Dear Andrija,

I am sorry to hear about your cat!

I don't know anything about the Reishi tea, but do think dandelion tea is amazing. But I don't know of any stories of using those two teas for cancer. I have read much about Essiac tea for cancer. Also, turkey tail mushroom show a lot of promise for cancer treatments.

You will find information about Essiac Tea for Cats with cancer on this page. It has dosing information.

If you are not able to get Essiac and want to try the Reishi and Dandelion, yes, you can mix them with water or even with food. I would try 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of each, twice a day, mixed in water or food.

Keep us posted. I hope he feels better soon!

First of all I want to apologize for my bad English. Vet said that my cat has bone cancer. He still eats well, acts like complete healthy animal. I would like to ask you about few things. People told me that I can try to give him Reishi tea and dandelion tea. How many ml of tea he should drink? Would it be effective still if I combine tea and water? I think he will not drink just tea because of taste of it. He has about 5 killograms. Whole familly love him and we want to try everything for his health. What do you think about petroleum cancer treatments? I heard few possitive examples of people who took it.

Regards from Serbia,

Andrija

My beautiful cat Stewie who will be 11 this summer was diagnosed with tumors yesterday, I am still in shock. They say he has 3 in total 1 attached with each kidney about 4cm and 1 attached to his intestines about 1.5cm.

The vet can't be sure what type of tumor this is without a biopsy. he said since there are 3 its most likely the bad kind that has metastasized.

Stewie never did well at the vet and I am sure the stress alone would kill him if I decide to go with chimo. I am looking for alternatives natural products I can give him. I want to try the raw diet, I have been boiling chicken and feeding him that which he loves.

I would like to try the baking soda and maple syrup and other things anyone recommends? it seems as though there is so much information out there and yet so little, its all very confusing and overwhelming. please help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Christine! I keep a bowl of water in the floor for my dog's and that's the way I give them the vinegar. I use Bragg's apple cider vinegar. I would say the bowl I use holds about a quart and a half and I started them out with 2 tsp in their water, that way they could get used to the taste and then I increased it to about a tblsp after about a week. I hope this help's. I know some people put it in their food. I haven't tried that yet.

There are on line distributors that sell the blood root capsules that can be used, the right dose of the powder for the size of the being. And I was also told I can give rice size amounts of the actual salve in the mouth (my cat has oral cancer), so the rule is not as strict as was said in the post. go on line, go on FB there are a lot of black salve folks to read from. I have bought the stuff from three different distributors/producers so . Best of luck . At least there is the love between you and your family and the beloved cat.

HOMER'S OSTEOSARCOMA SUCCESS STORY

Osteosarcoma is a terrible diagnosis to hear. Last May, 2017, moms little dog, Homer, developed a limp in his back leg. She took him to the vet and when my mom called me crying, I knew it wasn't good. It was osteosarcoma and Homer only had three months to live!

I reminded her of the essiac tea I had given to my dad when he had cancer. I told her it could be used on pets. And since he also had a limp, I told her that golden paste could help with the inflammation. She really didn't want to have his leg amputated or have chemo. She wanted the time Homer had left to be happy, not sick. So, she decided to try the tea.We made the tea and about a week after his diagnosis he started it and the golden paste.

Since Homer weighs 20 pounds, his dosage is 5 mL (1 teaspoon), once per day. His dosage of golden paste was 1/4 teaspoon, twice per day.

Three weeks later, Homer had his first recheck appointment at the vet. The vet did X-rays and was surprised to discover his cancer was slightly "smaller and smoother". He said he had expected it to be twice the size it was, because osteosarcoma is so aggressive. He also noticed Homer's limp was nearly nonexistent. He told mom to keep doing what she's doing and come back in two months for another recheck.Six weeks after starting the tea and golden paste, mom decided to stop giving him the golden paste simply because he's a VERY picky eater and she got tired of forcing him to eat it. Plus, his limp was virtually gone by this point. She did, however, continue the essiac tea daily. At Homers next appointment, three months after his diagnosis, another set of X-rays were done. This time they showed the cancer was less than half the size it was from the previous visit! And, his limp had completely gone away! The vet was absolutely shocked! It was particularly surprising because, by this point, Homer was suppose to be gone!

