Her allergies and cough lasts throughout the school year. However, yesterday she sounded like she had bronchitis. The cough was non- stop. I was very desperate for a solution for her cough. I stumbled across the site and went out and bought Apple Cider Vinegar. I tried the remedy and it worked. Today I bought _ Apple Cider Vinegar with "The Mother" and THAT DID IT. It has been 20 mins now AND NO COUGH. I am SO AMAZED I FEEL LIKE SHOUTING IT FROM THE ROOF TOP. I have spent so much money on cough syrups that DON'T WORK... this is all it took. After coming down with a very nasty cough and cold for the past week, I didn't think I could take another night of constant coughing. My husband went online and found this information and told me to try the ACV and honey mixture. I had been loading up on all kinds of over the counter cough medicines and nothing even phased my cough. We mixed these two ingredients together, about 2 tbsp ACV to 1 tbsp honey and I took it in one big gulp. I didn't expect much, but boy was I wrong. I could instantly tell it had an effect on the severe tickle in my throat. Within about 1/2 hour, it was greatly reduced. About an hour later, I took a little more and went to bed. I did cough some, but nothing like before. Since then, I have taken it a few more times and the relieve is almost instantaneous. I can also tell my sore throat has diminished a great deal as well. I am sold on this stuff. I have since read to dilute with water, so I will do that next. Simply put, I'm amazed!"

My husband and I were going out of town to a Broadway show and I had just started coughing constantly. I was so afraid I would not be able to attend the show, so I googled "coughing cures" and found the ACV & honey cure. I tried it immediately with regular ACV from the store and regular honey. It burned on the way down, but I could see such an improvement almost immediately! I took doses 3-4 hours apart for 2 days. I still coughed a little bit, but the improvment was miraculous! I was able to attend the show with no problem as well as do shopping, eating out, etc. When I think about all the sleepless nights I have had coughing my head off, I wish I had checked out this site before. I have been in Jewish Medical Center in Denver for many tests but the conclusion is nothing wrong with me. Every time I catch cold and it make me cough for three or four months. In August 17, 2007, I search for chronic cough remedy and stumble in to this site. I start taking ACV and honey the same day. The cough stopped the third days. I had surgery for my both knees, and the pain is constant. The ACV stop knee pain after the fourth day I take ACV. It's unbelievable. The cough does not go away completely. The ACV cure my cough about ninety percent. After suffer so many years, I am happy with the result. I still have to take ACV every day. Thank you for all of you who post your experience at the site."

[YEA] 07/31/2007: trevor from st clement, jersey,channel islands writes: "My mother is in her 70s now and has had a persistant cough for the last 9 months, her throat was sore sometimes and very phlegmy, she would have bouts of coughing that would leave her chest in pain,doctors had prescribed click inhalers, we had tried all kinds of medicines,no cure though.i decided to check the net and found this sight, i read about the cider vinegar and honey remedies so i got a jam and filled it to halfway with apple cider vinegar and added the equivelant in honey, closed it and gave the mixture a good shake,its 9 hours now since my mother had her 1st dose(1 tablespoon)and 3 hours since her 2nd,she coughed up a scab from the throat within an hour, apart from a couple of minor coughs,all is quiet.To think of all the money these so called doctors make,and a simple remedy like this has appeared to have done the trick,many thanks to this site, p.s,taking the mixture myself, i've had a bit of a phlegmy throat myself for a long time,and my eyes have been extremely puffy, read it could cure the eye problem, will keep you posted on that one, once again thanks."

Not only that, but the coughing, especially on the second and third days, was unbelievable. Finally my dad told me that he couldn't listen to my cough any more, but I didn't want to take any drugs/medicine. I found this site on Google and, of course, the first thing I saw was to drink Apple Cider Vinegar. I finally found some in the back of a cabinet and put some in a glass with honey. In less than ten minutes my cough had subsided to barely a tickle every five minutes and my nose cleared up so fast I could actually feel it loosening up. Not only that, but ACV also reduced the weird ringing in my ears and helped my upset stomach. I'm not saying that my cold is completely gone, but I'm easily 99% better than I have been in the last month. ACV is definitely the only thing for any kind of illness."

I am super sensitive to drugs and hate to take anything but got desperate and got the Zpack but before taking it read your acv cures. Within about 15 min of drinking it my cough got better and the next day coughed up lots of stuff and was much better. But today seems to be not as good as yesterday just wondering if the stuff is working still?"

