Shrink Sinus Polyps Naturally

Updated: 11/04/2009

"Nasal polyps are polypoidal masses arising mainly from the mucous membranes of the nose and paranasal sinuses. They are overgrowths of the mucosa that frequently accompany allergic rhinitis. They are freely moveable and non-tender. Nasal polyps are usually classified into antrochoanal polyps and ethmoidal polyps. Antrochoanal polyps arise from the maxillary sinuses and are much less common, ethmoidal polyps arise from the ethmoidal sinuses. Antrochoanal polyps are usually single and unilateral whereas ethmoidal polyps are multiple and bilateral. Symptoms of polyps include nasal block, sinusitis, anosmia or loss of smell, and secondary infection leading to headache.

The pathogenesis of nasal polyps is unknown. Nasal polyps are most commonly thought to be caused by allergy and rarely by cystic fibrosis although a significant number are associated with non-allergic adult asthma or no respiratory or allergic trigger that can be demonstrated.

These polyps have no relationship with colonic or uterine polyps. Irregular unilateral polyps particularly associated with pain or bleeding will require urgent investigation as they may represent an intranasal tumour.

Nasal polyps are most often treated with steroids, topical or oral, but can also be treated with surgical methods." (Wikipedia)

[SIDE EFFECTS]  06/24/2009: Siva Ram from Hyderabad, India writes: "Pain Killer and Sinus Relationship. I have sinus problems. I got polyps in my both nostrils. I have neck pain also. For that i use ____ tablet (Brufen 400mg + Paracetamol 500 mg) two times a day. With that my pains were under control. I am also taking Citrezen 10 mg everyday and a course of Anti botics every month. Once i took 15 days leave from my work and taken rest. With that rest, i reduced the intake of Pain killer from 2 tablets a day to one tablet in alternate day. Immediately i have taken 15 more days leave. Taken rest, light exercises, morking walk etc. and taking brufen once in 3 days. In these 30 days, i dint got need to take anti botics also. My doctor said polyps were reduce mainly due to reduce of anti botics."

I read that blood root was used before western medicine to successfully treat polyps. I'd like to know if black salve can be used to treat nasal polyps."

CASTOR OIL, pH BALANCE

12/19/2008: Vina from Marietta, GA writes: "I would like to know is there a certain kind of castor oil. I would take it and apply to the stomach. What type of citric acid is this a tablet. I have nasal polyps in both nose and fibroid tumors-could these growth be coming from a lack of something."

12/21/2008: Joyce from Joelton, Tn replies: "Hi Vina, I only know of one kind of castor oil and it comes from castor beans, which come from the castor plant which I think makes a beautiful decorative addition to your flower beds and I have also read that the plants discourage moles from tunneling your lawn up. However, it is also sold in what is supposed to be odorless & tasteless as well as the standard castor oil. Personally I don't think you can cover up its odor or taste thoroughly. When you see l/4th tsp. in one of Ted's remedies, you can usually expect to find it in crystal (or powder form) but I think it also can be found in liquid & tablet form.

For those fibroid tumors, google SSKI or saturated solution potassium iodide and read Dr. Wright's (Tahoma Clinic) recommendation on that. Read his article on SSKI through several times. It would seem to me that anything that could get rid of ovarian cysts could also eliminate nasal polyps and just maybe there may be a lack of potassium &/or iodine involved in all these things that he says SSKI helps or cures.

On those nasal polyps, I have a question. Are you taking aspirins or another NSAID like Motrin, Naproxin, Ibuprofen or ketoprofen. I remember reading somewhere that aspirin can cause nasal polyps, and I suspect if ASA can cause them the other NSAIDS probably can also. I suggest you review all medications you are taking to see if nasal polyps are included in the unwanted side effects of them. You can do this by googling the medication by generic or brand name. We all have to watch out for ourselves because all too often the side effects are worse than the problem you are taking the medicine for."

