I have been taking the herb vitex for my pms and it has helped so much. I used to get severe pms. recently in the past couple of months the pms has acted up again. It has made me feel to so bad thats its been hard to think&function. I wondered what was going on. One night it dawned on me that my liver may be congested, so I got out a piece of flannel and soaked it in castor oil and applied it over my liver area with a heating pad. My pms improved greatly, so it hardly bothered me. Then yesterday it happened again, I did the same thing again with the castor oil pack and the pms has went away again. I hope this testimony will help someone else too going through the same problem.

I read about Blackstrap Molasses and its ability to remedy female issues, and I was amazed. I have rather large fibroids, extreme bleeding and clots. My doctors have looked at a number of treatments from meds to surgery. I started taking 3 tablespoon of molasses a day about 2 months ago. I was schedule for surgery which had to be re-scheduled 3x due to other issues. But, it's my belief that all the re-scheduling was the universes way of protecting me from an un-needed surgery. I'm not bleeding as heavy, reduced blood clots and shorter cycle. I spoke to my natural pathetic doctor and she has no documented information about these types of benefits of molasses. Can anyone tell me why and how blackstrap molasses seems to reverse and reduce these female issues? This is my third month on the molasses, any suggestions as to how long to take the product? Thank you for your helpful information, this is a wonderful site.

Soy

Although PMS is supposed to happen the week before the period, i only get this way the day before and the first 2 days of my period. When I'm on the rag there is no terror as fierce as mine. I get terrible cramps, my mood changes rapidly, and i feel antsy all the time. The only thing that calms me down is drinking soy milk (hot or cold). It could be the B-vitamins, it could be something in soy, or it could be the protein. Another post on this topic said that women should avoid soy because of its phytoestrogens. For me, anyways, soy works wonders. It could be genetics. I grew up eating alot of soy (tofu, edamame, natto, bean juice, kinako...) and I come from a Japanese heritage. Maybe East Asians are less prone to soy-side effects?

Soy

My husband and I started to make smoothies about 2 weeks ago every day, adding soy/green protein powder to the fruit smoothie. Well, this month I had the worst PMS symptoms ever! My breast size increased by one cup size (at least), I was terribly bloated and the bottom left side of my left breast had a constant shooting pain. As the symptoms got worse as my period approached, I realized the soy powder was probably causing the side effects. I continued to have my daily smoothies, but substituted rice protein in place of the soy powder. 2 days later (but 4 days before my period) all the symptoms disappeared. I think women should be very careful with soy as there is clearly a hormonal response. The soy powder I used was Alive by Nature's Way with non GMO soy. If I kept it up, who knows about truly serious side effects like breast cancer? Perhaps organic soy wouldn't have produced the same side effects.

2 Tbsp black strap molasses daily and up my intake of h2o to ten cups Gorgeous skin all over, no acne outburst before my period and did not have any PMS, the period showed up unannounced. I've only been using the molasses for 3 weeks. Thanks a lot. I found simplicity lasts longer.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Blackstrap Molasses, Natto

I am a real person and believe me when I say that you can shrink your tumors without any strange and complicated concoctions. I read a lot of posts and even tested on my self in the span of two months: one with said remedies and one without.

This is what worked for me:
* Change of diet
* Exercise
* Apple Cider Vinegar & Blackstrap Molasses
* Natto. Yes. Natto.

I exercised. If you're out of shape, just walk briskly everyday. I walk every morning rain or shine, lift weights sometimes and do yoga. Whatever you like, just move and sweat!

I cut out a lot of fake dairy/ food out of my diet [the cheese on burgers, nacho sauce, powdered cheese] and only ate real food with ingredients I could pronounce without sounding I was some type of scientist.

I juiced whenever I could. Nothing crazy, just carrot and apple for example. Lots of water as well!

I had a mix of 2 TB ACV and 1 TB BSM in a large glass of water once a day.

Now here's the kicker; Natto. Natto is fermented japanese soybeans. If you' do a search, you'll find it. It looks gross to the typical American, but Natto is some powerful stuff. It's heavy in vitamin K and a compound that dissolves tumor like material in the body.

Yes. It's no joke. I eat it 3 to 4 times a week with hot rice and BBQ sauce. It makes it taste like baked beans and rice.

