Cure Polymyalgia Rheumatica or PMR
Natural Remedies to Help or Cure Polymyalgia Rheumatica
"Polymyalgia rheumatica (meaning "pain in many muscles" in Greek), or PMR, is an inflammatory condition of the muscles, which causes pain or stiffness, usually in the neck, shoulders, and hips. The pain can be very sudden, or can occur gradually over a period of time.
Most PMR sufferers wake up in the morning with pain in their muscles; however, there have been cases in which the patient has developed the pain during the evenings. Along with this disorder, there have been reports that patients who have polymyalgia rheumatica also have temporal arteritis, which causes inflammation that damages large and medium size arteries. PMR usually goes away within a year or two after treatment." (Wikipedia)

TED'S REMEDIES
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand: "Dear Marianne: Polymyalgia rhematica is bought on by the body's low immune responses. You need to raise your immune levels. Certain supplements such as magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate for example at 250 mg/day should help. Some zinc acetate 50 mg/day, brewer's yeast about 2000 mg/day, kelp, and vitamin B complex and some selenium and you should feel much better the next day. It is necessary to raise your antioxidant level using a recently revised formula I have used, just came out yesterday which is as follows:
One whole fresh lemon juice you just squeezed yourself, then mix add some water, to about 1/2 glass of water at least. Then keep adding baking soda 1/4 teaspoon each time, until it the lemon juice tastes like water. Then drink this twice a day, once in the morning and once before bedtime. This will effectively alkalize the body, increase the immunity by more oxygen, raise the antioxidant level of ORP (oxidation reduction potential) of -140 millivolts, so the body can recover. This is the closest a healing water analogue I can come up with, that is similar in many ways of the natural healing water or sacred healing water found in certain parts of the world. So this should help with a great many conditions, perhaps as much or even more than ACV. However, I haven't had the time to tests which one is more therapeutic, chemically speaking whether it is the ACV + baking soda, or lemon joice + baking soda. If I do, I will post when I have time"
---------------------
Our Bangkok contributor Ted replies: "Dear Jackie: Try taking plenty of vitamin B complex, where B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 are about 300 mg/day, while B12 at 300 mcg per day. The other vitamin Bs can be obtained from be obtained from taking plenty of brewer's yeast and apricot pits. Also take some aspirin, as it will not only help with the inflammation, but this seems to dissolve and kill nanobacteria which might be causing the inflammed joints. It is important to take vitamin C sodium ascorbate and perhaps apply comfrey poultrice to the area of the joint and some nice heating pads to help the pain.
Taking plenty of cod liver oils and fish oils are both anti inflammatory as well as reduce the heavy metal buildup which prevents the joints from repairing itself. You need to take 1/4 teaspoon baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon citric acid with 1/2 glass of water once in bed time and once in the morning on an empty stomach to help alkalize and this should restore the blood to its proper biological terrain for healing purposes.
This will not cure the condition, but the pain should be greatly reduced. Magnesium is synergistic with the vitamin B6 so therefore you need to take about 250 mg of magnesium chloride, or magnesium acetate, or magnesium citrate."

02/24/2012: Kc from Auburn, Massachusetts, United States replies: "All due respect PMR is in the Autoimmune which is the complete opposite of a poor immune system. This why catabolic steroids reduce symptoms. I have seen many patients who have had PMR and have been succesfully treated this way. Some most with no reoccurences and some with. Once treated and off steroids I suggest micronutrient testing by an experienced MD who does Alternative Medicince."