Today, it's the end of January, nearly ten months since Homer's diagnosis, and he's doing great! He has no limp whatsoever! You would never know he had been sick. He's not been back to the vet because..he hasn't needed to! It's a REAL success story!

HOW TO GIVE THE TEA

My mother has done no other changes or treatments except for adding the golden paste twice daily for six weeks and essiac tea. She gives Homer the tea every day. She will use a small spoonful of high quality canned food or bone broth and mix the tea with this in order to have something appetizing to entice him to drink the tea. This works very well and she's never had a problem getting him to lap it up. She does it just before feeding him, though, ideally it would be given an hour away from a meal.

WHERE TO GET THE TEA

Moms tea herbs come from Blue Moon Herbs Rene Caisse Tea. She orders the 15% 4-herb tea blend, because, at the time, they were out of the 25% blend. She uses Blue Moon Herbs because they include the sheep sorrel roots in their mixture, which is essential, and they grow their own organic herbs. There are other reputable companies but be sure to confirm they include the roots of the sheep sorrel plant and not just the top. I would also look for a company who grows their own herbs and is organic.

HOW TO STORE THE TEA

The brewed tea should be stored in an amber glass bottle or jar. If a clear jar is all you have, simply cover the jar with a brown paper bag or foil to keep the light out. Once made, the tea must be kept refrigerated.

HOW LONG DOES THE TEA LAST

Once brewed, bottled and opened, it lasts 3 weeks in the refrigerator. I find it easiest to brew enough tea for six weeks and bottle it in two bottles. This way you can use one bottle for three weeks, leaving the second bottle sealed. As long as one bottle is left sealed, it will be safe for longer than three weeks. So by bottling the tea in two bottles, it gives you a six week supply.

WHAT IS THE DOSAGE FOR MY DOG

I can only give you the dosage for Blue Moon Herbs because that is who we've used to buy the tea herbs.

This is their dosage chart for dogs:

5-10 lbs = 1-2 mL

10-20 lbs = 2-4 mL

25-40 lbs = 5-8 mL

40-50 lbs = 8-10 mL

50-75 lbs = 10-15 mL

75-100 lbs = 15-20 mL

100 + lbs = 20-30 mL

Hi Karen.
We have a Schipperke mix she's 7 years old and approximately 40lbs.
A couple of days ago an ex-ray at the vet seems to show cancer in the hind left leg area. We should have a second opinion from ex-ray specialist Monday 1/5/18.
We have used ACV in the past and are willing to use it to help Bindi.
If you have any suggestions on how much and how often it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Christine and Steven

Turmeric, Baking Soda and Aloe Vera

I have a remedy that has worked for my cat. She's a elderly kitty she is my sweet soulmate. Shes been very patient but it was tiring her out all this treatment . So its taken a matter of few months of patience I will say to finally cure heal her skin cancer. Also her mites on her nose to make it even more stressful have come over the last week on her nose and in her ears. I was at my wits end praying for help. She is a fighter of the age of 19 years she is still holding on now well now. She has the sqaumous carcinoma on her ear tips. I noticed lots of posts on it on the nose but none on the ears. So like to be the first to help other beloved cat owners in the world.

I applied first turmeric for one month. It was a messy process but helped it calm down on her ears after 1 month. It was the golden paste: mix turmeric, olive oil and a bit of spring water heated up and cooled in fridge, then applied with a make up brush brushed on. Then after that it started to inflame up bit again when I stopped it.

So second month I applied bicarbonate of soda, just a tiny bit mixed with the purest aloe vera gel. It was very soothing for her and she didn't lick the ear at all this time anyhow. So it was safe to put on skin I researched it but not to lick it off. So to be careful that kitty cannot lick at it.

Well after a few weeks her whole skin has improved the red sore has gone. At the end of ear scab. just scabbed over for a week red inflamed. I kept going and then finally now by my amazement new fresh skin is growing now. Finally pink but that's new skin so I am v pleased relieved so far.