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand writes: "I read somewhere that sinus polyps can be reduced by taking a small amount of castor oil everyday (a teaspoon). Using a warm wet towel with castor oil and applied on the stomach also helps. Taking 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda twice or three times per day helps control your pH balance necesary to rid the body of the cancer like tissue by increasing your body's oxygen through alkalizing your body. Take some zinc and selenium supplements will also help. As an antidote to excess fluoride in your body, I suggest you add some boron supplements , which is usually borax a small pinch per liter of water to counteract the negative effects of the drug you are currently taking."

ESSIAC TEA

1 YEA

[YEA]  10/21/2009: Celteyes from Pearland, Texas, USA writes: "I used the 4 herb essiac tea when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I took 2 ounces in 2 ounces of water, 3 to 4 times daily. I was told by my naturopath that all herb is not created equal. I remember when I first went to a health food store and bought it. It didn't smell like anything and I didn't know it was suppose to. It was kind of white like oatmeal. After finding my wonderful naturopath she told me where to buy the high quality herbs. I have to say when delivered I could smell it before I opened the box. It was 4 packets of measured herb in different amounts. Those 4 packets make 2 gallons of tea..enough for a month of treatment for a cancer patient. That may be why it didn't work for some. It was dead or old herb. It is a little bit of a pain to make the tea but the great results are worth it. I am told that a cancer patient should never use the capsules or concentrated tea but only the one you have to brew yourself.

I started giving this tea to my children also and my teenage son had problems with sinus polyps from severe allergies I guess. One day after about a month of drinking the tea only twice a day, he sneezed out...I know this will gross some of you out...but he sneezed out 3 polyps. One was the size of a dime..yuck! This tea has been a Godsend for my family."

10/26/2009: K from Nsw, Aus replies: "Really!? that is so great! i really want to try out this method too. i came across different forms of essiac; teas, tinctures, capsules. which is the best type in your opinion? it sounds so unlikely that it would be effective, because its only light dosages of essiac, but what do you know, it appears that it really works! i also researched that polyps cannot be sneezed out as they are stuck literally to your skin as membrane...hmm...can you give me more detail as to how your son cured his polyps? thanks!"

10/26/2009: Celteyes from Pearland, Texas replies: "Hi K,

All I can tell you is I brewed the tea with the four separate herbs. It is because I'm a former breast cancer patient and my naturopath says never take the pills, concentrate, or tincture if you have cancer. You have to brew the real herb. So I brew it as per my instructions if you scroll down a little I posted the instructions for someone a few days ago. gave it to my son 2 times daily just because he is asthmatic and always congested. Never dreamed he would sneeze out his polyps! I guess it makes sense if a polyp is a benign tumor and the tea stops the blood supply to a tumor I've been told. My supplier gets the herbs only from farmers that grow it organically. She is a great healer. I can't give any names here but if you just google four herb tea maybe you can find the web site. Take care."

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  05/13/2009: Anil Kumar Sehgal from Bareilly, Up, India writes: "I am suffering from bilateral Nasal Polypus for last 14-15 years. I am taking Homeopathic treatment from a doctor locally. Once it happened that one of the doctors prescribed Lycopodium and as a result the ring worms errupted throughout the body with red rings and itching. By the regular treatment the ringworms have been cured. The nasal polypus generally inflates when i get directly in touch with air i.e. fan, cooler or while travelling. It also occurs when I go open headed during night specially when it is somewhat cool and there is some moisture i.e. fog/dew. The present doctor prescribed 'Silicea 200 / 1M along with some other medicines. It get cured for 3-4 months. It again occurs when there is weather change or get in touch with air. Added to it as an other effect I have got lichen (Exema) got eriupted on left leg just near the ankle."