ACUPUNCTURE, DIETARY CHANGES

[YEA] 06/23/2010: Martha from Fort Worth, Texas: "PMR diagnosed 6 months ago. D.O. recommended Prednisone. One month later the Prednisone symptoms came: bruising, more night sweats, "moon face", threat of diabetes, osteoporosis, high cholesterol... I saw neither as a "solution".
I began to see an acupuncturist, two weeks ago. I have had two visits. She let my body tell her what I needed. She administered acupuncture, then cupping, followed by massage. She adjusted my OTC herbs, which closely follow what I have already read on this site. She suggested using the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type" (D'Adamo). I am eating 50% organic, and follow my blood type recommendations to a T. "Good food is medicine" she says.
I feel SO much better. I can get thru the day without a nap, my muscles hurt less, my temp at night is lower, I have less heartburn, and am HAPPY!
I would never have tried acupuncture unless I felt cornered. I felt no solution otherwise. Feel free to use what ever info you would like. I am 60 years old, and work full time. God bless."
05/21/2011: Sally from Chicago, Il replies: "I have just been diagnosed with PMR and am on a prednisone treatment. I am wondering how long you had to be on the prednisone after discovering that acupuncture was what helped. I have heard that you have to be weaned from prednisone very slowly. Thanks for your advice!"
05/21/2011: Jamie from Lake Worth, Fl replies: "Sally, ask your doctor, please!! I would be leary of medical advise from an internet discussion board. There are many knowledgeable people who come and visit this website and share. So I do not mean to be disrespectful. You medical care provider has your chart and history, and is aware of all details.
Prednisone must be weaned off, my dog was just on it for 11 days. He took half a pill twice a day for 3 days, half a pill one a day for three days, half a pill every other day for 3 doses.
Not trying to compare vetrinary medicine to your care. However, the point is even for such a short regiment there is a weening process.
If you are anxious and cant wait to see your doc, call the pharmasist. I am sure they could help you too, at least give you some information."
05/21/2011: Carly from Seattle, Wa - Usa replies: "I agree with Jamie - getting off of prednisone requires your doctors input - only your doctor knows how long and how much you have been taking. My husband quit taking it "cold turkey" last year, not knowing how serious it was until the terrible symptoms set in and we found out how bad it could be. Long term prednisone use requires great care in coming off of, trust me. If you do it too fast it can actually shut down your adrenals and kill you. Too bad the doctors do not let you in on this little fact when they prescribe such drugs. Take care, and do what your doctor says on getting off of them PLEASE. Best of Health to you."
12/02/2011: Kim from Los Altos, Ca replies: "I had been suffering from lower back pain in early October. On 10/25/11 I got the flu shot, and things went haywire, with pain up and down my legs, lower back, hips, and a low-grade fever. Had bloodwork done and they found Sed rate was 120 and my latest C-reactive protein was at 113! (low hemaglobin & high platelets too). Between the severe pain and inflammation, I was admitted to the hospital and had every test imaginable to no avail. (thankfully, no tumors or signs of cancer or any infection).Because low doses of Advil helped the pain (the only anti-inflammatory drug I'd been given), I was sent home. 2 weeks ago, saw an acupuncturist, and what a difference! Pain is gone from legs, but I still have it sometimes in lower back. Combine that with a strict anti-inflammatory diet (no coffee, sugar, alcohol, meat, and eating lots of veggies, tumeric, green tea, etc. ) AND reading Dr. Sarno's book "Bodymind Prescription" and I can sit here at my computer and write this!
My doctors are saying I have PMR, but they really aren't sure of anything. They want to retest my blood and start me on low-dose steroids (they say if I respond, it will "prove" I have PMR).
After what will probably be over $100k in medical bills (yes, I have insurance), and over 10 doctors, and no answers, I have to say I'm a bit discusted with modern medicine at the moment.
Funny how no one asked me what's going on in my life, what I eat, or what seemed to help me (I had to tell them that Advil was the only relief from pain before I was let out of the hospital 3 days later).
I like the idea of lemon baking soda. Was also suggested to take a "baking soda" bath. Put several cups of baking soda in bath water - and relax!
Would love to hear from others if anyone has experienced a connection between PMR and the flu shot, and love hearing what natural remedies work.
Thank you all for contributing!"
12/02/2011: Debbie from Melbourne, Australia replies: "Adding epsom salts to the bath (magnesium sulphate) would help with the inflammation as well."
03/30/2012: Deedee from Manahawkin, Nj replies: "Hello, I thought I would respond to your post as I have been going through hell since my flu shot in Oct. 2011. Right after the injection, my arm began to itch (internal itch where you can scratch all day and it won't relieve the itch). That came with a burning sensation. Asked the doctor about it and she said she never heard of it.Next few weeks I began to have this sensation in my spine like I was having a spinal tap. Then came some vision loss. It was like looking at lattice work around the peripheral visual area leaving only the center of my vision open to seeing what was in front of me. Next, dizziness, nausea and GERD that got so out of control I would wake up with vomit and pieces of food in my mouth and throat. Vocal cords became so inflamed I lost my voice for 3 days. Next, right leg seizures in mid step. Muscle pain in thighs... Then, the ultimate. I couldn't get out of bed in the morning the 'usual or normal' way. The pain in my lower back area was so severe I rolled my legs off the bed then used my arms to push my upper body to a seated position or to drop myself to the floor on my knees. Getting up from a chair or toilet was nearly impossible so I got a comode for the toilet so I'd have something with arms to use. I stated standing to have my meals...
Like you, I had several tests, labs, etc. Finally, I took all my records to a new primary doctor who sat there piecing things together and came up with PMR. I'm concerned most about the visual problems/headaches so I have another apt. with Neuro. I am looking into acupuncture as I don't like the side affects of Prednisone. I've never heard of PMR/GCA but boy, my symptoms all seem to line up with it and I know it had to have something to do with that flu shot... NEVER AGAIN!!!"
04/27/2012: Patfoster from Wilmington, De replies: "I, too, received the flu shot in October, 2010 and a couple of weeks later, my nightmare began. I thought I had injured some herniated disks in my neck when doing yard work, so I went to my neurosurgeon. My symptoms starting moving from my neck/shoulders to my arms, lower back and legs. I could hardly move. He ordered many, many tests, referred me to other doctors, and five months later, I was diagnosed with PMR by a neuromuscular neurologist. The day I began my first dose of prednisone, I was able to move normally again. I have had many relapses and am still on prednisone. My new rheumatologist has been tapering me (now at 8mg) and has recently combined it with another drug-hydroxychloroquine. I can hardly move most of the time, and am tired of feeling so bad, so I'm now looking for other ways to help me feel better and get off of the drugs. I will be exploring some of the suggestions of warm water therapy and accupuncture."

