Removing Mercury Amalgams

I was very ill and dying in hospital from what was eventually diagnosed as Crohn's disease. I was released from the hospital when I was allowed to have high doses of probiotics that got my bowels working again.

After searching for a cure over many years, I found an orthomolecular practitioner who did some hair analyses. She found that my bowel was saturated with mercury, likely from my amalgam dental fillings.

I went on a strict mercury detox including lots of lemon water (quarters of 1 lemon in a large bottle of Evian water daily) and a special diet. I also had my amalgam fillings replaced by resin fillings.

I eventually rid my body of the mercury and was totally cured of Crohn's disease. This was 20 years ago. Since then and today, my bowels are perfect.

I had Crohn's Disease 20 years and could not get well. The last flare up I was going to the Dr twice a day to get predisone in my veins and it was not working. This flare up lasted about 4 months. I learned about Barley Grass(capsules) so I took it and the bleeding stopped soon after. I continued to take barley grass and vitamins and later learned about Slippery Elm (herb) also. These herbs and vitamins healed me of this horrible flare up and I have not had another flare up since then. That was 12 years ago. Before this I flared up every year. I stopped drinking milk and caffeine (I drink soy milk). I am sharing this so people suffering with Crohns can read about these herbs. I give God the glory for this. I had prayed so earnestly for help with this horrible disease.

Was at the Health Food Store picking up more Barley Grass for my boyfriend's Crohn's disease when I overheard a man looking for Pau D' Arco tea for his Crohn's. Apparently after many years of suffering from this disease, he only had 18" of his intestine left and after that was going to have to wear a bag. But he discovered this tea and has been drinking it every day and hasn't had any problems since. My boyfriend doesn't drink tea but I found capsules for him and he takes two a day along with the Green Barley Grass (two a day 500 mg each) and he swears this changed his life. He hasn't been sick since December of '13. We do not run out of the Pau D' Arco or Green Barley Grass anymore.

Turmeric for Crohn's disease & Arthritis

I started taking turmeric for arthritis and got my mother who is 69 taking turmeric pills as well, 600 mg per day in one pill. If I run out of pills for longer than 4-5 days my knuckles start hurting and it's hard to bend my index finger. I make sure I don't run out any longer.

My mom has been faithful about taking the turmeric pills and just recently mentioned how she thinks it is helping with her Crohn's disease. She had emergency surgery in 1992 for an obstruction and they removed a large portion of small intestines and colon. It was due to Crohn's disease but they didn't diagnose it until after the surgery.

Since the surgery in 1992, my mom has narrowed down what foods bother her to eat. She cannot digest any kind of fat. Red meats, fried foods, nothing with fat digests and if she eats anything with fat she gets bad diarrhea sometimes all night long.

Since she has been taking the turmeric she has noticed that when she cheats and eats pizza or french fries (knowing full well what she will endure later after eating those fatty foods) she has found that she isn't bothered by the fat now and doesn't get the bad diarrhea.

She does take 2 different over the counter digestive enzyme pills with fattening meals to help digest the fat but she has always taken those pills. But now with taking the turmeric pills she can eat more of what she wants to eat without any of the consequences which is a blessing since she is so thin.

Hope this helps someone else. Reading this site has helped me and my family out tremendously. I encourage everyone to give feedback. You never know when it might help someone.

How many times have we heard it said "drink your milk, it's good for you ". Our mothers said it, our doctors said it, television commercials said it even our schools said it. we fill our children's bellies at nearly every meal and insist that they drink up. you need the calcium to grow strong bones we tell them. but what we don't tell our children is the hidden danger that may be lying in every drop of the milk we so highly trust.

Cattle have an infectious disease called Johnes that produces horrible bloody lesions in the intestines. These lesions swell shut and frequently interfere with passage of stools. The pain is agonizing. The diarrhea never ending. Well, that pretty much sounds like Crohn's disease in humans.