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

2 BETTER BUT NOT CURED

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  03/19/2009: Kieran from Cookeville, TN, USA writes: "Much better within days using hydrogen peroxide! I have had nasal polyps for 6 years at least. I got on a prescription corticosteroid nasal spray. Very expensive, it worked and I could breathe so well I no longer needed it for a year, then the polyps came back. This time neither that medication nor another brand worked well at all. Since then I have spent literally thousands of dollars, and got used to mouth-breathing, most of the time, year-round - in addition to having the nose at times swollen, face hurting, constant runny nose (delightful on social occasions!) being woken up repeatedly every night to mop at nose, little to no sense of smell, etc. For years I have continued the nasal steroid spray, in addition I have taken a truckload of supplements, tried homeopathic remedies, acupuncture (repeatedly) and Chinese herbs, over-the-counter meds, lymphatic drainage massage (helpful to a degree), drinking gallons of water daily as per Dr. Batmanghelidj, a mini-trampoline (slightly helpful), DHEA (somewhat helpful at 25mg per day for me, a middle-aged male, tended to shrink the polyps slightly), FDA-approved meridian-diagnostic machines, a 4-day water-only fast followed by an elimination diet followed by avoiding all eggs, milk, and cheese for a year or 2 (made no difference) etc...I have been desperate enough to consider surgery, but put off by the astronomical cost and by the tales of pain, misery, brief relief and repeated polyp re-growth of those who pursued that option.

Last week, as a result of one more of my countless internet searches on the subject, I found some interesting references.
Little is known about nasal polyps, but one known fact is that "eosinophilia" is often involved - (I thought Eosinophilia was a city in Pennsylvania), but actually it turns out eosinophils are a type of white blood cell, and at least in many cases of nasal polyps in an immune over-reaction too many eosinophils rush to the sinuses (to fight a real or imaginary invader) and cause chronic inflammation.

I had also seen before the idea mentioned that nasal polyps might be caused from either actual parasites or "ghost parasites".

Last week I found someone on a forum on curezone.com saying they were shrinking their polyps by squirting ordinary drugstore 3% h2o2 up their nostrils twice a day, mixed 50/50 with water I believe, in their opinion killing the parasites.

Then I found another article saying that applying h2o2 to eosinophils caused apoptosis - cell death. I have been merely dipping a cotton swab in straight h202 3 times daily and swabbing the polyps. They stopped tickling and have been shrinking rapidly, my sense of smell is back, I am not filling a trash-can full of tissues, I can breathe a lot better! It costs $1 or two at the dollar store for enough to last for months. Incidentally, an applied kinesiology practitioner told me months ago that I had parasites in the sinuses."

03/20/2009: Marsha from Marietta, Ga replies: "Hi Kieran,

I've been looking for a cure for Nasal Polyps. I will give this a try and hope for the best. I have large polyps in both nostril and I've lost the my sense of smell. I will let you know my results. Thanks a lot Marsha in Marietta "

03/23/2009: Don from Dayton, OH replies: "Thank you very much, Kieran. I will follow your way! It will be great if my polyps shrink even little bit! Don"

03/23/2009: Marsha from Marietta, GA replies: "I was just courious as to how many days before you could tell it was working (shrinking)? How long did you swab before they were completely gone. And is swabing better than squirting? Thanks for any info you have I'm in desperate need. I do mouth breathing. My polyps are so swollen until people something think that I need to clean my nose and I have to explain that it's a polyps not any thing I can blow out of my nose. It is so embrassing at time. Thanks again"

03/25/2009: Kieran from Cookeville, TN, USA replies: "In reply to Marsha from Marietta: within 2 or 3 days there was noticeable improvement. They are not completely gone, my post should really have been labelled "better but not cured". I still have quite large polyps, but I can now breathe around them, the fat swollen places on the sides of my nose are now concave again as they used to be. It is a vast improvement in my case and a great relief for me. I can't guarantee it will work the same for you, if you choose to try it, but I certainly wish you well. I will post updates on any further significant changes, whether good or bad. I don't know how swabbing compares to squirting because I chose to simply swab. I look forward to any feedback from anyone else who may try this."

EC: Thanks for the update -- we've changed your rating to Better But Not Cured!