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, B COMPLEX
05/09/2012: Debbie from Glennville, Ga: "It took 8 dr's before I was diagnosed with PMR. I had to search it up for myself. someone mentioned that condition. i then went to the mayo clinic. a blood test call sed rate & crp will show the inflammation in your body... i was on prednisone for about a year. now i am better, but i can sure predict the weather, my buttock tells me so... i take a b complex vitamin a couple times a week, & tbsp of apple cider vinegar (natural with the mother) not pasteurized, in a glass of water to neutralize the acidity the prednisone caused. so far so good.. hope this helps someone a little."

GENERAL FEEDBACK
08/29/2011: Jeanie from Jamestown, Ca: "I have had PMR symptoms for 1 year. I was placed on prednisone immediately. If I took 20 -25 mg, I could do anything. Move my arms, walk, work without pain. However, it kept me from being properly diagnosed. Presnisone masks a lot of tests. It took me several months to taper off. My Doctor had me reduce 2.5 mg every 2 weeks. Of course, then I was back to the extreme pain and weekness in my shoulders and hips. Two trips to the Mayo Clinic put me on the right track. Unfortunately, it still takes a long time to recover. I am still waiting for it to "go away"."
Replies09/08/2011: Tracee from Modesto, California replies: "Jeanie - my mother (66 yrs.) was diagnosed with PMR a little over a year ago. The first 6 months was 20mg pred. Slowy decreasing to 0. She has had 2 flareups. Wondering if we could talk via phone. My personal email is tnwharris(at)yahoo.com."
09/16/2011: Mckenzie from Charlotte, Nc replies: "Jeanie... What was Mayo's advice? which Dr.did you see and in what medical dept. specialty? I am heading to mayo sometime soon. thanks!"