Then, she told me it must be acid reflux and prescribed medication (w/o sending me to an ENT doctor). Both claritin and the acid reflux med DID NOT take my cough away. She also suggested I see a lung doctor which scared the hell out of me. So, I decided to take my health into my own hands and found your website. I went out that night to p/up ACV at my local organic store. I took 2 tablespoons w/water once a day. In 3 days, my cough subsided 90%. This stuff really works. I was sure I was going to pass away. With nothing to loses, I started searching the internet and found this site. I used two table spoons of _______s ACV, two teasp of all natural honey, and 1/4 tsp of baking soda. I took it every few hours for a total of 3, or 4 times on Sunday. I only coughed a couple of times that night and by the next day it was 99% better. So, now that I know it works, I need to know how. It's really quite incredible! Got out of bed to do some online searching for some natural cures (since I'm not up for going to the store for cough stuff, which I don't really like, at 2am). Found this page and mixed up 2 tbsp of ACV and 2 tbsp. honey - and I can already feel it working! The tickle in my throat is definitely becoming more subdued. I know I have some postnasal drip - and it won't tackle THAT so much - but I can feel myself already not having the urge to cough!!"

We took him to the Doctor and he was diagnosed with viral infection. The Dr. suggested to give him over the counter coughing medicine. We tried different brands but none seemed to work for him. I found that ACV could help, but I was scared to try it since it has a very raw taste. I tried everthing from taking over the counter drugs to drinking tea with honey and nothing worked. I decided that I would take the apple cider vineager with some extra virgin olive oil and make my own salad dressing so I'd still get the ACV without the stinging taste. I couldn't believe how quick it worked. While eating the salad, I coughed a bit, but it didn't hurt my throat. It's been one day and no coughs since."

I read the apple cider remedies. i thought... no way. I had the flu about a month ago. Once it was over, I developed a NASTY cough that wouldn't go away. In fact it was getting so bad, my brain hurt when I coughed seriously thought I had contracted something potentially life threatening. Yesterday I got the vinegar, I took a few tablespoons mixed with some olive oil. Today, no coughing AT ALL. Only a tickly throat as some phlegm comes up. I knew vinegar cured heartburn but I had NO IDEA it cured a cough!!!. i mean this was bad, and overnight it's gone... I've been taking it all day - at first it burned my throat (which was raw to start). Today.... nothing. I am shocked. I am liking the taste more and more."

[YEA] 12/05/2006: Donna from Corona, CA writes: "My 9 yr old daughter was sick and out of school for a whole week. I was giving her cough medicine, cough drops etc...it wasn't working so I took her to the DR. and they gave her some stronger cough medicine and antibiotic's. It wasn't working neither. It got a little better after giving her the entire bottle, but it wasn't completely gone. After sending her back to school for two days, we had a wind storm and it got really cold so she got back sick at school playing outside in the cold. The bad cough and cold came back so this time I went and got $25.00 worth of over the counter cold medicine and a vapor risor, multi-vitamins with extra C etc.. She was still coughing non stop after all this medication and I decided to go online and see what kind of home remedy I could find. God as my witness, it was like a miracle when I gave my 9 yr old the vinegar (2 TBSP spoon Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar) and water mixture she stopped coughing after about 30 minutes. She was coughing so bad I felt helpless and didn't know what else I could do. After only1 dosage the cough stopped for about 4 hours after that it started back a little and I gave her some more and she's been fine and back to school without any problems. Thank you for a very valuable site! It's amazing I have another story about my son who later that evening got food poisoning from McDonalds and I came to the site for more advice. I gave him 2 tbsp spoon of vinegar and he's 11 year old. He was fine after that and went to sleep without throwing up or being up all night. The next morning he ate breakfast without any problem. Before when he had food poison it was a night mare I'll never forget. I was up with him all night and he was constantly throwing up. I wish I had of found this when my first child which is 19 yrs old now was born."

[YEA] Flint from Austin, TX writes: "I have 2 children that have never been immunized for whom I have made all medicines for at home all their lives. My 2 year old was suffering from a chronic cough. It lasted 5 months and none of my syrups, oils, tinctures etc were eliminating it. One day I was eating salad with a vinaigrette. He asked specifically for the dressing and drank 2 oz straight!! He continued to ask for it daily since and has seemed to have cured himself! The cough has subsided and I feel that it is due to the apple cider vinegar! What a smart guy!"