After extensive scientific analysis researchers have found the organism mycobacterium avium paratuburculosis causes the same bloody lesions in cattle as it does in humans. Http://www.Crohn's.org/ see also notmilk.com/dr greger/Crohn's

So what it the problem? Milk gets pasteurized right? Well, consider this before you drink another drop. The USDA standards for milk pasteurization require the milk to be warmed to 165 degrees for a mere 15 seconds. Researchers working with the map bacteria have found that mycobacterium avium paratuburculosis can easily withstand 194 degrees for one minute. It is one of the highest heat tolerant organisms known. In other words, it goes right through the pasteurization process unscathed to be poured out intact right on top of your cereal.

There is a dramatic rise in intestinal disorders worldwide including Crohn's in most countries where they accept USDA guidelines for milk pasteurization. However, in India they drink huge amounts of milk but have low incidence of Crohn's. What could be the difference? They boil their milk for more than 1 minute, we don't.

So if we are being exposed to a dangerous mycobacterium why don'/t we all get sick? The answer to that would be the strength of our immune system and the presence of good bacteria continually fighting against it.

The scientific community treats Crohn's disease by giving antibiotics like candy and trying to reduce inflammation with steroidal anti-inflammatory. This avenue of approach is like putting gasoline on a fire. Map bacteria are intracellular organisms (mycoplasma) that feed off of preformed sterols. They actually get a break when you take ineffective antibiotics which serve to kill off their enemies the good beneficial bacteria in the intestines.

So what do you do with this bug to get rid of it? You work with the immune system not against it. And you take specific forms of bacteria that once were commonly found in the soil. You kill off the map with friendly bacteria of rare species.

A young man named Jordan Rubin once was a very healthy young man in the prime of life. After developing Crohn's disease at age 19, he lost more than half his body weight. He became bed ridden suffering excruciating agony from bloody intestines, excreting diarrhea so frequently he could seldom ever sleep. He looked like a walking skeleton and grew close to death actually praying to god to take him home or help him find the answer.

That was his moment of discovery. he found a scientific article about a research group working with rare types of soil organisms that once had been present in crop soils but now are long gone. These bacteria when tested exhibited types of antibacterial compounds lethal to map.

Today Jordan Rubin has fully recovered from Crohn's and become a doctor. He has developed his recipe of soil organisms into a probiotic freely available at any health food store. You can read about his journey from disease back to wellness in his book "patient, heal thyself".

Sorry, I won't mention the name of the probiotic as it might be considered spam. But realize soil organisms are indeed our primal defensive system

Now, one more bit of advice on healing Crohn's disease. A chemical exists which has an affinity for killing mycoplasma intracellular organisms, such as map and mycoplasma fermentans, both extremely hard to kill. It's not actually an antibiotic drug, It's gallium nitrate, a solution of gallium metal. Look up George Eby research/Crohn's disease. This is a new method of dealing with Crohn's you might not see for many years in the future.

Colloidal Silver

Crohn's can be cured with colloidal silver. It worked for my friend. Go to notmilk.org and see the article on Crohn's and milk. Studies prove that Crohn's is caused by the tuberculosis virus from cows that have it. If you drink milk from cows that have TB it can cause Crohn's. Studies also show that it is curable with an antibiotic. Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic available at any health food store and it won't give you a yeast infection since it only kills the bad bacteria, not the good.

HI U EMROL, , , , , , , , , , , ,

My only contribution to this thread is that I take 20 Barley Leaf pills a day as part of Bill Henderson's modification to the Budwig cancer protocol. Supposedly the Barley leaf contains some 3000 enzymes, more than any other plant.

I want to encourage all that have cancer to watch Ty Bollinger's natural cancer cures starting Tuesday night. The URL is as follows.

https://go.thetruthaboutcancer.com/?pid=39ae0ec0-2ae7-42aa-84e0-b878614dcef8

For most, it will be mind boggling. You will learn that cancer has been naturally cured for some 70 years in many ways , and just how corrupt our medical folks are.

I have two reasons I raise my own food. First it is more heathy than what I can buy in the stores. Second, soon it will be my only source of food.

Life is just fixing to get about as interesting as we can stand. You fill in the blanks.