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 02/15/2009: Diane from Downers Grove, IL USA: "Wow-I am so glad I found this site. It was given to me by a new dear friend. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 years ago after going to 4-5 specialists. No one knew how to really treat it. Last year I saw a chiropracter and he put me on a PH balanced diet.
Sort of vegetarian but you could eat all the fish you liked, no breads, pasta or anything with grains. Vegetables, lots of salad with olive oil, fruits and fish. No sugar products all natural fruit drinks. Vitamin supplements a day: 3 omega3, 4 flax oil, 4 C, 2 E, 3 calcium, 3 MSN, 3 Mineral, 3 Glucosomine. I was on it for 6 months and while I had some relief I still was stiff every morning.
This year I started a new neurologist and went thru all the tests again: blood, MRI, EMG. She actually says I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. Now I am taking Prednisone but am very concerned with side effects. I did get immediate relief but realize it will weaken my immune system. How frustrating!"
Replies07/23/2010: Shary from Centennial, Co replies: "If I have PMR at all, it's very mild. The doctor wanted to put me on a trial week of steroids but I declined in view of all the nasty side effects. Also, most of the time I don't need to take anything at all for my various aches and pains, so taking steroids would be like killing a mouse with a howitzer. I know this sounds sort of nuts, but what helps me the most is the healing code. It isn't black magic; it's similar to the EFT used by the psychiatric profession. It's an effective way to teach your brain how to dump negative thought patterns that promote anxiety and stress. Stress is a big contributor to an impaired immune system. Unless you find a way to eliminate it, all the ACV and baking soda in the world isn't going to help. Another thing you might want to look into is muscle imbalance. Your sore, stiff muscles might not be PMR at all. It might be a severe case of muscle imbalance, which can also cause inflammation but is correctable with appropriate exercises."

09/23/2011: Margaret Zolotto from Canberra, Act Australia: "Hi, I sent an email about my daughter who is 43 being diagnosed with polymyalgia. I sent this to Ted at this address, is he still at this address as I was reading something he said about lemon juice and baking soda back in 2009. I also asked what ACV meant as he mentions this as well. If he is no longer around where can I send my long email with details to? Do you have anywhere that could give me some advice as I am worried about her and the medications and of all times she is thinking of having eggs frozen in case she meets someone in the future and wants to have children. Can you help me please. Thank you for your time. Margaret."
Replies09/23/2011: Dud from From The Woods Of, Wv, Usa replies: "Margaret;Poly-myalgia is sometimes a result of fluoride poisoning. Did she by any chance take a prescribed anti-biotic, like cipro, etc, etc, just before getting the symptoms ? [contains fluoride]
Some anti-depressants also contain fluoride., I think. Many other drugs do contain it also, a long list. Pesticides contain it. Rat poisons contain it. City water supplies contain it.
........... check all her medications to see if they are made/contain from fluoride, in any form.
If so, she must detox from it.
Research fibromylgia, lyme disease, treatment protocols."

[YEA] 10/08/2006: Marianne from Monteagle, TN: "After testing my blood, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia rheumatica exactly one year ago. At the onset I had a low-grade temperature, a general feeling of being ill -- close to what it feels like to have the flu. I also had extreme pain in my shoulder & hip joints, neck and wrists. I was very stiff for several hours in the mornings. I could no longer get up off the bed or a chair without assistance. All of this came on very suddenly. My family doctor prescribed PREDNISONE which helped with the symptoms after 3 - 4 days. Over this year I am being monitored and the prednisone dosage slowly decreased. The stiffness is about 90% gone, the joint soreness is tolerable BUT I am feeling the side effects of prednisone. (Bloated face, weakened muscles). The prognosis for polymyalgia rheumatica is that it will cure itself within 6 months to 4 years. 'I found your site hoping to find an alternative (natural) to prednisone."

[YEA] 09/12/2006: Jackie from Melbourne, Victoria: "I love this site, thank you!! I have recommended it to so many people. I just read on the site that you are interested in feedback on Fibromyalgia. My mother was originally diagnosed with this about 3 years ago. She has since discovered that it is Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR). I don't know a lot about the conditions but I believe that they are not related at all. Mum is in constant pain & has been to various specialists & alternative therapists. For 3 years she has been trying to find relief & answers on this condition but no-one seems to be able to help her. Please let me know if there is anything you can offer to help her. It is inflammation of the blood vessels in the muscles. She has been to many different specialists & alternative therapists & is still in constant pain. Are there any known cures or treatments that you or your readers know of? Thank you"

