Apple Cider Vinegar/Black Pepper Chest Compress for Chest Cold.

To chase away a cold, soak an eight-inch square of brown paper (cut from a paper grocery bag) in apple cider vinegar. When the paper is saturated, sprinkle it with pepper and bind to the chest with cloth strips, pepper side of the paper next to the skin. After 20 minutes, remove the paper and wash the chest, being careful not to become chilled. Repeat as needed.

I was sick with pneomonia for 3 months last winter (age 38) , and was prescribed anti-biotics to get rid of it three times. Nothing worked, until I learned about taking Apple Cider Vinegar and honey. I took half a teaspoon of the Apple Cidar Vinegar and on the same spoon had half a teaspoon of honey, and took this three times per day for four days. I was cured on the fourth day! I recommend to everybody I know. Most people are still skeptical... and guess what? I had a few other bouts of pneomonia before that, and since taking this natural remedy, it's never came back!
