Okay ...it might sound lil crazy as I am a physician myself who totally believes in Alternative Medicine for herself and her family. Anyway...I suffered from acne all my life always putting something on my face to treat it nothing worked. I accidently found this website 3 weeks ago ...tried the Hydrogen peroxide on acne leisons and my face is clear new leisons go away in less than 24 hrs ...in addition to that I apply coconut oil to my face and neck its the best moisturizer I ever used doesnt aggrevate my acne at all. After yrs of hiding under make up my face is clearing up and complexion has a glow to it. I went overboard with different things I guess but all are working. I take 1 tsf of molasses in my tea in the morning (hoping to get rid of gray hair) 1 apple cider tablet couldnt stand drinking it ... also apply it topically after cleaning my face with H2O2 and then coconut oil externally ...wipe off excess and you are good to go ...I am thankful to all of you who have written the feed backs and remedies.I am 36, people think of me in my late twenties now lost 8 lbs in less than one month with these ACV tabs and everything else am doing I guess..everyone should give it a try better than many expensive creams and meds. Good Luck all...and thank you Earth Clinic:

My husband was not happy with his weight, he had always been fit and healthy looking until he lost the lower part of his leg in an accident, so after reading on this site that ACV was good to lose weight he tried that, as he cant exercise as much as someone with two legs, he lost in the 1st week 5kg, we couldnt believe it, he didnt really change his way of eating just had 3 table spoons of AVG morning and night, he also said it takes away the cravings to eat junk food that he may have had on the odd occassion, he is now 94kg and was 104kg that was 4 weeks ago he started this. He has slowed down in dropping the weight now, but I think that is because he has lost what was not healthy, all that yukky fat, we all hate. I hope this works for someone else, give it a go, it is cheap, so you have nothing to lose but FAT!!!

Apple cider vinegar helped in my weight loss. I have always been watching what I eat,but I do like fresh fryed perch from the bay, anyways the other day I felt a little bloated so I decieded to have a mixed greens salad with red onions,so I mixed up a ACV, grapeseed oil, scallots, garlic, salt and pepper dressing,a day later I felt tired and I had 5 or 6 bowel movements that day. The next day I felt great, stomach ache was gone, bloatness was gone, and I felt awake. So I got out my ACV book and did some research. What I came up with is my body was flushing the toxins from the ACV dressing. So I started taking 2 teaspooons daily with a little water because I love vinegar and I feel great.

As far as the fat burning (weight loss) properties ACV supposedly has, I must say yet again it falls well short of expectations. Having been a personal trainer now for about 10 years, I carefully monitored my weight and body fat percentage during the intake of this remedy. After checking both before, during, and after the intake of this remedy, I can say without question that it has no fat-burning properties whatsoever. If anyone had experienced weight-loss from this product, it was merely that they were filling up on this calorie-free liquid rather than other things they'd be eating at the time. However, it has no fat-burning properties whatsoever.

I have been on this site. sounds wonderful that people are losing weight, so i also tried it but i had no success in it. Do you have to have a low-fat diet when taking the Apple Cider vinegar to work, and is it before meals or after. Thanks Great Site keep it up!

cider vinegar and honey was very helpful with arthritis. I think this is helping after only a month, BUT I have put on 6 lbs. I have been on holiday eating pasta but don't generally put on weight. Is it likely this is caused by the cider vinegar treatment?

i have a problem of irregular periods and due that my weight is increasing, i suffer from acidity also. but after drinking it for regular 5-6 days with 2 spoons of ACV in warm water and 3 times a day, there is no effect. But in fact my acidity became severe. i just want to know was it the wrong dose i was taking, has it really worked for weight loss, if yes then why not for me. I really need some good suggestions.

I started taking Apple cider vinegar after seeing all the wonderful feedback on your site. But it didn't work for me. Instead of losing the few unwanted pounds, I think I have gained 5 lbs over the past few days despite having more of fruits and vegetables. I have been taking 2 tsps of it 3 times everyday an hour before food. But I have not experienced any of the benefits listed. Maybe its not for .me. Good luck to all the others out there.

I tried ACV, 2 Tbl in juice, plus 1 Tbl honey. I did this 3X a day. I did it for a whole month. It didn't help allergies, overall energy or weight loss. It also did nothing for my kids' health. It may have improved my complexion. I do use it externally on my face as well, and that does seem to help some. It may help keep me somewhat healthier as far as communicable diseases go. I haven't caught the kids' myriad colds, flu, etc. But that may be due to echinacea, oil pulling, cold showers, or healthier eating!

ACV for weight loss: I have been drinking apple cider vinegar (1/2 cup in quart water and honey) for a fortnight now. I am 47 and would like to shift 3 or 4 pounds. Nothing has happened, not an ounce of difference. I am watching what I eat, have cut out carbonated drinks and am exercising (zen chi machine). Sorry folks, not a success story but I have acquired a taste for ACV and honey.

Hi maybe I'm not doing this right, I have organic acv,,and was taking 2 teaspoons alone before meals, didn't lose weight. But I don't do it faithfully. My question is this ??? there's a few recipes here, what's the best most effective one? Is it best to make a large amount, like a quart and 1 cup of acv and drink throughout the day or to take 1/2 acv in 1/2 cup, and is honey necessary or just for taste? PLEASE HELP ME HERE. I WANT TO TRY IT FAITHFULLY AND SEE RESULTS LIKE YOU ALL DID.. WHAT SHOULD I DO, WANT TO LOSE THE 20 LBS I GAINED,,,, AS FAST AS POSSIBE. THANKS

I have stuck with the various recipes over the past three weeks. I even walk 3-4 miles a day, 4 times a week! Well, whoa and behold I have gained 6 pounds! I am so sad and heart broken!. I must admit the apple cider vinegar has made me feel so energetic and full of energy. Unfortunately,I must admit that mentally, I'd rather be thin and depressed then fat and happy. Best wishes to you all. Apple cider vinegar has its advantages...suppose it just wasn't meant for me!

Hello. I have been taking ACV that I purchased at the health food store for over a month now. I take 2 tablespoons 3 times a day with an airborne tablet. I have not noticed ANY weight loss whatsoever, in fact, I have noticed a slight weight gain. I have not had a decrease in my appetite. I have noticed an INCREASE in my appetite. However, people have started commenting on how young I look; just yesterday I was telling someone that I had a 12 year old son (I am 35) they were generally shocked and they asked me if I was 9 years old when I had him! That was nice to hear. I have also been called a "young lady" and "girl" quite a bit now as opposed to "lady" or "maam" which was happening quite a bit prior. I also noticed that I was catching a terrible bug that was going around, but, I just increased my ACV for a day and rested for one day and I did NOT catch it! I thought I was gonna get it back because I catch everything and am always sick. I have not been full blown sick since taking it. I am going to continue taking it for my health because I feel in my heart that it is good for me, however, I have not noticed weight loss (or loss of cellulite.... sigh :( for that I think I have to combine the ACV with periodic fasting and giving up my chocolate and substituting green tea for coffee. Also, I have been exercising less since taking the ACV due to scheduling. But like I said before, if it makes me look younger, than I'll keep taking it!