If you see any websites that offer Nattokinase, it's powdered Natto in pill form.

I tried everything above a month before since I have long, heavy, and tiring menstrual cycles that last 6 days+. My cycle was light and it only lasted for 4 days.

Without it, it typical, painful and heart breaking.

I'm no doctor, but I can tell you from my experience that it worked. I'm not completely cured, but my cycles are no longer heavy, I no longer have mood swings and I've had more energy now then when I was first diagnosed. I've lost weight as well.

Please go to your local Japanese food market and pay a pack of natto. It costs under 2 dollars. Try it for a month, 3 times a week...that is all I ask.

EC: We emailed Sharon, asking what kind of tumors she was referring to...

Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda

About a year ago I started to get sick all the time. I was always nauseas, throwing up, belching, and constipated. Sometimes it would be so hard for me to get up in the morning, and I was tired all day. And all of these symptoms seemed to worsen during my PMS, accompanied by depression. I was finally fed up with all of this, so I began looking for home remedies over the internet about five days ago. I ran into this website and in the last four days I've been taking the ACV remedy with baking soda 3 times a day, and it has made such an amazing difference. I can eat in the morning without feeling nauseas, I have been moving my bowels everyday, and I am higher in spirits. I will update if it makes a difference during PMS. I will recommend this remedy and this website to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much. God Bless,

Vitamin E

Vitamin E has totally eliminated the breast pain I would get before my period, as well as the cramping I would get during my period. I take 400 IU once a day. The breast pain disappeared the first month I was taking this and the cramping disappeared the second month.

After finding a lump in my breast, rushing to a doctor, I was told that I' needed to find a surgeon, before a scan was even taken. After the scan, I was informed that it was merely a cyst and I could either have it aspirated with a needle, or just leave it, as it would cause no harm. I left it alone, and remembered being told that vitamin E can cause cysts to go away. It worked and when the cyst came back a year later, I went straight to the vitamin E bottle, and next doctor appointment, there was no signs of the cyst.I take it continually now. I am currently taking vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 1000 IU, but if I recall, I was taking 400 IU when my cyst dissolved.

Evening Primrose Oil has helped enormously with my PMS symptoms (irritability, moodiness). I was told to take one pill 3x/day with each meal, for ten days before my period was due to start. I usually only remember to take it in the morning, and it still works. A miracle.

Evening Primrose Oil

I had killer menstrual cramps all my adult life. I am now 38 and was fed up with cramps that consumed my life for about 2 weeks each month. I would get cramps before my period and for about 5 to 6 days during. I dreaded the thought of getting my period. 1200 milligrams of prescription ibuprofen every 4 hours was not helping me anymore. My liver and stomach was overloaded from the drugs. I couldn't function at work or at home. I was high all the time from the ibuprofen. I would have to take days off from work just to get through my period. I came across an article about evening primrose oil and how it can dramatically ease cramps and pms. Well I decided to try it not really thinking it would work, after all I had tried every remedy I could find. Nothing helped. Because there is cancer in my family I would not take birth control pills to ease the cramps. I started taking evening primrose oil 2 weeks before my period. 1 with every meal. The day my period was supposed to start I upped it to 2 pills with every meal. Well my period came and I didn't even know it. NO cramps. I didn't get pms or painful breast either. I didn't even have to take ibuprofen. I am shocked!!! This is the first time in 26 years that I have no cramps. I don't know how it works, but for me it is a miracle worker. I wish I knew this years ago. I have lost so much time laying in bed or on the couch from cramps. I am so happy I found this remedy. It has changed my life.

Evening Primrose cured my PMS! I suffered from severe PMS from age 25 until now (I'm 42). I would become depressed, anti-social, irritable, completely exhausted, bloated and basically miserable for 7 to 12 days per month! While I'm ususally a healthy eater, I would also binge on anything I could for several days before my period started. I read about Evening Primrose and had even tried it at some point, but I hadn't taken it at high enough doses. Now I'm taking 3000 mg per day about 10 days before my period and 1500 mg the rest of the month. I no longer have PMS. I am so happy and amazed! I didn't think that there would be anything to help me in this lifetime.
