, the bleeding has almost stopped-I'm dealing with only some slight pink looking fluid now, and the pain is almost gone. I will go back for another ultrasound in June, along with a consultation with my GYN doctor, who is working with me in my attempt to naturally shrink the growths. She would like to do a D&C, but since I'm getting results so soon to show the hormones are working, I want to wait on the D&C, too. I had previously taken a slight amount of estradial, unopposed with progesterone, and I believe that is what caused the problem. I was only taking 1 mg. of estradial every 4 days, but it apparently was enough to cause the problem. At that time, I had a lab test to determine how much progesterone my body was making, and thought that was enough to offset the estradial, but apparently not. I tried the apple cider vinegar, baking soda and Blackstrap Molasses (BSM), but that didn't seem to help me. Although I'm now taking the soy isoflavones with a spoonful of BSM, so maybe that is helping. Research on-line revealed that micronized progesterone (I'm taking it in a gel pill with peanut oil), is supposed to shrink fibroids/polyps--it has really helped me. With the agony I went through, I would like to help others with the same problem, if possible. Surgery should be the very last resort. The agony and wait have been worth the effort so far as my symptoms are disappearing, along with the fibroid/polyp. (I read that it is the polyps that cause the bleeding and pain.) I've also read that the cramping and bleeding are an attempt by the body to eliminate the polyps. I decided to follow-up on any advice I saw if it will eliminate the need for surgery!!!! for fibroids -stop all microwaved meals or foods. This works and works fast. I did this about 10 years ago and did not have to have surgery. Recently, last year, I got rid of the microwave altogether. I have not missed it at all. Heating up foods does not take that long. Please stop with the micro wave. Thanks

I have wrote several times and have was diagnosed with anemia and fibroids last September. I have tried everything from black strap molasses, to Apple cider vinegar and those remedies have helped. I got an ultrasound in June and my fibroid is still there, it hasn't gotten any bigger though! My anemia is gone, it has been for about 6 months! My Naturopath was amazed that I have kept my iron up for so long. Ok, so this is what I have been doing everyday now for the last 3 months and it has made a huge dfference: I drink Odowalla Superfood green juice every morning. I had read spirulina is good for fibroids and was taking supplements, I believe that works also if you don't like Odawalla. I take Garden of Life Perfect Food Super Green Vitamins, Irwin naturals living green liquid gel womens multivitamin, a B-100, Evening Primrose, and DIM. I read that DIM helps balance Estrogen and since I have been taken it I have noticed a big difference in my cycles being lighter. I was taking vitex (chasteberry). I take iron picolate if my cycles are heavy but they haven't been.

This routine has been so wonderful, my cycles have been light 3 days, and they have been 21-28 says apart. They were 15-17 days and horrible. My anemia was so bad my iron was 29, now it is 42! I got all the supplements at super supplements. The iron picolate I got from my naturopath.

So if you have anemia and fibroids give this a try, also cream of wheat blackstrap molasses and raisins helped when my iron was really low.
I also have gotten off the pill (everything I read says estogen makes fibroids grow) and watch my caffeine and alchohol intake. Good luck ladies! Your body can heal itself, my Dr. suggested a hysterectomy last year, I'm only 40 years old! Thank goodness I didn't listen. I feel great!

Hi Guys, For the people that have experienced really positive results in taking ACV w/BS did you stick to the eating pattern that Ted suggested... Eat one food category at each meal as this makes the process more effective or did you just eat as you normally would? As I'm finding it difficult with work and busy schedule to eat this way. Appreciate your advice Paula

Ted: I plan to try your recipe of 2 Tbsp ACV (Heinz) and 1/4 tbsp Baking soda in 1 cup of water to remove fibroids and excessive bleeding and clots formation and severe pain in periods. I have understood that it has to be taken 5 days a week with 2 days off.

But my query is :

a) Whether we have to take it 2 times or 3 times a day??

b) Whether it has to be taken 3 times a day during periods also or stop it at the time of periods? Once Periods are over, start it again??

Thanks.