Red skin cancer gone new skin growing.

So to help others if your cat gets it don't give up, keep going if used twice a day small amount pasted on you will beat kitty's skin cancer naturally no operations.

Also I treated her mites in her ears and swarmed on her nose all over her face with colloidal silver sprayed on nose away from her eyes gently. Then I applied cats sunscreen over the site twice a day. The cats sunscreen drowns mites and is safe if using a cats special sunscreen can bye online. I really hope I help cat owners. I will update on her progress. So far so good.

Namaste. Nicky UK

And I massaged the tumor with pure, cold pressed Castor Oil twice a day. In 4 weeks it was gone and he"s his old self. Please try it.

My 15 years old cat has an abdominal tumor. Vet thinks it's a fibrosarcoma. I noticed it at the end of 2016., and she did Ultrasound and x-ray and the vet said it's not operable because half of it it's in abdominal cavitiy, half on the outside.

On 21st of January I started giving her ESSIAC TEA, so it is now 2 months. She seems ok, eating, playing etc., but the thing is getting bigger and bgiger. I read here that the tumors get biger before they fade, but I'm wondering in what period? Because for now it's just growing. And she vomits every morning around 5:00 am. Had some kidney failure 6 months ago and we have them under control with Reishi mushroom.

I'M ASKING ALL OF YOU THAT HAD SIMILAR SITUATIONS TO GIVE ME ADVICE ON ESSIAC, OR SOME OTHER REMEDIES. IN WHICH PERIOD DID YOUR PET TUMORS GOT SMALLER AFTER USING ESSIAC. Please help!!!!!

Red Clover Blossom + Coconut Oil Tea For Non Estrogen Based Dog Cancer + Tumors

Hi, I have a 8 - 9 year old rescue husky who has Arthritis + now anal gland tumors + possibly others, the Vet suggested 1 of 2 option.. Major Surgery or "put him down", (He never had a life till now)

1 month ago after a ton of research, I started him on

Red Clover Blossom Tea +
Coconut oil, 2 - 3 Tsp.

Red Clover Blossoms Steeped for 1/2 Hour in 6 Ounces or less

Boiled Water, Cool then add 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil.. 1 Time every other Day ..

Husky's have sensitive systems (ya, except they can eat anything outside LOL)

At any rate, The Red Clover Blossoms (Only) also have Curcumin + The RCB's also produce an Estrogen like substance + RCB's also act as a Blood Thinner - So Careful Folks Don't Use RCB's for Estrogen based Cancers (makes it worse)

Well, this is 1 month later ..

Odin is running around, Talking up a storm, back to my bouncing Boy .. Looks like he might be shedding Tumors (liquefied?)

He is a little loose but nothing significant, I have stopped the RCB's for this next week or 2 because his skin was quite red during the RCB Tea Treatment.

His Skin Tone is almost Normal, I am increasing His Coconut Oil to 1 Tsp. per day now, He eats it in a lump, I tried to eat it like that (consistency of coconut flavored Lard).

I'll drink it in my Coffee, thank You..

I looked into Turmeric + many other remedies + found that Turmeric without Black Pepper is not very effective, can cause an Acidic System (You want an Alkaline system to fight Cancer) + can cause Kidney + Liver Problems..

So, I opted for my own creation of RCB's + Coconut to start + will return to the Tea if necessary, right now, I want to give his system a chance to kick in with the help..

I think this is working people, start slowly ..

Prayers for all of Our Pups + Buddies

I hope this helps someone else's "Kids" out there

Thanks

I used a multiple cure approach for a 12 year old cat with intestinal tumors; Essiac Tea, Turmeric, ground apricot kernels, baking soda & maple syrup, Astralgus, BioPrep+ (blue/green algae) IP6, DMSO, Neoplasene, Medicinal Mushroom Complex, a powder called NuVet Feline, colloidal silver and Pancreatic Enzymes. Her kidneys were failing, so I got her Astro's CRF oil, Creatinine Scrub, and Astro's predigested fish protein.