11/16/2010: Norma from Scottsburg, Indiana replies: "My mother at age 90 got her annual flu shot, within 3 days she had developed severe pain in shoulders and arms, she was unable to walk or lift her feet. She was diagnosed with PMR after extensive tests, etc. Her physician says the condition came on as a result of her prescribing fosamax for my mothers osteoporosis. I have researched chemicals that are added to flu shots and found that aluminum hydroxide that is added to vaccines can put people at risk for developing polymyalgia rheumatica. My mother is severly underweight and needs to gain weight soon. Any suggestions for weight gain would be appreciated. Thanks earth clinic for this great service."
11/17/2010: Mmg from Somewhere, Europe replies: "Spirulina helps."
11/17/2010: Bess from Calgary, Alberta, Canada replies: "Hi Norma - Perhaps you could make your Mom smoothies with added protein. It would be easy to swallow (some older people have trouble chewing or their appetite isn't as keen as it used to be) and you could vary the ingredients to make them tasty as well as nourishing. Using a large straw (like they use for milkshakes) makes it easier to drink. Best of luck to you and your Mom. Cheers, Bess"
06/02/2011: Walter from West Palm Beach, Florida replies: "My mother had the H1N1 flu shot prior to going on a trip and within a weeks time she was in tremendous amount of pain that started in her legs and eventually moved to the shoulders and neck leaving her paralyzed and not able to move without pain. She went to the drs and found that she had severe inflammation and told her she had polymialgia (PMR). I now know by looking at this site and searching the Internet that a salt called aluminum hydroxide found in vaccines is linked to some cases is severe polymialgia in some people. I have asked my moms dr for a aluminum test, will be interesting to find out how high her levels are. I thank all of you for all the great info. Mom knew from the get go that the vaccine was the cause of all this. I will get her to strengthen her immune system and detox her body of the metal in her system."
07/06/2011: Jody from Koh Samui, Thailand replies: "Hi Ted,I live in Thailand and was wondering if you can point me in the right direction to buy natural products. I need iodine, magnesium and vit b, adrenal supplements (preferably in liquid form for all). At the moment I buy my supplies from NZ.
Are you a practitioner in Thailand and do you have a clinic?
Thanks, J"
07/07/2011: Debbie from Melbourne , Australia replies: "JodyInstead of supplements you could source real foods for your nutrition.
You could buy green coconuts (very nutritious, full of vitamins) and drink the juice alone or add pineapple juice.
Aloe Vera - buy a plant and juice it yourself... they don't call it the tree of life for nothing.
Green juices... They are so healthy, they will supply all your nutrients you need.
Wheatgrass juice, spirulina, chlorella so healthy for you.
Coconut oil ..
Thailand is full of natural products. I used to take a lot of supplements but have recently decided to go with superfoods instead."
07/08/2011: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France replies: "Well, Debbie, the problem about relying on food is the bad quality of the food we buy nowadays! Even bio foods are often not at all what they are supposed to be! I hope that you are lucky where you live and that the food is better than what we buy here because here it is simply awful! The soils are depleted, they add so much stuff which is not good for us, fruit sold unripe and with no taste at all, milk full of all kinds of chemicals and antibiotics, also pasteurized therefore without most of what we need, meat full of nasty stuff.... One hardly knows what to eat anymore!I hope Australia and Thailand are better as far as food goes........ Here they are even saying that the fruit is being manipulated to add sugar (they surely already add a lot of water to it) so that we don't notice the lack of taste but we end up eating loads of sugar. I have noticed that some fruit like pears and pineaples are awfully sweet, but a strange kind of sweetness that sometimes makes me want to throw up. All very sad...."
09/15/2011: Peggy from Swansea, Sc replies: "HI TED,Thanks for this website: I am 49 years old. I have been diagnosed with PMR at age 46. Just awoke one morning with chronic pain in my hips. I went to the rhumatologist whom diagnosed me with Polymylgia Rheumaticia. OK. I was put on 40mg of prednisone at that time within 4 days I was in much less pain. I was tapered down on the prednisone gradually. I am a health nut. I go to the gym 4 days a week. Eat right no junk. Ht 5"6" and wt 120. I have always been a healthy person. The only thing I can remember doing before I woke up in pain at age 46 was I got the flu shot.. Ok... Never really thought about that untill now. Never knew about metals in the body till I read on your site. I have major flare ups frequently. Which changes my life for a few days until I increase the prednisone. This I am back to square one.
I am on 20 mg again today because I saw the Rheumatologist yesterday. I have been in severe pain. Hips, shoulders, ribs and neck. The PMR has flared.. So in a few days I will feel better. I just cant get off the prednisone completely. I would love to. It is such a miracle drug for me. No side effects with this drug yet. I am sure they are coming, though. I would love to know your thoughts on this. I have thought about the accupuncture. I have tried fish oil. I just did not see any results. Maybe I did not stay on it long enough. I have been going through this for so long. I want instant relief. The prednisone does that. I want to get off it. God only knows what it's doing to my adrenal gland. I have not been pain free in 3 years now. Always have hip pain no matter what. Can you help me?
thanks, Peggy"
09/15/2011: Jr from Coloma, Mi replies: "Peggy, my father has had polymyalgia rhuematica for over ten years. He was started on a pretty heavy dose of prednisone to begin with and was tapered down. However, every time he got completely off, his pain would come back. Since he was in his eighties, the Dr felt it was best to just keep him on 5 mg and keep him out of pain. Now he is 96 years old, still lives independently and drives his own car. Of course he has some pain, he's 96 but his life is good and he isn't having any side effects from it.So, don't fight the prednisone for now if it keeps you out of pain. I know there are people here who won't agree with me, but once you are no longer hurting, you will be better equipped to look for healthier ways to get off of it."
09/15/2011: Gavin from Manganui, Northland, New Zealand replies: "Why does a perfectly healthy person develop these pains in the first place?.. Do you live and work in an environment where cleaning liquids are stored?.. Like the upper floors where the solvents from the liquids powders tend to rise too. These things are notorius for starting flare ups. Or perhaps you use Amonnia type cleaners? .. My wife has stopped taking the Prednisone, and is considering dropping the Methatryxate... Shes been on 6mg of Boron daily, One kelp tablet, 1000mg of vit C., a popular multi, 3 garlic pearls.. But before bed has been taking a cup of Steeped ginger, two caps of ACV in it and a teaspoon of honey... She is doing well and the only flare up was when exposed to a raft of cleaning chemicals, after a sleep away from the smells she was ok again. 50% of people on Prednisone develop cataracts within two years. So it's a toss up between pain and side effects."