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  04/15/2009: Jonathon.L from Melbourne, Australia replies: "Hi, after reading your post, i went out to buy h202, only to realise it is not something that is easily found in Australian pharmacies. thus i ordered a bottle of h2o2 capsules (food grade), the type where there is white powder inside the clear capsules. anyway, for a weeks i opened the capsule, poured out the powder, and cotton swapped it onto my polyps. and immediately i felt a tingling sensation. after waiting approx 30mins i found that it was incredibly easier to breathe, and the polyps shrank. but i find that the process needs to be repeated 3-4 times a day, whereby the more frequently it is applied (above 3/4 times), the less effective it becomes. i also tried snorting a bit of the powder in attempt to make it 'reach' the deeper tissues, but there was no effect.

i have a question, as to how much h202 should one apply? and is an overdose detrimental? ie will it damage the tissue?

thanks if anyone could reply. "

04/15/2009: Casmat from Sydney, Australia replies: "Sorry I can only help about locating food grade H202 in Australia. Google NTP Health Products. I have been getting it from them for years and service and quality has always been good. Not sure about using the powder from capsules???? Hope this helps you on your journey."

04/16/2009: Kieran from Cookeville, TN, USA replies: "Jonathan from Melbourne, Australia: I'm delighted to hear the h2o2 is helping you. I have never heard of the stuff coming in capsules, but the effects sound similar. I don't know about dosage, as I said above I am merely dipping a cotton swab in the (liquid) hydrogen peroxide 3 times daily and swabbing the polyps. I am no expert on the stuff, and can only say that the post I found on curezone said "Going on 2 years now...the hydrogen peroxide -though it burned- never damaged the skin in my nostrils...". So far I personally have experienced no ill effects. We are all our own guinea pigs here with folk remedies, what you do is up to you - and yet it was long-term use of prescription corticosteroid nasal spray that gave me nosebleeds. So far I am pleased. If I develop any problems I will let you know. Good luck, and I appreciate all feedback, we can all learn from each other."

04/17/2009: Kieran from Cookeville, TN, USA replies: "I hope you are all keeping in mind the h2o2 I read about is 3%. Do NOT even think of using, for example, the 35% food grade product mentioned here, that stuff unless greatly diluted will burn even tough skin, let alone delicate nasal mucosa. Prompted by Jonathon L.'s question re deleterious effects, I have tried searching for more info...much of it is too technical for me. I did see some implying h2o2 possibly causing eye irritation. I merely swab the polyps, which seems like it might have less risk of the stuff getting up into the eyes via the tear ducts than squirting it in the nose and sniffing. I would greatly welcome any further info about safety of this approach."

09/07/2009: Emily from Westboro, Ma replies: "Kieran,

Hello! I have been suffering from nasal polyps going on 4 years. I've tried allergy shots, I do nasal flush, steriods, anti-biotics (numerous times)...if someone told me to stand in my head and eat peanut butter I would try. Its so frustrating and depressing! I've seen 3 specialist and 2 have left the office I go so i've had to keep staring over with a new Dr. I now have no insurance and sprays and meds are too expensive (even tho they don't do anything). The only thing that has worked it steriods and anti-biotics at they same time but then my smell goes away once i'm off the combination. Its so frustrating!!! When I go to friends house most people bring a bottle of wine, I bring a box of tissues. I am used to it now but people always ask if I'm sick. I used to be so shy about blowing my nose because it's so un-attractive but now it just has to be done. It's so gross but what can I do? I've single handedly wiped out a small forest. I just hate it! My last Dr said just keep up what you've been doing and see you in 6 months. What?!? Suffering? But anyways...i am very excited to try this! i hope it will help! Thank you for the advice! I hope your nose is treating you well. Not being able to smell it terrible!!! i don't know if I smell! So I apologize to everyone if I do! Thanks!"

MULTIPLE REMEDIES

2 BETTER BUT NOT CURED

01/24/2009: Joanne from Poughkeepsie, New York, USA writes: "I think all of the remidies for sinusitis are great and they all work to some extent. My problem is nasal polyps. When polyps are combined with sinusitis it is misery! Can anyone help me!!"