I put her on a mostly raw diet of organic chicken & turkey with a custom made vitamin mix with high dose vitamin D, occasionally, cooked wild caught salmon with organic brown rice. She won't eat raw voluntarily, so I made a paste out of it with the food processor and fed it to her with syringes, mixing the various doses into the meat paste. I fed her every two hours with the raw mixture, and gave her a bowl of cooked food overnight so I could sleep a few hours. She had symptoms of diabetes, (excessive urination and thirst) and that turned around in a matter of days with the addition of a concentrated mineral liquid containing chromium and vanadium to her water bowl. There are 74 trace minerals in it, and the results were dramatic. I gave four drops of the 99% pure DMSO mixed with seven drops of colloidal silver and 30 drops of purified water, three times a day. I brush her teeth with Orateen gel, following meals. She is back to eating very well and has gained back over a pound and a half of the weight she lost. The vet only does blood work, nothing else. Numbers for all values have moved toward the normal range. I can still feel the tumors, but they are really small now, and I can tell from the way she's acting that she's much better. The other thing I do every day is take this cat out in full sun. It's been four years since her diagnosis, and despite the bad teeth, she's still doing great.

Most of these things can be given within two hours of each other, the only thing that needs to be given at a four hour interval is the IP6, which interferes with the adsorption of vitamins & minerals. Neoplasene causes nausea, so I mix it with cooked food. Because she is so small, five drops. The manufacturer gives your vet the correct dosage information, so when you pick up the product get a syringe to measure the dose.

I began with one thing--Essiac Tea. Did more research and added a thing at a time until I started to see real results. I'm convinced the organic, grain free, carb free diet, loaded with nutrients is the key.

My dog was dx'd with lymphoma in August. I started diet and supplements. It has made her so much healthier! She had lost 14 lbs over the 3 mo (prior to lymphoma dx) & quickly regained weight, breathing became less stressed & she feels better. I just iodered the essaic tea but the cottage cheese/flax oil, turmeric paste, 50% ground meat, 25% green veggies & cottage cheese, boiled eggs diet is very beneficial. Tumors haven't grown & I think have reduced some.

My dog was failing fast & after August, she had improved so much. We celebrated Christmas & New Years when it looked grave last summer

Good luck!

An update on curing my dog's cancer, 3 vets said he would be dead in 3 days to 3 months, it has been over 3 months now and he is just fine.

I just used colloidal copper and pure asperin that I got from an animal feed store. Within only 2 weeks he was playing again like a puppy, he is 12 years old. The vet wanted to use chemo but I am not stupid, I know chemo kills more than it helps, natural cures work better.

Hi Nicole,

I have been treating my 9yr old dog with it, about 5oz. a day along with Avemar 1 pck a day, and 6 caps of Transfer Factor Plus. My pup is 9yr old male bull mastiff weighing 185lbs. We did not go thru a bone marrow test so don't know for sure, but they said its either Leukemia or Lymphoma. He is doing ok for now but his lymph nodes are still enlarged. He has been on it for about 5 weeks now. I have been hoping for better but if I can help him kick it, I am in it for the long haul no matter what.

As for your cat, I think if you search around either further up or on this site, I saw at least one person that was giving some via a dropper bottle and it worked for them. Also another that was mixing a small amount of the dry herbs and I think that also worked. I never heard of doing it that way. I know some people keep the sludge and use that to mix in with the food. Good luck with your kitty!

Baking Soda and Maple Syrup

The protocol for Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking soda) for dogs over 100lbs is 1tsp a day. You mix one part baking soda (Bobs Red Mill Brand - no trace aluminum in the product-VERY IMPORTANT) with 3 parts organic maple syrup. So for 3 Tablespoons of baking soda you will mix 9 Tablespoons of Maple syrup. Heat over stove not in aluminum!!! . I use a stainless steel pan with water and put the mixture in a Pyrex (glass) measuring cup and heat for 5-10 minutes over med heat, don't boil. You just want the mixture to blend. I put in a sterilized glass jar and put in the fridge for use over 1 week. Discard after the week and make a new batch. If your animal is less than 100 lbs, like 25lbs, I would use a quarter of a teaspoon a little less for 17lbs. I use a child's medicine syringe to disperse into my dogs mouth. This will help you to measure for a quarter teaspoon. My dog has cancer and responds phenomenally to this treatment. Like a new dog. I use this once a day for 6-8 solid weeks. Go to the vet monthly to check blood work, you want to know that your pet is in the clear. I might even use the protocol once a week as a preventative.