I have fibroid and I have travelled a lot around in the aircraft. Recently I had blood clot and my doctor suggested that because I sit in the aircratf alot it makes the fibroid to sit on my vital vein and that is why I have a blood clot. It has been treated and my doctor says that since I am 50years old that menopause would set in and and the fibroid would shrink but meanwhile a friend told me of teds remedy and I looked it up but unfortunately I have been using the lime and soda with a few drops of vinegar. What should I do to neutralize it since I have taken too much acid for one month now non stop. Do I start taking only lime and soda and for how long do I have to take it before the fibroid would shrink. Pls tell me exactly how to take the remedy cos am stil on a high dosage of asprin and high blood pressure medication. Does vinegar and lime have side effects and what are they, and how do I use molasses. Please reply urgently. Felicia from nigeria

Fibroid Tumor Remedy - Tumeric

I found out about 4 or 5 years ago that I have fibroids when having an ultrasound for something else, and over the course of that time my periods have gotten heavier, started having clots and experiencing cramps which I rarely ever got. During the heavy times I would go through a Ultra Plus tampon in 1 hour.

I don't remember if it was on EC or another site, but I read that the heavy bleeding was caused by inflammation (either the Uterus being inflammed or the fibroids)during periods and it mentioned taking Tumeric.

Someone on EC recommended Natto, and I tried that for a while, but didn't notice reduced bleeding. Then I added a sprinkling of Turmeric on the Natto. The bleeding was reduced some, but I thought it was the Natto. I ran out of Tumeric & continued with the Natto and since I didn't seem to be getting great results, and the Natto is 'Natso good' I stopped.

It wasn't until I read the article about inflammation & Tumeric, that I put 2 and 2 together & realized that what had reduced the bleeding when I was eating the Natto with Tumeric sprinkled on it was actually the Tumeric doing it's thing. To be sure, over the last couple of months I've been taking 1 large teaspoon of Tumeric in juice, at least twice a day when my period starts, & it's nothing short of a miracle. Now I can actually get 3 - 4 hours of solid sleep without having to worry about an accident. Before on heavy nights, I would sit up, so I wouldn't fall all the way to sleep, so I could get up every hour or hour and a half to change. During that time if I could get a solid 2 hours of sleep I was estatic.

Other remedies I tried was the Unsulphered Black Strap Molasses. It reduced the clots by around 90% and the iron definitely gave me an extra boost, as the heavy bleeding caused me to be anemic, but it did not reduce the bleeding.

I hope some of you ladies try this and get the results I have. Although it's not a cure, it helps make the fibroid situation bearable. Lastly, the Tumeric is bitter, but well worth the results.

When I had my first baby the surgeon for the emergency csection commented on how many fibroids were in my uterus (disheartening!). :(. Then when I found out I was prego with number two I researched and found that a research team had success shrinking fibroid tumors in rats by giving them vitamin d.

When my son was taken by csection the surgeon said that he saw no fibroids!

I have one big fibroid 11 cm and one other small. I miscarried at week 6th last month although miscarriage not directly related to fibroids. what I noticed that my fibroid got bigger during pregnancy (11cm) and had red regeneration. I am not considering surgery although some doctors push for it, first as I don't have symptoms or bleedings but also for the high risk associated with big fibroid surgery as I am newly married and dont want to lose my uterus or my fertility since it is not harming.

I have been reading about vitamine D and although I have been Vitamine D deficent, those OB doctors never mention that it has effect on fibroid until I did research myself. I even become more deficent after my miscarriage. I am now having the Vitamine D 3 50,000 UI once a week till my level is up. and will see the effect, whether it can be helping to shrink fibroid or not, I will also start the herbal therapy but first I want to see the effect of Vitamin D. thanks

Water and Air

I am finding that Water and Air are dissolving my fibroids. Yes, it sounds absolutely ridiculous, but it's true. Twice a day for the last two weeks, I've been standing up against the wall of my studio apartment breathing deeply, doing an exercise from the Book of Internal Exercises by Stephen T. Chang. (I inhale sharply and exhale while maintaining a stiff abdomen.) After the first day of doing this, I noticed my fibroid protrusion was lessened. Also, I've been drinking 5 glasses of lukewarm water a day, sprinkled with a bit of tumeric. The water seems to be literally washing the fibroids away as I notice what looks like to be be pieces of the dissolving fibroid membrane in my stool.

Could it be that water and air naturally contain the enzymes needed to dissolve fibroid membranes if concentrated? I'm becoming a believer.