The PMR started a month after I had the flu vacc and is slowly getting better, I eat well and have taken vitamin C, E and B complex for many years, these vitamins did not stop me getting extreme stiffness and excruciating pain ALL over my body, I am now down to 5 1/2 mg prednisalone with no good quality of life, I feel I sleep my life away due to the feeling of illness and the exhaustion, but have recently discovered that a banana a day helps enormously, it has been suggested that chinese cupping will help heal this illness, does anyone have any suggestions? thanks - Louise"
12/23/2011: Lida from Dallas, Texas replies: "Serrapeptase for Polymyalgia Pheumatica also called giant cellSerrapeptase is a proteclylic micro-organism serratia E15. This enzyme is naturally processed commercially today through fermentation and was disovered in the silkworm intestine this immunologically active enzyme is completely bound to the alpha 2 marroglobulin in biological fluids. stuedis reveal powerful ant-inflammation effect of this naturally enzyme.
Taking this serrapeptase, her condition went from 100% to 75% in 3 month then in 6 months it went from 75% to 25% by next month we should know the final results. Her blood cells are back to normal. It is not expensive if you check the www. serrapeptase information.com ) and type Polymyalgia it gives you all the information you need. Now she is no longer taking the prednisone. With the serrapeptase she also took vitamins and other listed on the information. She got what ever she could find along with the serrapeptase but at any rate she is recovering, from the miracle drug. Lidia"
05/08/2012: Dee from Narooma, N.s.w replies: "I too am a sufferer of that dreaded PMR. I finally got myself off the steroids by going on a strict alkaline diet. I cut out all meat even chicken, drank rice milk, no wheat or dairy products and changed to white wine as red is harder on the liver to break down. I stuck to this religiously (and its not as hard as it sounds as there are a lot of alterative foods) As I did this I dropped my steroid dosage by 1mg per week till I was finally free. The only tablets I have now are 2Panadol Osto maine with 2 Lyprinol (Blackmores, sorry to drop the name but its what I found to be the most effective) which is a natural anti-inflam. (N. Z. Green lipped mussel) and to repeat this at night. I am not free of pain but going from 100% to 20% anything is worth a shot. I have read the previous letters on the lemon and soda and will also combine this with my other medication. Thanx to all that write in with PMR because sometimes you feel like you're alone fighting this... family and frinds sometimes don't get how debilitating it can be."
