Get 2 – 17oz plastic bottles. (use a bottle that has a thick wall). And a jug of OceanSpray Cranberry/Apple Juice (this will help with the taste because it is spicy! ).
Fill the bottles with juice and put 7 drops of "Oregano Oil" in each bottle and shake bottle everytime before taking a drink. Every time you want a drink, Drink from one of the bottles.
This will take 1 day to finish both bottles. Refill the bottles for the next day. Repeat this for a few days.