My dog's diet consists of ground turkey or chicken (NO MEAT, NO DAIRY, NO GRAIN) Fish is also acceptable, wild salmon a good option for cats.

This lightly cooked poultry is mixed with a little rice, 1 cup of raw spinach cut up it will wilt, 1 cup of raw watercress cut up and grated carrot, 2 cloves of minced garlic, minced fresh ginger, teaspoon of turmeric, sea salt, tablespoon of organic coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of ground beet root and some black strap molasses.

Poultry for B6, Spinach and beet root is for Iron as well as black strap molasses, turmeric and ginger are anti inflammatory, garlic is to boost immunity, watercress has B17 which fights cancer, coconut oil is anti bacterial, and sea salt for minerals.

Our vet wanted me to put my dog on Prednisone and do chemo/radiation. I said no, I can kill the cancer with baking soda and maple syrup, the anemia and inflammation are addressed with the ingredients in his food instead of the prednisone poison. Prednisone side affects include cataracts, loss of bone, loss of sleep, weight gain, headaches...... I only pay the vet for a diagnosis, I prefer to conduct my own treatment.

This works if you want to save your pet or a person with cancer. DO NOT DO CHEMO OR RADIATION it will kill. Go watch Dr Leonard Coldwell on youtube.

You can make colloidal copper 2 ways, one the same as colloidal silver, or put pure copper wire in glass pot of distiled water and a pinch of citric acid, simmer 6 hours and use a parts per million tester that I bought at home depo. buy pure aspirin at health food store or animal feed store, it has no cemicols in it like the aspirin you buy at the grocery stores. I than took a gallon of distilled water added about an ounce to get about 10 parts per million. than I put it in the dogs dish and he drank it when he was thirsty, abot 2 weeks of doing this and now he plays like a puppy. Best is go to and where I got it from, u tube, Power of colloidal copper, by Tony Pantalleresco, he has the best cures of anyone I have found.

Colloidal copper and pure aspirin, cured my dog's cancer. 3 different vets said he would die anywhere from 3 days to 3 months and wanted to do chemo on him and of course charge me a lot of money to kill him with it. So instead I used colloidal copper and pure aspirin, in days he picked up and in a few weeks was playing like a puppy, he is 11 or 12 years old and never wanted to play before.

Budwig Diet

My beautiful Shiz-Tzu was just diagnosed with Osteosarcoma of her lower mandible. The vet I had been taking her too, mis-diagnosed her three times over two months. I took her for a second opinion to a new vet and within an hour I had the full diagnosis. So if you aren't getting answers from your vet, please seek a second opinion. It could have given me a two month jump on this. But since my baby is my life, I'm willing to spare no expense to make her better if I can or give her a good quality of life.

I immediately took her off canned / dry dog food and switched her to a keto diet, no carbs, no sugars, no gluten. I feed her an egg/chicken/veggie omelet with her meds and supplements in the morning and evenings. And in between I feed her budwig diet snacks. It has only been a few days but she is already feeling better, where she used to be very lethargic she now greets me at the door and has even went on a short walk or two. The diet if nothing else has at least made her feel better. Its very new and I'm hoping and praying for the best and know full well the worse is always waiting. I hope this can help someone else.

For my other dogs and all other dogs I own in the future they are going to get only the first set of vaccines, and then a homemade diet of fresh ingredients. Also dental care is extremely important, I lacked that on her and now I"m paying a price for it. The vet recommended plaque off and I have my other two dogs on the same diet and plague off and their breath has gotten better and I see increased energy in them as well.

Only God knows if Star will clear this cancer hurdle, the vet gave me a less than 6 month diagnosis, I'm playing the odd's and hoping for more.

