Did some research and started with a small amount of almonds and walnuts daily which did help some. More research and found what I should have known to start: 2 drops of Oil of Oregano after breakfast and 2 more after dinner under the tongue. Has a mildly biting taste going down and doesn't last for more than a minute.
PSA showed 952. After two weeks, PSA was down to 594 and night time issues no longer existed. Dr. gave me a script for antibiotics that lasts for 6 weeks. I am going to stick with the Oil of Oregano instead.