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  02/02/2009: Greg from Scarborough, Ontario, Canada replies: "To one Joanne from Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

I am something of an amateur "artist" of most things holistic and have no real education on the matter so take this as you will.

However I have been attempting to treat my female counterpart's Nasal Ployps, which have lead to several sinus surgeries being required to remove them (one every year) however they kept growing back faster and faster each time.

My attempt to treat/cure said condition took the form of a few things,
1: beeswax candles burning for approx 30 mins every day around her (cleans the air and gives off negative ions among other things)
2: the daily application of an olive oil based medical oil I created myself... in a nutshell it was olive oil, Castor oil, tea tree oil, rosemary, basil, lavender and a few other odds and ends all mixed in and left to distill in my closet for approximately a month before hand.
3: a "shot" (alcoholic sized) of Apple cider Vinegar or Balsamic vinegar every day.
4: organic whole foods as a diet... no carbonated drinks, fast foods etc.
5: Some rather esoteric things like Reiki and other types of Energy work.

She still has polyps however they are nowhere near the size that they should be and it's been upwards of a year and a half with no need for surgery. However all of the above was only ever done in theory... trying to actually push that all on someone who would rather just take a sinus steroid or puffer to make her feel better for a while is another matter all together.

However the point remains, nothing else has changed in her life but what I imposed upon her, most recently I've stopped forcing such things on her and let her make the decisions... and she seems to me to be degenerating again.. unfortunate, but that is her choice and I can't make it for her.

Good luck with your issues, I am more then available for giving advice as I can... sufficed to say anything I ever recommend I test on myself first."

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  02/03/2009: Gean from Salina, KS replies: "My husband has suffered with nasal polyps for many years, had surgery 23 yrs. ago but of course they're back. Like you said, add allergies or a cold to polyps and you can't breathe at all, pure misery.

A few days ago he came down with a bad cold, couldn't breathe. He started with this treatment I read about on the net, homeopathic.

Here it is:

Pulsatilla 30, 5 pills twice a day under the tongue, for 10 days. Wait one week. Then take Sanguinaria 30, 5 pills twice a day under the tongue for 10 days. Wait 20 days for results. It's only been a few days (3 or 4) with the Pulsatilla, but the cold is gone and the breathing is back to "normal". He also began taking 1 Tablespoon flax oil daily, which I plan to increase to twice a day. I'll post results after the treatment is complete.

I bought the Pulsatilla 30 at the local health food store, and ordered the Sanguinaria 30 online from The Vitamin Shoppe. There may be variations of the name, like Sanguinarius or something. It's actually bloodroot.

I should mention that when he came down with this awful cold, he began coughing yellow phlegm almost right away. He took a nebulizer treatment with H2O2, 3%, diluted 1 to 3 with sterile distilled water (boil distilled water for 5 min. and store in jar). Bronchitis cleared up after a couple of days of 1-2 treatments a day."

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  11/04/2009: Carole from Stevensville, Mi writes: "I bought the ____ ____ nasal irrigator years ago and it helped me avoid a sinus surgery on my polyps. Try it! I still use it when I get flare ups and it gets all the "gunk" out of there!"

SALINE RINSE

1 YEA

[YEA]  02/14/2009: Ron from Emporia, Kansas writes: "A few years ago I was having difficulty breathing through my right nostril. I used a small flashlight to see what was blocking the nostril. I saw a polyp about the size of a good sized pea. It was positioned less than an inch from the nostril opening. I touched it and it was hard. I was a little frightened by it. At age 55 I had never experienced one of these.

I started researching and found that Sodium can shrink swollen membranes. I then found out about Nasal Irrigation. Nasal Irrigation is where you add a small amount of salt to warm water and let the saltwater pass into one nostril and out the other. All I had available to use was a 16 ounce measuring cup.