I have been using Pau De Arco tea since I was diagnosed with Crohns back in 2008, it was recommended by a friend. After about a month of drinking the tea my symptoms started to disappear, since then I have had three colonoscopy and endoscopy, and even the camera pill you swallow, and it has disappeared, even my gastroenterologist is perplexed. I still drink it to this day and swear by it, I have recommended it to everyone, it can't hurt to try it.

Smooth Foods, Acidophilus

When I had Crohns about 20 years ago, thankfully no longer, I had very smooth foods. I slow cooked oily tuna with a variety of vegetables until very soft. I then strained it before eating. The idea was to give me good nutrition and allow the bowel to heal without being disturbed.

I also had large doses of Acidophillus, I had many mercury teeth fillings removed, I drank lots of lemon water (1 organic lemon cut into quarters placed in a large bottle of Evian water). Expensive but it all worked. Questions welcome.

My wife has IBS/Crohn's and after book after book and days on the internet and a doctor that wanted to put her on a prescription we finally came to find the chief culprits in her case. After reading a book published by a doctor who suffered from Crohn's we eliminated several things from her diet and added some items. Anything with high fructose corn syrup was out, citrus fruits were reduced, sugar consumption was reduced , herbal teas for the tummy are used and an on the shelf digestive product with dicalcium phosphate and magnesium sterate are used. This so far has been working. But the corn syrup is a major player, it's in everything in America. We try to buy European when possible they at least use sugarn their cookies, jam, etc.

About a couple of weeks ago, I started taking Turmeric supplement pills to help my memory issues. In the two weeks of taking the Turmeric I noticed my stomach swelling was shrinking. I have Crohn's and my stomach usually stays bloated with gas and pain. I'm on Humira and other medications, as my Crohn's is hard to treat. Now, after taking Turmeric for a couple of weeks I feel much lighter in the stomach and noticed my Crohn's symptoms are much better and don't seem to need as much of the prescribed medications. Today, I'm on the web site to see if others have experienced what I have. Will definitely continue taking the Turmeric for my Crohn's issues because it has made a big difference!

Barley Grass and Pau D'Arco

Dear Gerry,

I am not sure that Pau D'arco capsules will work. That herb needs a good bit of heat and time to draw out the healing properties from the bark. When I have used it, I have steeped the bark on low heat for about an hour.

You mentioned curcumin in another post. Personally, I think regular turmeric is better. Curcumin is only part of what is in turmeric.

Have you tried slippery elm bark? It is very gentle and healing to the digestive tract. Milk Kefir would be another thing to look into for healing.

Also, have you read, "The Maker's Diet?" The author cured himself of Chrohn's with diet.

I hope you fine some solutions to give you relief!

All in know is that my dog had this huge tumor on his neck. I could not afford to have it seen about. I read up on tumors & after a month of one capsule of Pau D'Arco a day that tumor shrunk & disappeared & never came back.

If it cures a tumor I think it would help heal crohns. It has many uses.

Every one is different, so use your discretion.

I have had crohns disease for twenty five years. My change came with food - go back to what your ancestors ate. I started a garden. I eat lots of veggies and some fruit, minimal fruit doesn't agree with me. I use every thing all natural every ones genes r different but flare ups are minimal.

I posted in the past as I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. About a year later it was discovered I had Crohn's. I did the low residue diet with a tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses, and it brought me out in the past. I have been going on two months now and have lost a job (thanks Immodium with the "narcotic like effects") as a call center representative, and could not hold my head together.

This particular flare up I have tried turmeric with black pepper and oregano infusions to get rid of bacteria, coconut water famous for stopping the runs, pomegranate juice which is supposed to stop the "D", Pentasa, Asacol, glorious diet foods from Whole Foods "whole paycheck" that were supposed to bring remission (SCD), pepto bismol tablet and liquid, the famous anomaly coconut macaroons, blackberry brandy (the real stuff, not flavored), black tea, the bratt diet, caltrate, and finally, bentonite clay.

