You can get boron on Amazon. It comes in pill form. I've never tried the borax but am curious about it, so reading more!

Yes, please do keep reading! I swear I read that ingesting Boron is bad. I ingest Borax every day to help with my hot flashes and have had no problems with it.
Boron and Borax are not the same thing. Borax is a product of boron being processed.