I boiled about 4 ounces of water, put it in the 16 ounce measuring cup. Then, I added enough room temperature water so that the water was barely warm. In the summer I need to add about 12 ounces of water to the 4 ounces of boiling water and in the winter I only need to add about 8 ounces of water. I then added a little over 1/4 of a teaspoon of regular table salt. I did the following over the kitchen sink.

I turned my head so that my left ear was facing the floor. Then, I slowly poured the salt water into my right nostril and let it flow out of the left nostril into the kitchen sink. When the measuring cup was empty I stopped.

I would then place my finger on the left side of my nose and close the left nostril and rather forcefully blow excess water out of my right nostril into the sink. Then, I did the same with the other nostril. I then went to the bathroom and used toilet tissue to clean the excess moisture from the nostrils.

I did this every evening. After a few days I looked into the nostril again with the small flashlight and the polyp was gone. I was surprised and delighted.

I have continued to do this nasal cleansing almost every day since. I haven't had a nasal polyp since that first one. I'm now 64 years old. I also noticed it helped keep my sinuses clear most of the time = better breathing.

I later got what is called a Neti Pot, which a a little pot designed for the purpose of doing a nasal irrigation. The cheap plastic ones work for me. Most health food stores have them. I noticed over time that the first couple of hours after doing a nasal irrigation, my nostrils tend to be a little dry. After a couple hours they moisten back up. That's why I do the nasal cleanse at least 2 hours before going to bed. This allows the nostrils time to moisten before bed = better breathing.

A couple details:

1. I found it better to stop the cleanse just before the cup was empty. I pinch my nose so as to retain some of the saltwater in the sinuses. Then, I keep the nose pinched and bend down with the top of my head pointing towards the floor to the count of 20. Then, I keep the nostrils pinched and stand up straight and tilt my head back (when the head is tiled back you can stop pinching the nose and the water will not drain out). I would keep that position to the count of 20. Then I would blow out the excess water. This seems to allow the saltwater to get deeper into the sinus cavity.

2. If, after the first cleanse, my sinus cavity still feels a little stuffy, I'll do a second nasal irrigation (I don't have to do this very often). With practice I became more aware of when my sinus cavities were clear or not.

3. One day I forgot to put the salt into the warm water. When I started the cleanse my nostrils felt really irritated and sore. I stopped and added the salt. When I continued with the nasal cleanse the saltwater was soothing. This is how I discovered how salt is soothing to irritated skin and how water alone can be irritating to sensitive tissue.

Ron"

SYMPTOMS

06/02/2009: Sumiyeh from Rockville, MD writes: "I have been diagnosed by an allergist/ENT with nasal polyps but my symptoms are a bit different from those declared by the rest of you. I don't have a cure or remedy to offer, but thought that my unusual but definitely related symptoms might shed some light for others.
I don't suffer from the typical stuffiness and loss of smell, nor from drippiness and excessive tissue use. In fact, I seem to have almost no "nose action" going on at all (other than sneezing, which to be perfectly honest is not bothersome for me usually), until one day suddenly, I get an onslaught of a terrific sinus headache accompanied with debilitating nausea that can only be relieved with finally vomitting. I have been told since my youth (age 10 or so) that I have post-nasal drip (my only complaint then was terrible bad breath). I believe that the polyp causes or contributes greatly to the post-nasal drip and a build-up of mucous in my stomach which is the source of the great nausea. Another reason to instruct your children NOT to snork down the drainage instead of blowing their noses; that stuff builds up down there and the only relief is for it to come back UP!

Anyway, my question for the rest of you cure-seekers and diagnosticians is: does it seem plausible that this is not actually sinus or allergy based, but more of a migraine situation? I have undergone allergy blood tests and the results were very inconclusive. I suffer from this sinus-headache/nausea syndrome in all seasons of a 4-season region. It does seem to be worsened by consumption of frozen dairy (especially at night) and by having damp hair (i.e. not blow-drying my hair immediately after showering).