My uterine fibroid is now 13cm. No diet change, organic food, detox, enzymes pills, TCM per se helped. Last week, I started myself with qi gong and reflexology to tackle stagnation of chi in uterus. I'll allow myself 3 months to gauge results. Hope when I next write in, I'd report good results... BTW, I love this great site for sharing so generously! I am also drinking ACV regularly, and BSM helped with my monthly pain. Thank you so much!

Been 4 months since I've tried qi gong (on and off basis due to hectic work schedule). I find it is helpful in minimizing monthly pain. Had I been more consistent, I believe the improvement would be very much more better. As long as there is very little discomfort each month, I do not care very much if the fibroid is still there. The bulge in my tummy is not really apparent.

Glad to hear all this. I am 29, getting married next month and just recently diagnosed with a 5cm fibroid. I had no heavy periods over the years but just started having major cramps on my right side which took me to the doctor, had an ultra scan done, found out that there was a little cyst on my right ovary and this fibroid. My concern right now is am in the process of IVF.... Since doctor had prescribed estrogen pills for this cycle... They have scanned today a fibroid in my uterus muscle... he says its not so big but I want to take care of it naturally if there is a way.

My question is Can I take blackstrap molasses when my embryo is getting implanted and when I get pregnant to cure this fibroid. Can I take apple cider vinegar everyday twice... IF so what would the dosage be.... Past period was really really painful like hell I didnt want to take painkillers as it would only harm my body.... Am getting totally stressed with this issue...... I really want some natural cure.... Thats why I was browsing and came across this wonderful thread.... If I can take all this alongside my pregnancy it woud be really great but am not sure..... Pls advise..... as I dnnow if my Doctor can answer this qs.

I took BSM during pregnancies with no ill effects. 1 tblsp a day in hot water with ACV, the advice is to start with a tiny dosage. Maybe 1/2 tsp. Or less, once a day, and after a few days, twice a day. but I am wary of going over that amount even not during pregnancy.

Hi Simi, I don't like to say what you can take when you are pregnant because it is a very unknown area for most things, but black strap molasses and apple cider vinegar are both kitchen remedies and I would suggest using them lightly, maybe a teaspoon of BSM a day and a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in water per day. That would be keeping well within what could possibly be in a recipe for cake for example and you would be able to eat cake. (I wouldn't haha! ) Hope this makes sense. Cheers and good luck, Lily.

I am 54 years old and was diagnosed with subserous uterine fibroid by August 2013 and the size was 7.72 cm x 5.56 cm x 7.88 cm and doctor recommneded an operation to remove my ovary because I had experience difficulty to urine twice almost within 2 months.

I refused to do so and start googling to find is there any way to shrink it naturally. Since that time, I went on diet to cut out meat, soy products, carbs, white sugars, avoid plastic bottles and containers etc. I drank more on organic fruits and vegetables juices. I drank aloe vera juices, apple cider vinegar and lemon juices in the morning on empty stomach, exercises on daily routine ( brisk walking, yoga, belly breathing, hand swing etc ), get morning sun and meditate with visualization. I also drank turmerric powder in the morning.

By June 5, I went to have usg and the result is amazing. It shows a sign of shrinkage. the size is now 6.02cm x 5.59cmx 6.65cm and the doctor asked me what I was doing since it has shrinked to smaller size and said no more operation needed. I told her what diet I have been undergone and she was surprised.

The size of the fibroid went from 5cm to 2.9cm. YES to Flaxseeds meal, Rasberry, Yarrow, & Fenugreek tea, fruits, vegetables, grains, oatmeal, apple cider, monk fruit sweetener ... better if all is organic. NO to pesticides, sugar, dairy products, meat, coffee, process foods, alcohol, oils. In my case, Estrogen made them grow & Progesterone as well. This is a good source - https://nutritionfacts.org Also, Netflix: ‘Food Choices'. Changing my diet and adding a relaxation activity (yoga or knitting) It changed my life for better!

Regarding Fibroids, Wheat Bran is CLINICALLY PROVEN to reduce the estrogen in your body. When my menses begin at the very first sighting I ingest about 2 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar wait about 1 hr then mix about 1/4 cup of Wheat Bran in a cup of water and drink. I do this in the morn and night and almost NO bleeding. If any it's very little. Trust me it works.

I also read above or below a lady testified to PRAYING, losing weight, eliminating sugar, eating lots of veggies and only lean chicken and fish, exercising and drinking lots of water. Her 6 fibroids were effectively eliminated.