The supplements I'm using were carefully selected and I avoided sugars and preservatives in them.

So far she gets.

  • Essiac drops
  • Milk thistle
  • Probiotics
  • Tumeric
  • doggie greens
  • Budwig diet

I also have dmso and msm, but she won't allow me to put it on her, still trying though.

God bless our pets, they are pure love.

2 years ago our Labrador/Pitbull X, at that time 12 years old, was diagnosed with Lymphoma. And of course the suggested treatment was Chemo therapy with the added comment that it only would prolong his life by possibly a year, but eventually kill the dog.

As we had trust in natural therapies for cancer and our dog disliked the vet anyway, plus him being so old, we started to research alternative treatment options on Earthclinic.com and other websites. One of the treatments we came across on Earthclinic was the Budwig protocol, which a few dog owners had used on their dogs with cancer successfully. After more research on that particular treatment we thought we give it a go.

So the regime we followed was that we gave him twice a day with his food 4 Tblsp quark+2 Flaxseed oil (mixed to an emulsion), we added 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric powder after mixing the quark and flaxoil. Also we changed our dog to a grain free diet. In this case we changed to Nutrience dry dog food.

Although the quark is low fat, our dog did gain weight over this time (maybe 4 kg). And also something very odd happened: he started to loose patches of hair all over his body. They came off with scabs of dry skin. At first we thought he is going to go bald, but after a few month the hair grew back shiny and beautiful. Not sure what exactly this meant, but we thought it might have been a sign of detoxification.

After 3 month he had an incident where he vomited a few times and we took it as a sign to half the dosage per day.

Then 2 or 3 month after halving the dosage he had a day where he didn't move, nor eat or drink, and we thought: This is it. He is dying today. Next day he was walking again though and he was back to normal after two days. So we decided to stop giving him the quark and flax oil.

During these 5-6 months he was quite lethargic and not really his normal self (already before he was diagnosed with cancer to be fair), he seemed to be depressed. But after his near death day, he started to be more clear again.

Before the treatment he had lots of fatty tumors all over his body. Today they are still there, but they all have halved in size.

He is now 14 years old, has a nice shiny coat, is in very good spirits and survived by far his 2-months-to-live cancer diagnosis (by 2 years so far). He walks slow because he has arthritis, but hey, he is 14 and even for his breed that's quite old.

We never went back to the vet to get checked if he still has cancer, because what's the point: He is the living proof two years later. We still have him on a grain free diet.

Whatever we did, it seemed to have worked. He won't live forever, but he sure got over the cancer.

Thank you earthclinic. What a wonderful source of knowledge of alternative treatments.

Jill, this link is a video testimonial of a man who cured himself of cancer with baking soda and molasses. I am trying to figure out how much and how to give baking soda to my cat for her kidney disease. Here is another link from Dr Sircus' site on healing the kidneys with sodium bicarb.

Flax oil becomes rancid quickly. Buy in capsules and open as needed.

Thank you fo posting your dogs results. I'll try it on mine! We adopted him from the Humane Society so he was already neutered. I've never heard of this correlation, I would seek hormonal help for him as long as it wouldn't cause cancer. Also, I used dmso for a tremendous sized tumor he had. I bought a new, natural bristled pastry brush (thought it best to use a food grade brush) and painted dmso liquid around the tumor. When It was removed, they were surprised it hadn't metastasized! I wasn't surprised. It has worked for me as well. Check it out.

Hi Vida,

I read your message from earth clinic and I wanted to ask you as to how this BLACK SALVE saved your dogs life.

Right now my sister has a 10 year old cat that has Lymphoma. This tumor is right in the stomach and every time he tries to eat something he vomits. She has spent a lot of money on vet bills to try to cure him. He's her only pet. She wants him to recover as soon as possible. We are looking for every and any options out there to cure him.

Please let us know if there are any after effects after consuming BLACK Salve and what's the dosage. Is it okay to give it to our cat. Right now he is on Steroids. They've given him only 3 to 6 months to live.

Can you please help us. We love him very dearly.

EC: Note: Black Salve is not consumed--it is used topically.
