This is for an episode. Or food getting stuck. I ate something that got stuck in my stomach/ intestines. I think it was hotdogs or Gummies. I had the rock in my belly feeling, super bloated, and rock on my throat feeling, no pain thankfully. I drank 3 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil and massaged my belly down with oil with medium pressure to get the food down.Next day fasted I drank the olive oil again and massage. I also did a fresh natural orange juice with no fiber and drank that and chicken broth. I don't recommend you eat if you feel stuck/ bloated. It will back up more "traffic". If you can fast for sometime thats better. Just keep hydrated well. I like chicken broth and teas. Then start eating pureed food like mashed potatoes
If your in bad pain or it doesn't improve fairly quickly please go to the Emergency Room! As you can have Gastrointestinal perforation or blockage.