I was a wreck when I was on Immodium AD extra strength (my mind was not where my body was on the phones) as I found out when I had told a potential client wrong information on a call that was audited, and about a third into my shift, something was urging pretty severely to get out and it was not gas. I took my break a little early and ran to the nearest restroom which felt about a mile away in my dress shoes. I prepared some black tea because that might help calm things down a bit and had a cigarette. No avail. For lunch I had strange stares because who brings in gatorade and a couple of bouillon cubes? My mother died amidst all of this, and I still managed to catch a flight, play violin at her memorial service with the aid of goodnights. This is just not the way to live.

I on the good side of things dropped about 25 pounds (sexy... Lol). All of this brought me to an idea that I had when I was 15 (28 years ago) when I had a flu bug and the urgency was terrible. I had an herbalist tell me to go home, and take 1/4 teaspoon (and no more) of nutmeg with 4 oz of warm water, and don't eat for an hour and a half. That cleaned up the problem, and no worries after that.

All these years later I have this flare up, and 2 months after the start 1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg, and later that evening I had a Jamba juice Pomegranate pick me up with their yogurt (which is not good as well as a test), and a 12 inch steak and cheese with spinach, black olives, and chipolte sauce (gentle test) on Italian Herbs and cheese from subway; things are normal this morning (so far). I found that for whatever reason nutmeg is a cleanser of the digestive tract, and an effective astringent as well it will bind your intestinal tract. You DO NOT want to take more than 4 tablespoons in a day however as it will make you very ill, and usually has bad effects on your body such as possible hallucinations (not likely but has been documented as a possible side effect), and possibly death (most likely not, but possible). If you are sensitive to nutmeg or have reactions to apple pie, or other common recipes that contain nutmeg, sorry this course is not for you.

I had also looked in to coconut oil for a few days after things are back into swing and you need to normalize the bowel, and have come up with a decent brand of coconut oil on amazon from Jarrow (it really tastes like coconut, and very fragrant).

In my research, experience with doctors, and self experience have found that I have been my best barometer of success with this ailment. It matters not necessarily what you eat because if you are going to have a resection, surgery, or other procedure, it will happen anyway. I had Solu-Medrol followed by a taper Rx of Prednisone which I forced myself off of sooner than prescribed because walking a parking lot felt like walking a football field, and the jitters and palpitations were terrible, and when I ran out of Pentasa and tried to get assistance from Shirecares.com they were like dealing with the jaws of Satan. All I can say is I am grateful I have no adverse reactions to nutmeg, and it works.

Another thing of note is that Crohn's sufferers are commonly deficient in vitamins b-12, and d3, and some cases iron. It is important in addition to your multivitamins you supplement them with either b-12 or b complex, d3, and if you have a lot of bleeding or are anemic; iron. If for some reason you are unable to consume iron supplements, liver (usually beef) is a good starting point. Also if you are iron deficient Do NOT take pomegranate supplements or juice.

I am not a doctor, though I have visited many. I ask a lot of questions, and make sure I don't leave until I get answers. Also I have found that if you are gluten intolerant, you may have celiac disease. Other topics of interest to explore are Colitis (any form), c-diff, and h-pylori. If the diagnosis is Crohn's, make sure you review cat scans, x-rays or biopsies with your physician thoroughly, and write down the questions you intend on asking before your visit. Do not leave until you have all of your questions answered.

I had been on meds for flare ups of Crohn'sfor many years. I had bad side effects from the meds so when I started taking the Barley Grass I was not on any prescriptions. I haven't taken any meds since 1997 and do not have any problems with my colon. I avoid caffeine and cows milk. I also took acidophilus. Please read about the benefits of barley grass. I took capsules instead of powder I pray you get well. Thank you. Macky

Crohn's - DMSO gel & Manuka Honey

Hi: Try applying DMSO gel on your lower tummy (colon area) 2x a day. It helps to rid of inflammation, and restore healthier bowels. It helps with reduction of pain after 1 hour. Manuka honey also helps heal wounds in the bowels and definitely helped me with reducing acute pain. I take 1/2 tspn on empty stomach 2x a day.

Lastly, do not over look proper food combining. It is very important.
