I do not believe the ACV is good for LPR. I have had major issues (worsened issues) as time has gone by in the 4 years I've been using ACV. I was such a believer that it was eventually going to help. Then I read this article today, and Koufman is one of the writers so I have a lot of faith in what she says. I encourage anyone that believes they have LPR or have been diagnosed with it, to read this before you start on a regime of drinking ACV. Just 1 tbsp a day for me with water, but I do not recommend it and am stopping as of today. I will come back and tell you of any results I might see in my condition.