I appreciate any input!
Sumiyeh in Maryland"

06/03/2009: T from Maryland, USA replies: "My son had the bad breath and on occasion coughing to the point of vomiting, which like yours came up with mucous in it. We went through the mill for several years with docs insisting he had seasonal allergies, asthma, etc. A nuumber of rounds of antibiotics were also given for sinus infection flare-ups due to all this. Like you, he generally didn't have dripping or stuffiness or any such symptoms you would think he "should" have by their (mis)diagnoses. When I stopped giving him milk, he stopped having problems.

He didn't have the headache problems you do, but I think it would be worthwhile to try stopping all dairy for a few weeks and see if that changes things for you. During that period, taking some ACV as instructed elsewhere on this site may be good to do just for general purposes. Something else that you might consider - my son recently had several slices of pizza with extra cheese (American cheese is no problem for him, but pizza cheeses are). Within a day, that telltale swampy smell began on his breath. I have a bottle of Atomidine here (it's a type of iodine, available at Amazon). I put a tiny smidge of a drop in juice and gave it to him, and I swear that 2 sips was all it took - the bad breath was instantly GONE and didn't come back! We were both floored. I believe the Atomidine knocked out whatever was brewing there from a dairy reaction. As in all things, you should always research for yourself before trying. Just a tip for something that you might find useful. Best of luck, and please do update us!"

- Visited 4 different doctors for 2nd opinions, saw 3 specialists. underwent 4 different cat scans/xrays etc. spent almost $1000 on total medical expenses.

- NASAL IRRIGATION with a variety of salts and herbal/medical infuses

- NASAL SPRAYS of the cortisteroid, over the counter and prescription manner(rhinocort, etc)

- ATOPICAL CREAMS - cortisteriods of many strengths, in prescriptions. applied onto inner nasal walls

- APPLYING/swabbing chemicals eg h202 in powder and liquid form, of different strengths

- ANTIBIOTICS - 3 types, for a few months each

- ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PILLS/TABLETS

- HAYFEVER/ALLERGY tablets x 10 types

- VITAMINS - C, B complex, A, garlic oil, horseradish, zinc, omega3, fish oil,

- DRINKING LITRES upon litres of clear water ever day until the point of feeling unwell

- HOMEOPATHIC remedies

- PRESSURE POINT/ACCUPUNCTURE REMEDIES

- EXTENSIVE HOME RENOVATION to replace all dust-mite sensitive areas, carpets to tiles/wood flooring, curtains replaced, bedding, EVERYTHING

- installing better heating/cooling systems

- IONIZERS to collect dust

- ETC ETC

BUT ALL TO NO AVAIL. well, they work initially, for perhaps a short period of time, but then relapse back to original, intoleratable state

but what i would like to share with you all, is my most recent attempt with WATER FASTING/VEGAN DIET

during my years of researching for a cure, the term 'fasting' did pop up alot, but i never paid attention to it, as it seemed difficult and too intensive to attempt and sustain as a part of my lifestyle

but after exhausting all other alternatives out there, i ultimately resorted to this method

yes it is incredible difficult to cut out all foods, and only consume VEGETABLES and FRUITS, and WATER (teas are allowed), and you do feel TIRED and lethargic, and dizzy most of the time during the intial phase, but after 1.5- 2 weeks, you begin to see GREAT RESULTS

I stopped my other remedies during this time period, and stuck to the FAST strictly

now it has been 3 weeks, and to my delight, the size of my POLYPS shrank immensely. the doctors were equally surprised at what a simple, non-evasive, safe, non-medical, natural, process of fasting could avail to. BREATHING is incredibly easier, EVERYTHING is looking up and up. it is very liberating!

on a side note, you LOSE WEIGHT in the process. which is always good.

So i urge you all to give this a shot. dont waste any more money in useless medicines and whatnot.

hope you all found this helpful! i was really excited about my discovery and really wanted you all to be made privy to the benefits of fasting! CHEERS! and bless you all!"
